US Marshals Arrest Suspect in September North Austin Road Rage Murder

In a significant development in the case of a road rage-related homicide on I-35 in North Austin, authorities have arrested a man in Round Rock in connection to the fatal shooting.
The U.S. Marshals-led Lone Star Fugitive Task Force apprehended Justin Barend Justice, 28, of Harker Heights, on Tuesday afternoon, in the 100 block of Roundville Lane in Round Rock.
Teressa Gandy Ferguson was shot and killed Saturday, Sep. 30, following a minor traffic collision.
Austin Police Department reported that Ferguson was involved in a minor collision on the I-35 service road between Rundberg and 183 at around 6 p.m. After the collision, Ferguson pulled over to the side of the road, presumably to exchange information with the other driver involved.
{snip} Upon arrival, officers found Ferguson unresponsive, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the head. Witnesses at the scene reported hearing a gunshot and observing a silver Infiniti fleeing the scene after the shooting.

The Texas DPS Sex Offender Website shows Justice has been a registered sex offender since 2014.
