Americans Prefer Illegal Immigrants Head Home

Steven Camarota, Center for Immigration Studies, February 2013

A new poll using neutral language—and avoiding the false choice of conditional legalization vs. mass deportations—finds that most Americans want illegal immigrants to return to their home counties, rather than be given legal status. The findings also show a very large gap in intensity, with those who want illegal immigrants to head home feeling much stronger about that option than those who would like to see illegal immigrants receive legal status.

  • Of likely voters, 52 percent responded that they preferred to see illegal immigrants in the United States go back to their home countries, compared to just 33 percent who would like them to be given legal status.
  • There is an enormous gap in intensity between the two views on immigration. Of those who want illegal immigrants to head home, 73 percent indicated that they felt “very strongly” about that view, while just 35 percent of those who want illegal immigrants to get legal status said they felt very strongly about this view.
  • One reason the public may prefer that illegals head home is a strong belief that efforts to enforce immigration laws have been inadequate—64 percent said that enforcement of immigration laws has been “too little”, while just 10 percent said that it had been too much, and 15 percent said it was “just right”.
  • When asked why there is a large illegal population in the country, voters overwhelming (71 percent) thought it was because we had not made a real effort to enforce our immigration laws. Only 18 percent said it was because we were not letting in enough immigrants legally.

{snip}

  • When asked if they had confidence that immigration laws would be enforced in the event of a legalization, just 27 percent expressed confidence that there would be enforcement, while 70 percent indicated that they were not confident immigration law would be enforced.
  • Enforcement remains politically very popular. Of likely voters, 53 percent indicated that they would be more likely to support a political party that supports enforcing immigration laws vs. only 32 percent who said they would be more likely to support a party that supports legalization.

The poll was conducted by Pulse Opinion Research and is a national survey of 1,000 likely voters conducted January 23-24, 2013. {snip}

The immigration issue shows better than anything that despite its rhetoric the Left does not care about the working or middle class. It is a coalition of an ultra-rich elite harnessing the very bottom rungs of society to economically and physically terrorize those caught in the middle. The Republican elite (epitomized by someone like Grover Norquist) have also been pouring money into churches to deceive evangelicals into getting with the program.

These immigrants do not “do the jobs that Americans don’t want to do.” They depreciate the prevailing wage for all jobs, and believe it or not Americans will landscape, do construction, work in meatpacking plants, or be nannies for rich children.

You can have a welfare state to a certain extent, keeping a certain number of entitlements and a safety net, but if we grant amnesty to another 11 million, that provides no disincentive for further lawbreakers, and sooner or later the whole system is going to collapse.

    • http://www.newnation.org/ sbuffalonative

Do these pro-amnesty zealots believe that the average American is concerned about the plight of illegals? Is this the number one issue with Americans today?
We have far more important things to deal with than illegal aliens. This is not a priority of Americans.
Also, McCain and other Republicans have made it clear they’re doing this to get the Hispanic vote. They need to be called out for that.

      • Felix_M

McCain needs to be drummed out of office, stripped naked, his head shaved and locked in a padded cell, left to gum bowls of cold oatmeal until the end of his days.

    • Felix_M

Opposition to immigration cuts across party lines. Whichever party champions the prompt cutback of immigration numbers already far, far too high to be sustainable will capture the electorate.

This article should be widely shared. The notion that we owe citizenship to anyone who lands on our soil, as a moral obligation, must be challenged. What white man would dream of demanding a moral right to Japanese citizenship? Invaders need not be violent if they meet no resistance.

    • ed91

we’re the only country (that I know of)

that is stupid or corrupt enough to let this happen.

      • Hirschibold

Britain is even worse. The Mexicans just want the wages that come with heading to El Norte. The Muslims in Britain want a hell of a lot more than money. They want total submission from the domestic population, and they want to transform the entire society in their image.

        • shmo123

You’re right the muslims in Britain, they do want more than money. But that could be their downfall should the Brits ever grow enough spine to throw them out. From the way they dress to the way they act, Muslims do everything to separate themselves from the majority population. Hopefully when the day comes and tipping point is reached, it will be as if they’re walking around with targets on their backs.

        • Katherine McChesney

          And also the blacks…

    • guest

Our country is really the doormat of the world – our corrupt leaders let everyone else walk all over us. And I get so tired of those who support illegal immigration always telling us how we should be kind and understanding to illegal immigrants as they take full advantage of us. They don’t see us as kind and accepting, they see us as fools who they can take advantage of.

“I do not think that Japan should ever become a multiethnic society.” – Jiro Kawasaki,
lawmaker of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party

      Why is this not us?

      • Veritas_lux_mea

It seems their government is also concerned with preserving Japanese ethnic/racial purity. They pay ethnically Japanese Brazilians to leave Japan once they are no longer needed as workers.

I admire the Japanese more and more every day. 3, 4, or 500 years from now, Japan will still be Japan, while the West will be God knows what.

        • Joseph

The rest of the west will be Capetown-Juarez-Calcutta-Peshawar-ville.

      • http://twitter.com/LavMenace Crystal Lee Evans

Unfortunately, that is not totally the case. In Japan, there are sizable numbers of Koreans, who are descendants of those who were brought to Japan by force when they annexed Korea in 1905. They ended up working in the coal mines. Many returned to Korea after WW2 but most stayed and made their homes there. Also there are numbers of Filipinos and Indonesians who are there as guest workers.

      • Joseph

Because Japanese are a minority -even in Japan to the white, liberal mind. American and European liberals see other races as being
“diverse” so they are right to protect their non-white interests.

I think that the key to understanding this is everyone else is free to hold this idea because *everyone* except white, Euro descendants are “minorities”, no matter how many there may be.

Since racial and gender politics are now all the rage, I solemnly swear that from henceforward I will vote only for white, American, heterosexual, Christian males.

