Reactions Mixed to Controversial Harrison Billboard

Susanne Brunner, Arkansas Matters, October 17, 2013

A new controversial billboard put up Tuesday in northern Arkansas is sparking a nationwide controversy.

The billboard went up a few days ago along bypass 62-65 in Harrison.

It reads “Anti-Racist is a code word for Anti-White.”

It has caused local outrage, with some calling it racist.

Pictures of the billboard are spreading online, and people are coming to Harrison to see it themselves.

Residents say their town has come a long way from the image of white supremacy, and people say this billboard reminds them of an unpleasant time in their history.

“It goes against everything that the Diversity Council, Harrison High School have taught the young that are growing up here in Harrison, and I wish they’d just take it down,” Dena McGlynn said.

Others don’t have a problem with it at all.

“As a white American male, if you say anything about anything else, then you’re automatically a racist,” Josh Rosenberg said.

By saying these things they become normalised. It gradually becomes acceptable for people to repeat and believe in them.

This is a highly effective and important way of reaching people and taking the narrative out of the hands of the leftists.

    • Kenner

The narrative itself is now referred to as the ‘anti-white narrative’.

      • Calling it that will be deemed a hate crime. The White community must not be allowed to think of itself as victim, ever, unless they are “special” Whites who seem quite content to live here instead of moving to their homeland.

    • Tim_in_Indiana

Unfortunately, I predict this sign will be up for two weeks max. Mark my words. The anti-whites (including misguided whites themselves) will pull out every stop to get this sign taken down, including:

      Suing the sign company
      Boycotting former advertisers
Harrassing whoever paid for the sign
Turning it into a nationwide scandal

      And if all else fails
Splashing the sign with black paint

      • ms_anthro

Then we will buy and build more. What’s one sign in an ocean of 2000 signs? They can’t stop us.

      • The Knights of the Ku Klux Klan are located very near Harrison, AR.

The sign might be there a while.

        • I doubt it was K. Whitaker wants to keep some distance between his Mantraites and the Ks, and he doesn’t touch the J issues with a ten foot pole.

          • Harumphty_Dumpty

QD, we’ve had quite a lively discussion at BUGS about that “distance” lately. Bob’s idea, with which most of us agree, though some of us with strong misgivings, is that use of Mantra phrases anywhere and everywhere is overall a good thing.

          • Kenner

‘Anti-Racist Hitler’ -the animated short–is the best skewering of ‘diversity immigration’ one could ask for…witty and to the point.

      • Sick of it

In Arkansas, the corrupt government will get their thug state troopers to tear it down. They tend to harass folks like us.

      • Harumphty_Dumpty

Please quit whining and add initials to this month’s STOP WHITE GENOCIDE “petitions” that I give directions to above.

        • Talltrees

Continue to remind everyone here. They will finally get sick of hearing it, they’ll sign the petitions.

    • Harumphty_Dumpty

Exactly. Have you added initials yet to this month’s “petitions” at the White House that do that? See my comment just above.

  • MekongDelta69

    “Anti-Racist is a code word for Anti-White.”

    It’s NOT a ‘code word‘ for Anti-White.’

    It MEANS Anti-White.

    (But it’s a start…)

    • Paleoconn

You’re right, the code has long ago been cracked.

  • Kit Ingoldby

And what on Earth is a ‘diversity council’?!

    • Manaphy

Sounds like some sort of a Jewish organization.

    • Spartacus

A bunch of people, none of which are Eskimos, harassing you if you have a problem with Lemaricus raping your daughter .

      • David Ashton

Why don’t they have any Eskimos in the Olympic high jumps?

    • DaveMed

      My thoughts exactly!

    • Kenner

Sounds like a thoughtcrime tribunal, like the one they had in Salem, Massachusetts , a while back.

    • Paleoconn

I predict there will be Departments and Ministries of Diversity in all western countries’s governments.

    • dukem1

Really. I picked up on that too.
More tax dollars at work – at rest, actually.

  • Manaphy

Anti-Racist is a code-word for Anti-White. If a sign which was against anti-black racism or against “antisemitism” were put up then no one would care. But then suddenly once whites get the audacity to protest the genocide of their people all the liberals and their mothers cry and throw an uproar. If and when whites band together we can finally defeat these people and their “diversity councils”.

    • ms_anthro

Let them whine and cry. We’ll keep getting our message out there anyway. The dam is cracking and they don’t have enough fingers to keep it plugged. In fact, all their hysteria just makes them look even more desperate and totalitarian.

