Police are searching for two men caught on surveillance footage involved in the fatal assault and robbery of a 61-year-old Brooklyn man.
Police said Victor Vega, 61, was walking down Lexington avenue near his home on May 25 alongside two unidentified men.
At one point Vega is seen on surveillance turning toward one of the men who was wearing a black hoodie and a white face mask, when the man sucker-punches Vega in the face, appearing to knock him unconscious.
Vega falls on his back and his head slides under a parked car.
His attacker instantly starts searching through Vega’s pockets, removing something and passing it to his accomplice.
The pair then casually scroll away as Vega lies lifeless alone in the street.