    • NeanderthalDNA

I have a couple of white lesbian friends who feel the same except for the last two qualifiers. They are sick of watching their daughters getting exposed to the Africanizing atmosphere of our schools, can’t afford to send them to the Catholic school. If a white gay candidate promised to work to enforce immigration and stand up for whites I’d vote for he/she/it in a heartbeat over the alternative.

      • Daisy

When I see white lesbians with their white babies I can barely contain myself from giving them a lecture, especially the northwestern european ones. Some do seem to recognize how increasingly hateful our society is of their white children.

        • NeanderthalDNA

Yeah, these two are real salt of the earth types. Work hard, obey laws, pay taxes, raise their kids as well as they can…hey WHITE PEOPLE!

I personally don’t think the secular government should recognize a religious institution like marriage anyway. The only thing the civil authorities should recognize should be a “civil union”, which could legally be exactly the same as a “marriage”, but if you want to call yourself “married” either do so or go pay a church or something. It’s all a semantics game tied up with politics.

My friends don’t march in gay parades unless they go to Mardis Gras, hate what’s happening, are proud of their white heritage.

They could break some heads too if they had ta…good girls in my book. Want them on our side.

          • Hirschibold

Many trendy gay neighborhoods have been traditionally adjacent to rough black areas. It’s hard for someone who lives in San Francisco not to understand the difference between their town and Oakland, and why one city is a success and one is not.

Bruce Bawer, author of “While Europe Slept” and “The Victim’s Revolution” is gay. Everyone has a s*** list. Gays aren’t on mine.

          • Nathanwartooth

Attitude on gays starting to turn around on Amren? Never thought I’d see the day.

But I’m the same way. No need to make someone our enemy who could easily be our ally.

          • Hirschibold

I can’t speak for all of Amren, only myself. The truth is this struggle is much less of a left-right one than it appears to be. Mainstream conservatives moon and grovel over MLK and Israel on a daily basis.

Plenty of race realists have problems with capitalism (see Sam Francis on the subject) since Capitalism is ultimately about the bottom line, not about ethnic loyalty. The “Occupy” kids get a lot of grief, but being angry at guys like Lloyd Blankfein who stole billions, or trillion dollar wars going on in sandpits on the other side of the globe seem to be reasonable reasons to be angry.

“Extremes meet” as they say, and you would be surprised at how many of the hipsters and hippies who grow their own food or make their own clothes know the truth about race and Western Civilization. This line about the ‘racist old dinosaurs’ dying off is BS. Young whites who weren’t alive for slavery or Jim Crow are sick of being conned and saddled with massive debt, while their Boomer parents applaud themselves for turning this country into a third world pigsty.

          • Daisy

There’s no question that some of these groups many AmRen’ers and conservatives discount could actually be strong allies. I had a lesbian white prof in NYC who admitted to me that she has to fight in her classroom to disallow any anti-white comments and that she refuses to indulge liberal racism. She has a blonde blue eyed daughter. Another white lesbian I met teaches in the inner city and stares her students down when they try the “I’m black!’ angle; she simply retorts “And I’m gay.” She teaches at a charter school where there’s no tenure and likes it that way as they reward ability and hard work.

White lesbians get some of the worst anti-white violence; I know because in a few instances I’ve been attacked after having been assumed to be one. Some of them truly become radicalized, or perhaps just realistic, about race in a way their straight counterparts might not because of the intersection of anti-white racism and misogyny. Without the benevolence of a white male they’re specifically targeted. I saw an article about a white lesbian couple who were getting attacked living on the edge of a black neighborhood, and yes, the blonde one elicited more intense aggresson but it outraged them both.

Why not bring in all the allies we can?

          • Katherine McChesney

There are many white lesbian bullies. I met some in California. They tried to bully me about my being heterosexual. I am NOT a friend of homosexuals. I have too much experience with them from the past. They are generally liberals and I can’t stand liberals. They’re second on my list after blacks of people I have no compassion for.

          • Mr Plankton

Gays are not the problem,Millions of useless, unskilled people squatting in our country are the problem. I don’t agree with gays(and women for that matter) serving in combat roles in the military but that’s a side issue. As far as marriage is concerned, I don’t have a problem giving gays the same legal rights as a married couple. The problem that I do have with gays is that the group as a whole tend to be very leftist in their thinking. Just as you can always find someone who knows a hard working african, you can always find someone who knows a conservative gay. I don’t believe the group as a whole is on our side.

          • Anon

There was a time when I had a number of lesbian friends. That they are no longer allowed in my life was a big part of my awakening. The older I got, the more I realized that lesbian behavior, and, to a more limited extent, gay male behavior were normal parts of typical heterosexual behavior. You can see this easily in history and in other cultures where there are no gays…..just straight people who occasionally experiment. It’s deviant behavior, to be sure….but it’s deviant heterosexual behavior. There is no such thing as homosexuality.

Why is that important? Because certain alien cultures which are extremely hostile to white people made these things up. Go back far enough, and there are no gays. Just like, if you go back more than a few generations, there was no such things as racism. These things are manufactured concepts….racism I mean (race used to be so all inclusive in identity that it was unnoticed and taken for granted).

What made me stop allowing gay men around was the sheer pathology they self-identified. They were trouble. Most of them freely intermixed with the prison and drug cultures and could not understand (more to the point refused to admit) there was something WRONG with that.

But what made me get rid of the lesbians is something not so obvious. The more they trusted me, the more they let on to a conspiracy they are all involved in (subversive….their word, not mine) to position themselves in positions where they could brainwash (again, their word, not mine) children. Like any normal person, I have a big problem with this but I was specifically alarmed with these groups embrace of cultural marxism and hatred of white men. It would be bad enough if their “subversion” was limited to acceptance of their lifestyle. Parents have a right….and historically have defended that right at the end of a gun, to choose how to raise their families.

