Drivers’ Licenses Open for Illegal Aliens in CA

Adelle Nazarian, Breitbart, January 2, 2015

A 2013 law that allows undocumented immigrants to attain driver’s licenses will go into effect on Friday, marking the first time in 20 years that individuals who are living in California illegally will be permitted to apply for one. {snip}

The DMV expects 1.4 million illegal immigrants to apply for licenses over the course of the next three years, according to local public radio station KQED. The licenses will not look the same as ordinary driver’s licenses. Republicans are credited with pushing for that distinction, which is included in a bill (AB 60) that Gov. Jerry Brown signed into law in September of 2013. The front of the licenses will reportedly say “Federal Limits Apply” and the back will read “This card is not acceptable for official federal purposes,” notes KQED.

{snip}

Four new DMVs have been temporarily set up specifically for the processing of the 1.4 million new immigrant licenses. KQED notes that they are located in Granada Hills, Lompoc, Stanton and San Jose. The new real estate and personnel are reportedly projected to cost $141 million over the course of three years.

You can be in the country illegally, but you can legally get a drivers license? The craziness just gets crazier.

    • propagandaoftruth

Apologies to the few sane folk left in the state but they don’t call it “the land of fruits and nuts” in the legal precedent arena for nothing.

      • LexiconD1

Most of us have left, in droves. I’m only stuck here for the next year, and I’m outta here.

CA is filled with nothing but illegals, and those taking a check from the government, ether in the form of workers, ‘retirements’ or ‘welfare’. With a few jobs sprinkled in here and there.

I predict the fall to Mexico in the next 10 years, more or less.

        • HE2

I am on my way out ASAP as well.
Northern MT, where we have family, is the goal.

          • LexiconD1

            Heading in that direction myself.

            I don’t have family there, but I think they’ll follow…

          • HE2

Excellent. Perhaps the day will come when we can all meet up in the Northwest.
The area of MT where family already there is building a compound is gorgeous, not very far from the Canadian border.
The plan is, we take care of each other.

    • Bossman

If they are going to drive anyway, it is better that they are licensed and can pay insurance so that they won’t create more chaos on the roads.

      • Reynardine

They’re not going to pay insurance. Why should they?

        • Bossman

Do you know them that well?

          • Reynardine

Using my Magic White Man Mind, I can use something you Ratinos consider dark and forbidden magic: economics and reading.

“Customers applying for an original driver license will need to do the following:

Study for the driver license knowledge test
Make an appointment before visiting a DMV office (walk-ins are only accepted at our Driver License Processing Centers)
Complete a driver license application form (DL 44) available at the DMV office
Under AB 60, applicants will need to provide DMV with:
Proof of identity and California residency
Pass a vision test, knowledge test, and if applicable, a road sign test
            Give a thumb print
            Have a picture taken
Schedule a future appointment for the behind-the-wheel driving test, if applicable.”

No insurance required. What is the incentive for them to get insurance? They will simply obtain cheap insurance, then stop paying. What is more rational, paying money and getting something, or paying nothing and getting the same thing?

What is the actual incentive for them to obtain a driver’s license?
Well by completing DL-44, you have a choice to register to vote… which I’m sure will be “completed accidentally” and the system won’t be checked. No doubt your kind will abuse that feature of this licensing drive.

In reality, all this will be too much of a pain, and most illegals will stay illegals to enjoy the benefits they already have.

          • Bossman

Unless you know them, you can’t assume anything about them.

          • Reynardine

You’re kidding, right? People follow economic incentives. Economics is a law of the universe. The incentives to behave legally aren’t there. These people have already been rewarded for breaking the law by coming over the border and stealing jobs. Why should they stop breaking the law? They have to pay money to “become legal drivers.” There’s no benefit for them to do that.

And, yes, I have known illegal immigrants. I used to work some very nasty jobs on a ranch. Many drive slowly on the roads so as not to attract law-enforcement attention. If they had licenses they’d drive like they work: dangerously, haphazardly and without regard to others.

          • Bossman

If they had licenses they’d drive like they work: dangerously, haphazardly, and without regard to others. What kind of strange logic is that?

          • HE2

Bossman, I am a Californian. I do not have to assume. The facts are under our noses.
Where there are Mexicans you will find the squalor and lawlessness [i.e. disregard for our laws] of Mexico.
Where there are meso-Americans, you will find the squalor and lawlessness of Venezuela.
The detritus invading us do not represent the creme de la creme; they are the worst of the worst.
is the worst of the worst.

          • Bossman

I used to live in Kansas City, what I saw is that is that they would settle in the worst areas of the city and make something out of it. Areas that were sometimes deserted by Blacks.

