Foreign aid is finally in the crosshairs.

USAID, the Agency for International Development, is in a panic. President Trump says it is run by radical lunatics, and they’ve got to go.

Elon Musk says it’s a criminal organization that needs to die.

Joe Biden’s big push into LGBTQ got a lot of attention, but billions more are wasted every year.

I was sorry to find that the USAID pages that bragged about all the LGBG funny stuff don’t work anymore, but I found this video before it disappeared.

Here, USAID’s boss under Joe Biden wrapped her tongue around the latest lingo. The “plus,” stands for all the aberrations yet to be discovered.

Samantha Power looks very much like the ruthless lefty she is.

She thinks our soldiers should go kill people if they don’t respect “human rights,” especially in Libya, Syria, and Yemen. However, in a spasm of honesty, she once called Hillary Clinton a “monster who will stoop to anything.”

This site for LGBTQ refugees, of all things, explains what USAID was paying for: a push to let people in Kosovo change sex on official documents.

Fifty thousand dollars for a transgender opera in Colombia.

A campaign to count transgenders in the Bangladesh census.

A trans comic book called “The Embassy of the United States in Peru Presents the Power of Education.”

Wits Health Consortium in South Africa got $30 million for “gender-affirming health care” for you know whom.

Just yesterday, the White House press secretary released a list of more rubbish: $2 million for sex changes in Guatemala, $6 million for tourism in Egypt, $20 million for Sesame Street in Iraq, $4.5 million to combat disinformation in Kazakhstan.

She says there were plenty more grants that were just as crazy.

When Elon Musk’s DOGE team took a walk through the USAID building, employees ran for cover.

Here’s the big picture, at foreignassistance.gov. For the latest full fiscal year, you’ll see the budget was $68 billion, with $11 billion for military assistance. 204 different foreign moochers.

The darker the blue, the more money they got. There are only 14 countries that didn’t get handouts, including Britain, France, Sweden, Iran, Eretria, North Korea, and Australia.

China was on the books for nearly $13 million. Mongolia for more than $20 million. Russia for $108,000. Japan, $1.7 million. Japan got money for water supply and sanitation, emergency response, etc. Why?

The top line for China is nearly $4 million to develop sustainable markets, for heaven’s sake. USAID redacted the next $3.6 million. You’re not allowed to know what that was for.

We even gave the Russians $100,000 to protect the environment.

Here are the top sectors worldwide.

Economic Development and Humanitarian Assistance, followed by “Peace and Security,” which means guns. At least half of the nearly $10 billion for health is to fight AIDS. Program support is the $4.6 billion it costs just to run this gigantic machine, and Multi-sector is money we pour into boondoggles like the UN. The next line, Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance, is probably where they hide the really nasty stuff.

USAID workers are screaming is distress, because they have some of the cushiest jobs in government. More than 6,000 of them work overseas, and here’s just a partial list of the perks, including business-class travel, housing allowances, private-school tuition for children, hardship pay because there isn’t a Planet Fitness around the corner, etc.

According to some estimates, it costs $2 – 4 million to send someone overseas for one year.

Here is a typical USAID publicity photo of where we’re supposed to think the money goes.

Good luck finding pictures of their swank villas, cooks, gardeners, drivers, and maids. So-called “aid workers” live like lords in Kampala or Lagos—and then retire with full benefits after 20 years.

What countries have really cleaned up?

Here are both economic—the light bar—and military aid: the red bar. Going back to 1946, Israel is far and away the winner: Over $300 billion. Egypt is number two, and a lot of that has been a decades-long bribe for the peace treaty it signed with Israel in 1978. We squandered $150 billion in Afghanistan because we thought that if we killed enough Afghans, the survivors would be good lefties and learn to wear bikinis. The billions to South Vietnam were another colossal waste, in a war that cost 58,000 American lives. Ukraine is coming on strong, and what do we have to show for our $115 billion? We invaded Iraq—bang, there went $100 billion—a country that had no weapons of mass destruction and was no threat to us. And, like all the wars included here, that was just the foreign aid. The total US direct military cost was $800 billion, and, eventually, with veteran care and everything else, it will have cost $2-3 trillion. All that economic aid to Britain, by the way, dates back to the Marshall Plan.

Elon Musk is supposed to take a meat ax to government spending. Hack away, Elon.

It’s not our job to police the world or pay for Guatemalan sex changes. USAID says we’re making friends all around the world, but do the people who get bags of food with this old-timey logo on them—uh, oh. Look at those white hands—do they like us any better for it?

Or do they just think we’re chumps?

That $68 billion in aid sucked an average of $500 out of every household in America. What would you do with an extra $500 every year? I don’t think you’d spend it on guns for Israel and Ukraine or buy lunch for a Nigerian. But wouldn’t it be nice if the choice were up to you?