But there was a strong element of specifically weakening, feminizing, even destroying white male identity in rather creepy and sinister terms.

Be careful of friends like that is my advice. Out of many gay friends, NONE of them chose to show even basic respect or acceptance of what and whom I am (a white heterosexual man). Instead, choosing to conspire, literally, against that. The only reason I even know was the friendship I extended them. They assumed (wrongly) that meant I was a collaborator in what they were doing, and hence, “cool” to mention certain things around.

It was an unpleasant but highly educational experience. Like I said….a big part of my awakening.

          • Daisy

I don’t know how extensive your experience of lesbian life and culture is, I can assure you mine consists of an adult lifetime of mixing in various lesbian circles amidst various ethnicities, classes, personality types, political views, etc., and even among the most politically active types I rarely heard any express hatred of men. I also never heard of any plot to brainwash children. I did note that many of this subset were progressives although never did I hear anyone mention Marx. Oddly enough, I found some subsets to be rigorously skeptical of the mainstream feminist tendency to locate the etiology of sexism in males; on the contrary the lesbians screamed the loudest about their frictions with other women. They are lesbians, not straight women, and as a result tend to emphasize inter-female conflicts over those between men and women.

Lesbians helped heal me from pathologizing men and also gave me strength to confront the reality that women are equally orchestrating of sexism and rape of women. Straight feminists tend to villefy men; lesbians *tend* to assign responsibility between the sexes more based on the individual and from a more objective, balanced perspective.

At the end of the day they are just people like everyone else, and most are born ‘gay’ as a result of intrauterine dynamics. Most don’t seek to revolutionize society; they just try to find a graceful place to live inside of it, and make the best world they can for themselves and children when they have them.

          • Daisy

I don’t know if there is a way to edit posts, but I’ll add onto mine above that most of the white/caucasian lesbians I’ve known who are younger and raising children feel very concerned about the status of white people in the US. Some consider anti-white attitudes more dire than ‘anti-gay’ ones, some experience racism towards them yet don’t sense discrimination because they’re lesbians much at all. They can be potentially passionate and devoted allies. When Obama was re-elected I read on AmRen of a white lesbian posting for what seemed the first time and I realized maybe we’ve finally come to the tipping point.

          • saxonsun

The Rosanne Barr joke: “I don’t know why lesbians hate men. They don’t have to f–k them.” And there you go. Hatred of men mostly comes from straight women.

          • Katherine McChesney

Homosexuality is not normal…it’s abnormal and perverted. The intrauterine dynamics are just a baser craving for perversion with same sex.

      • http://twitter.com/LavMenace Crystal Lee Evans

Agree. It is about time that we stop seeing gays and lesbians as the enemy and realize that we have some things in common. Situations like your friends are in show the need for school vouchers so that they can send their kids to a Catholic school or any other school that is eligible and would accept the voucher as payment.

      • Mr. Natural

Geez, someone is always trying to poison the pie. Why can’t we just be normal again?

      • Sherman_McCoy

I have nothing against lesbians, but every one I’ve met has had a tremendous anti-male, anti-conservative chip on their shoulders.

        • Daisy

A lot of bisexual women are just injured straight ones, but I wouldn’t attribute the status to their own failures necessarily. It depends on the woman. Some are just neurotic and some have been attacked by men or both And yes, some ‘lesbians’ eventually realize they’re bi or straight, There’s quite a bit of friction between these identities within the lesbian community and a fair number of ‘real’ lesbians avoid, resent or just feel annoyed by bisexuals.

        • NeanderthalDNA

Despite my generalized rejection of blame game politics and ideology, I’d have to say that many white male conservatives (especially evangelical/fundamental types) have not been so kind to lesbians or gays of any type.

I don’t think gays are naturally more liblefty than straights. Like Jews, having (for real) suffered at the hands of some throughout the history thing, I suppose the charms of cultural Marxism are hard to resist. Understandable.

I hate to sound like a panderer, but part of the problem with homosexuals has been the cookie cutter conservative knee jerk reaction. Hey, gays have been around for quite a while. Homosexuality was casually highly accepted by the ancient Greeks. Not new-gay revisionist propaganda, by the way. Spartans often entered battle nest to their homosexual lovers, but then the Greeks appear to have been more bisexual in the big pic, since these men would return to wives and families they had sired.

My friends both were involved in heterosexual relationships from whence their daughters come, and didn’t work out, found each other, liked it. They don’t care whether their kids are straight, gay or bi, just want them to be happy and non-Africanized.

Were the trouble making religious right (who support illegal immigration – souls! – pander to blacks and white genocidalist ideas, and want your daughter to birth the mulatto in her womb left by brutal r-style rape) to disappear tomorrow and cease to poison the minds of the “right” in this country…

Perhaps we could forge a “new right” based on the true kernel of modern Western civilization – REASON and faith in rationality and science. respect for and belief in Truth as revealed by discovery and experimentation.

Gay, white, and sick of being genocided? I’m OK with ya. Anybody give you trouble just let me know…

          • Sherman_McCoy

Good stuff, Neanderthal. My best friend from high school is gay, and he and his partner are both dear to our family. And you may be right: his embracing all things liberal might have something to do with his experience with other conservatives.

      • http://profile.yahoo.com/NQHEAYZCMBOERHG2VZRDQ3YUSQ Felix

They are sick of watching their daughters getting exposed to the Africanizing atmosphere of our schools, can’t afford to send them to the Catholic school.

I had always believed that culture was important, but it really came home to me when I realized how insidiuously and effectively the country’s wholesale embrace of street-n***er music and street-n***er culture had destroyed the moral underpinnings of this country and with it the country.

