A man with 45 prior arrests was nabbed in a pair of random attacks on strangers on Tuesday — including a terrifying incident in which he shoved a straphanger to the tracks at Manhattan’s busy Union Square subway station, police said.

Clarence Anderson, 36, was arrested and charged with assault for the terrifying Monday night subway shove and for a second unprovoked attack Tuesday morning in which he smashed a man, 54, in the face with a rock at W. 60th St. and Broadway on the Upper West Side.
