Florida was hit with a complaint filed with the U.S. Department of Justice on Friday accusing it of race-based education goals that violate civil rights law by setting “severely lower expectations” for black and Hispanic students.

The Southern Poverty Law Center and Legal Aid Society of Florida’s Palm Beach County jointly filed the complaint on behalf of public school children.

The complaint said the Florida Department of Education’s recently adopted student achievement goals, under which Asians are expected to perform best and blacks the worst, “violate fundamental civil rights.”

Under a plan drafted in October 2012 and due to take effect in the 2013-2014 school year, Florida set reading goals for public school students under which 90 percent of Asian-Americans were expected to read at grade level by 2018 compared with 88 percent of white students.

At the same time, 81 percent of Hispanic students were to be reading at grade level by 2018 versus just 74 percent of black students.

Similar disparities were predicted in the goals for math.

“Rather than promote equal educational achievement for all, Florida set alarmingly different goals for children of different racial and ethnic backgrounds. Florida’s scheme sets severely lower expectations for African-American and Hispanic students, instead of marshaling its resources to ensure educational equality,” the complaint said.

  • I keep saying I over and over again. You need to go after *who* filed the complaint, who wrote it, and who is hiding behind the name of SPLC.
If you keep killing the bees, but ignoring hive itself right outside your door, you will keep getting attacked until you eliminate the root cause.

    • Viking_61

The root cause is not to be discussed within this particular organization. Dog whistle!!! Wheeeeee!!!!!

I am all for spraying the hive, and then torching the hive to eliminate that root cause. To bad I will have gray hair by the time that happens in this country, if at all.

    • c684570

That is not to be discussed on here…perhaps rightfully so. People need to be racially aware about the obvious stuff before reading the work of Dr. Kevin MacDonald of CSULB.

      • I’m not advocating violence. That’s what “those people” do. I mean we need to pull a Mike Nifong, and not only ruin the careers of these liberal haters, but eliminate their government funded middle class jobs.
In order for their existence to continue, they have to show results.
It’s kind of like those refugee processors. If there are no incoming refugees to legalize, then Mr. or Ms. Bureaucrat better go find some, and it does not matter if the new residents are literate or not.

    • kris

Same folks who created the NAACP of course! and every other kind of “rights” leftist orgs- they created them to draw attention away from themselves, and to mix things up so hopefully we white Europeans would become so misceginated and culturally diverse we’d be lost in the whole stew and/or make it distasteful & politically incorrect to be proud of our race Ha- nice try.. but they’re getting better with the nose jobs plastic surgery and name changes.

  • This was a set-up. Somebody deliberately did this. They should have used a weighted average for schools, school districts, or state; or used the rate they wanted to see the “more equal” perform at.

    • Viking_61

To get an 80% or 90% black middle skool to read at the state level for blacks – 74% – would be impossible. Already less than half of black 8th graders are proficient readers, and the overwhelming majority of black 12th graders read at the 8th grade level.

Sometimes that “gap” is just too big…

      • Creepy as crackers!

Rachel Jeantel, a black 12th grader can not read at all.

        • Viking_61

Yes, you are right creepy ass cracker! LOL

And she can’t talk much better!

  • Romulus

This group needs to disbanded!!. Go figure that educational expectations would be lower for blacks and mestizos. Any idiot could figure that out. Teaching to the least common denominator will only further dumb down society. Not all are born with innate intelligence. I like being kept abreast of the goings on with that organization but the same tiresome stories are becoming redundant.

    • sbuffalonative

If they try to raise the standards, more blacks and Hispanics will fail causing the parents to demand lower standards.

It just goes around and around.

You can’t win with these people.

I can feel the negroe fatigue setting in!

One of the most satisfying fights I ever had was knocking the crap out of a moron gun bunny with a pugil stick when I was in. I was hero for a day! I hated working with them lazy no good SOB ‘s. My buddies and I nearly got court martialed by our new black captain after rescuing a white girl from a groids unwanted advances in our day room. Needless to say , the koko was the one that got the field grade and dishonorable.

It’s not only NCLB, but many programs just like it that have been tried and discarded over the past 50 years.