Time to start telling our kids to stop listening to street-n***er music. Time to start telling them that it’s not okay to walk around like a street-n***er with their pants at half-staff.

Asian parents don’t let their kids adopt ghetto culture. Why should we?

        • Katherine McChesney

A friend of mine has housecleaners who are Asian. They told him they don’t purchase used clothing because blacks might have worn them.

Your “strategy” of alienating women, gays, and secular people is precisely why this country will never halt immigration. Don’t you people get it? There are gays, women, and secular people that oppose illegal immigration (Americas most serious problem) and might consider voting to do something about it. Instead they are put off by the other grotesque features of American conservatism I just mentioned.

      • RisingReich

Stop drinking the kool-aid who ever you are. You are regurgitating the BS the MSM tells you about ‘conservative’ people. There is NO war against women, gays, or ‘secular’ people.

Please start thinking for yourself, and stop barfing on these forums.

        • brengunn

No, he’s right. More liberal minded realists are put off by some of the other ideas that coalesce around race realists. It’s obvious that there are lots of realists with anti-gay, anti-women tendencies who hate the notion of any kind of welfare state and place an antiquated religion on a pedestal.

          • Yu Wong

When the country honored that antiquated religion it was sane. I’m put off by some of the ideas that coalesce around the Mardi Gras 24/7 crowd.

        • a multiracial individual

There is no war against gays, they just don’t want them getting married.

There is no war against women, they just want to restrict their healthcare options.

“There is no war against gays, they just don’t want them getting married.”

That just might be be of the silliest comments ever made on this site.

“There is no war against women, they just want to restrict their healthcare options.”

Not wanting women to murder their unborn children is not “restricting their healthcare.” Also a ridiculous comment. And though I understand the pro-lifers’ point of view, I, and most Amrenners don’t share it. I believe most of us would like to see a 100% abortion rate for blacks, anyway.

          • a multiracial individual

[This just might be (one) of the silliest comments ever made on this site]

Are you seriously going to deny that legislating an exclusively heterosexual definition of marriage is not one of the more common ideals in mainstream American conservatism?

[Not wanting women to murder their unborn children is not "restricting their healthcare."....I believe most of us would like to see a 100% abortion rate for blacks, anyway.]

So according to your warped logic, abortion is murdering an unborn child. You find this practice to be vile except for murdering Black children? Sickening.

          • Sherman_McCoy

How is legislating an exlusively heterosexual definition of marriage a war on homosexuals, especially when this has been the law of every country since time out of mind? A war on homosexuals is what the muslims wage by beheading them.

I find murdering HUMAN children a vile thing. Homo Erectus is a species of something else: a useless and dangerous parasite. The fewer, the better.

Perhaps you should look elsewhere for places to post your inanities.

          • saxonsun

You have just demonstrated why we go to the left. And I wouldn’t waste my time attempting to explain anything to you.

Different races are not different species. Your flagrantly immoral conception of human life, which flows for your patently inaccurate descriptions of human biology make something abundantly clear to me. You care very little about the reputation of Amren, or Mr. Taylor for that matter.

          • Sherman_McCoy

No, I care nothing about your opinions, which are based on emotion rather than science.

          • a multiracial individual

My information is based upon the works of Arthur Jensen and Phil Rushton. They didn’t advocate any of the non-sense you argue that is why the moderators at this site are supposed to delete garbage about different races being “sub-human”, “animals” etc.

“That just might be be of the silliest comments ever made on this site.”

No, he/she has posted here before.

          • RisingReich

So preventing gays from ‘marrying’ is a WAR? Preventing government funded abortions is a WAR?

You are proving my point for me. Please continue to regurgitate. It’s quite entertaining.

          • a multiracial individual

War is an exaggeration (That is what happens to gays in Islamic countries). Of course it is detestable lunacy nonetheless.

      • David Ashton

The problem is that Cultural Marxists have deliberately and cunningly politicized – as “communities” – LGBTIs along with Blacks, Immigrants, Students and the Disabled in a common assault on Whites (race), Heterosexual Parents (gender) and Producers (class) to establish a pseudo-egalitarian world order. The “gay” lifestyle is an unnatural minority deviation, but it is possible to tolerate practicing gays and lesbians if as patriots and individuals they work to defend nationhood and civilized values; e.g. Bruce Bawer.

        • MarcusTrajanus

It’s possible to get some of those groups back on the White side. Focus on how violently misogynistic (women), homophobic (gays), ultra-religious and anti-intellectual (students), cruel to animals (environmentalist/animal rights people) certain immigrant groups are.

          • http://countenance.wordpress.com/ Question Diversity

Maybe so. Except I’m getting tired of hearing this canard that there are all these doctrinaire liberals out there right on the verge of becoming out and outright racialists but for the presence of a pro-lifer in Alabama. My big problem with it is that I can’t find any evidence that it’s true. If all these blue state libs want to be white nationalists, they can elect white nationalists who are socially left wing on everything else in their own states and cities. But they’re not…because they’re not white nationalists or even race realists, and they’re not for immigration restriction.

          • MarcusTrajanus

I’m not saying most will become outright racialists, they clearly won’t. What I think is that they can be nudged towards a more pro-White position on immigration, the desirability of diversity and multiculturalism, affirmative action, etc. These people will deny being “racists”, but they will want to restrict immigration. Of course, there must be a political outlet for these people, and at least in the US there isn’t one. Neither party opposes mass non-White immigration or takes any kind of pro-White position on anything.

          • Sherman_McCoy

All good points, but such efforts have been spectacularly unsuccessful in the past. It is as if the groups who would be most impacted by those immigrant groups have a dead spot in their brains when it comes to this issue.

        • saxonsun

You too. Gays cannot be unnatural–we occur in nature. Homosexual behavior occurs in the animal kingdom. Zoologists actually tried to cover that up…! Tolerate me. Sir, we gays have been tolerating your type.

