Police Seek Bank Robber Who Used Lotion as a Disguise
Brendan Gibbons, Times-Tribune, July 14, 2015
A man who smeared white lotion on his face to disguise his appearance robbed a West Scranton bank Tuesday afternoon, Scranton police said.
The man walked into the PNC Bank branch office at 136 S. Main Ave. around 2 p.m. and demanded money, Chief Carl Graziano said.
Witnesses described him as a black man with white lotion on his face, 6 feet 2 inches tall, thin build, wearing light blue pants, a blue long-sleeve shirt and a bucket hat, he said.

He took an undisclosed amount of money from the teller, then headed south on South Hyde Park Avenue in an older model red Cadillac, possibly an Eldorado.
