On Monday, Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) suggested that until Congress passes sweeping amnesty legislation, “every institution in America” should find ways to ignore or work around federal immigration laws. He also said that President Barack Obama’s Deferred Action program was the first step in implementing more amnesty programs.

Testifying before a Senate Subcommittee hearing in Chicago on “Immigrant Enlistment” that Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) chaired, Gutierrez said that “every institution in America, including our military, must work around the inability of our federal government and the U.S. House of Representatives to fix our immigration system.”

He also pushed the Navy and Marines to allow U.S. citizens who are married to illegal immigrants to enlist at a hearing in which Durbin called on the Pentagon to start enlisting DREAMers.

These lefties don’t seem to realize is that if we cease to be a nation of laws, with out military and bureaucracy doing whatever they please, that is a double edged sword. I tell my lib friends all the time that the Constitution protects them too.

    • Dark Crisis

Leftism does not have to make sense, you just have to believe in it enough. It is the most prevalent religion in the country now.

      • RisingReich

Cult. The word you are looking for is cult, not religion.

        • jane johnson

          Dang! Beat me to it.

    • As long as the lefties can hold onto power, they won’t bother themselves with that contradiction. We’ll be a nation of the laws they want to exist and enforce. If they’re the ones who always possess the sword, they won’t care that it’s double edged.

    • JSS

The laws of this nation are only for tax paying Whites who don’t have the money to be above them. Here we have a member of the House of reps actively encouraging law breaking and special privileges for non citizens, and he is being paid by the tax payers to do so. This government is the mortal enemy of Whites, it’s time to treat it as such.

      • dd121

You’re being a bit cynical but your words carry a lot of truth.

        • So CAL Snowman

How is he being cynical, he just perfectly illustrated the fact that American government is based on the principles of anarcho – tyranny. The blacks and browns run around doing whatever they want, creating anarchy everywhere they go. They do not follow the rule of law and in fact protest against the White man’s laws. Meanwhile the White suckers continue to put our heads down and go to work so that we can pay for these blacks and browns to out breed us. If we don’t pay our tithes to the Federal Leviathan they take everything we have and we are forced to live WITH the black and brown animals.

          • dd121

I agree with everything you say. I withdraw my comment. 🙂

      • rowingfool

        JSS, I agree except…

I think it is not merely the case “that tax paying Whites don’t have the money to be above them [the laws of this nation].

I believe, based on experience, that tax paying Whites are honest, law abiding people who intuitively know that a system shot through with cheaters cannot sustain itself. In subscribing to their beliefs they realize that they are characterized as fools and dupes by their less worthy but wealthier contemporaries who don’t share their moral scruples e.g. Wall Street bankers, but they philosophically bear that slander as evidence of the imperfectability of the human race and are willing to tolerate a system that totters along in preference to anarchy.

      • Dr. DA

        Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL)
        All you have to do to evaluate this character is to see;
He is a Democrat (Marxist) subversive low life.
An “Hispanic” who want his brethren here to vote Democrat among other things.
He’s from Chicago, that toddlin town.

  • Homo_Occidentalis

Why am I not surprised that señor Gutierrez advocates circumventing (read: breaking) federal laws in order to import more of his racial kin? All advocates of sedition should be stripped of citizenship and deported. Perhaps the Mexicans would be willing to take a small cash payment per deportee. I’m sure if they won’t, others will.

    • Pro_Whitey

One more example of how the Spanish-American War was ultimately the costliest in U.S. history. We ended up with the Puerto Ricans like Gutierrez and the Philippines, which helped ensure that the Japs would attack us to secure their oil supplies from the Dutch East Indies. What a horrible mistake.

      • bilderbuster

        That was a fixable tragedy.
The race traitors Churchill and Roosevelt made their people fight the wrong side in WWII.
Now the victors of WWII with the aid of the Baby Boomers are going full throttle to exterminate every last trace of culture and race.