Frankly, I think these big programs are designed to fail — many careers and political elections are dependent on finding and implementing the next billion-dollar program. The latest one is called Common Core Standards — and as far as I can tell, it’s going to be a massive failure — and quickly, and after a billion or so tax dollars are wasted.

School failure has become a HUGE, money-making industry.

What’s a sin is that NO ONE is EVER held responsible for these massive boondoggles that defy the reality of IQ differences. But what is already certain is this: we teachers will be blamed for whatever program’s failure when it finally implodes.

      Blather. Reince. Repeat.

      Bon

      • Sloppo

I wish you were one of my children’s teachers. Most of the time, their teachers seem completely unable to comprehend racial reality.

    Go Florida!

Those achievement goals sound like something Mr. Taylor would propose.

Too bad Florida schools are at least 2/3s black or brown. The outlook for Florida’s next generation is pretty sad.

    • Andy

The achievement goals get closer together every year in order to “close the gap”.

  • JohnEngelman

This nonsense reminds me of the lyrics to “Camelot.”

t’s true! It’s true! The crown has made it clear.
The climate must be perfect all the year.

A law was made a distant moon ago here:
July and August cannot be too hot.
And there’s a legal limit to the snow here
    In Camelot.
The winter is forbidden till December
And exits March the second on the dot.
By order, summer lingers through September
    In Camelot.
    Camelot! Camelot!
I know it sounds a bit bizarre,
    But in Camelot, Camelot
    That’s how conditions are.
The rain may never fall till after sundown.
By eight, the morning fog must disappear.
    In short, there’s simply not
    A more congenial spot
    For happily-ever-aftering than here
    In Camelot.

    Camelot! Camelot!
I know it gives a person pause,
    But in Camelot, Camelot
    Those are the legal laws.
The snow may never slush upon the hillside.
By nine p.m. the moonlight must appear.
    In short, there’s simply not
    A more congenial spot
    For happily-ever-aftering than here
    In Camelot.

How does the setting of goals prevent a black student from performing very well or an Asian student from doing poorly?
There is no civil rights violation here in any sense. This is just liberal foot stomping because their baseless racial equality dogma is finally being ignored.

    • sbuffalonative

Blacks and Hispanics can’t meet the normal (high) standards so they have to lower the standards. Then the parents (and the lawyers at the SPLC) complain that minority children are failing because of ‘low expectations’ from the school and the teachers.

The only solutions are the ones we can’t enact.

      • A Freespeechzone

The fact is that too many blacks & hispanics have no desire to become educated, let alone meet or exceed ANY standards.

This attitude is generational and cultural….until or unless that changes, things will further erode.

        • ms_anthro

          No. This attitude is genetic.

          • Their aptitude is certainly genetic, but the attitude is cultural, which has a genetic origin, so we’ve turned full-circle.

Mexicans run I believe on average 50% Amerind. I am roughly 19%. It was also quite different “Injuns” in my case, from the northeastern woodlands. There must be some tipping point beyond which these Aztec retrogrades are stupid and look short and ugly. Perhaps it even varies between one Amerind group and another, as well as different varieties of Europeans.

          • China_Rising

“Mexicans run I believe on average 50% Amerind. I am roughly 19%.”

            So you are mixed-race?

          • I’m 3/16 Amerind – Cherokee and Tuscarora – and pass for white. Blue veins show on my lower arms, I have brown hair and grey eyes. I grow a good “dogface”, but currently have only a mustache; my mustache and beard have much more red in them than the hair on top of my head. There is also a pronounced agouti factor in my hair; the strands change color as they grow. I don’t know where that comes from. Facial hair doesn’t grow very fast; I have to shave only about every other day. I have hairy arms and legs, but not much hair on my chest. I tan very easily. I have never received a dime in government money for my ancestry.

I dislike the term “mixed race” because it usually implies some African ancestry. Perhaps if we could refer to mulattoes, quadroons and such as “mixed species”, I would be comfortable with being mixed-race.

  • sbuffalonative

“…accusing it of race-based education goals that violate civil rights law by setting “severely lower expectations” for black and Hispanic students.

It’s black parents who force schools to lower their standards to allow their kids can graduate.