          • HE2

Not so, in California. I see it, hear it, smell it.
            Mestizos and C/A create barrios.
Multiple junked cars in yards and driveways, unkempt yards, filthy houses, loud mariachi music, unmuffled cars revved any hour of the night or day, gangs, shootings, fights, drug dealing out of homes, birth of kid after kid, none supervised properly, no interest in education, often kids home all day, or if sent to school, present as illiterate in native language, and no English skills, and in need of two meals compliments of my tax dollars. Overwhelmed health care and social welfare facilities, health histories unknown, not immunized, heretofore eradicated diseases emerge in the schools, not to mention treatment resistive T.B., the deadliest version.
Receive every entitlement known, though often both mom and dad work, paid under the table.
            Loud, drunken domestic violence.
            And more!
No. Sorry. With no regard for our laws or culture, they do NOT belong in a civilized country.
You are talking to a Californian, Bossman.

          • Bossman

These people that you are describing are still Indians of the Meso-American type.

          • HE2

I am referring to Spanish Euros, Bossman. They are not border jumping.
I am referring to the low IQ, criminally inclined brown detritus flooding our states, as we speak.

          • stedman holder

            No they are criminals!

          • Spot on analysis! And that’s coming from a former CA cop (now retired) who had to work among them each and every day.

          • HE2

You have my empathy, bluff. Thanks for your service, sir. It takes courage.
I patched up their gunshot wounds as a Trauma surgeon, experiencing their loud, unappreciative and rude families in the bargain.

          • stedman holder

That was before you were deported the first time?

          • Nancy

            AHAHAHAH!! Good one, Sted.

          • Of course we can.

          • I do! Having been a cop in Southern California for years before retiring to the mid-west, I can attest that a huge percentage of them drive without car insurance. This is very common, and not aberration. Those who have to deal with them on a daily basis know this all too well.

On the other hand, some do get car insurance in order to protect their homes and real estate, even though they are not lawfully licensed. Either way, there’s always some kind of illegal shenanigans going on with them.

          • mobilebay

No, no, Reynardine – all they’ll need is a case of cerveza before getting behind the wheel. Old custom.

          • stedman holder

Reynardine is correct, you are the one incapable of mastering the obvious.

          • LexiconD1

I do. They are the ones who run from the scene of an accident.

Happens more often, than not. By a lot.

          • Bossman

Schwarzenegger like Hispanics very much. He even fathered a child with his Hispanic maid. I saw a picture of that boy not so long ago. The boy can pass for a nice white man.

          • stedman holder

Highly doubtful, but even so he still will only have an IQ of 60.

          • Lkoehn

But can he behave and think like one?

          • No, it wasn’t so much that he liked Hispanics per se as that he likes large-breasted women whom he can pump and dump anytime he wishes when the wife isn’t looking.

          • Nancy

            Thanks for saying it, Lexicon.

They run, or try to run, from the scene of the accidents THEY cause. Which was exactly the case in 2007, when a bunch of illegals, crammed like a bunch of circus clowns into a POS little car, made an illegal left turn and rammed into my convertible BMW, causing me to have a head injury, a subsequent seizure, and forced my husband to quit traveling for work for the next 6 months because I was legally not allowed to drive (as would anyone who has a seizure), and he needed to stay home to care for me and the kids.

They immediately tried to flee the accident scene, but the collision rendered their car unable to start and the city Marshals were on the scene almost immediately, hauling them off to jail. I have no love for those people.

          • LexiconD1

You were lucky, most of them will flee, leaving the car at the scene. They don’t get them put in their names, or insured, so why not. When you buy it for a couple hundred dollars, it’s just as easy to leave it and get another. Especially, when your name is Jose Sanchez, or some such other common name that thousands of others have. Hard to find the right one. Had this happen to several people I know.

          • Nancy

What happened was this: They made an illegal left turn, apparently not seeing me coming. The crash happened literally right in front of City Hall, so the Marshal actually heard my squealing brakes as I tried to miss those idiots and witnessed the crash.

I was so dazed at first, and remember looking immediately over at the other car to see if they were hurt. What I saw was a beady-eyed Mexican desperately trying to get his car to start, so he could flee the scene. His eyes met mine, and then suddenly there was the Marshal at his driver’s side window. Other witnesses jumped out of their vehicles as well, surrounding their car, because they saw what I saw: a bunch of illegals about to make a break for it.

The Marshal told me, “Good for you! You knocked their car out of commission. A couple of illegals crashed into one of our city trucks just yesterday, and managed to get away before we could get there.”