          • Katherine McChesney

Homosexual behavior does not occur in the animal kingdom. Even if it did it would be a ridiculous defense of perversion among humans.

          • a multiracial individual

Homosexual behavior has been documented in MANY animal species. It usually present in the more cognitively gifted species. Of course, just because something is observed in zoology is not in itself a reason to think it is moral. It is not immoral because it is an activity that has no victim. It’s that simple. Of course, I would be more than willing to tolerate people thinking this innocuous activity is “immoral” if they left it at that. Of course, they do not do that do they? They actively legislate against it (much more so in Islamic countries of course). Unnecessary legislation on consenting adults is one of the more sordid trends in American politics today.

      • http://countenance.wordpress.com/ Question Diversity

Didn’t I already slap you down a few days ago in this same conversation?

I guess I’ll have to do it again.

The answer is that no major politician of any serious consequence on the Presidential track has actually openly proposed halting immigration.

And as I told you and everyone else when making my next point, (I won’t repeat the whole thing), the only person in American public life who could get himself on the possible Presidential track fairly soon who actually promises real immigration control, real meat and potatoes on that issue, Kris Kobach, also involves himself in all those “grotesque” social issues you wish we wouldn’t.

If Kris Kobach is the Republican nominee for President in, say, 2024, are you voting for him?

        • a multiracial individual

How does the lack of an appropriate candidate undermine my argument? Kobach would do well to distance himself from peoples’ bedrooms.

          • http://countenance.wordpress.com/ Question Diversity

And now we’re getting to the point. We need an appropriate credible candidate close that level of serious power who actually and openly advocates serious immigration control to know how serious the electorate is about serious immigration control. And anyone who wouldn’t vote for such a candidate based on other issues care more about those other issues more than they do serious immigration control. I get the feeling that you are part of that field. And if I’m right, then I can’t take your opinions about serious immigration control that seriously in terms of influencing the body politic.

Meanwhile, if Melinda Jelliby is a major party nominee for President, I’m voting for Melinda Jelliby for President, no doubt about it.

Interesting post, can only skim it right now…and cool window into history of Amren as it’s dated in 2000. I’d just ask if calling these potential supporters figments of our imaginations is part of why they remain unconverted. I’m looking for some victories, white nationalism may be desirable but too extreme for the moderates who would still be capable of defending and demanding their white rights.

        • Katherine McChesney

your first priority….SELFISHNESS, self-worship, propaganda, perversion and dangerous.

Ordinarily, I could not care less of you feel some fatuous need to needlessly alienate 5-10% of the White American population. However, since I am eminently interested in halting illegal immigration in this country. I feel compelled to have these unpleasant exchanges with people like yourself.

    • MarcusTrajanus

How will you know they are heterosexual and Christians? Homosexual men can marry women, have children and go their whole life pretending to be straight. Atheists and agnostics can go to church and pretend they are Christian.

Whenever I try to be “Christian” or “liberal” and have sympathy for illegals, non-whites, etc, one of them will try to run me off the road, rob my neighbors, or harass my elderly parents. One such incident happened to today as a Brazilian man working at a gas station harassed my elderly mother. The thoughts going through my head right now would make David Duke seem like a liberal. I am now one thousand percent white nationalist. I plan to be active and fight for the rest of my life. I have been pushed past the brink. I will use all of my ability and intelligence to fight this disgusting cancer that is destroying our civilization. I suggest all of you do the same. Stop complaining and DO SOMETHING.

p.s., if any of you white liberals are reading, I’m sure you picture me as some rural stereotype who can barely read. You are dead wrong. I have a master’s degree, I’m multi-lingual, AND I USED TO BE ONE OF YOU.

Welcome into the abyss. What something do you recommend we do?

      • newscomments70

There are infinite ways of fighting back. Some do require intense sacrifice and risk. Some ways are quite easy and fit well into the work day. Something easy: spread awareness on the internet…not on here, but in the mainsteam media. Always state facts, and avoid angry rants. Yahoo news comments are great. Excpect some hateful replies, but most will agree with you. Hint: most comments sections do not allow urls. I believe yahoo even filters out contraversial words and even the phrase: “American Renaissnce”. Whenever you type in a word that might be considered contraversial, add spaces in the word. Do learn self-defense and gun safety. Make the gym, martial arts studios and shooting ranges your haunts. Make bars a thing of the past. If you really want to go out on a limb, join a militia. That could be considerably dangerous and risky, but eventually, we will all have to join one.

        • Joseph

I belong to the local Repub party to question the advantages of immigration and bring dissenting facts into the meetings -and I have company there too. This forum may be cathartic but no benefit to question people here. You have to engage the source of the problem. As bad as the Repubs may be, the only way to change things is from within -as the liberals do with every social organization they can infiltrate.

I refuse to use Facebook or those (spy) media.

          • Guest

That is a great way to reach the mainstream. I like the internet, but that can be risky. I never post anything on facebook or similar. Facebook can be insidious. Facebook, latches onto your computers and cell phones. It logs you on without your knowning. You can be sending a comment and suddenly realize it will be sent via facebook. That could cause a myriad of personal problems and attacks.

I have recently started posting on British media, which is overtly socialist and pro multi-cultural. In the past, I would not make it past the moderator. Some allowed real time posting, but would soon delete my post. Sometimes they would keep the post but delete the most relevant part of my statement. Now some are leaving my posts untouched. I don’t know if the moderators are becoming lazy, or they are starting to agree with me. The winds of change are blowing, even within the left wing.

          • George

Yes, a rant on AmRen can be very cathartic.

Far better, of course, to send occasional, reasoned, polite letters to your state’s Congressmen and Senators. Send letters to the local Dumbocrat and Republican committees, too.

