An Uzbek commercial truck driver admitted to the United States via a diversity lottery killed a star college soccer goalie in Ohio over the weekend and had to use Google Translate to speak with state troopers who arrived at the deadly scene, sources told Fox News.
Bekhzod Asrarov, 42, rammed the back of a vehicle on Interstate 71 in Madison County, resulting in the death of Tobias “Toby” Forsythe, 21, who played goalkeeper for the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, Fox is told.
When Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers arrived at the scene, Asrarov, who holds a commercial driver’s license (CDL) from Ohio, tried ripping off the dash camera and tried to destroy it by smashing it, sources said.
He also tried to smash and destroy his three phones and his logging device, Fox is told.
Asrarov entered the United States during the Biden administration in 2024 via the diversity visa lottery program.