          • USN Veteran

I used to live in the Woodlands, TX. right outside of Houston. It’s just common knowledge that you don’t drive after dark if you can help it, & especially not after dark on weekends. Mexicans will drink & drive, crash into someone, & if they can’t flee the scene, they just give some fake ID that says Juan Hernandez. They’ll spend a month or two in jail, then some liberal judge will let them out on bail, they never show up for court & what do you know, now they’re Paco Gomez. Until they do it again, then they’re Jose Perez.

          • Truth!

          • stedman holder

            Yes!

        • Mary

Yes. I used to work in auto insurance and saw this kind of thing all the time. Some might initially purchase a policy, but then it would cancel because they would not pay their premiums.

      • John R

Well, sir, if you are going to break into my house anyway, then, why don’t I just show you where my valuables are? I mean at least you won’t be making a mess of the place looking for things, right?

        • Bossman

That analogy is false. Your private property and the country of the USA are not the same thing.

          • me

Well, it sure as he*l not their country, now, is it?! Illegal invaders is what they are, no matter what the ‘politicians’ and the criminal ‘government’ says. Of course, with useful idiots like you around to cooperate in the demise of the country, they won’t stop until we’re destroyed.

          • Bossman

I’m just stating the laws as they are written. Undocumented migrant workers are not invaders. When the Framers of the Constitution talked about invaders, what they had in mind were armies led by generals.

          • They are criminal alien colonists. As partly Amerind on both sides myself, I recall that being colonized doesn’t work out so well for the original inhabitants of a land. Swedish women could probably tell a similar story about their new Somali masters.

          • stedman holder

            You are an idiot.

          • Nancy

I believe they had hostile invading foreign armies in mind only because, in their most morbid imaginations, they couldn’t possibly conceive of a future America in which we would willfully roll over and allow hordes of foreign brown settlers come in and take over.

I’m sure they wouldn’t have ever conceived of flying pigs, either, but if a huge band of winged pork suddenly descended upon our land and threatened to displace all the Whites, the Liberals would no doubt point to the Constitution and say, “Well, the Framers of the Constitution didn’t say anything about flying pigs, so…”

          • Who Me?

Undocumented migrant workers most certainly ARE invaders. There are laws regulating how people are allowed to immigrate here legally, who is allowed, and what the requirements are. These people either couldn’t pass the requirements or they didn’t want to wait, so they sneaked in the back door (that’s “invaded” for you, Bossman). After sneaking in the backdoor, they have not been screened for illnesses, they have no insurance from the jobs they do under the table, and they flood the hospitals for treatment of those illnesses and for first-class delivery of each and every one of their anchor babies, with all the bells and whistles, (to the tune of approx. $20,000/per woman, every 9 months and 15 minutes.) Then although they are working Off the books and therefore paying no income tax they are sending their little ninos to our schools, drinking and driving on our roads and getting welfare, food stamps, and every other free social service invented.

          • Reynardine

You’re wrong, as always. Is this a celebrated Ratino tradition of an inability to comprehend borders, laws, demographics, and economics? Now since I think about it, your avatar looks vaguely mouse-like.

Border violations have been various causes for WAR. Border violations have been the cause of panics and downfalls of nations.

Second, illegal immigrants DO cross private ranch property in order to gain entry into the US.

Illegal entry to the US is a misdemeanor, just like criminal trespass onto private property. What part of that don’t you get? It’s just like walking into your home uninvited.

Tearing down a section of border fence and hopping through is just like smashing into someone’s house.

          • Bossman

Illegal entry to the US is a misdemeanor. That is correct. “Just as” Criminal trespass unto private property. Wrong! Criminal trespass unto private property is a felony.

          • Sick of it

He’s forgetting Pancho Villa and our response, as always.

          • Bossman

That was more than a 100 years ago. Today Mexico is a member of NAFTA, a treaty dedicated to the peace and prosperity of North America.

          • stedman holder

Then why all the corruption and murders?

      • Alexandra1973

Who says having a license makes you a good driver? Believe me, I’ve seen plenty of *citizens* who must’ve gotten their license out of a Cracker Jack box!

        • I have driven out on errands and turned right back to home because too many idiots were on the roads. Some of the worst seem to think that possession of a mobile phone gives them arrest powers.

      • propagandaoftruth

        Hey Bossman…

If we let some of your favorite employees/cousins stay – what are you guys willing to do about the blacks, eh? I hear your gangs have cleared entire neighborhood in Southern Cali.

What do you think about black people? I don’t think I’ve ever seen you make any big credo-like statement regarding los marroches.

        • Latino Nationalist

You are right, entire neighborhoods throughout SoCal have been cleared of its Black inhabitants. For example, areas like Compton and South Central.

My race realist Castilian uncle, recently retired after working 30 years at a local SoCal jail. And boy does he have some crazy stories about that particular subject.

          • Bossman

I would like to hear about those crazies stories.