Jim Crow was established to protect white labour from blacks undercutting with cheaper work. The same today is occurring with Mexicants (sic). It helps to remind elected representatives that when wages are depressed, less tax revenue is available. There are fewer economic spin offs to create new jobs. Illegals can’t vote, but you and your fellow citizens can. When that competition affects you, it affects your decisions at the ballot box.

      • Triarius

I post on the links and other news sites have talk about race or politics. My favorite is to openly call out and debate libtards, I’ve made a few cry. DO NOT do this at work. It inspires people when you call out idiots in public, but do it when it feels right. Don’t go walking around annoying people. Many have thanked me for speaking the truth and having b-lls.

An effective technique I have found is called “The Biden”. Liberals yell to make a point to intimidate you. Just laugh at them a lot. It works.

        • Guest

Thanks for your comments, Triarius. You’re right. You have to be careful in mixed company, especially at work. I am lucky to work in a mostly white, race-realist environment. When I encounter minorities or liberals, they are usually government workers, and it is too brief for any political discussion. I had liberal friends and acquaintances whom I have actually shouted out of the room. For some strange reason, most still like me. I have converted none though. I have a liberal, black neighbor who is very left wing. He loves to bait me, and I don’t back down from him. That is a curious situation. I only argue back with facts. Surprisingly, he is less hostile than white liberals I know. It doesn’t matter though, white and non-white liberals are on a sinking ship. What they see as “the far right” is our only hope. As we did in the past, we will bring back law and order, prosperity, and technology. The left will languish in poverty, filth, and death.

          • Triarius

I’ve converted over a dozen, maybe two, and every ex that wasn’t a realist. The number of those that have been converted from my converts could already be close to a hundred and I am not even 30. That, I am proud of. The thing with speaking about it public takes away the taboo. When whites will openly question liberals and blacks the game is over. There is no way to argue in favor of liberalism. That is how you convert them. But yes, more than half never will.

They WANT to believe that and deliberately paint the stereotype of the racist, White hillbilly with a confederate flag on his truck and missing his teeth in order to discredit those whose views they oppose.

      • newscomments70

Exactly, and you bring up another point. I have met many of the folks you describe. Most country folk, from the South and other places, are very decent people. The liberal media loves to villify white country folk, but most have never really met any of them. It is just another form of anti-white hatred practiced by the media. I used to know a washed-up Hollywood actor. He would rant and rave about “people from the South”. I asked him, “have you ever been to the South?”. He responded, “no”. I asked, “have you ever met anyone from the South?”. He again answered, “no”. I then asked, “well how do you know that these ugly stereotypes are true”. He trailed off…”well, I saw it on TV.”.

        • George White

VERY good point. I too have found that folks from the south are wonderful and decent, salt of the earth. They go and fight for this country and then the liberal media trashes them at every turn.

          • Joseph

More than once with folks in the Ozarks, I have been invited to “supper” as they usually call it by someone I’d just met in passing. Many really do drive pickup trucks and/or live in a run-down house but I can
tell you I would much rather live next to most of these people than the ones I
see in most of the “desirable” places full of hipsters and yuppies. They are the kind that come over and help you fix your car, help you find the dog, mow your lawn when you’re sick or away. Most of these are really are decent folks who smile and greet you as they pass on the street, still believe in working, taking care of their families and country, and God.

        • Viv Jasper

At least Mr. Hollywood was honest when he answered your questions. Most liberals I know would make up a story to “prove” their point. It makes it impossible to have a discussion.
And I agree with you — I know countless wonderful people who live in the rural south. The ignorant, backward southerner stereotype is so tiresome.

          • newscomments70

No, Mr. Hollywood would preach to me. My favorite was his analysis of the LA riots, “The poor revolted. They were tired of ill treatment, etc”. If I brought up facts to refute him, he would literally stick his fingers in his ears and yell “LA LA LA”. He would even quote fictional movies to support his points. They are a childish lot. They can only produce fiction to push their agendas. Their material on Nazis is mostly exhausted. Most young people are so badly educated that they have no knowledge of this time period. The new target of the liberal elite is innocent whites. It doesn’t matter that they have no factual material. They will make something up.

I cut myself off from this person some years ago. Last I heard, he voted Republican in the last elections. Even the most revolting of liberals can be intimidated by the horrifying changes in our country. It does not change my opinion of him though.

I’m an English Professor with a Ph.D. I also used to be one of them.

      • a multiracial individual

I am currently a Ph.D student and hope to make it in academia one day. I would like to think if I ever reach that goal that I will feel free to speak my mind. Presumably, there are a handful of tenured professors that harbor uncomfortable truths about the world in their minds. Why don’t more of them disclose this knowledge to the world? After all, they can’t be fired for it.

        • http://countenance.wordpress.com/ Question Diversity

          It is my understanding that:

          1. Universities are creating or having fewer and fewer tenure track positions

          2. Universities are relying on H-1Bs for assistant professor (non tenure track, of course) positions more and more

          3. Even “tenure” doesn’t mean what it used to mean, that there are just enough tiny incisions in the tenure contract such that it’s not really tenure.

          • a multiracial individual

So what stops some of the middle age/older professors who are presumably secure from speaking candidly about certain issues?

          • http://countenance.wordpress.com/ Question Diversity

Yes, they have tenure, in that their job and salary is safe. But there is also social pressure to comply, or at least not talk the way we want them to talk.

          • Joseph

They can make it very unpleasant to stay. Fellow professors can withdraw from the offender and withhold resources which they might otherwise share. Department chairs and/or scheduling committees have no obligation to give you particular courses to teach; they can decide that they just don’t have the funds to match that grant you seek; they can decide that your lab laboratory space is needed for more pressing purposes. There are various formulae to calculate merit-pay increases which can be fudged against the unrepentant troublemaker. Promotions can be denied, endowed chairs can be denied. A thousand petty annoyances can be brought to bear against a problem faculty member even if tenured. They can make you WANT to leave.