Damned if you do, damned if you don’t.

    • Bon, From the Land of Babble

Of course, that’s the idea — so the race baiters can sue either way.

School districts are looked at as having deep pockets, ripe for the picking…

      Bon

  • SPLC is in the news today for another reason: Morris Dees is boo hooing that people are unfairly accusing the Center and its hate map for Floyd Corkins/FRC. Maybe so, Mo, but that’s not the point: The point is that we’re hoisting you on the petard you build for everyone else.

Now, as for the subject matter at hand, doesn’t the SPLC support affirmative action?

    • I believe that is “hoist WITH the petard”. A petard was a large black powder demolition bomb that was used to blow down castle gates. It was hoisted into place and hung from a spike that had been pounded into the gate, and then the fuse was lit.

Being hoisted with one’s own petard would have obviously dire consequences.

  • Defiant White

What a joke. Imagining that 74% of negroes will EVER learn to read is as realistic as Santa Claus.
And where did that number come from? Why not 100%? Why not 90% like Asians or 88% like YTs?
It’s because there are enough white crackers in the school system still capable of bringing sanity to the process. White Southerners understand the negro far better than the Society of Pussies Coons and Law-breakers.

    • Andy

About 75% of blacks are smart enough to become functionally literate.

  • MekongDelta69

The $PLC’s Morris Sleaze went berserk when the very opposite was stated some time back. An administrator insisted that blacks and browns should have to perform at the same level as everyone else.

The next words you heard coming from his face were…

Well, they can’t make dark-skins read at the same rate as whites and asians, so here’s what I propose – Don’t teach any of them ! That way, it’ll be zero for all races involved, and we’ll finally have educational equality. By the way, anybody who opposes my idea is a Nazi.

    • I’m homeschooling my daughter. Schools in Colorado Springs District 20 are academically good; we just don’t want her politically indoctrinated into libtardery.

  • Easyrhino1

    It’s a no win situation.

If an educational institute holds all students to the same standard and minorities fail at a higher rate than Whites and Asians, the school is considered racist.

If and educational institute lowers the bar for minorities to get them to pass at the same rates as Whites and Asians, the school is considered racist.

    • You noticed that, too, huh?

      • me

It’s about IQ. Ain’t nobody that can ‘fix’ IQ, unless you give all Whites a lobotomy. Taa Daa! ‘Equality!’

    • Bon, From the Land of Babble

It is a win-win for greedy, nefarious lawyers who look at school districts as ripe for lawsuits — there are SO many regulations and picayune rules that must be followed that even the slightest deviation can (and usually does) result in a massive lawsuit.

Lawyers pore over ed code rules and regulations looking for infractions, noncompliance and minor violations. Then lawsuits are filed, with the district, more likely than not, on the losing end — children are involved, after all, and don’t think the lawyers don’t use this, “The Children are Being Cheated!!” They claim — also race plays a major, major role in these lawsuits — “Blacks are being Discriminated Against by Racist Schools!!” Next thing you know, the school district is apologizing, turning itself inside and out to comply — along with shelling out millions and millions of dollars, of which the lawyers scrape off a large percentage. They’ve got a nice little racket going on.

This way, the lawyers get to sue — if blacks aren’t succeeding, if special ed students don’t have proper facilities, if children of color’s needs aren’t being met.

All school policies are driving by lawsuits.

After the billions of dollars spent on this issue, it is hard to believe anyone is still in denial about genetics-based achievement levels.

    • disqus_Xz3UA6obwj

It’s human nature for most people to believe what they want to believe over what is rational to believe and when something personal is at stake that’s when people throw logic and reason (and evidence) to the wind and adopt beliefs contrary to the facts. Religious faith is another good example. People don’t want to die and people don’t want to face their mortality so they deny it and contrary to all evidence they instead believe that their memory and awareness can somehow survive death and getting people to face death honestly is about as difficult as getting people to face racial differences honestly. Personally there is just too much at stake for an honest acceptance of the facts for most people. On these two issues evidence is virtually irrelevant.

