Biden to Hispanics: Obama Will Act on Immigration

Stacy A. Anderson, AP, September 22, 2014

Vice President Joe Biden told frustrated Hispanic leaders Monday President Barack Obama is “absolutely committed to moving forward” on comprehensive immigration reforms “and he’s going to do an awful lot.”

Biden said Obama was determined to move ahead “with or without” Congress and “if they don’t get something done by the end of this year, the president’s going to do it.”

Biden’s remarks came as he and his wife, Jill, hosted a Hispanic Heritage Month reception Monday at their Naval Observatory residence.

He said the “brilliance and potential of the Hispanic community” will contribute to the future of the country, noting that one in four students in pre-K through 12th grade are Hispanic.

  • I’m tempted to laugh at Biden for being his usual big dummy self, but all the other Obamaites are suffering the same kind of foot in mouth disease. They don’t realize that all their gum flapping about what Obama’s going to do (incidentally, he’s going to delay his announcement until December, after a hypothetical Louisiana Senate runoff) tee totally defeats the purpose of why Obama delayed his announcement to begin with, that is, to try to take voter attention off of immigration.

      The question, Question, is…

      Who’s listening?

I completely disagree. I’ve been reading Edward Klein’s books on Obama recently: “The Amateur” and “Blood Feud”. These books indicate that Obama will probably do what he always does in a situation like this. He’ll convince the person that he is a ‘soul brother’ who totally agrees with that person’s position, get the person to give extraordinary amounts of election volunteer work, support, and political capital to him (Obama), and then just refuse to deliver whatever he (Obama) promised to do. Leaving his supporters just twisting in the wind looking and feeling like idiots because they trusted this guy.

According to Edward Klein, Barack Obama has done this to everyone who has supported him since 2003. Including his original rich black Chicago machine-pol backers, Rev. Jesse Jackson, the Clintons (Bill, Hill, and Chel), and his tens of thousands of college-age get-out-the-vote volunteers. The man believes that he’s a demi-god, and simply doesn’t care about the normal give-and-take of standard American politics.

What could President Obama possibly have to gain by granting an executive-order amnesty to illegal Mexicans? He would risk driving the traditional white Republican base into an open revolt at a level unseen since the Civil War. He would with near certainty blow the chances of Hilliary Clinton assuming the presidency in 2016. And he wouldn’t pick up any new voters because the people he amnestied would still not be eligible to vote, and most Mexicans with US citizenship vote Democrat anyway because they are dependent on EBT benefits to feed their over-sized families.

So when he meets with Mexican-American amnesty supporters, he is just doing his old tricks of “promise them everything give them nothing” that characterize his presidency.

    • I’ve been thinking that as December gets closer, Obama’s going to get cold feet on an big EO. I now think if he does an EO, it will be nothing more than an ineffectual list of suggestions. But behind the curtains, he’ll continue pressuring Federal law enforcement not to enforce immigration law, which has been the lay of the land for decades anyway. You don’t need formal legislation to repeal a law for a law to be repealed. If it’s never enforced, then it might as well not exist.

He and Michelle really stuck it to Oprah, according to “Blood Feud”.

You’re giving Obama too much credit. He is just a puppet who does whatever his handlers tell him to do. His handlers, who own him and paved his every step of the way towards the White House, are not geniuses or rocket scientists. They are simply evil spiteful people who are motivated by a pathological hatred of White Gentiles. It is this pathological hatred that motivates their actions, nothing else.

Absolutely correct. The mulatto marionette doesn’t have the capacity to think as deeply about things as most people seem to think. He’s in it for the glory and worship. And his past makes him eminently blackmailable.

Spot on. If Obama was the genius they portrayed him to be his College transcripts would have been opened to the public long ago. I don’t think he’s a complete dunce but I do believe he’s way over his head in the position he currently holds.

    And let the games begin….

Well, when Biden compares his own IQ to that of a Squat Monkey, I guess he’s right about the brilliance part. Now, if we could just sneak Biden across the border into Mexico, I’d call it even….

“He’s going to do an awful lot.” More like “he’s going to do a lot of awful stuff.”

  • If Obama wants to go down in history as the new Abe Lincoln, of course he’ll free the slaves. In this case, the slaves are the Mexicans who are rapidly taking over the southwest and who are admired even in Alabama. There’s white guilt in Alabama over being on the “wrong side of history” with blacks, so Alabamans love Mexicans: “They work so hard.”

Obama does want to go down in history as a success, not the miserable rotten failure he is. So, of course, someone will write the Executive Orders and he will sign them.

And whites will do nothing but complain and try to defend their positions in a society that increasingly dumps truckloads of excrement on them. We’re not ready for armed revolt and may never be without some really big event to spur us on.

I feel sad Lincoln didn’t live to see his hard fought victory against a tough opponent. I’ll go have a cry now.

        Thanks, D-man

    • Mary

Yes, some in our state do spout the “they work so hard” tripe. But, in my experience, many others are less than thrilled with their presence. Unfortunately, many here are held in thrall to White guilt due to our past, which is incredibly frustrating. You should see the Alabama History textbook for fourth graders, which is nothing but a tome to White guilt. I’m providing my son with the more balanced view he will not receive otherwise.

In other words Obama plans to commit treason. And to think King Leopold III and Marshal Petain were considered treasonous for surrendering to a much more powerful foe after fighting the good fight. This guy is just giving the house away, but then again so did his predecessor.

  • Paleoconn

Obama got in trouble for using the terms Shylock and Orient. I love when liberals eat their own.

How dare these people be “frustrated” about anything relating to them and their kind getting into our nation?

Every single one of them is outrageously lucky for every single moment they are allowed to be here at all.

Yet they whine endlessly that we don’t allow them to completely overwrite the genetic basis for this country, or rather that we aren’t letting them do it at ultra breakneck speed… only the highly racist “super breakneck speed.”

  • Stiv44

Biden often speaks a little out of turn. He sometimes goes a little further than even Obama wants him to go.

There is no telling how much truth there is to this.

  • WR_the_realist

“The brilliance and potential of the Hispanic community.” That must be why Mexico put a man on the moon and we didn’t. That must be why so many Americans are illegally immigrating into Guatemala to take advantage of its superior civilization. And yes, one quarter of grade school students are now Hispanic — a disaster for our nation that only a Democratic politician (or a member of the Bush family) could cheer on.

Obama’s determination to unilaterally hand out amnesty to illegal immigrants is enough of a reason to despise him.