      • hastings88

I have tenure and no more promotions ahead, so I am theoretically “safe” to speak my mind. However, the atmophere in academia is toxic to race-realists. You still have to work with people in committees on curriculum development, etc., and the vast majority of those people are liberals, if not radical leftists. Among 150 or so faculty members at my school, I am probably the only race-realist, and possibly the only one with wide awareness of race-realist ideas. I have to call my shots. Occasionally, I can mention things like the genetic basis of intelligence, or culture as a manifestation of deeper genetic characteristics. Any more, and I might “offend” someone, like any of our many race-mixers. Offending someone on that basis can be punished in various and unspoken ways, including legal action and forced-diversity training. It’s lonely being a race-realist in academia, and some degree of subterfuge is necessary. To the Ph.D. student: beware of showing your hand too soon.

    • Bon, From the Land of Babble

How about donating money to organizations such as AR, VDare, TOO, PLF (fights against AA in California) or any other organization that supports White issues.

Defending and supporting Whites takes MONEY and a lot of it!! Even $5 helps keep these organizations up and running. None receive government or corporate money –unlike ethno-centric LaRaza which uses its vast resources to promote such anti-White policies for themselves such as amnesty and AA — or the $PLC, and its anti-White scare tactics (but for us, Nazis would be now be marching in the streets!!) to raise enormous sums of money. Money used to fight against Whites and White America.

We are facing genocide, folks, it’s as simple as that — the time for hand-wringing has stopped. You must fund these sites and organizations.

I know the government has its boot on our White necks — we cannot speak out freely to advocate or promote for our race– at grave risk to our careers, reputation and ruination — unlike every other race/ethnic group in the US. We must do what we can — and that includes giving $$ to those who will speak out — often against great odds.

Illegal migrants are a side issue. The real threat is from the million-plus “legal” immigrants Washington lets in each year.
Mass Third World immigration must end.

    • George

The illegals are not a side issue. They are a majority of the issue.

There’s no denying that there are problems with legal immigration, and those problems have been systemic since the 1960s. I agree that mass Third World immigration is a serious problem, and must end.

With the legals, though, society has at least a modicum of control over who arrives. Background checks can take place. Illegals need only cross the Rio Grande, and anyone that that run, swim, or be hoisted in to the back of a truck can enter at whim. Over these ‘immigrants’, American society has zero control or discretion.

      • MarcusTrajanus

“Background checks can take place.” So what? A non-White is a non-White. A successful, hard-working, “assimilated” non-White who will likely intermingle with Whites is an even greater threat to the White race than a common criminal, an indio peasant who speaks no English, or an Islamic fundamentalist.

    • http://countenance.wordpress.com/ Question Diversity

Must side with NYB here, and not just for the personal reasons.

Per V-Dare’s mantra, the work permits are the de facto amnesty. An illegal alien gets a work permit, then he’s as legal as he’ll ever really need to be.

      • http://twitter.com/LavMenace Crystal Lee Evans

The only issue with that is the work permit and drivers license will have to be renewed every two years. The DACA program could also be discontinued at any time and they would return to being out of status and able to be deported.

Do we really need more drugs, more gangs, more crime, more job-grabbers, more disease, more traffic, more poverty, more welfare recipients and more high school dropouts? Why is it politicians can’t see what a clear headed 6-year old can see? The politicians no longer serve the people they serve themselves. We are having laws passed with no representation of the will of the people.

The way our shiftless gubmint works is to pander to the minority — or the 15 % who remain undceidely ignorant. It’s called “democracy.” Get it? The gutter press will take care of spinning the lies, just like they’ve convinced so-called conservative Republicans that invading Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Kosovo, etc. is promoting democratic values abroad.

If the elite can’t stuff what they want down our throats, then they’ll just give it to us good and hard — by enema.

Why is it that we are not breaking into their awful countries? Yes, I know it would not be tolerated. My thought is build your countries up and well please, just go away as the American people never voted on that miserable immigration law that is ruining our country.

  • http://twitter.com/LavMenace Crystal Lee Evans

The main problem is lack of enforcement of existing regulations. If businesses were fined heavily for each illegal worker than they hired. That would close the door on illegal immigration because without jobs, they will go back home. Instead, the government looked the other way when businesses hired illegals and paying them less money than a qualified American worker.

    • Greg Thomas

Fines mean nothing to the greedy business owners who hire illegal invaders in order to bypass American workers. Such fines are simply a cost of doing business. They need to lose their license to do business and serve serious jail time!

  • [Guest]

It’s interesting how the left professes an abiding love for democracy and esteem for the will of the people while at the same time forcing through policies that most people oppose.

    • George

The leftwits’ theory is that We, The People, would, indeed, agree with them, if only We, The People were smart enough to understand.

This is what’s known as ‘elitism’. Elitism is a form of discrimination.

      • [Guest]

Yeah, elitism seems to be prevalent among those who claim to champion the common people.

        >>>Of likely voters, 52 percent responded that they preferred to see illegal immigrants in the United States go back to their home countries…

Years ago, they opened the floodgates at the southern border against the wishes of the overwhelming majority of citizens. And they’re about to open them still wider. Soon that slim majority of 52 percent will be 45 percent and then 31 percent. At that point, the elitists can say, “See, the demographic makeover of the country was in accordance with the will of the people.”

And they’ll probably say it in Spanish.

3RD WORLD ALIENS WILL NEVER VOTE FOR REPUBLICANS
AMNESTY IS THE KISS OF DEATH FOR THE REPUBLICAN PARTY & USA.
    TIME TO BAN ALL IMMIGRATION.

It is really a shame that our criminal govt. is rewarding these illegal aliens with AMNESTY.