          • propagandaoftruth

Bossman has been dropping mierditas riquisimas here for a while. I think he’s either a sock puppet, a donor, or both. I have been mean and insulting to him on multiple occasions and…

No real results one way or another. Maybe he’s a masochist, which as my old pops would say, makes him a happy man. Bossman once posted a pic of Kim Kartrashian as a hot latina.

See what I mean? Whoever or whatever you are, you appear to have sense. Is he YOUR sock puppet?

If so, BRAVO SENOR! Me habia disfrutado insultandole muchisimo. A mi me prefiero el sadismo, me entiende?

          • Isn’t the Kartrashian skank an Armenian and not a Greaserita at all?

          • propagandaoftruth

To the utter horror of many Armenians yes – she is/was Armenian.
Armenians can be hardcore a-holes, but fall into what I consider the broad spectrum of “White Diversity”, certainly. I’m OK with “dark Aryans”, “high mestizos”, “Levantine Semites” and any number of high achieving, low maintenance “darkies”, “exotics”, “not-sure-what-they-are-but-don’t-hate-ems”, whatever, for many reasons, but mainly this…
If a decent, functional White does get something akin to the “jungle fever”…
Go for one of these why don’t you? Much better chance of future generations of your descendants being whatever “White” ends up being than mixture with significant Ubangi genetics.
Combined with say, allowing a spurt of Afrikaaner and other White refugees, a freeze on immigration now, combined with a shift in societal attitudes, could in fact insure a vibrant survival of New World White civilization.
Funny. As a result of triangulation, I can also kind of see how this immigration NIGHTMARE could work out to a sweet dream in the future in a bizarre but powerful way.

          • HE2

any number of high achieving, low maintenance “darkies”, “exotics”, “not-sure-what-they-are-but-don’t-hate-ems”

Propaganda, could you break that down a bit?
What is a “low maintenance darkie?”
Ummm, a negro with less than five felonies?
            Anglo with a deep tan?
What is an exotic? Or “not-sure-what-they-are?” Egyptian? Syrian?

I met, later dated a Lebanese guy I met one Midnight Mass feast. [He was Maronite Catholic].
The Anglo surname gave me no clue that he was ME until we went to a Brooklyn, NY Lebanese restaurant where he described everything on the menu. Otherwise, I never would have known.
            Pale skin, beautiful, crystalline,
blue eyes and dark, wavy hair, looked as Anglo as I do. To me, he was White.

          • Bossman

Yes, he is white. Anyone who looks white in America is white.

          • propagandaoftruth

Low Maintenance Darkie = Non or questionably White person who basically would statistically appear “white”, sociologically speaking.
I had some great Maronite Lebanese friends in high school and before. I had no problem with them. They looked White and lived it.
Even more exotic, like my governor, Nikki Haley. Sikhs are a fascinating group – regularly side with White Europeans when minorities in white countries against White haters.
A lot can be said for feeling comfortable around a person without having to force it too much. The gut reaction is better than the head or the heart sometimes.
Before Whites were so villainized many on the edge tried extra hard to “be White”. Nowadays…

          • HE2

            Thanks for explaining, propaganda.
I do disagree about Sikhs, however.
The Sacramento Valley in CA is swarming with these people.
They “clan up,” do not assimilate, a large number are on public assistance, many never learn English, and they smell bad.
I mean, really really bad. A combination of sour armpits, unbathed bodies, unwashed clothing, and their cooking odors.
As do muzzies, they build huge, architecturally Indian looking temples that do not blend well with the countryside.
You do not want to go into the Valley and speak with locals about Sikhs if you do not want an earful.

          • propagandaoftruth

Yeah…we all have our notions and such…

I like to think of the American White as the best of Magna Europa, genetically, which sucks in strands of the best of the “exotic”, but not so much as to result in effective “White Genocide”.

I’m not sure where the tipping point is, got some notions, but…

Those Sikhs – prime example of cultural critical mass issues. Bad drivers, eh? Meh – they hate the Muzzies at least…Maybe when the social wars start we torpedo the smelly erratically driving Sikhs into the muzzies and the Mexicans keep revitalizing black neighborhoods.

            Double parallel triangulation!

          • HE2

            You nailed it, propaganda.
            Sociological critical mass theory applies.
This is certainly true in the Valleys of California, where several of my family members still live, including three siblings who are watching the tax base erode, their home values decline, shopping areas go under, quality of life amenities disappear.
Some communities have as much as 30% percent brown, 20% yellow, and now, increasingly “resettled” blacks.

          • HE2

My Lebanese friend was American in every sense, born and raised in Brooklyn.
His father was second generation Russian, his mum second generation Lebanese.
I met his mum. She looked a wee bit Middle Eastern, but not much.