    • Bon, From the Land of Babble

I’d like to invite you to one of my teachers’ meetings or professional developments where the ONLY narrative allowed is that IQ is meaningless and all students have equal potential to achieve.

Any failure is axiomatically attributed to poor teachers or teaching methods, racist textbooks, crumbling buildings and blah, blah, blah.

The solution is always the same: More government money must be spent to come up with NEW programs that will “once and for all” close the achievement gap.

I’ve heard it for so long that I no longer feel as if I’ve fallen down a rabbit hole or gone through a mirror and have found myself in backwards land. I now tune it out — I’ve bitten my tongue until it’s bled so many times that I have scars.

I’ve also moved over to mostly electives, like art so I’m not dealing with the PC juggernaut that has overtaken educational sanity.

      Bon

      • Perhaps it is time for you to find something else to do. I cracked up at the age of 34, over my ex-father owing me money. Since I’m 47 and older and wiser, I’d rather you were happy doing something else, like teaching at a private school.

I’ve been out of federal prison for 10 years, and I sure don’t miss it. You seem to have the same feeling of being trapped as I once did.

Every damned night I dream I am locked up again, but those are just for me. The nightmares are continuous, and here I thought my best friend was only stealing from me after my father stole from me and then sent me to federal prison for three years.

In these nightmares, nobody will tell me why I am locked up. Nobody will talk to me. I tried asking Mr. Kent in the last nightmare because I had forgotten the combination to my lock, which is crazy: 26-8-34, so of course I know it.

        • Bon, From the Land of Babble

I have witnessed several teacher breakdowns — two descended into depression and mental incapacity and were forced to quit. One I worked with at an inner city school had a nervous breakdown and committed to a mental health facility for a period of time. Many I know are on daily heavy-duty anti-depressants and other types of psycotropic pharmaceuticals.

I decided to deal with it instead of ending up drugged into vegetation or with a net thrown over my head by the guys from the insane asylum.

There are ways to cope in even the most wretched, PC-driven, excuse-making schools. Many of us have collected these little certificates from professional developments over the years — such as teaching AP classes. When these positions come up — well, YOU are the only one with the certificate to teach these classes and therefore are awarded the position (as happened to a colleague recently).

Another teacher I know took some rinky-dink Saturday classes to get a certificate to teach driver’s Ed and managed to snag all of those classes — until driver’s ed was eliminated from the curriculum, unfortunately.

The way to go, for me, was electives — such as art or music. There are no state tests for electives, we are not held accountable for low test scores, we received praise because our classrooms are showpieces for student work, we are exempt from attending long, boring testing meetings.

At large district meetings where teachers are divided up by subjects — to be browbeaten and then indoctrinated in the latest teaching methods, we elective teachers are assigned to the school cafeteria or multi-purpose room to sit until the meetings are over – the district administrators don’t know what to do with us so they leave us alone. It is ain’t broke…

And, that’s how I cope with the anarchy, chaos and utter madness that surrounds me on a daily basis.

          Bon

      • disqus_Xz3UA6obwj

I honestly don’t know how the teachers can stand it. Knowing my personality I would have been outspoken about the realities of racial differences in IQ and fired the first year. Teachers are not the problem and they never have been. We now have black school administrators and black teachers in black run cities who fail even worse. Like I said, when so much is personally at stake, denial sets in and getting blacks to face the realities of racial differences in intelligence honestly would be like getting the religious to face their own mortality honestly. It is not going to happen.

        • Bon, From the Land of Babble

I find other outlets to vent my anger, such as writing about it right here.

Quitting and/or being fired is not and was not ever an option — those of us who desired to stay in or close to the profession quickly learned coping methods to make our lives easier — such as retreating to out-of-classroom positions in the counseling or attendance offices. Some (like me) looked for easier positions — teaching only AP classes, running school libraries, teaching electives like art or music or only teaching 12th graders (the worst ones have dropped out by this point, any kid who makes it to 12th WANTS to graduate, and by then they’re older too).

One of my colleagues volunteered to sponsor the cheerleaders at his school — this got him out of the last two periods of the day and all teachers’ meetings, another hires into the worst schools but ONLY to teach AP calculus, economics and chemistry. He is treated like a God at these schools, his class sizes are under 10 and he only deals with the few, best kids in the entire school. Another only works as a college counselor in a designated college center — he says few to no kids stop by all day.