    • r j p

Probably his whole clan of kin he wants to import, the ones to stupid to make it across the border on their own.

  • I’m surprised he even acknowledges that the Federal government has immigration laws. The only reason that he does, though, is to complain about their existence in order to demand that they be scrapped.

  • Dave4088

Gutierrez’s call for law breaking and illegality will no doubt be hailed as “heroic” and “courageous” by the media and political left wing. Yet let a productive and law abiding white man in Nevada protest unfair grazing fees and the same people go thermonuclear and call for enforcing the law by any means necessary, including lethal force.

    • r j p

It’s a great country where our elected leaders, who are sworn to uphold law, call for law breaking by people they don’t even technically represent.

    • rowingfool

      Well put.

  • TruthBeTold

I’ve seen him on c-span. This guy is a fanatic.

  • JohnEngelman

I have a better idea. Every institution in America should conform to popular opinion.

  • 4321realist

“Luis Gutierrez: ‘Every Institution in America’ Should Work Around Fed. Immigration Laws”

Quite a contention from somebody who didn’t have the cajones to oppose the vast corruption in his own homeland and instead swam the Rio Grande under the cover of darkness to avoid working towards making his country better.

It’s obvious he wants his tribe to inundate this country so they can consummate their soft invasion and take over, imposing their own culture, language, and traditions here.

    • I like your comment, but in the interest of accuracy, he’s Puerto Rican. See his wikipedia entry. He’s a big PR independence guy too. Wikipedia shows him to be a complete and total pile of it.

      • evilsandmich

He’s a big PR independence guy too.

He and I have something in commion then !

      • rowingfool

        Puerto Rican?

Dang! That is an impressive swim!

      • 4321realist

        Puerto Rican?

Well, I’m surprised. I’ve seen him pop up so many times on one show or another advocating for aliens I assumed he was Mexican.

If a Puerto Rican advocates causes relating to illegal immigration from south of the border, certainly he does so, because he regards them as part of his tribe.

Hispanic unity over everything else runs deeper than I thought.

        • bilderbuster

For a realist you’ve been in the dark then.
It’s La Raza and that means every last Latino (except if they actually are Latin or from Spain).

        • theUglyTruth

A massive amount of Puerto Ricans travel through mexico to enter America illegally.

      • AndrewInterrupted

Two Presidents had a chance to dump Puerto Rico, too.

  • Publius Pompilius Quitus

It isn’t strange that Gutierrez would not respect America’s laws or customs. Colonizers seldom do. What’s strange is the historic American people are allowing themselves to be colonized.

    • Einsatzgrenadier

The historic American people aren’t allowing themselves to be colonized. The tyrannical multicultural elite in Washington is allowing them to be colonized whether they like it or not. Mass third world invasion has always been an elite project.

      • Publius Pompilius Quitus

The elected representatives of the United States are allowing the Nation to be colonized. You call them an elite, but we don’t live in a monarchy; they are there because they have been elected.

        • Einsatzgrenadier

There’s really only one party in the United States: the party of massive third world immigration and multiculturalism. You can’t vote on whether you want massive third world immigration and multiculturalism or not, but you can vote for the presidential figurehead. The United States is a totalitarian dictatorship, not a real democracy. Those who rule over it are elites because their superior intelligence and wisdom allows them to completely ignore the vox populi.

          • Whitetrashgang

Its having money that allows them to do this, intelligence not so much. More like rich, evil scumbags.

  • The Mexican Hispanics in Texas think the same way as Gutierezz. In another era, the accurate words to describe this socipath would be hurled against him: Communist traitor.

  • Alfred the Great

With a name like Luis Gutierrez (D-IL), I wonder what his motivation is. Make no mistake it is all about race to this guy because his people are the overwhelming majority of the illegal aliens in this country. I have seen him interviewed and it is nothing short of sickening.