Keep the manufactured outrage coming, multicultists. You’re helping us spread the word with all this publicity.

    • Andy

“It’s up to you – no more than two.”

Can you imagine if that was in a black school?

Well, I plan to have EIGHT.

      • That’s my point. It would never be in a ghetto or taco high school, because nobody would ever dare be so “racist.” Even though white people are under TFR; population growth in our world is entirely a non-white thing.

      • Paleoconn

The difference between you having eight and a NAM is that you will father them with the same woman, and you will be present and give them all your paternal affection. This is not in the NAM’s playbook.

        • Franklin_Ryckaert

Yes, that’s the difference between r-strategy and K-strategy. See Philippe Rushton.

          • Paleoconn

Agreed, that’s where I first saw this.

      • Sick of it

Please, don’t limit yourself. If you feel comfortable with more, go for it.

    • Paleoconn

It’s up to you to have no more than two rings like Henry Ford’s ‘you can have it in any color as long as it’s black’.

By the way, two is below replacement, when you consider the number of progeny who die before reproductive age or who stupidly choose a celibate life.

  • cecilhenry

    way to go guys!!

    Awesome job

  • Alfred the Great

Kids are being taught in school that everybody is the same. If that is correct, then how can there still be diversity? Also, if there is no such thing as race, how come we still have racists? And ditto to the several comments about the “diversity council.”

  • gosh almighty…

‘It has caused local outrage, with some calling it racist’.
yeah, because they are Anti-White! DUH

  • Luca

“Then you will know the truth and the truth shall set you free.”

Unless, of course, you’re White and then the truth becomes racist.

    • RisingReich

Doesn’t change the fact it still sets you free, however….and freedom can be very empowering.

    • Andy

  • If race is only a social construct, how can a sign about anti-white racism be offensive?

    • Spartacus

Race is not a social construct. Society is a racial construct .

  • DelmarJackson

Here is a good definition for multiculturalism, and is a seven syllable word with a simple seven syllable definition.

    Definition: Multiculturalism

    Get / ting / rid /of / white / peo / ple
I would love to see that definition on a BillBoard, how do we crowdfund that one?

    • capnmorgan5150

  • Spartacus

“It goes against everything that the Diversity Council, Harrison High
School have taught the young that are growing up here in Harrison, and I
wish they’d just take it down,” Dena McGlynn said.”

    • Stentorian_Commentator

So I take it the Diversity Council and Harrison High School have been teaching a series of multicult lies, and Dena likes it that way. T.S., Dena!

  • Son of Galton

How about this for a billboard: “100% Diverse Means 0% White.”

    • Jefferson

Haiti for example must be extremely “diverse” than. A White Haitian is about as rare as a Black Serbian.

The closest thing to White that Haiti has are light skin Mulatos, but even they are still a small minority. The vast majority of Haitians are dark as midnight Bantus.

    • dukem1

There has to be at least one white. Someone has to organize things.

      • Franklin_Ryckaert

Organize things? Nothing is organized in Haiti. Chaos needs not to be “organized”.

  • Andy

“It goes against everything that the Diversity Council, Harrison High School have taught the young that are growing up here in Harrison, and I wish they’d just take it down,” Dena McGlynn said.

Good. The Diversity Council shouldn’t exist and Harrison High School shouldn’t be indoctrinating the young with their political beliefs.

  • WASP

Three cheers for whoever put up that sign!

    • Alexandra1973

I wonder if it was an AmRen subscriber. 🙂

      • Bon, From the Land of Babble

It’s someone from Bob Whitaker’s BUG army.

“Anti-Racist is Code Word for Anti-White” is their Mantra.

        www // whitakeronline // org/blog/

        • I thought the Mantra was banned from AmRen.

          • Ordinarily it’s not a good idea to be repeating “mantras” of any kind here. Since this article is about that one particular mantra, we expect to have comments with the entire mantra or parts of it. Still, we should not let this thread be about posting the whole mantra hundreds of times over.

          • seapeaMP

It’s this type of thinking that makes me Hate AmRen. It’s a losers mentality.

          • Galt

You mean, you won’t allow users to copy and paste the same, old message over 100 times below every article?

I can tell you are Marxist, Bantu, ZOG, ghetto, homosexual, and anti-white vermin!

          • Bon, From the Land of Babble

            I thought so too.

Try posting it and see what happens.

