Reid: Boehner Will ‘Cave In’ on Immigration

Mario Trujillo, The Hill, December 4, 2013

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) will “cave in” on immigration reform, expressing confidence that a proposal would pass the House sometime next year.

Reid on Tuesday said Republicans would sign onto a deal if they ever want to see a GOP president again.

“If the Republicans ever want to elect a Republican president again, they’re going to have to get right with the Hispanic and Asian community who, by more than 70 percent, voted for Obama last time,” Reid told the Las Vegas Sun.

Reid argued many GOP House members do not care about immigration reform because they “don’t have a lot of people of color in their congressional district.” But he said there is a portion of the party that does care.

“I think there’s going to be so much pressure on the House that they’ll have to pass it,” he said.

Reid described the issue as one that is not going away.

“It’s here,” he said. “We have 11 million people here who are not going to be sent back to their country of origin. They can’t do that. They can’t do it fiscally. They can’t do it physically. It’s nearly impossible.”

Or we could keep people who aren’t inclined toward traditional American values out of the country, since their outlooks don’t really gel with ours, but…I guess that’s “racist.”

    >>>Reid on Tuesday said Republicans would sign onto a deal if they ever want to see a GOP president again.

Q: What percentage of Republicans will gobble down that advice whole?

    A: Approximately 99.5.

“We have 11 million people here who are not going to be sent back to their country of origin. They can’t do that. They can’t do it fiscally. They can’t do it physically. It’s nearly impossible.”

This is another popular Liberal slogan which they are hoping if repeated often enough will become the truth.

The fact is, if we took away the freebies, sanctuary cities, and enforced border, immigration and employment laws, the problem would correct itself over time. They are only here to enjoy the freedoms and benefits of what current and previous generations of Americans have built. They couldn’t care less about assimilating or defending this country.

True. Many forget that the last two years of the George Bush administration had as head of ICE Julie Myers, who conducted numerous worksite raids and deported thousands. This made illegal aliens uncomfortable and many began to self-deport. Obama quickly put a stop to that.

      • Pro_Whitey

Yes, but that was after Bush tried multiple times to engineer another illegal alien amnesty, and let’s not forget that he, like his father and Clinton before him, presided over massive amounts of technically legal immigration that has brought down white wages and working opportunities, and has degraded their working conditions. I think the 2007-2008 enforcement strategy was a form of boob bait for bubbas, as people used to call Clinton’s head fakes to the right.

        • E_Pluribus_Pluribus

You are right that Bush’s dedication to illegal aliens/amnesty did enormous damage. My point was that his last two years he gave up on amnesty and let ICE actually enforce the law. It does no excuse his first six years. But it did happen.

  • I have another wild off the wall prediction:

    Boehner will cry.

    • mobilebay

…and lick his lips a lot.

  • Spartacus

Secession is your only chance my American friends. It’s that, or you end up like in South Africa:

    • ms_anthro

That photo is absolutely heartbreaking but people need to see it. Thank you.

  • D.B. Cooper

I will not vote for any republican until Boehner is out of a job.

    • Chip Carver

I won’t vote for any Republican or Democrat until every “elected” fiend currently in DC is out of job, and the lobbies run by our enemies have been shut down with extreme prejudice.

  • M.

“They can’t do that. They can’t do it fiscally. They can’t do it physically. It’s nearly impossible.”

If Saudi Arabia can do it, then the U.S. can.

    • M.

Although it’s true that the indigenous Saudis have been very cooperative during the deportation process. And they still are, apparently.
It can even be fun, when turned into a game. “Catch the Negro!”

      • IstvanIN

A lot of Indigenous Americans (us, not the Indians) could do that if let lose on Mexicans.

    • ms_anthro

The US did it a few decades ago with Operation Wetback (Google it).

      • M.

Nice one. Although I’m reading it was upon the request of the Mexicans themselves.
“Operation Wetback”.. hahaha, why not Operation Beaners! You gotta love those PC-free times!

      • Bossman

In these politically correct times, there can be no such thing as “Operation Wetback.” The times are different.

        • ms_anthro

Wishful thinking. The USSR was also very politically correct, Comrade Mestizo. How is it faring today?

    • Strike_Team

The bolsheviks, meaning the same ethnic gangsters currently in charge of the US, moved millions of people, different ethnicities, around the USSR in the late teens, early twenties. All for the expressed purpose of creating ethnic friction. Yes, if whites were in charge, they could kick millions of browns out of the country. It would likely be bloody. It would also be bloody worth it. The talk of deportation of tens of millions being impossible is a lie. As for Mexico and other buckets of bile refusing to take their own back (along with the anchor babes, even if their 40 years old), there is no way they could stop us if we were in charge. Appropriate measures would have them seeing it our way in very short order. The hell with what the rest of the world would think.

      • ms_anthro

What most people fail to take into account is that it’s already bloody. We already have the bloodshed because of Glorious Diversity. It manifests as violent crime against Whites, gang warfare, and police violence against civilians as an increasingly Third World populace requires Third World police state measures to keep it in line.

The violence is already here whether we give it a purpose or not.