90% of these 3rd world aliens will always vote for the Democratic party, which is interested in importing poor 3rd world aliens to vote for them and help win elections, and to hell with the country. The Republicans will not be able to win any votes by posing as pseudo-democrats. It will make the Republican party’s “Demographic problem” worse, not better.

With so much unemployment, trillion dollar deficits, water shortages, urban sprawl and mile long congestions, this 3rd most populous nation on earth should be totally banning immigration, not importing more aliens. Alienism is a crime against humanity.

The left-wing media is trying to con Republicans into helping Democrats import more Democrats and destroy USA by tricking them into voting for Amnesty. They are fraudulent calling this rackets “comprehensive immigration reform” when it is, in reality, the death knell of USA.

The Republicans are digging their own grave by helping Democrats import more Democrats and turn the nation into a 3rd world country with the majority of Democrats, so they Democratic party can have a permanent majority and can thus establish an unopposed police state.

Pls. go to numbersusa and send faxes to your Congressmen and wake up these suicidal Republicans before they put the last nail in their own coffin.

We also need binding superseding national referenda to stop this crime against humanity.

    See ni4d period us .

    • George White

Hey, they haven’t passed an amnesty, so everybody here needs to DO SOMETHING and make sure it doesn’t pass. Call Congress and Senate. Send faxes and letters and emails. RAISE HELL!!!!!!!!

  • IKantunderstand

The truth is : it doesn’t matter what polls say. We are now under a tyranny. The branches of government set up by our founding fathers, have been reduced to rubble. The entire government is a fallacy. When are we going to stop this? Everything in our government is a joke. There is no more separation of power. The executive branch acts like a monarchy. The Supreme Court rubber stamps manufactured public opinion, the Congress is an assembly of fools who care nothing about their constituents. We need to form a third party, or we need to resort to other means of mind changing options.

I live in Los Angeles.. and was beaten into a 4-day coma in summer of 2006 by some of these wonderful folks.. a crime, to this day, I can NOT even get a PHONE CALL returned from the supposed LAPD “detectives” assigned to my “case”.. this subject makes me madder than anything, ESPCIALLY as the “selling point” of the new Scamnesty is the SAME ONE AS THEY USED IN 1986,when Reagan “promised” to close the BORDER, AFTER he “legalized” the ones there THEN!!
Are we going to buy the same BS AGAIN??????

    • Greg Thomas

That’s because so called LAPD “detectives” most likely share the same raza as the perps who nearly killed you.

Do you really believe racist white hater Obama will ignore the chance to reduce the white race to a minority in its own country by not going through with this immigration policy that will ultimately end the race western caucasoid race entirely and stop any roadblock for non-whites to take over and redistribute the wealth to become a 3rd world banana republic like Mexico or Haiti or Africa? These inferiors always do everything backwards and screw up everything they touch. They are after white females more than anything although to produce the mutts like the one in the WH. Republicans are still Republicans like they were with Lincoln. The Tea Party saved them in 2010 from decimation but they like King Soloman said in Proverbs ” a dog always returns to his vomit” …

I can’t take it anymore. Here we have a 4-way combination “victim” of discrimination.

Here is a sample of what a local university is offering in the way of a diversity presentation. Note the deceptive come-on line -“Jailed for Divorce” rather than “Jailed for Illegal Entrance to the Country” but never mind, it’s the sympathy that matters:

African Immigrant Jailed for Divorce to Share Personal Story on Campus

(City name’s) Jane Doe spent three years in jail waiting to be deported
after her now ex-husband turned her in as an illegal immigrant as
punishment for asking for a divorce. Doe will bring her story of struggle and self-acceptance to the University of (Somewhere).

Doe is an African immigrant, lesbian and single mother of two. She
will share parts of her memoir, “Freedom of an Illegal Immigrant,” from
noon to 2 p.m. in the Student Center State Room as part of
Black History Month. The event is free and open to the public and will
be followed by a Q&A-and-book-signing session. Free food will also
    be provided.

Doe moved to the United States from Zimbabwe at the age of 19 in
1999. Her memoir addresses every aspect of her identity from losing her
mother to suicide at an early age through finally accepting her
    homosexuality after a six-year marriage.

As part of her visit to the University, Doe will speak about the dangerous of
coming out in a very anti-gay culture, as well as the struggles of what
it means to be an LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and
Questioning) in the United States, taken from the experiences of others
she has met since writing her memoir.

Doe – a failed woman, man-hater, opportunist, black, a drain on our society.

Yeah, but it apparently plays well here outside of Peoria. If I thought I could keep my mouth shut -and weren’t afraid of being mistakenly made as someone who cares, I might go just to observe the fawning and obiesant praise by the vacuous shills from Social Work, Black Studies, Women’s Studies etc. She is selling her damned books and probably being paid a “speakers fee” or “stipend” by the university for dumping this load of crap to be shoveled up by logically incompetent students. These LGBTQ/minority orgs. are pestilently persistent and their indoctrination in the bizarre is financed at public expense.

There have been others over the years equally bad. This is just the latest.

  • Felix_M

Obammy is going to find this out real fast. Opposition to amnesty cuts across party lines.

If the magic negro keeps pushing for amnesty, all but the most left-wing of his base will dry up like a raisin in the sun.

    • http://countenance.wordpress.com/ Question Diversity

That is probably true, but in terms of elected politicians, the only reason a bill called “omnibus comprehensive immigration reform” or some similar gibberish hasn’t already passed and been signed is that there’s this big partisan food fight over which party and which party’s special interests gets the spoils from amnesty first and sooner. The longer we can figure out a way to drag out this natural partisan jealousy, and perhaps fuel it if we can, the more likely it is that (A) no bill will get passed, and (B) the bi-partisan real opposition can organize.
