Stampede at New York’s Barclays Center During Future Concert After ‘Loud Boom’ Prompts Fears of Gun Shots

A huge stampede erupted at Barclays Center during a Future concert, according to reports.
Fans who attended the rapper’s ‘Nobody Safe’ show posted on Twitter that the event at the venue in Brooklyn descended into chaos after a ‘loud noise’ was heard.
Fearing there were gun shots, concert-goers rushed from the stadium, causing a stampede.

Someone who was at the concert told DailyMail.com they barricaded themselves in a toilet stall when they heard the noise.
After about two minutes, a security officer ordered the crowd to leave.
‘When I walked out I saw shoes and debris everywhere,’ the person said.
Multiple reports have come in of bloody fans fleeing Barclays.
Another concert-goer told DailyMail.com he saw a girl and her boyfriend get trampled in the stampede, both bleeding profusely.
It is not yet known if there were any injuries.
A statement released from Barclays Center at 11:38pm stated: ‘There were no gunshots tonight inside the arena. A loud noise during load out caused concern while fans exited the venue. Get home safely.’
The NYPD told DailyMail.com that they’re currently investigating.