    • Bossman

A backward, brutish and medieval country like Saudi Arabia cannot be a model for any kind of civilized behavior.

      • M.

There’s nothing brutish or medieval in repatriating illegals. Either they’re illegal and they have to go back, or there’s no such thing as illegals and all of Mexico can come to the U.S. and pitch their tent whenever or wherever they feel like it.

      • ms_anthro

Civilized behavior…would that include cutting people into ribbons and hanging them from overpasses as a warning to others? What about raping and murdering hikers unfortunate enough to stumble on drug-production operations in their own state and national parks? Driving drunk, molesting children, living in total filth and squalor, and invading another country for the express purposes of sponging off its native inhabitants: are those civilized behaviors too?

        Just wondering.

    Memo to Boehner:

I’m not sure if I’ll ever vote again but if I do I can assure that it won’t be for a Republican.

    Your base.

    • IstvanIN

He wants more people that look like his talented and extremely handsome son-in-law.

      • dd121

I looked up who the guy was. I hadn’t seen in any news story what a low life this woman was marrying. Must be a very dysfunctional family. If I had been in Bonheur’s place I think I would have had a long talk with my daughter.

  • bigone4u

Harry Reid–who along with Pelosi gave the nation Obamacare. “You can keep your plan if you like it.” That was yesterday’s BS. Today’s BS on immigration is “You can keep your country if you like it.” Look out Harry, liar, liar, pants on fire.

  • Sick of it

With the federal government out of our faces, we could quickly remove every illegal from this country.

  • Marc Zuckurburg

    I support comprehensive immigration reform.

Comprehensive immigration reform will raise wages and salaries, strengthen national security, prevent terrorism, enhance our domestic crime-fighting ability, ensure that we continue to encourage the best and brightest to partake of the American dream, enhance our competitiveness and our ability to innovate, and make America more prosperous.

Make my immigration reform comprehensive, please!

  • Andy

    __________________________________________

    Well, they *got* here somehow.

    • IstvanIN

Precisely. Idi Amin threw out thousands of Indians he didn’t want. MIllions of displaced persons were removed from East Prussia, Eastern Poland and Eastern Germany to redraw those borders. Millions of black Africans have wandered into North Africa, the Near East and Europe. I am sure other examples abound.

    • Mike Conrad

Immigration only works in one direction: into predominately white countries. Soon, into formerly white countries.

  • Spartacus

America used to be a country that did impossible things. Back when it was populated with Americans, that is…

    • Paleoconn

Eisenhower deported a bunch of Mexican illegals in Operation Wetback. Nowadays, just hearing the word wetback would make the average Repulsican wet his pants.

  • NoMosqueHere

“Boner” is a menace to white americans. Whites butter the Republicans’ bread, and Republican leaders dump all over them. The Dems are too smart to alienate the blacks, without whom they couldn’t run a candidate for dog catcher in Detroit.

  • Bon, From the Land of Babble

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Speaker John Boehner will ‘cave in’ on immigration reform

    Was there ever any doubt?

    • Marc Zuckurburg

It’s time for comprehensive immigration reform.

  • Dave4088

Pretty bold prediction coming from a man who has lost any remaining credibility he might have had with the ongoing implosion of BarrySoetorocare. At any rate, Boehner will cave because he and most Republicans are cowards. And top GOP donors such as Sheldon Adelson have demanded amnesty, so I fully expect them to oblige.

  • Mike Conrad

Why is it that the only kind of ‘reform’ ever contemplated involves pushing America further down the road toward permanent third-world status?

Could it be that our Ruling Class (tribe) prefers lording it over a collection of warring sub-tribes rather than ever face the righteous wrath of a predominant culture? Like, for instance, the predominant culture which built America in the first place?

  • bilderbuster

It could be done so easily with a determined effort like Saudi Arabia’s doing right now.
A reasonable goal would be to have 5 million illegal Mexicans back home in Mexico in time to celebrate Cinco de Mayo.

  • lily-white

“Reid described the issue as one that is not going away.” That’s a 100% correct Mr. Reid. And that’s because traitorous men such as yourself refuse to remove these invaders from our midst.

  • Dave4088

It doesn’t take any special prognostication skills to predict that the Republicans will cave in on any particular hot button political issue. But I’ll go out on a limb and predict that they pass slightly scaled down version of amnesty and still lose the presidency in 2016. At some point they will have to join the fray and advocate white dispossession and genocide to remain relevant with the fast growing number of diversities and gibsmedats.

  • mobilebay

I’m afraid Republicans have finally learned what the Dems have known for a long time. Illegal immigration is very profitable, both in votes and “contributions.”

  • lily-white

How amusing stories like this must be to countries like Israel, Saudi Arabia and Russia (who act on illegal immigration)… Watching the foreign invasion of (what used to be) the greatest nation on earth… and not a shot fired… Our epitaph will read “Destroyed by Mismanagment”…

    • Paleoconn

      Destroyed by guilt

  • Paleoconn

I’m wondering if a movement of patriotic Americans can mobilize to buy up all the border property that is not owned by the State, or even that owned by the State if the price is right. And catch the illegals and ship them back.
