Residency Hearing Coming Up for Obama’s Illegal-Alien Uncle

GOP USA, January 31, 2013

President Obama’s illegal-alien uncle—busted in 2011 for drunken driving—is banking on the strength of his moral character to help him win permanent resident status in the U.S., agreeing yesterday to a Dec. 3 immigration-court date before the same judge who granted asylum to his sister.

Onyango Obama, a Kenyan national who was ordered deported in 1992, is fighting to stay here under a federal immigration law that allows permanent residence for illegal aliens who entered the U.S. before 1972 and have demonstrated “good moral character.”

{snip}

Obama declined to say what he thinks of his nephew’s new immigration-reform plan, which offers illegal immigrants a shot at citizenship.

Obama got his hearing nearly a year before other applicants who came up in court yesterday. Some were pushed off as far in the future as September 2014.

But Boston immigration attorney Desmond FitzGerald said that’s likely because of the case’s simplicity, not preferential treatment.

{snip}

Obama, the half-brother of President Obama’s late father, had been living quietly in Framingham and working as a liquor-store clerk until his arrest on drunken-driving charges in 2011. The case was continued without a finding.

I doubt if he is related to barack in any way at all………..

  • The__Bobster

The old drunken illegal will skate, just as Obongo’s mooching illegal Ont did.

But if we want to deport illegal Kenyans. let’s start with Obongo himself.

  • anarchyst

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree . . .

  • JackKrak

I still cannot get my head around the fact – the FACT – that the President of the US has an “illegal-alien uncle” in the country. Are we not shocked by anything anymore?

    • IstvanIN

Amazing how little so many Americans care about this country.

      • RisingReich

I think you too broadly use the term ‘Americans’ – more like ‘illegal squatters’ and other deviant ‘citizens’.

Most native born Whites USUALLY do care. Usually being the key term unless you’re talking about dumb libtarded whites.

        • IstvanIN

The why do so many Americans, white, I might add, drive around with Obama bumper stickers and vote for pro-illegal politicians of both parties? They have no pride in nor do they have any respect for their own nation or the concept of citizenship.

          • RisingReich

            I did write ‘USUALLY’.

      • AJ

        so true, so sadly true

Bread and Circus. Reality TV. The Super Bowl.

    • The MSM certainly isn’t making this story headline news so you can forgive them of their imposed ignorance.

      • Robert Binion

They are agog at the rumor that President “Skeeter” will release his basketball brackets early this year.

    • 48224

Exactly. And Kim Kardashian is pregnant with an out-of-wedlock black baby and if anyone is critical of that, they’d be called a racist or hater. And no one gives it a second thought. We are witnessing the final days of civilization….I’m totally convinced of that.

    • Joseph

Does it help make his views on immigration more understandable?

  • MekongDelta69

    Onyango NoBama – now there’s a gen-u-wine all-American name.

Well hell – if he’s got ‘good moral character’, then we should allow him to become an honorary member of AmRen with unlimiting posting privileges.
    /sarc

Why don’t we hook him up with Tawana Brawley? He could pay all her debts…

    • Katherine McChesney

Mekong off topic but how do you bold words in your comment?

      • RisingReich

      • >b/b<

Less than, b for bold, greater than. At end of text , less than, slash b to indicate closing, greater than.

        Hope this helps Katherine.

He’s been languishing here illegally since before 1972, was ordered deported in 1992, and is still here? Why do we even need an INS / DHS / ICE? They have ignored his violation of US law for at least 40 years? Can I not pay taxes for 40 years, and they will ignore that because I have good moral character? How is DUI, and violating US immigration law, indicative of good moral character? If he has such good character and he’s qualified to stay here, does he also qualify for affirmative action government jobs? Maybe he could work at DHS?

    • One of the best ever posts on AR, made on the old system of AR, was by a poster named Margaret. I saved it and made a post on it on my own blog:

      http://countenance.wordpress.com/2009/05/20/and-now-the-rest-of-the-story/

I wish Engelman would read this and understand. This is how politicians can brag about all the “deportations” they do, because “deportation” means paperwork which they know will die in the process, and rarely result in an actual deportation.

I suspect the big hangup with Obama’s illegal alien uncle is that Kenya doesn’t want him back. Would you?

      • Jeff

All of these African countries resist repatriation of deportees. This is yet another way our deportation laws favor non-whites. We have functional and practical deportation agreements with every white country in the world, so any white who overstays a visa can be put on the next flight out very easily. The African countries, meanwhile, have no reason to accept deportees, and if they don’t allow deportees, they have a good chance of their former citizens sending money back home to families sometimes, voting to send more foreign aid to Africa, etc.

