‘Democracy’ Comes to Hungary

Hungary has “rejected authoritarianism,” which seems like a self-refuting statement. Whatever it means, regime change has come, and the consequences may be permanent. Democracy is a system that is effective at preventing change and it is evolving into a system of control that can control culture and policy outcomes in a form more absolute than any “tyrant” could dream of.
