Nolan Wells’ Friends to Sue Rev. Al Sharpton for Defamation

Three friends of Nolan Wells intend to sue Rev. Al Sharpton for defamation, arguing that his public comments have damaged their reputations.

In a sharply worded letter threatening legal action, attorneys for Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo and Morgan Seymour said Sharpton’s remarks during multiple public appearances portrayed the three young men as criminals and subjected them to threats as the investigation into the Mississippi teen’s death continues.