        • Rachel May

I’m 45 and I was hearing this “mantra” when I was a kid and now its new?

  • Somebody’s learning the trick.

Do something outrageous and newsworthy that creates a “story only racists would love,” and our message gets out their through MSM.

Itching ears are eager to hear what they know in their hearts. News stories of “obscenely irresponsible” Whiteness are our best recruiters right now.

  • Alexandra1973

How long until the message board over there gets taken down, I wonder? Looks like we’re all over there!

  • Bon, From the Land of Babble

    From the video:

It really made me mad. It just kind of bothers me. Everything about the sign was screaming out racism…’ said David Stewart, a college student in Harrison.

Yeah, like we should listen to some IDIOT college kid (he’s White). Wait until he’s denied job opportunities in favor of unqualified blacks…or a victim of the knockout game.

Memo to Bob Whitaker: You were right. Your message IS having an impact.

    May it go viral…

  • Bon, From the Land of Babble

“It goes against everything that the Diversity Bolshevik Council, Harrison High School have taught brainwashed into the young that are growing up here in Harrison…”

    • Paleoconn

That Diversity Council does have a creepy Orwellian ring to it. What amazes me is that any time a Muslim picks up and leaves his country he ends up in a White country, instead of one of the 57 other Muslim countries. Good pics. The homeless one is classic.

    • ncpride

Speaking of brainwashing and schools, my son was given an article to read in Language Arts today that was totally pro-homosexuality, and anti-conservative. I was seeing red after I read it. I know NC has adopted ‘Common Core’, and if this sort of thing is on the agenda, I’m done with that school. I sent a VERY angry email to the principal of my sons school a few hours ago, and I’m waiting to see how he responds. I’m just not having this nonsense. I’ve been really happy with the public schools here, but if this continues, he will no longer attend.

      • Sick of it

Just wait until he gets the math lesson on pimps and prostitutes.

        • ncpride

I’m really hoping this was an isolated incident. This particular teacher is new, very young, and probably hasn’t been long graduated from liberal indoctrination camp…er.. college. I flat out told the principal in my email that I would appreciate her leaving her personal political and social ideology out of her lessons. But I especially don’t appreciate homosexuality being discussed in any class he attends. That agenda has been pushed much too far. Considering how careful and limited NC schools are about teaching sex education, she should have known better.

          • ShermanTMcCoy

Should have? Obviously. But never underestimate the stupidity, aggressiveness and self-righteousness of the average liberal.

        • ncpride

Just to let you all know, the principal called me first thing this morning to discuss my email. He actually agrees with me on all points, and will look into the article in question and find out what the ‘thinking’ was of the teacher that presented it. He agrees that this kind of political and social bias has no place in the classroom. We’ll see what happens next, but now I know to keep an eye on this particular teacher and what she is teaching.

          • curri

I wouldn’t trust the principal either. Remember that Cultural Marxism is the de facto state religion everywhere in the American Empire.

          • ncpride

Well, he seemed pretty sincere, nevertheless, you’re right. This principal is new as well and I don’t really know him, so you can bet I’ll be watching.

          • Anna Tree

I am surprised he answered you the way he did (and yes indeed, let’s hope it was sincere), I thought to advice you to claim to be a muslim for him to start agreeing with you and stopping the indoctrination! i.e. only being another minority (muslims being more underdogs than homosexuals for the leftists it seems to me) can save you from being branded an homophobe.

  • Franklin_Ryckaert

Another way to irritate the diversity crowd is to hi-jack the term “diversity” itself. Put huge bill boards along the streets with in bold letters the slogan DIVERSITY IS OUR STRENGTH and beneath it a photo of a group of happy smiling white people dressed in folklore costumes of the various European peoples. That is the diversity we want! Unless certain words are copy-righted, the anti-Whites can do nothing against it.

    • Talltrees

      That is an excellent idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • My White Privilege: Having White skin.

I am not afforded any benefits for such, but I supposedly have privilege.

    • Bon, From the Land of Babble

Never ever ever apologize for being White.

We’ve had 50+ years of government sanctioned, anti-White policies of open discrimination against Whites. Affirmative Action = legally forced racism against Whites.

It’s past time to start pushing back.

Hell, at this point what have we got to lose?

  • RHG

The whole “diversity” scam is just an excuse to discriminate against whites.

  • IstvanIN

    We need an engineered rhino-virus.

  • Steven Bannister

Josh Rosenberg! Was that a Jewish cowboy we just saw?