          • Bossman

Kim Kardashian is not Hispanic. Her father was an American of Armenian extraction and her mother lists her heritage as Scottish and English. But Kim looks very much like a hot Latina. I did post a picture of her and a Mexican Latina (Demi Lovato) and the similarity between them was very great. She has all the qualities of a Latina: Long straight black hair, high cheek bones, tan complexion, broad curvaceous rear end.

          • propagandaoftruth

            broad curvaceous rear end.

Bossman no esta bien de la cabeza.

        • Bossman

Here’s my statement about black people: They need to be assimilated out of existence through cross-breeding. America at this time in history does not need too many of them. Hispanics and Arabs are the only ethnic groups who appear to be good at assimilating blacks out of existence through cross-breeding.

          • propagandaoftruth

            You’re a sock puppet aren’t you?
Any group, Hispanic of Arab or Eskimo or Whatever that assimilates too much (5-15% pushing it in my opinion) risks…
            1. Almost arithmetic IQ decline and…
            2. Much beyond 25% “black” basically IS black no matter what spic-a they spic-a.
My theory is that if we cut off immigration pretty much right here and now, we would have three group basically…
            a. Whites – which includes most Orientals, White Hispanics, the Vast majority of Jews, people of mixed parentage with any of the above, and a few of whoever/whatever can cut it and lives White, statistically and behaviorally speaking.
            b. Browns – Racially mixed and those neither African negro nor White. Includes most Hispanics here…most but certainly not all.
            c. Blacks – includes degenerates from both the above groups as well as a few Pastor Manning types.
In a closed immigration situation I think the group most at risk would be…the Brown. Not because it would be targeted or suffer, but because it would self bifurcate. Some Hispanics, for example, would eventually come to resemble old families who look, live, self identify as White, like the Archuleta family and many others. Others, many who have it in ’em to begin wit’, would go the other way.
Purists cringe at this, but I think it’s the best option left for saving the country somehow, and…might not be so

          • Bossman

Whites which includes most Orientals. You’ve got to be crazy or stupid to believe stuff like that. In fact the biggest threat to white identity in North America will be coming from East Asians. The USA may have to wage war again with an East Asian country. It could be Japan again or China. These huge and populous countries are not going to go quietly into the night. They want to spread themselves all over the world.

          • propagandaoftruth

Nonsense. In the US east Asians are still a very small percentage of the overall population. Sure, some sorry sqwaukers and excuse bag toters will play the (embarrassingly ridiculous) yeller race card but…

Yeller Folk appear to generally be law abiding producers, a bifecta of traits along with relatively high IQ (hey, a trifecta!) that sociologically makes them “white” in the American context. When rampaging black-browns go mondo-bongo, the go mondo-bongo on white, yellow, joo-man, high Hispanic, their own Rukuses even…

It’s easy to distinguish producer from parasite, you know? What is the “Latino”, bossman? Producer or parasite?

          • Since you have suggested this monstrosity, your sister and/or your daughter should go first.

          • Bossman

That is strange coming from a man who is part American Indian who is married to a Japanese.

          • HE2

Bossman, MCS’s Amerindian DNA is relatively miniscule compared to his Euro White.
One could hardly qualifies him as Asian.

          • HE2

No thanks, Bossman. Not interested in lowering our IQs and civilization.

Keep the crossbreeding for your own kind.
May I suggest you volunteer your own daughters to prove you are “down with the bruthas?”

      • I doubt they will pay for insurance in any event.

        • Bossman

Well then, they’ll need to drive very carefully. They can still drive without insurance as long as they are very careful and know what they are doing. I don’t know any of them and I’m not willing to assume anything about them.

          • Most US states require proof of insurance as a precondition for driving. In Colorado, the penalty for not carrying insurance is stiffer than that for not having a license. The first offense also means mandatory revocation of the offender’s driver’s license. The child-molesting TSA agent I used to know got a $2400 fine and 84 hours of community service for his second offense. His routine was simple; he would get insurance and then let is lapse, which caused his car finance company to slap a “forced place” policy on his payment plan. He had to pay extra for this, but it covered only their losses if he wrecked the vehicle, but no liability on his own part, so it did not count as real insurance under state law. Insurance turns out to be considerably cheaper than $2400.

The really hilarious aspect to this was that I knew his DL had been revoked before he did. He had been throwing my mail in the trash, so after I tossed him out of my house, I started throwing his own mail away, after reading it, of course. I was hoping he’d get jail time for it. I was also extremely abusive with the bill collectors who would call here for him, usually telling them I was him. He’s now 8 years into a life-sentence for child-molestation, and I tell the bill-collectors that. He still owes on a 2004 small claims court judgement, so I regard the entertainment I derive from jacking with the bill-collectors as partial interest. That’s the sort of creep who drives without insurance.

