Undocumented Relatives of US Military Personnel Quick March to Green Card

Cynthia Fagen, Newsmax, December 2, 2013

A new policy instituted by the Obama administration–which went into effect Nov. 15–is allowing some illegal aliens to circumvent immigration laws and obtain green cards, the¬†Arizona Republic¬†reported Sunday.

It allows the undocumented spouses, children and parents of military personnel to be “paroled” into the United States. Once paroled, undocumented relatives then will be able to apply for green cards without first having to go back to their home countries, where those who entered illegally face bans from returning to the U.S. for up to 10 years.

The policy has been hailed by military and immigrant advocates. They say the policy will improve military readiness by easing some of the worry military personnel face, sometimes while serving for long periods overseas, over an undocumented relative under the threat of deportation.

Only legal permanent residents and US citizens are allowed to join the military.

Arizona Army National Guard Gabriel Zermeno, 21, was born here, but his father, Jose Zermeno, 53, is undocumented.

“At any moment, I could be overseas fighting for my country and he could be getting deported from the same country,” Zermeno told the Arizona Republic.

Now, under the new policy, the elder Zermeno may be able to legalize his status within a few months and a green card, according to the newspaper.

YOU have yourselves to blame by voting for a tepid republican candidate, and I know most of you will STILL vote for yet another McCain or Romney merely because he has an R after his name.
    You have yourselves to blame.

If we’re going to go ALL late Roman here and evolve our military into a foreign Legion like force we should do so only in the context of SEVERELY controlling and curtailing ILLEGAL immigration and making military service one of the only avenues to citizenship for carefully screened and selected applicants.

    Like South African Whites.

Even then, who is say these darkies won’t use their time in the military the way the Goth leader Alaric did against the Romans. Namely learn their tactics and doctrine, then later lead an huge army against the United States? Prior history already proves that is exactly what many of these foreign non-white personnel in the military will do. I hope none of them are anywhere near where they could be in control of nuclear weapons or other weapons of mass destruction, or in control of classified information that would be of great value to China and other nations who wish to harm the American people, specifically white Americans. It’s bad enough what they could do with conventional weaponry to white civilians.

So King Obama has made a new ruling. The Mexicans and other aliens are nothing more than mercenaries, including the ones that were born here.

“Service in the military” is yet another avenue to citizenship. Lincoln did it for manpower to destroy Liberty in America. Now obama is doing it to remake America in his image–literally. We should go back to the naturalization law that was enacted by the first congress and return America to a homogeneous society, as was intended by our (mine at least) Fathers.

Good point. One of the left’s talking points is that there used to be no restrictions on immigration, but they deliberately ignore that from about 1790 until 1954 (with I think limited exceptions made near the end), only free white persons of foreign birth could become naturalized citizens of the U.S. None of these browns or blacks would ever have become citizens under that dispensation. There is even a Supreme Court decision from the 1920s that the term “white” is to be used in its colloquial sense, so that a Sikh (think Nikki Haley of South Carolina) was not white and could not become a naturalized citizen. It’s one of the great frustrations of my life that as I grow older and wiser, I realize that a lot of old fuddy duddy dead white European males had already figured out a lot of things and set up their societies in a rational manner to benefit and continue the societies. Only with the 20th century do we see a wholesale rejection of their wisdom, and now we have to regain it painfully.

        You are absolutely, 110% correct.

Obama’s doing exactly what is expected of him…

These military personnel with undocumented relatives are as far as I concerned mercenaries. You can bet that if Obama ordered them to kill white Americans on sight, they will do it without question. You can also bet they will join gangs after leaving the military, and use that military training against us. It has already happened against white police officers, who used their own combat experience in the military to kill them.

When Mexico presses its claim to what is now the southwestern US, who will these Mexicans fight for? My money is on Mexico. In fact some of them would fight for China if the US and China engage in a nuclear exchange, as many believe will happen in the next few years. Do not expect Mexicans and blacks to fight for the white race. A local white lady whose son is a Green Beret says Obama has gutted the military and her son is just marking time to as to collect his pension in seven more years. With Obama, the USA got more change than it bargained for, and hopelessness instead of hope.

What has history taught us? The Czechs had the Sudeten Germans; We will have the Southwest Mexicans!

Just another sign of our collapsing empire. We can’t get enough real Americans to fight our pointless wars so we use anchor babies and tell their parents it was okay to break our immigration laws.

    • Pro_Whitey

On the contrary, I think we could have an all-citizen military, but we would probably have to pay them more. I would rather do without the foreign troops and get our troops out of everywhere but on our borders here. I think we would then find it quite easy to work with an all-citizen military.

      • WR_the_realist

The only way to have an all citizen military is to do what Switzerland does — refuse to fight other people’s wars. I’m all in favor of that. The only circumstances under which I’d be happy to serve in the military would be if the U.S. had Switzerland’s foreign policy. Then I’d know that I’d only be fighting to defend my own country.

-pointless except for banks and international industrialists-

Then, everybody who ever put on a uniform is a “hero” and “keeping us free”. I am sick to death of these mostly low-brow, unemployable mercenaries being hailed as “America’s finest” There hasn’t been a justifiable military engagement in my (considerable) lifetime and arguably for long before that. And for you “superpatriots” out there, my father was a veteran of three wars and he’d say the same.