    • e2657383

We are not allowed to speak of that here on Amren.

    • ShermanTMcCoy

LIke I have always maintained, about 5%.

    • Ever heard of Alfred Rosenberg?

  • ms_anthro

The official definition of genocide would fit nicely there. Or maybe just that “Where’s the outrage?” poster of Channon and Christopher.

  • MBlanc46

“It goes against everything that the Diversity Council, Harrison High
School have taught the young that are growing up here in Harrison….”

    Yeah, you betcha.

  • willbest

This confused me at first, but then I realized I had temporarily forgotten the devinision of “controversy”, which means “anything a liberal doesn’t like”

    • Sloppo

You are right about that term. Thanks for that. I need to manage a list of redefined words like that one. I think the most dangerous liars are the ones who redefine words.

  • ms_anthro

Great post. Please copy and save it somewhere in case it gets censored for daring to have mentioned the Unmentionables. Thanks for this!

  • Bon, From the Land of Babble

Tim Wise identifies himself as an “anti-racist.”

I can’t think of a single person MORE anti-White than Tim Wise.

He is paid millions of dollars on the college lecture and book tour circuit to preach and promote his “anti-racist” message when he is, in reality, an evil, sick, psychopathic, pro-White extinction advocate.

I think the mantra was formulated specifically to use against Tim Wise, the king of the anti-racists – it certainly fits him to a T.

    • Sick of it

Those fellows who aren’t Eskimos keep declaring war on us…and we promptly ignore the warning. It’s kind of like knowing Hiroshima and Nagasaki are coming, yet the Japanese residents decide to stay at home and die, against all reason or natural instinct.

    • I turned to the hard right well before 1996.

    • Carney3

The quote you have there takes him out of context, and is deeply misleading as a result. The essay it’s in is obnoxious enough, but it does NOT, as you clearly imply, anticipate or celebrate white extinction, simply the end of white-defined and white-dominated America and conservative policies.

      • Everyone gets taken out of context at one time or another.

      • Anna Tree

I checked and it seems Carney3 is right. I may be mistaken and those who thumbed Carney down or Bon can show me that quote as in the picture Bon posted, or anything with that meaning. There is so much to accuse Tim Wise and other anti-whites, I don’t think there is a need to add or exaggerate, and it can be shooting ourselves in the foot. I was relieved, but it didn’t make any difference about what I think about Tim Wise. He says enough things for me to know he does want us extinct, and indeed what I found he said is problematic and ambiguous enough.

In Tim Wise’s “An Open Letter to the White Right, On the Occasion of Your Recent, Successful Temper Tantrum” he wrote:

And in the pantheon of American history, conservative old white
people have pretty much always been the bad guys, the keepers of the
hegemonic and reactionary flame, the folks unwilling to share the
category of American with others on equal terms.

Fine, keep it up. It doesn’t matter.

Because you’re on the endangered list.

And unlike, say, the bald eagle or some exotic species of muskrat, you are not worth saving.

In forty years or so, maybe fewer, there won’t be any more white
people around who actually remember that Leave it to Beaver, Father
Knows Best, Opie-Taylor-Down-at-the-Fishing Hole cornpone bullshit that
you hold so near and dear to your heart.

There won’t be any more white folks around who think the 1950s were
the good old days, because there won’t be any more white folks around
who actually remember them, and so therefore, we’ll be able to teach
about them accurately and honestly, without hurting your precious
feelings, or those of the so-called “greatest generation” — a bunch
whose white contingent was top-heavy with ethical miscreants who helped
save the world from fascism only to return home and oppose the ending of it here, by doing nothing to lift a finger on behalf of the civil
        rights struggle.

It’s OK. Because in about forty years, half the country will be black or brown. And there is nothing you can do about it.

Similarly, Oprah just said the following today Friday November 15, 2013 in a BBC interview:

“I said this, you know, for apartheid South Africa, I said this for my
own, you know, community in the South — there are still generations of
people, older people, who were born and bred and marinated in it, in
that prejudice and racism, and they just have to die,” Winfrey said.

It also rings like Tim Wise’s letter, anti-white, problematic and ambiguous.

  • Funruffian

“As a white American male, if you say anything about anything else, then you’re automatically a racist,” Josh Rosenberg said.”
A guy named Rosenburg said this?? Holy Cow! Ring the Alarum Bells!!

    • e2657383

Shhh…no mention of Rosens or Bergs or Rosenbergs here on Amren.

