12-Time Convicted Felon Arrested in St. Lucie County

A man with 57 felony arrests is back behind bars after gunfire stopped him in his tracks as he ran from law enforcement officers {snip}

Marques Jones, 39, was not hit and surrendered immediately after the gunfire.

Sheriff Ken Mascara said Jones was armed, and a deputy fired six shots toward Jones {snip}

Jones faces several charges including felony battery and false imprisonment.
