Universities Continue to Advance ‘White Supremacy Narrative,’ Watchdog Finds

Jennifer Kabbany, College Fix, July 20, 2026

Several universities continue to promote a “white supremacy narrative,” which “leads them to believe that mainstream American conservatives are actively advocating for white racial superiority,” according to CriticalRace.org.

The organization, which tracks diversity, equity and inclusion efforts in higher education, notes that several universities have continued to push DEI concepts in the age of Trump 2.0 using the term “white supremacy.”

“Research by CriticalRace.org indicates that a number of colleges continue to feature references to ‘white supremacy’ in content presented on their primary university websites,” reported Legal Insurrection.

Seven universities were flagged by the group, including San Diego State University, which states on its website that it provides students with “accurate knowledge to critique white supremacy and promote social justice” in its College of Arts and Letters’ “Statements of Solidarity.”