      • curri

Especially the one who was in AH’s cabinet.

      • Funruffian

I know. I read the memo. It’s fun to be subtle at times. I can get away with it.

      • Franklin_Ryckaert

Well, let’s talk about the Rosensteins then.

    • Brian

The Bantu going polar bear hunting can’t tell Rosenberg from Smith. This guy probably recognizes that.

    • Anna Tree

If that Jew can trigger others to think (although other whites have been saying the same and were indeed called automatically racists and more if they even make the news and all this is outrageous), well I am glad for the truth to at least being said.

More and more people will start to say the emperor has no clothes, it was just a question of time. The wheels are turning… Now I want to hear/see “Black countries to the blacks, Asian countries to the Asians and white countries to the whites”!

  • Harumphty_Dumpty

We’re making a major effort to spread the phrase “anti-racist is a code word for anti-white” to Whites everywhere.

Spend a few moments to help by googling “White GeNOcide Stalwarts” and adding initials to this month’s White House “petitions” you’ll find at the top hit. Use Obama’s million watt megaphone to spread the our memes and phrases!

  • Harumphty_Dumpty

To see the readable (but very inaccurate) ADL article on the sign, google”Arkansas Racist Billboard Part of White Supremacist Strategy”Notice of course the expert use of words by our anti-white enemies: their headline includes both “racist” and “White supremacist.”

Are we going to stay stupid forever, or are we going to CONSISTENTLY hammer the term “ANTI-WHITE” into common discourse by using it at EVERY opportunity, just as anti-whites have done with “racist” and “white supremacist”?

    • Carney3

It’s amusing in a dark way to see, on that ADL page, the systematic deletions of critical views in the comments thread below the article. Relentless “This comment was deleted” interspersed with arguments back from the other side.

  • ViktorNN

I’m not a mantra guy myself, but I have to admit there’s something to the idea of repeating a simple slogan over and over exposing millions to it in the process. It opens up thinking about things that our enemies would rather not be thought.

Any reasonable normal white person knows that all this stuff about diversity, white privilege, anti-racism – it’s all anti-white hate. We can feel it in our guts. It’s good that people are saying it loud.

  • Galt

White females are one of the largest groups of beneficiaries of affirmative action.

    • curri

Second-wave feminism is a cultural Marxist curse. Most likely the first wave wasn’t a good idea either.

  • De’Ontavious Jizzaiah Jones

Like it. It copies the atheist MO.

  • Fr. John+

    There’s even a pop/rock song with this theme- It’s catchy, I like it! (dot)com/watch?v=rXrnzOrZmmw

  • Sloppo

Some Jews and/or people with Jewish names are not against us. The Bible identifies an exceedingly dangerous/evil segment of the population which self-identifies as “Jewish” in Rev 3:9, but it obviously implies the existence of Jews not in that category.

    • Alexandra1973

There are two verses in Revelation.

Revelation 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

      3:9 Behold,
I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews,
and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship
before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

  • John R

SO WHAT? Sounds like the makers of that billboard have been viewing American Renaissance. So, what is it that some people are so afraid of, huh? Gee. Don’t they want to “spark a dialog on race”?

  • Sick of it

We’re already past that if you include the depredations of part black muslims.

  • Pelagian

    “”anti-racist is a code word for anti-white”

hmmmn… my jury is still out. It doesnt quite roll off the toungue. There may be a better slogan out there somewhere

    • Kenner

‘Anti-racist is code for anti-white’ works as well.

  • jena

Which, in fact, makes this “anti-racism”, racist.

  • Katherine McChesney

Taking it down may influence someone who has seen or heard about it to erect one of their own.

  • OhWow

I guess this “diversity council” skipped its meetings at the NBA and NFL.

  • Talltrees

It is quite good. Someone is posting this on WhiteHouse.Gov petition site every month. In fact, I am reminded to sign it every month.
Go to the ‘White Genocide Project for more signs.’

  • Ezra Pound

“It has caused local outrage, with some calling it racist.”
Translation: “It has caused a local outrage, with some calling it white.”

  • Galt

Of…AA? Surely, you must be joking. Asians and white males rank higher.

  • Anna Tree

Why strange? There are Amrenist who are Jewish, who are white and are pro-white.
That said, maybe Josh Rosenberg is not jewish LOL

  • Anna Tree

Thanks for the link! Yes nice and catchy, I liked it too. It brought tears in my eyes…