Why do you believe that as an illegal criminal invader you are entitled to anything?

      • USN Veteran

I’m going to go rob a bank, but it’s ok because I’ll use the money for food & medicine for my kids. Is that cool with you? I mean, I’m committing a crime, but it’s for my own benefit, so that makes it ok, right?

    • Sick of it

This way they can “come out of the shadows”…and not be prosecuted. But don’t worry, we will likely be prosecuted in the not too distant future for “saying the wrong thing” online.

  • Samuel_Morton

“This card is not acceptable for official federal purposes,”

Why bother pretending that any rules apply to illegals?

    • They had to do that, because if they had not, California DL’s would instantly be unacceptable for boarding a passenger airplane. Probably not for driving on a military base, either.

  • Luca

The Sanctuary La Raza movement continues unabated with stupid reasoning like; “Well now the roads will be safer”.

Meanwhile illiterate peasants without any ID who are here illegally can simply have a DMV official vouch for their identity as long as they promise to tell the truth. The gang bangers will be reinventing themselves with new identities.

More joy brought to you by the folks at Social Engineering Inc. aka the Democratic Party.

  • John Smith

How can this be a good thing?

California used to be a nice place. Give it another ten to fifteen years as non-whites continue to pour in while whites continue to flee. It will look like a third world country.

End result of this policty – even more (uninsured) drunk driving accidents because of these parasites who seem to commit a disproportionate number of them already.

    • LexiconD1

Nope, ten to fifteen years not required, we’ve already reach that fruition.

    • me

The freeways are just a giant bumper car arcade already. This should help a lot….

      • Reynardine

Where are all the lefties screaming about how this is going to put more polluting cars on the freeways?

    • Malachy_Vilnius

I lived in California about a decade ago, it is already a third world country down there and should be annexed by Mexico. I don’t want it, and all its mestizos, in the Union anymore…

      • Surely we could blow SoCal up with nukes instead.

        • Reynardine

Neutron bombs. That was at least we preserve what little is left of the infrastructure.

  • Whitetrashgang

Betcha if your white you cant get one.

    • me

You can get one, after you pay to take a test, pay to buy your drivers license and insurance, pay your tolls, gas tax, car tax, tax on your repairs, tax on your new tires, tax on your oil change, tax on your car mats, etc. It’s called ‘White Privilege’.

  • Simonetta

Can’t Mexicans just use their Mexican driver licenses in California? I can use my Oregon driver’s license in Europe without any special permit. I got the Oregon license from a transfer from a Louisiana license without having to retake a driving test. And I got the Louisiana license by just driving car around a block without hitting anything. It was the first time that I had ever been behind the wheel of a car. [ I was hitchhiking home from school and the driver stopped at the DMV to get his license renewed. I thought that I was just going to get a learner’s permit until the examiner asked if I ready to take the driver’s test. So I borrowed the keys of the car. Good thing it was an automatic. The examiner said that I was too old to be without a license, but that I should really get someone to show me how to drive.]

In one sense this is not a bad idea. It gives a list of all the people who are in the country illegally along with their addresses. Such a thing would make it easier in the event that someone someday would just do the right thing and round up all the people who are living in this country illegally.

    • Reynardine

You assume they’re smart enough to pass the Mexican driver’s license exam. These aren’t exactly the shining stars of the Mexican educational system.

      • Obtaining a Mexican driver’s license require paying a cash “fee” to a local Mexican police officer.

    • Bossman

A Mexican can drive anywhere in the USA with a Mexican drivers license. The problem is that it can’t be renewed inside the USA.

      • Reynardine

If it’s such a problem, well then maybe they should stay where they belong.

      • Not all law enforcement agencies recognize a Mexican driver’s license.

        • Bossman

Canada and Mexico are members of NAFTA and since NAFTA, a Mexican is treated the same as a Canadian when they visit the USA.

          • Reynardine

I’ve met Canadians. I’ve met Mexicans.

I don’t think they’re even the same species.

    • I was told to get a real Australian DL when I was Down Under in 1997-98, instead of my International Driver’s License (I guess they weren’t interested in my Colorado DL, either), but the prospect of driving on the left was so unappealing that I didn’t bother getting a car or motorcycle. Since Sydney had a first-rate bus system, it was never an issue. The only time I was ever stuck downtown after the buses stopped running, a group of similar people and I pooled our money and got a taxi. They were going out along Anzac Parade St., so I was able to get out right near UNSW and walk the rest of the way home.

