Man Accused of Shooting at 4 People Indicted on Attempted Murder, Ethnic Intimidation Charges

Devonta Allen, 18, was indicted of four counts of attempted murder, four counts of felonious assault and three counts of ethnic intimidation, Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters said Tuesday.

According to Deters, Allen yelled “I don’t like white people in my hood” while firing shots.

Allen, who is black, chased and yelled at the victims, three of which are white and one is black, Deters said.
