2nd Teen Charged With Capital Murder in Montgomery Triple Homicide at Hispanic Grocery Store

A second teen has been charged in the June slayings of three men at a Hispanic grocery store in Montgomery.

DeQundray Danell Savage, 18, is charged with capital murder of two or more people and capital murder during a robbery in the shooting deaths of George Elijah, Jr., 50, Daniel Lopez, 20, and Romero Lopez, 43, according to court records made public Thursday.

Previously charged was 18-year-old Jarques Butler.

Savage has been in the Montgomery County Detention Center since July after his bond was revoked on separate robbery and attempted murder charges.

He and Butler remain held without bond.