This is a major problem. It means that even when a deportation order is given, while it can be enforced instantly against a white, it can probably never be enforced against an African.

I have two solutions. One is forcible repatriation, regardless of deportation agreements. Put them on remote piloted boats and run them up on the beach in Africa. Use a static line and push them out of an airplane. I don’t care. The technology exists.

The other solution is to create immigration detention camps, and leave them in these camps until deportation can be arranged. I don’t care how miserable those camps are. At least they won’t be able to reproduce or vote here.

The negative economic value of a guy like Obama’s uncle is probably in the millions, so it’s worth whatever it costs.

Both of these things can be done, but unfortunately none of it matters because they’re going to give every non-white illegal immigrant citizenship this year anyway. I has a sad.

        • Jeff

Oh I forgot one more way the immigration racket is anti-white, by design.

All these Africans come here and make asylum claims: my tribe is oppressed by the other tribe, I was raped / accused of being gay, my political party is out of power and I’ll be in trouble, my country is too unsafe to go to, blah blah blah. All of those things are likely true (and even if they aren’t, it’s impossible to challenge them), and all are caused by the fact that Africa is populated by Africans, and those are justification for an asylum claim. All of those claims need to be challenged in front of a judge who is biased in favor of the immigrant, and the challenges take years, and become more difficult the longer the immigrant is here.

Meanwhile, it’s basically impossible for a white person to claim asylum. Let’s say a friendly white guy from the UK shows up here. He has no credible basis for an asylum claim, because his country is full of nice people (other than the recent immigrants).

The whole asylum system ensures that only people from the worst countries can take advantage of it, and unfortunately, the reason they are the worst countries is because they are full of the worst people, exactly the kind of people who don’t belong here! Meanwhile people from nice, organized, stable countries, full of nice, organized, stable people, have no way of making asylum claims.

We should entirely end the asylum system, and institute a system like what I described, to immediately and forcibly repatriate people who don’t belong here. Too bad all of our third world immigrants vote Democratic, so actual physical deportation is never going to happen. We can land a man on the moon but we can’t send Jose back to Mexico apparently.

          • AJ

            exactly

          • Netting it out: The asylum immigration system will turn us into an asylum.

          • David Ashton

Absolutely right. Same for UK. Everyone in the world in effect has the “right” to settle, unless they are themselves compatible white people, if they can get here and get away with it. The asylum racket has undermined the limited restrictions introduced in Britain up to December 1971, and “patriality” was sunk without trace.
Of course, there are tens of millions out there who could claim asylum, justifiably or not, so the whole thing is ridiculous. But the “lawyers” have a vested interest in prolonging the agony of the “host” societies.

          • Joseph

Maybe we can send Jose to the moon.

        • MarcusTrajanus

African “leaders” could easily be threatened or bribed into taking back their citizens. The problem is that “our leaders” either don’t want to send them back, or are afraid of being called racists if they even suggest such a thing.

      • Joseph

Well I’m sure that Kenya wants all of the “good moral characters” that they can get.

      • Jeff

The vitally important message there is deportation does not mean physical removal from the country. A deportation order is a bit more serious than a parking ticket, but absolutely does not mean the person is leaving the country soon, or ever. I wonder what percentage of “deportees” are physically removed. Most whites who overstay visas probably do get physically kicked out because they can’t make asylum claims and they are civilized enough to comply.

But I would guess that blacks, like Uncle Obama here, from Africa, are almost never physically removed after a deportation order. As the article says, all they need to do is throw a tantrum at the airport, the the airline and TSA will not allow them on a flight. If they can’t be put on a commercial flight, there’s no physical mechanism to remove them from the USA.

I can think of some mechanisms, and apparently the Japanese also have a system for physical removal of Africans from Japan: http://www.ghanaweb.com/GhanaHomePage/NewsArchive/artikel.php?ID=244472

Japanese immigration officers beat him to death and stuffed him on a plane bound for his homeland. The Chinese have a saying, cut the head off a chicken to scare the monkeys.

    • Joseph

Apparently, for black Africans, no homicides on his record is sufficient to warrant the acclaim “of good moral character”.

  • dmxinc

Why have I never heard any pundit, even the most conservative, ask the basic question: Of what value to America and Americans is this man?

