Arizona AG Threatens to Sue Obama Administration over Illegal Immigrant Dumping

Caroline May, Breitbart, June 12, 2014

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne formally demanded the federal government “cease and desist” from transporting illegal immigrants to his state or else face a possible lawsuit.

In a letter to Department of Homeland Security Sec. Jeh Johnson, Horne called on the the government to halt the shipments of untold hundreds of illegal immigrant families to Arizona.

“In the past two weeks, the Department of Homeland Security has transported, and continues to transport, a significant number of illegal immigrants from other states into Arizona,” Horne said Thursday. “Men, women and children left at bus terminals in temperatures exceeding 100 degrees with nothing more than instructions to report to the nearest ICE office within 15 days, posing significant health and safety risks both for the people being abandoned and the communities in which they are being stranded, is not acceptable.”

Horne cited laws that he says DHS is violating, specifically a “duty to control and guard the boundaries and borders of the United States and against illegal entry of aliens.” He further noted that the transporting of illegal immigrants under similar circumstances, if done by a citizen, would be a federal crime.

“Not only were these inadvisable and irresponsible actions done without notifying Arizona officials, but DHS has yet to explain why it is apprehending aliens in Texas, moving them some 1200 miles and simply releasing them in our state,” Horne continued. “There does not appear to be any lawful authority for such actions, and I am demanding it immediately stops. In the meantime, my office is aggressively looking into what legal remedies are available to allow for a federal lawsuit.”

    Time for Arizona to secede.

Load them back on the bus and take them and dump them on the Capitol steps or the White House Lawn

These are Obama’s minions. Arizona will need to fly them to Washington first class. Otherwise it would be racist.

  • Truthseeker

This is what happens with a government that hates its own people: Childish, petty and downright embarrassing behavior. If a White president let this happen on his watch, he should, and probably would be ashamed. This is why you don’t let in “diversity” and allow them to vote, especially “diversity” that has a chip on its shoulder concerning the majority population. They install their own guy to act against you.

Die-versity is genocide for whites. This is exactly why only a single dominant ethnoracial group should occupy a single geographical space. Too many groups in a single geographical space means too many groups competing among each other for scarce resources. Because the only way to effectively monopolize scarce resources is to acquire territorial dominance, this means having to fight off other rival ethnoracial groups. No matter how you look at it, multiculturalism always ends in a pool of blood. If not stopped in time, it will result in the annihilation of the white race, especially because many whites have been brainwashed by the elites into accepting the ideals of a psychotic, Christian-influenced, globalist peace-and-love cult.

America is a Marxist morass, headed nowhere

      • All good points, except not all Christians agree with illegal immigration and multiculturalism. Most American Christian theologians (Charles Hodge, A.A. Hodge, R.L. Dabney, James P. Boyce and others) of the past recognized the inferiority of the negro. They didn’t wish them any harm (some even defended slavery!), but neither did they align with the bleeding-hearts from the North who eventually succumbed to liberal, higher-critical views of Scripture and race.

The point is, there’s many Christians who recognize that the racial and cultural ‘melting pot’ viewpoint will destroy any nation that adheres to it.

For His own reasons, God has ordained for the races and cultures to remain separate. There is indeed a ‘universal brotherhood,’ a body of believers that transcends race, nation, and culture – but that will not be fully realized until we meet in the age to come.

I can’t explain it now, but there is an ‘already-not yet’ tension that the Bible teaches. Race, ethnicity, and culture won’t matter in the eternal state, but for now it does. Complete racial harmony won’t be fully realized until the age to come.

        • Alexandra1973

I think I see what you’re saying. Spiritually Christians are one in Christ no matter what race or gender, but there’s still the physical aspect. Just because a black or Asian may be my brother in Christ doesn’t mean we should all mix.

        • American_cavalier

The vast majority of American Christians dont support legal or illegal immigrants nor multiculturalism. Just like other institutions there is a usurping class which has occupied positions of authority and now conducts racketeering, sedition, subversion, and treason against their constituents. Christianity is not mutually exclusive to nationalism. In fact it was Christians who started the nation-state concept in their war against Papal-Roman tyranny and soldified their standing in international relations with the Treaty of Westphalia. It is anti christians who ate destroying the freedom of nations.

          • adplatt126

Well, it certainly started that way. But at this point, I’d say Christians are enthusiastically complicit. In a totalitarian society, truth be told, to gain crumbs and favor from the power structure, all institutions bend to the ideology and interests of the power class.

          • American_cavalier

I dont know where you get the facts to support your conclusion that Christians support race mongrelization and importation of vast numbers of coloreds. Every poll shows the majority of Americans are opposed to these policies. The numbers opposed increase as categories go from atheist, agnostic, non church attending God believers, non church attending catholics, church attending catholics, non church attending mainline protestant, church attending protestant, evangelicals. The latter oppose immigration of coloreds and find miscegination disgraceful at levels approximating 80% with mainline protestants and church attending catholics not far behind. Considering these three groups alone account for 75% of whites and 85% of self confessed Christians the numbers are clear: Christians especially Protestant Christians are the most deeply nationalistic of any organized religious group. Combined with the effect of joining their religion to their politics it is clear why multicultis like Obama despise them for their bitter clinging to old beliefs, bibles, and guns. Your conclusion is simply wrong.