  • QuinnTheEskimo9

Fixing our immigration system, according to this despicable, LaRaza third worlder, means open borders, immediate, full welfare including free housing and medical care better than what American veterans receive, affirmative action and voting rights. Don’t worry, the dumb, racist gringos will pay for it all.

Got a rap sheet? Convicted of drunk or drugged driving? Aggravated assault? Illegal drug pushing to children? Car thief? Sexual assault? Or even homicide?

No Problemo! You too can join the other 36,000 criminal foreign nationals on the streets of America and not worry about getting thrown in jail or deported.

Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people.

    – Theodore Roosevelt

Old Ted knew what he was talking about.

  • Luca

An elected official encouraging citizens to defy the law. You can’t make this stuff up.

Can it be any more clear that the Left has a takeover agenda for the United States?

  • If government agencies are now to told to ignore orders from Congress, why should we have an elected legislative body at all, *REPRESENTATIVE* Gutierrez?

    • evilsandmich

Unfortunately many in Congress are perfectly happy to let the ruling oligarchs in the various bureaucracies make and enforce the laws.

      • Certainly in that case we do not need any Representatives or Senators at all, but if I recall correctly, the Democrats in Congress were quite bent out of shape in November 1986 when Colonel Oliver North & friends decided to ignore Congress – just as Gutierrez is now suggesting – by illegally shipping US federal government property (arms and spare military parts) to Iran and then funneling the resulting profits to the Nicaraguan Contras, also against the express orders of Congress via the three Boland Amendments of 1982-1984.

Which way does this Gutierrez hypocrite want it?

        • evilsandmich

I dunno, it puzzles me that even hard left congress critters are perfectly content to give up huge chunks of their own power. Wouldn’t they rather have the cronies on their staff doing this stuff rather than faceless bureaucrats? Guess not…

  • Nancy Thomas

This man is filth and he should be deported.

  • RisingReich

This idiot doesn’t realize that a lawmaker calling for a Nation to ignore laws he ‘helps’ pass makes him totally irrelevant and useless.

    • bilderbuster

Too bad some Patriots don’t disregard the law and unceremoniously grab, bind, gag and line this alien up against the nearest wall for a date with a firing squad.

  • NoMosqueHere

Let’s work around the citizenship laws and deport this anti white racist jackass.

  • evilsandmich

The first thing hacker does when getting onto a system is to patch the vulnerability that let him in so that no one else can get a share of the loot. It says something about these Latino gangs (to say nothing of blacks) when they want to put even more vulnerabilties into the system.

  • IstvanIN

You know the government is no longer working not when roads aren’t paved but when everyone from the President down to mayors can commit blatant treason in broad daylight and nothing happens or is even said.

  • MBlanc46

Every institution in the country should ignore Luis Gutierrez. Alas, we’ve been gerrymandered into his district.

    • Ringo Lennon

      My Rep. is Bobby Rush!

      • MBlanc46

He was mine, too, for eight years. Since I’ve moved to western Cook suburbs, we’ve had Henry Hyde, William Lipinski, Dan Lipinski, and now Gutierrez. At least Lipinski, carpetbagger though he was, was aware that we were his constituents and sent us his monthly newsletter, From Gutierrez, nothing.

You’re not in Hussein Obama’s old district, by any chance, are you?

        • Ringo Lennon

I’m in Blue Island area. Nothing but Mexicans

          • MBlanc46

Westchester. Mexicans to the north and east. Blacks are the concern here.

          • Ringo Lennon

If I had the resources I would go to St. Louis, Cincinnati or Pittsburgh areas. They’re like Chicago was in the 70s. It’s as if they were frozen in time. You see no Mexicans!

          • MBlanc46

I know that they all have black ghettos. No Mexicans is a real bonus.

          • Ringo Lennon

Mexicans to the north and east. Blacks are the concern here. You have to understand these people are displacing us. I believe whites are leaving Cook County and NE Illinois every single day.

          • MBlanc46

And having a criminal conspiracy for city, county, and state governments isn’t a great incentive to stay.

