Woman Who Allegedly Left Racist Items Outside Dog Walker’s Home Wanted by SFPD

The San Francisco Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect who allegedly left racist items outside a dog walker’s home. {snip}
The victim, a long-time SF resident and dog walker, Terry Williams, told police he found threatening and racist items outside his residence. The items included a Black doll with a noose around its neck, a toy grenade and written racist slurs.
SFPD investigated the incident as a hate crime. During the course of the investigation, the suspect was identified as 67-year-old April Martin Chartrand of San Francisco. {snip}

KRON4 spoke with Williams on Friday, who said he was shocked to see it was a Black person who may have targeted him — especially someone who lives down the street.