          • adplatt126

No, I’m not wrong. No Christian leader, no Christian sect meaningfully defies the power structure on most important civilizational issues. Whether it be religious radio stations, Christian TV personalities, whoever, at the very least, these Christian groups perpetuate the egalitarian myths of the power structure, usually by defending such views in scripture. I overheard a man a few months back claiming that we need to look after those vulnerable souls in foreign lands because the Bible says to (referring to Mexican invaders). Christian groups and their allies also love to tether service to the state with faith, which is absurd, in all likelihood a sick adulteration of Christ’s overt pacifism (particularly in that it asks American kids to die for a tyrannical power structure engaged in perpetual unchristian wars primarily for profit), and another shining example of the fusion of the power structure with all supposedly non-governmental entities in this increasingly totalitarian Marxist bizarro world we now live in. When you can show me even one solitary example of a modern theologian or Christian clergy or individual clergyman that explicitly supports white interests in frank racial terms, I’ll start taking your claims seriously that Christianity has something to do with defending white interests, rather than being largely a tool for the state’s sadistic designs (even if it’s less enthusiastic than the media in its condemnation and censorship of anyone willing to think independently on the race issue). In the meantime, I’ll say this: What you are seeing are correlations in the data. Simply because a group of people by and large feel a particular way, it does not follow that their dear leaders subscribe to the same ideology. Just look at the American nation for example. The power structure doesn’t give a rat’s behind what Americans feel or think. It does anything it wants and whatever is in its own interests, virtually all of the time. So is it for Christianity and Christian sects. There is a correlation between being a Protestant and being a conservative. Conservatives are more apt (because they’re permitted to politically) to have more reasonable views on race. Protestants are also more likely to be white Northern European, and to have ethnic interests alien to the elite caste and to the invading hordes. Also, culturally protestant groups are more permissive of politically incorrect views. They are after all traditional Americans. They hold American values and they have a strong sense of America as a nation and what and who embodies its principles (or what America used to embody). In-group cultural behavior also tolerates such opinions. It doesn’t follow though that Christianity itself or the Christian power structure or the clergy do. These are the reasons why protestants oppose these policies, because of their race and racial identities and for other related cultural reasons. In other words, correlations in the data that have nothing meaningfully to do with the religion itself and its tenets. These trends have little to do with the cult of Christianity itself, given that the cult seems extremely hostile to racism of late, and almost every time I turn around (although it’s really hard to tell who is just being silent, terrified of bearing the economic or legal brunt of the tyrannical state) I see new, even queerer examples of that hostility. But the views of the people are by and large apart from the views of their leaders and their religion and in fact, though there are correlations, those correlations are caused by other essentially unrelated factors which happen to correlate with religious affiliation, rather than being in any sense caused by the religion. Seems every good Christian wants to adopt an African baby (Romney) or invite a ‘gro into their home or community, to look after one in the name of Christ or Santa Claus or something. So, again, correlations in the data. Protestants are nationalistic? Well then they’re deluded, because they’re loyal to a government that is dissolving their whole civilization systematically. LOL. Someone give them the memo. It’s not Obama. It’s Bush, Obama, Hilary etc. Pretty much the whole power structure at this point. Anyone who is a nationalist at this point is beyond insane. When the government opposes the interests of the people at every turn, and when it is systemically undoing its civilization, you’re not serving the people by serving the government, you’re supporting the government in its quest to destruct them and their civilization. What the nationalists serve is evil, not America.

          • Einsatzgrenadier

The majority of Christians are not opposed to ethnic diversity, miscegenation or interracial marriage. That is a lie. All recent polls indicate that only a small minority of Christians oppose miscegenation. For example, according to the Pew Center’s 2011 Political Typology poll, most Christians, Catholic and Protestant, said that interracial marriage was either good for society or neutral.

You may have a point about immigration, but that still doesn’t change the fact that all major Christian denominations and Christian religious leaders are some of the biggest supporters of massive third world immigration in existence.

        • Einsatzgrenadier

What Christianity was like a few hundred years ago is irrelevant. I don’t care about the finer points of Victorian Protestant theology or the warrior-monks of the Middle Ages. Just because something was a certain way in the past does not mean that it will be that way in the present. This is why I only care about what the religion of Christianity is like today, not 100, 200 or 400 years ago. And from what I see, we’re dealing with an evil, murderous force that threatens the survival of the white race and western civilization with total annihilation.

It is a fact that all major Christian denominations support the genocide of the white race through massive third world immigration, racial egalitarianism, miscegenation, integration, and multiculturalism. The Christian religion demonizes our instinct for racial self-preservation. The instinct must be suppressed because it is “racist” and therefore sinful. This makes Christianity, at least in its modern, orthodox form, both anti-white and pro-white genocide. Modern, orthodox Christianity is best viewed as an extremely toxic and dangerous form of pathological altruism.

