Included in the grand jury material released tonight after the announcement that no charges would be filed in the Michael Brown killing is a handwritten witness account stating that the teenager charged at Officer Darren Wilson “like a football player. Head down.”

The unidentified witness wrote that the 18-year-old Brown “has his arms out with attitude,” while “The cop just stood there.” The witness added, “Dang if that kid didn’t start running right at the cop like a football player. Head down.”

The witness told of hearing “3 bangs,” but “the big kid wouldn’t stop.”

The witness’s account of the unarmed Brown charging Wilson–even after he had been shot in the hand during a struggle at the cop’s patrol car–supports the officer’s contention that he fired a series of shots as Brown bore down on him.

During his September 16 grand jury testimony, Wilson, 28, recounted how he tussled with Brown when the teenager grabbed for his gun while lunging into the squad car. As they fought over the weapon, Wilson testified, the teenager taunted him, yelling, “You’re too much of a pussy to shoot me.”

Wilson told the grand jury that he felt Brown’s “fingers try to get inside the trigger guard with my finger.” He added, “I distinctly remember envisioning a bullet going into my leg. I thought that was the next step.”

  • While McCulloch’s presser last night did not state the exact nature of Brown’s forward movement toward Wilson, there’s no way, considering all the autopsies concluding the same thing, that it was anything but a full speed charge and then a lunge.

Eric Raymond’s analysis of the first autopsy on August 18 turned out to be right. Therefore, this should have been settled science from that day forward.

  • WR_the_realist

Fortunately Darren Wilson was not too much of a pussy to shoot that punk.

  • Dave West

“charged cop, head down, like a football player”

This is consistent with the bullet that entered the top of Browns skull.

It’s impossible to have this entry wound if Brown was standing there, with his hands up, of course. Or if he was running away from Wilson. The only other way this could have happened is if Wilson laid down on the ground next to the gentle giant, after Brown had been shot dead, and discharged a bullet through the top of his skull.

It’s the usual no win situation with blacks: if Wilson doesn’t shoot Brown, he’s a “pussy.” If he does, he’s a murderer. You see? You can’t win…

    • The Worlds Scapegoat

Sure you can. Shoot them and be a murderer.

The Officer acted legally and professionally to save his life. End of story to the rational.

The dumb ni && er bet his life on the cop not being a pussy. He lost.

It tells you what blacks think about cops: They are pussies.

If not for a twist fate, what if Brown would have overpowered Officer Wilson and turned the gun on him? Where would the headlines be then? There would be a small few lines in the local paper.:

“Officer shot and killed in the line of duty after tussling with suspect. Suspect still at large. Ten witnesses claim they saw nothing.”

  • Frank_DeScushin

None of this exculpatory evidence is relevant to blacks. Blacks process interracial matters emotionally, and whites process interracial matters logically. And never the twain shall meet.

    • The Worlds Scapegoat

From what I have witnessed most whites process interracial matters illogically. If they didn’t we wouldn’t be in this mess.

      • Frank_DeScushin

Ha! Touché. You may have a point.

People are coming around, though, and Ferguson probably sped things up.

    • SentryattheGate

Remember how blacks reacted to O.J.’s acquittal, even though there was over whelming evidence of guilt! The facts be damned; blacks support each other no matter what!

I don’t understand how the purported black witnesses could have missed this aspect of the incident. If they saw Wilson shoot then they must have seen Brown charging. Why did none of them mention it? Since the rioting was in large part due to the reports of these false witnesses why isn’t the MSM talking about this outrage?

    • See The Future

      The MSM wants war.

  • Vito Powers

There should be a boycott of any products or services that are advertised on MSNBC until Al Sharpton is fired.

Why are these so-called black leaders so in denial of the hard facts? The “shot in the back” theory has been disproved by three separate autopsies. I even heard a Negro claiming that the cops planted Brown’s blood on the police vehicle and on Wilson.

What’s even sadder is seeing dopey white kids participating in these protests.

    • See The Future

Dopey white kids that have been indoctrinated by media and school.

  • UncleSham

“You’re too much of a pussy to shoot me.” There is something almost poetic about those being his last words. Justice served.

  • Adolf Verloc

The mostly unsung heroes of this whole circus have been the grand jury members. The pressure on them, especially the blacks, must have been intense to come back with at least some sort of manslaughter charge to appease the undertow. It may seem weird to praise people for doing what they should do as citizens, but I fear that some of these people have targets painted on their backs already.

    • Xerxes22

I’ll bet that the MSM is desperate to find the identities of the grand jury members so that they can publish their names and addresses.

  • OHDeutscheKlezmerRebel

Thank God that horrible monster is dead!! Michael Brown was a vicious thug. There is no doubt that he intended to kill Officer Darren Wilson. Darren Wilson certainly did the right thing by shooting this raging monster. Michael Brown was just another violent Black thug. The world is a better and safer place with this horrible creature dead and gone. I am so relieved that Officer Darren Wilson will not be indicted. Justice has indeed occurred. That Blacks are rioting over fairness and justice prevailing just shows what most Blacks are truly like. Only Blacks would riot over the death of a sadistic, homicidal maniac.

    • Whitetrashgang

      True Dat.

  • rechill

And as society, we’re too much of a pussy to deal with it.

  • The head-down charge neatly explains why the fatal head shot entered from the top of Brown’s cranium.

  • Details and the ability to appreciate what is important among them make a difference. There was a link here several days ago in the “You May Like” section about the US navy “hiding for 60 years” a UFO discovered at sea. The problem was that the photo in the linked article clearly showed the aft end of a Virginia (CGN-38) class missile cruiser. The first of these was not commissioned until 1976. In addition, the photo clearly showed a pair of four-shot armored box launchers for Tomahawk missiles on the stern, atop what had originally been the helicopter pad. These were not installed until the mid 1980s, which makes the picture at most 30 years old, and nothing close to 60.

The fatal flaw to this sort of deliberate lying by reporters is that their “alternate” explanations must account for ALL of the available details, rather than merely some of them.
