Man Charged in Sex Assaults on Girls 12, 13

Two girls aged 12 and 13 were allegedly sexually assaulted on June 24 in a store {snip}

Police have now charged Rufus Folkes, 43, of Toronto with two counts of sexual interference.

According to a Toronto Police press release issued in 2012, Folkes was previously arrested for alleged child abduction {snip}

At the time it was alleged he attempted to abduct a 10-year-old boy. {snip}