  • Ograf

Why wouldn’t we want these mutts driving around drunk, not speaking the language and killing innocent families with their autos? Maybe they should allow them concealed carry next.

    • State law can’t over-ride federal laws about firearms, and one of the questions on the infamous Form 4473 (yellow sheet) is “Are you in the United States illegally?” That said, the illegals don’t buy their guns at sporting goods stores.

  • Reynardine

Any movement to make illegals “more legal” will always backfire. Illegals, once in this country, enjoy a better status than they would legally. This is merely kibble for them.

Consider that Mexicans can avoid taxes (they only pay sales tax, and sometimes they skirt that by theft from employers or buying it wholesale), avoid property tax by buying things in cash and anonymously, violating housing requirements (dozens inside very small houses), etc.

  • dd121

Leftists selling out our country one drivers license at a time.

  • JohnEngelman

What part of the word “illegal” don’t they understand?

    • Reynardine

They lack the brain circuitry to probably process anything of the sort. A short conversation with Bossman will prove this point.

      • Bossman

Hey “Reynardine,” please keep responding to my posts and make your outrageous comments. I will be having lots of fun with you. Anyone who is so naive as to take the Samaritans seriously when there are only 751 of them left should be entertaining.

And, when they get arrested, they will be tried by a jury of THEIR peers.

    2013:

The California Assembly passed a bill on Thursday that would make the state the first in the nation to allow non-citizens who are in the country legally to serve on jury duty.

Gov. Brown vetoed it — for now.

    • Malachy_Vilnius

Glad you reminded us about the ‘Mexicans on the jury’ thing. It is one of the many reasons I refuse to take a vacation in California any more. What if something bad happens? Well the jury will consist of Juan and his 11 cousins…

    • I’ll bet none of them has an IQ higher than 85, and wouldn’t even know what a coilgun is. The one with her middle fingers in the air needs to be handed over to Lemaricus Davidson, preferably for life, as his cellmate, after tubal ligation. A dentist could also yank out all her teeth beforehand. Her mouth would be open later on, but she wouldn’t be saying anything.

White-shirt greaserito on the front right looks like he molests his own daughters. His 14 year-old wife (behind and to the right) is his cousin.

  • Yves Vannes

I`m sure they will all comply with the insurance requirement.

    • Vyncennt

Where I live, failure to produce proof of insurance, registration, or licensing results in the immediate confiscation of your vehicle. If not jailed, the driver is left on the side of the road. Would you like to guess which type of vehicle is typically NOT pulled over by the police, as they’ve told me quite bluntly, it will produce little to no results…

        Welcome to Animal Farm.

I always believed that book to be a warning, not an instruction manual…along with 1984…

  • B.E.L.

Actually it’s a good idea. It will give police officers a way to identify these people. Even if they lie or just plain out do not know their true birthdate (a lot of them dont), Whatever they have on that license, that is how they will be identified in California from that point forward. It will make IDing them a million times easier.

It is not going to make more of them come over, its not going to give them any benefits they dont already have, it really does nothing for them, except lets them drive….which they are already doing. Might as well have a way to ID them.

    • If they do lie about who they are on these DL applications, it is instantly criminal impersonation, which is a felony in most jurisdictions. Giving law-enforcement an additional reason to hang felony convictions on criminal invaders is useful reason all by itself.

      • HE2

Michael, California courts are so backed up with mestizo and C/A invaders’ felony infractions, too often, nothing comes of it.
Even DUIs with serious BI or fatalities are let slip in come cases because the uninsured driver flees the scene, disappears back to Mexico or C/A.
Or, a hearing is held, court date with order to appear. The lawless browns are no-shows.
Here in the Bay Area, illegals are legendary for daring to run on foot across multiple lanes of fast oncoming freeway traffic to flee, abandoning their cars after such accidents, even those involving fatalities.
They do NOT belong in this country.

        • Denver is an illegal alien “sanctuary” city, so I know quite a bit about that. Travelling to visit my mother in Boulder, we always take 470 west to Golden and then 93 to Boulder, as I-25 leads straight through Denverstan. Since I haven’t said that I hate Denver in several weeks, I’ll say that right now: I hate Denver.

          • HE2

Oh gawd. I hate hearing that about beautiful Colorado.
My bro-in-law graduated from the A.F. Academy. When I visited sis and him, it was lovely.

          • It still is, outside of Denverijuana.

          • HE2

Glad to hear that, Michael. Colorado is one of my favorite states.
Have made many hiking, camping and 4WD trips into the
Uncompahgre Nat’l Forest, and other wilderness areas.

            Black Bear Pass? Good times.