It can work — teachers may have to sacrifice a year or two, and if they can survived that, it is possible to make one’s working life 100% better even in the worst conditions at the worst schools.

          Bon

          • As much as I liked my old job as a research chemist, I ended up hating my bosses. I can’t imagine putting myself into that sort of position again for any amount of money. I loved laboratory work, and I also loved teaching it to university undergrads. I’m probably used-up for any sort of career because I just won’t put up with stupid boss BS anymore. That part of my life is over.

When I think about the things I would like to do if I had the money, I’m a bit sorry, but the money isn’t worth it to me anymore. Perhaps it shouldn’t have been in the first place.

I used to care very, very much about what I did at work, and that part of me is gone. I still revel in projects at home, but I won’t work to make someone else wealthy anymore. I’ve already done that.

  • bigone4u

Set student achievment goals by IQ rather than explicitly by race and there are no grounds for race-baiting egalatarian lefties to complain. If Johnny has a 70 IQ have him reading at the comic book level by the time he graduates. If Sarah has a 140 IQ have her reading science journals. Think how proud black parents will be to have an individualized learning plan for little Tyrone and Shaniqua, written in educational bureaucratize they can’t understand. I’m laughing just thinking about it.

Oh come on. Have a sense of humor. You got to admire Morris Dees as the greatest scam artist of all time. First he makes a million accusing whites of racism because blacks can’t keep up with whites due not being able to sit in a classroom with whites. Mission accomplished. So then he gets richer demanding no child left behind type standards. Mission accomplished but schools, see Atlanta for example, have to cheat to bring up the black scores. Makes more money. Next schools try to adjust goals to students abilities. Now more lawsuits. Soon we will see old Morris demanding blacks have seperate but equal schools so they can achieve and move forward without the effects of whites bias or perverted goals for different races.

  • GeneticsareDestiny

“At the same time, 81 percent of Hispanic students were to be reading at grade level by 2018 versus just 74 percent of black students.”

Those goals are very unrealistic. You’re never going to get 74% of blacks to read at grade level unless you severely lower what “grade level” means.

And as for the Hispanics, you have to take into account that probably 25-45% of them don’t speak English, maybe more, and even if you ignore those kids, you’ll never get 81% of the English-speaking ones to read at grade level.

Who wants to bet that “grade level” is going to be the next thing to be watered down to meet these goals?

  • Fighting_Northern_Spirit

Maybe we’re looking at this the wrong way. We already have different standards for different races, unofficially, and the results are not pretty. If you’re a valedictorian graduate from a ghetto school with straight As, chances are you showed up everyday and spelled your name right, but nothing more. Meanwhile at a White and/or Asian school you can bust your butt and not make the top 50. Holding blacks and browns to lower standards will lead to massive and legalized grade inflation – and with many colleges ignoring objective tests like SATs, admissions based on merit will be a thing of the past (even more so than now, I mean).
    .
I understand the impulse to acknowledge reality, but I doubt that Florida has done so to please the likes of us. If they were serious, they would bring back tracking, to steer those fit for manual labor towards careers where they could maximize their potential, likewise with the academically gifted. But I see no indication that they are serious. More likely this is yet another attempt to cook the numbers so that a ghetto A is equivalent to an Honors A.

Talk to some teachers some time. A friend of mine — a former Virgina educator — unloaded massive amounts of info on me before relocating to Nevada. She told me about weekly meetings concerning the ‘racial gap’: And yes, I typed weekly. Public school faculty is obsessed with closing the gap. It is the pinnacle achievement to a utopian society.

Only, it is not happening. It is getting worse. And this is verbatim from a once die-hard leftist turned libertarian teacher that voted for Obama and — unfortunately — bangs black guys hoping one will ask her hand in marriage. Virginia has race-based quotas for graduation and so do 13 other states (since I researched it in 2011).

Affirmative Action has transmogrified into a mutated girth of country-killing cancer. Instead of recognizing differences in ethnic achievement, we are overlooking it for some unattainable egalitarian shitfest.

