Majority-black Birmingham is one of the most dangerous cities in the country and has a poverty rate greater than 27 percent. It doesn’t need a statue. The city is a living monument to the dissident view of race.

New York City was the scene of some of the worst rioting last night. Governor Cuomo said Mayor Bill de Blasio and the NYPD “failed” the city. This isn’t surprising considering that police even arrested the mayor’s daughter.

Currently trending on Twitter is a picture comparing Adolf Hitler to Donald Trump because they both held the Bible. Of course, every American president puts his hand on the Bible when he takes the oath, so what political significance this would have is unclear. However, the picture being distributed is fake, and Twitter has not corrected the misinformation.