          • HE2

Yikes, dd, BBP was one of the trails that was on the edge of not being fun, it was so hair-raising, even in my vintage CJ 7 in tip-top shape.
I have photos of the trail conditions in front, behind, and to the side, all large rocks, even boulders, no ledge to speak of.
At one point, I leaned out the window and looked thousands of feet straight down.
I cannot bear it if ex-husband drives because he is a terrible overcautious “old lady” type driver in the best of conditions, let alone a surface as dangerous as San Juan off-road trails with switchback after switchback.
            I do love Colorado.

          • dd121

It helps not to have a fear of heights.
If you haven’t read it, Tomboy Bride, by Backus is a very interesting first-hand account of life in the high mining camps in that area around the turn of the last century. For many the mountains hold terror, for her it was all a great adventure.
I think my wife and I went over all the passes down there, except for Black Bear. I understand that if you rent a jeep there, you have to sign that you won’t attempt BB.

          • HE2

            Thanks for the recommendation, dd.
Sounds like my kind of book.

Even Siddhartha taught though avoidance/aversion is the flip side of attraction, it is important to feel averse and act accordingly in potentially harming situations.
So sorry about Denver. It was once beautiful.

        • Mary

Yes. As a former auto claims adjuster who handled hundreds of California claims over the course of several years, you couldn’t be more correct. The negative impact of illegals on the California highway landscape was simply breathtaking. Rampant accidents,
DUIs, and hit-and-runs. For the hit-and-runs that were eventually caught, most actually turned out to be illegals. The police would often not do much of anything since they were so overwhelmed by these situations. Often they would not even come out to the scene if no one was injured; they would advise the parties to merely exchange info. The illegal’s info would often be false and the vehicle they were driving would be either uninsured (usually) or the coverage would not extend to the illegal driver.

It was a total zoo and I feel sorry for those who have to put up with this nonsense firsthand. ( I suppose the entire nation pretty soon.)

          • HE2

It is as you say, Mary. California is going under for these reasons and many others.
Thanks for providing your lived experience.

        • lib1

Better to flee California while we can. There is nothing more we can do. It’s already majority-minority; what’s the point in sailing aboard a sinking ship?

      • Vyncennt

Honestly, Mr. Scott, do you believe the government cares if their illegal imported pets have a fraud based felony on their records?

      • B.E.L.

These are truly third world people, so many of them will lie and many of them (believe it or not) will simply not know the real answer to their name and DOB. But, whatever it is they pick, whatever name they give, that is their new name and DOB and will be immensely helpful to law enforcement.

The fact that our country is allowing us to become mexico is a complete nightmare and I wish something would be done to reverse it, but we all know that is wishful thinking, so the next best thing is to do something that will civilize the savages, even if just a little.

I really believe that most of us here (not all) could give a damn about actual skin color. It is their behavior, culture and way of life we do not accept. Although, I’m not sure I would want everyone on the planet to be exactly the same, if more brown people adopted our (white) values, culture and behavior, I for one, would be more accepting. And since that’s not going to happen, give them licenses so we can at least tell who the hell they are.

        • Who Me?

“But, whatever it is they pick, whatever name they give, that is their new name and DOB and will be immensely helpful to law enforcement.”

If illegals broke into the country because they have no money/jobs in their own countries, how can they suddenly afford a car? Since driver’s licenses are being handed out in CA., they must be planning on handing out cars too. Or, maybe, just maybe, the licenses can be used for voting. Think that might be it????

    • Vyncennt

“If illegals broke into the country because they have no money/jobs in their own countries, how can they suddenly afford a car?”

The unusually brown, paid in cash, stucco crew…working down the street from you…would be able to better answer that question…but I’ll give it a shot:

Cars are easy to obtain when your anchor babies provide you with government subsidized housing, utilities, food, and rent …. while you are still earning a hidden cash paycheck every week and merrily evading most tax burdens!

    • Malachy_Vilnius

Up here in Oregon we have registration at the Department of Motor Vehicles as well. The local Conservative Talk Show has had callers on complaining about how they were being treated at the DMV. ‘You marked Republican on your voters registration, are you sure that is right?’

Now if they are saying stuff like that to English speaking native White Oregonians, you know dang sure that they are just marking Democrat for the Mexicans when they hand them the form!!!!

I really do think we are reaching a point where the illegal aliens are tipping the balance of power and endangering the electoral system (as if the Judges already didn’t cancel out enough ballot measures!)

      • Who Me?

They do that in Washington State, too, and our beloved nanny state has been letting illegals get driver’s licenses for years now–right along with motor voter, and in-home vote by mail. (For everybody, not just those who can’t get to the polls like before.) If you have a driver’s license you automatically get a ballot in the mail. Now that is somewhat negated by the fact that a lot of them don’t bother to get a license, even though they can, but enough of them do to make a difference.