Next time you watch Fox News and see a pundit talking about how “bad blacks are doing under Obama” acknowledge three things:
Which blacks? Native born or ‘refugees’.
The same ones that voted 96% for him?
How bad were they doing under GB41?

    Then go research the answers.

Well, the fact is Florida’s hispanic and black students won’t even be able to meet FDoE’s lower goals, so foot-stomping over “lower expectations” is silly.

Florida’s DoE is attempting to deal with reality, while $PLC, is trying to sue everyone into pretending to believe that there are no differences between whites, blacks, hispanics, and asians.

Funny though, how the leadership of the $PLC is almost entirely white. There’s no problem with whites being superior at the Poverty Palace!

“Funny though, how the leadership of the $PLC is almost entirely white.”

Sure enough, your statement is one of the funniest things I’ve read in awhile!

From the SPLC’s “Who We Are” page:

Of 24 senior staff who I was able to figure out their race, only 4 were black. 20 were white. 0 hispanics. 0 asians. Jews appeared to be heavily over-represented, though that’s harder to discern.

The SPLC most definitely does not practice what it preaches when it comes to hiring. There is probably an employment discrimination lawsuit opportunity here if any of Amren’s loyal black readers are interested.

Morris Dees is a Lawyer and suing is what he does for a living , all he needs is an excuse , the facts or the truth are unimportant when it comes to racist allegations !

Man, we are so screwed as Whites. It would appear to be a “civil right” for everybody to be equal in intellectual endeavors. Do you Whites know what that means? We Whites are going to be made stupid. We will be genetically dumbed down. They have not yet come up with a way to make the dark races smart, like they would want to do that anyway. So… Make White people stupid. Dumb down their education. Paint them as racists, and a scourge on humanity, beat our children into the ground as recalcitrant racists. Fill their heads with Marxist utopian dreams, (which at this point in time, must be looking good. How else will they ever get a job?). Our country is being removed from us, piece by stealth piece. Our so called government is our enemy. Make no mistake about that. They will lie, obfuscate, and put a spin on everything to accomplish their goals. I have a theory as to why this is being done. It differs from all the other theories I have read. But, the bottom line, my theory does in fact include the fact that Whites are going to be marginalized. It is, in fact, an unfortunate side effect of the future utopia devised by the powers who control every single aspect of the earth. Fellow Whites, I beg of you to fight back at this insidious mind control that has permeated every aspect of our lives. NOTHING is as it seems! You cannot believe anything that the enemy government says. That’s right, the government is our enemy. We must fight them at every opportunity. They are out of control. they are doing actions which we in fact may oppose. THEY DO NOT CARE! Who the hell are these people? Obama just flings out executive orders right and left? Don’t tell me that a rep in Congress is going to listen to you! Bullcrap, the only way they will listen to your opinion is if they think their ability to get re-elected is on the line. Even if you marshall an overwhelming coterie of people calling in to your congressman, he will still vote however the hell he wants. I know, been there, done that. People, this form of government is no longer working for us. We either need a new government, or a new people.

    • me

Those of us with Western European ancestry need our own countries back, here in the Northern Hemisphere and in Western Europe and Australia. We created and built these countries. We fought for and shed blood for these countries. We deserve these countries. They didn’t ‘magically’ appear. They’re ours by RIGHT.

      • IKantunderstand

Amen. I am aghast that our bloodthirsty antecedent genes haven’t reared their oh so welcomed “ugly heads”. Where are they? Killed off by all the intra European warfare over hundreds of years? Have our warrior genes been diminished to such an extent that we are just going to roll over and allow inferior people take over? And, quite frankly, if that happens, we will no longer be the superior race, will we? No, that role will be occupied by the African. Until he is killed off by the Asians. Man, this world will be occupied by rote thinkers, waiting for someone to come along and give them a kick in the intellectual ass, because they are incapable of innovation. Earthlings will be butt ugly. Good News: Space aliens will be less motivated to invade and mate. Of course, if they could be convinced to mate, the remaining Earthlings would be nothing but improved.

