What does the decision mean for whites?

There’s a big loophole for "diversity" enthusiasts.

Harvard vows to achieve "diversity" by any means possible.

Congresswoman: "Just the latest in the white supremacist assault on equity in education.”

Clarence Thomas says the Grutter case is "for all intents and purposes, overruled."

Whites were excluded from the program.

"They said we were violent and dangerous and it worked."

The Supreme Court decided Fisher v. University of Texas ten years ago today.

Only 20 percent of Berkeley's freshmen in fall 2022 were white.