Even though a few religious believers may reject official Christianity, the fact of the matter is that the vast majority of believers support the orthodox version of the faith and justify their support of this evil cult using proof texts from the bible. Those who disagree with them are, quite simply, “not Christian.”

From this, we can see that Christians and Christianity are directly behind the genocide of the white race in Europe and North America. When the multikulti regimes are finally overthrown, one of the necessary conditions of white revival will be the ruthless eradication of this evil, murderous cult from all western lands.

Catholicism is not Christianity. Catholicism is anti-freedom.

No it wasn’t. The South committed a sin against God by allowing slavery. The South is still paying a price for that. The South is cursed.

          • American_cavalier

You are obviously biblically unread. Slavery isnt a sin. Greed and exploitation are sins. Get it right or lose the argument.

      • antiquesunlight

The current generation is the least religious, the least Christian, but the most multicultural and liberal.

        • adplatt126

The current generation is also the most diverse. If you were to separate the underrepresented minorities from the mix, I honestly wonder how liberal whites and Asians under 35 are. My bet would be not that liberal in many domains. If that word has any meaning anyhow. The class people call “liberal” is actually made up of social Marxist feudalists and corporatists. Are they “liberal”? Does believing gays should have equal rights (like marriage rights, not special rights, like say hate-crime or anti-discrimination legislation) liberal? Is believing the state shouldn’t outlaw drugs that are essentially not harmful (and actually may improve some people’s lives medically and emotionally) and non-addictive (steroids, psilocybin, marijuana) liberal or conservative? Conservatives are supposed to believe in a less meddlesome state aren’t they? Aren’t they supposed to shun prohibition and endorse fewer regulations and aren’t they supposed to protect people’s rights to their own personal preferences and habits on relatively minor, even trivial matters, and defer to the autonomy of the individual? There are good and bad policies, right and wrong claims, constitutional and unconstitutional laws, and there are honest, righteous politicians with integrity (a handful) and there are mendacious parasites (the preponderance). Liberal/conservative is essentially a distraction. It keeps people from putting honest people up there, who would save us more money in the long run anyhow, whether such a person had a D or R next to their name, by reducing graft through integrity and incorruptibility alone. It’s a charade in other words.

          • antiquesunlight

I’m a white under 35 and pretty much all of my peers are racial kool aid drinkers and think people like Jon Stewart are the pinnacle of political thought. They love big government and think all Republicans are KKK members, etc. They are clearly liberal.

Very few of them are even nominally Christian much less serious, committed church goers and Bible readers.

          • adplatt126

Even if it’s true that white under-35s are by and large racial Kool-Aid drinkers, I think this has a lot less to do with Christianity and a lot more to do with social incentives. I really don’t claim to know what the percentages are, and I’m not sure anyone does because it’s not like anyone who disagrees with the dominant zeitgeist would dare speak up at this point, given the punishments for doing so. It’s infinitely sacrilegious at this point to question the racial orthodoxy. It is tantamount to personal and professional suicide. I’m not so sure the two factors are related in other words. If they are, the relationship is not causal but essentially incidental. The overclass is hostile to white religion and white racism. Ergo, white people are less religious and less racist. The two are declining mutually not because one is causing the other’s decline, but because a tertiary or external factor is affecting both in the same way, producing this decline in both arenas, making them appear somehow connected. But rational views on race have nothing to do with Christianity. I’ve been to deeply Christian meetings (even in lily-white states like Montana) of 20 somethings. Guess what, their racial views are the same as everyone else’s: mainstream egalitarian Marxist. Fact is, Christianity doesn’t offer me or anyone else solutions to the real (in some cases literally existential) problems that face the country. It doesn’t tell you what to do with a tyrannical power structure, dysgenic decline, elite censorship, Marxist egalitarianism, it offers bad, often poorly defended, irrational answers to the traditional vis-a-vis modern morality divide, its views on race are equivocal or power-structure conformist etc. So, why would Christianity save us? I can’t see a single damned reason.

          • antiquesunlight

I never said Christianity produced racial realism. I said Christianity clearly isn’t responsible for our current cultural stupidity since people were generally much more conservative in the past when almost everyone was at least nominally Christian.

          • adplatt126

Yeah, no sh*t. Problem is, Christianity has nothing to do with it. At the present, it’s either perpetuating the values of the oligarchy or doing absolutely zilch to stop their spread. Its decline is the corollary of a hostile elite, the same elite that is intentionally dismantling Western civilization and telling its citizens their past is shameful and their tribe should be eliminated enthusiastically from the face of the earth. The two are thus incidentally correlated, and not at all causally related, though they might appear so.

Arizona and the BP should charter planes and dump them in Lafayette Square right across from the White house. Let the nasty black homeless who live there take care of the “children” I wonder how the 16 to 25 year old illegals will respond to the black homeless.
