Billy Porter of ‘Cinderella’ Fame Says ‘Our Country is in This Mess We’re in Because of Whiteness’

Billy Porter, who has been cast as the fairy godmother in the upcoming new film adaptation of “Cinderella,” went full racist when he said that the United States of America “is in the mess we’re in because of whiteness.”

Porter made these comment during a recent Vanity Fair portfolio interview that he shamelessly used to promote various social justice messages from the likes of the founders of Black Lives Matter and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).

“The reason why our country is in the mess we’re in is simply because of whiteness. White supremacy. White people choke-holding power and sucking the life out of humanity,” Porter said in the piece. This was his response to the question, “What is one specific fact, news story, or aspect that you feel has not received enough attention?”
