The man had parked in multiple spots outside the restaurant around 8:30 p.m. in the 19700 block of 44th Avenue W, according to a press release sent out Friday by Lynnwood police. An employee told him he couldn’t buy anything until he fixed his parking job. The man responded by throwing chips and condiments at the employee.

Then he jumped over the counter and shoved the employee against the counter.

After moving to leave the store, the man came back and proceeded to repeatedly punch the employee in the face and the body.

The assailant attacked a third time as the employee tried calling 911, knocking him down and then throwing his cellphone onto the ground.