          • Ringo Lennon

Mexicans to the north and east. Blacks are the concern here, said the scouting party. They recommend to immediately send in the cavalry. Hehehe.

          • MBlanc46

I sure wish that we could. With La Grange and Lagrange Park to the south, and Oakbrook to the west, it’s very likely that the colored invasion will be terminated near here. The question is, how far south will they go (they’re already south of Roosevelt Road, and NE Westchester, which has a lot of apartment housing, is already largely black) and there’s a sprinkling of middle-class black south of 22nd). Will they go all the way to 31st? Or will the Mexicans north of St. Charles in Stone Park and Melrose Park ultimately push the blacks out? If so, where will their invasion stop?

          • Ringo Lennon

Ultimately, Mexicans win. Everybody else loses.

  • Easyrhino1

Isn’t this Gutierrez guy the same buffoon Jared Taylor bitch-slapped in a debate a few years back?

  • WR_the_realist

Luis Gutierrez is an open traitor to the United States who sits in congress.

    • Ringo Lennon

      Also, jackass Dick Durbin

    • bilderbuster

Where he’s known among his peers in congress as “The esteemed gentleman from the state of Illinois”.

  • IstvanIN

While illegals in America receive all the best we can offer U.S. Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi sit in a Mexican jail a waiting trial for crossing illegally into Mexico. Additionally he has been ordered to report to his commanding officer and if he fails to do so, which he can not, he faces a dishonorable discharge. They issued this order knowing he can not report! This is how the US government treats a veteran who served two tours in Afghanistan. Allows them to languish in a Mexican jail while molly-coddling Mexicans criminals in the US. And I don’t care if the ONLY law you broke was being in the US illegally, you are still a criminal in my books. This government is garbage, we should have told Mexico, under pain of annihilation, to give our man back. I hope I live to see the Obamas, Bushes, Boehners, Feinsteins, Pelosis, Grahams and Kennedys face a Nuremberg styles trial.

    • bilderbuster

No Nuremberg Kangaroo Show Trials needed for those criminals.
There’s plenty of REAL evidence and we won’t need to torture them for “confessions” to convict them so we can give them a fair trial instead.

  • Immigrant Enlistment – they will have jobs nobody else wants and don’t require security clearances. The military is having problems selling these military jobs to white kids – and now that most blacks have criminal records and can’t join – it will be hispanics taking their place.

    • connorhus

Actually they are blocking a number of White kids, especially Boys, from joining the military by instituting the new AYMES (Sp?) test. It pretty much guarantees that any Male who gives traditional answers to teamwork, family, etc. will be required to jump over more and more hurdles put in their path. It is especially hard on home schooled types who maybe have a bit of ethics.

So far I think only the Army and Navy have instituted it but I personally know three young White Men who were required to go on and take college courses before being allowed to enlist and read several more accounts about the same treatment online.

We were watching the TV news a few years ago and something came on about a Puerto Rican Independence movement. My sister said “how can we help?”

  • mobilebay

Luis Gutierrez is probably the most prominent anti-American elected official in our government. He hates that every Hispanic is not within our borders and works exhaustively to make that come true. He makes me ill each time I see his picture.

  • mobilebay

Gutierrez’s statements smack of anarchy and have traitorous implications. Why is this man still allowed to represent law-abiding American citizens?

    • He doesn’t.

    • Dale McNamee

Because we,as a nation, no longer know the true definition of words like “anarchy” and “traitorous”, and don’t care… We are all too easily distracted by the “news” ( i.e. Solange & Jay-Z, Donald Sterling, and LOOK …A Squirrel !, etc.)…

The ” Moronically Stupid Media ” ( local & national ) aren’t interested in investigating In fact, they promote the same via their sympathetic and approving reporting about him… But, if Gutierrez was Republican, Conservative, “Tea Party” … They’d be all over him…

I have an idea… Why don’t we disobey any law that he supports, using his reasoning against him ?

      Fight fire with fire !