There is a Kurt Vonnegut story about exactly this. If you haven’t already, I suggest reading “Harrison Bergeron,” a dystopian short story about a society where smart people, beautiful people, and athletic people are all handicapped. Smart people must wear earphones with loud noises to discourage thought; beautiful people wear masks, etc.

It’s out there for free on the net, and I think you’ll find it eerily prophetic.

      • “Harrison Bergeron” is what planted the seeds of doubt in my brain, that all this equality stuff I was learning in school wasn’t true. Ironically, “Harrison Bergeron” was assigned reading in English class when I was in the 6th grade.

        • Reverend Bacon

That’s funny. No doubt, it would be banned today, along with other anti-PC literature like Catcher in the Rye and Huck Finn.

      • IKantunderstand

I appreciate your suggestion, thank you. I love when people suggest books for me to read.

Because the Sick Pukes Legalizing Caucasian-genocide don’t care about truth….they sell ‘moral outrage’ for geld.

HA. You wrote this post before I could.

      Brilliant. Succinct. Irrefutable.

Your best post yet, me. Keep it up.

      Bon

The post will be disappeared in a few hours or a few days, depending on what a certain communist sinophile moderator thinks he can get away with.

  • Please explain the elements of this theory and then the whole. I’ve never heard of “assault from above” except when it concerns infantry carried by helicopters.

  • JohnEngelman

I can’t dislike them. They are well meaning. Unfortunately, well meaning people can cause damage. This is what Charles Murray wrote in “The Inequality Taboo,” “specific policies based on premises that conflict with scientific truths about human beings tend not to work. Often they do harm.”

    • aslfk

A 20-something college student who has liberal ideas? True, I can’t fault them for that and I would agree they’re well meaning, but someone who pushes liberalism for a living? I loathe them. They know exactly what they’re doing and know it will be devastating. Let me repeat it: younger people who follow liberalism are naive. Older people that push liberalism are either beyond hope or they’re benefiting from it.

    • They aren’t all well-meaning. Ted Kennedy said shortly before he took a one-way trip to Hell said that if he had known what his immigration act would do, he would have done it anyway.

      Roast, Teddy, roast.

    • kris

you’re mistaken. They are not well meaning at all. Their motives are entirely ILL meaning- in fact, they want NO part of any schwartzes in their neighborhoods, their food making, nothing- they want the mixing done in only gentile areas but definitely NOT theirs. Why not take a lil trip up to Brooklyn and see for yourself.

  • Jim Henry

Does anyone out there know if SAT scores are counted for both public school and private school students?

It would appear that they do not. Otherwise, the percentages would be more positive.

Does Florida’s DOE have input on the reading levels in private schools?

Regarding the higher percentages in reading skills, I see this as an incentive for white kids to try raise their levels above 88%. Regardless what the DOE does in this vein, it will not make a hill of beans in the long run. Unless these low-achievers become employed by the government, the market will phase them out of the workplace.

Did I mention government jobs? Shucks, that is already in place. My bad.

  • joesolargenius

The SPLC dose not hate Whites but they do love money ,and suing on the grounds of discrimination against non whites guarantees a settlement out of court, as at least half of the jurors will vote in their favor based on personal politics.

  • WR_the_realist

On matters of race we have many laws forcing people to deny reality, effectively requiring that they treat the earth as flat. Florida gets realistic and no surprise, the $PLC tries to force them back into la la land.

  • MarcB1969

If a group of people have an average IQ well below 100, it seems ridiculous to have the same academic expectations of them as you do of groups with an average IQ over 100. I’d rather they just provide a curriculum at the intelligence level of the student body instead of holding each group to different standards.

  • David Ashton

Greed is their sole motivation? What is it about a “multiracial society” as distinct from relatively monocultural nation that attracts these people in the first place? Neither of you have actually answered this question.

  • No IQ level is necessary. The blacks and browns pass these “maff” classes just for showing up.

  • kris

It’s not really jews per se- it’s talmudists, and that’s no conspiracy theory, it’s a conspiracy fact.

  • kris

No they do NOT! They want everyone except THEM to live at a 3rd world level. You are sorely mistaken. Please read historical documents, especially documents these *people* have said and or written themselves, namely the talmud.