If he does not enhance our country, why should he stay no matter what the circumstances? But that question, the question that should be asked about anyone allowed into our country, is never asked, never discussed.

  • StillModerated

I vote for sending this useless tool to Haiti with a lifetime’s supply of Steel Reserve 211.

  • Katherine McChesney

Black History Month is getting exciting.

  • John

Maybe the genetic dice throw is relevant to all this. Barack Obama, Sr., clearly was
possessed of some traits with high heritability: psychopathic personality, alcoholism,
    insatiable sexual desires, etc.

  • Anon

What REALLY shocks me is that some guy in a black suit and sunglasses doesn’t simply show up, whisper in the judges ear and maybe leave behind a suitcase in cases like this.

Corrupt? Yes. But it’s the kind of corruption that is completely normal and expected of anyone who has some sort of money, fame, power or wealth on behalf of FAMILY. Bringing millions of non-whites to this country in order to turn us into a third world country is vile and should be resisted. But, I’ll give him a pass on his aging uncle probably being sent back to squat in a sewer. Rank hath its privileges, after all.

That he doesn’t do this is actually a bit concerning to me. Those who won’t do for their families are capable of anything….think about it.

  • MikeofAges

How about just admitting failure for a change? For everybody here, there is someone who wishes they weren’t. About the only thing every group has in common is that none think Native Americans have no right to be here. So let’s all go home. Mestizos back south of the border. Blacks back to Africa. South Asians back to South Asia. East Asians back to East Asia. Whites back to their identified country of ancestry. Germans to Germany. Poles to Poland. Italians to Italy. Anglo-Celts and Irish back to the UK, Ireland, or somewhere in the Commonwealth. Jews to Israel or their identified European country of ancestry.

Then put a fence around good old “Turtle Island” and declare it a biodiversity zone. That’s a fancy name for a reservation. Never heard of “Turtle Island”? Allegedly, that was the name some Native culture gave to the territory comprising the present lower 48 states. Took me a few years to understand the idea, it did. But eventually I got it. The idea was, the area was like the carapace (shell) of the turtle turned upside down. Once you got it, you could never get out. Well, now, thanks to the jumbo jet and cruise ship, everyone can leave. And maybe they should.

    • Thor Bonham

What are you babbling about ?? Whites shouldn’t go anywhere .. White shed a lot of blood to make this country a country of their own .. You have guilt in your heart ? Then why don’t YOU just leave ..

      • Put down the hammer, Thor. It was a joke.

        • MikeofAges

I kind of see developing the idea into an enlightment-style essay: “Upon The Plausibility Of Sending Everybody Back Where To They Came From”. Could be done, barely. But it is not a plausible idea. Still, some people would get a better deal than others. Maybe the point is, the people here who are getting a better deal than their forebearers had in their ancestral third-world homeland should appreciate and embrace the British Israelism which is the conceptual foundation of America. King, for all his private faults, criticized America for not living up to its founding ideals. What are the rabble rousers of today doing?

    • IstvanIN

European-Americans, 80%-90% British, with a significant percentage of Dutch and Germans, and a few Swedes in the Delaware Valley, built and founded the United States. The Indians were here but were not responsible for the founding of this nation. Perhaps they should go back over the land bridge to Siberia.

And why do the Mestizos get to stay in Mexico? Shouldn’t Mexico belong to the Indian tribes that were their before the Spanish arrived?

      • MikeofAges

I think you’re on to something. How about no people at all anywhere in the Americas? The animals won’t mind. Whatever their limitations, they’re not whiners.

        • IstvanIN

Let it all go back to nature.

    • Tom_in_Miami

“Well, now, thanks to the jumbo jet and cruise ship, everyone can leave. And maybe they should.”

It’s impossible. Who would support the “Native Americans”?

  • bigone4u

Mr. Obama works in a liquor store, presumably in a black neighborhood and he’s not dead yet. That may be the real story. Why hasn’t that liquor store been robbed and the clerk shot to death?
If he’s allowed to stay, then for his safety I suggest we at Amren start a White House petition demanding that the POTUS do the humane thing and take in his uncle and give him a job right there in the White House. A job the old fellow could do with all the pride of craftsmanship we associate with the African people. Hmm, I’m having trouble thinking what thay would be.

Yes, the U.S sucks so bad and with all these racist WHITE crackers that illegals want to stay here, instead of going back to their mudderland … Hmm, Can anyone explain this to me ? If the U.S is sooo bad then why do they actually fight to stay here ?

  • kanuck45

The US needs more black people, for what ?
