Defense Department: The Bible, Constitution and Declaration of Independence All Perpetuate Sexism

Ashley Rae Goldenerg, Daily Caller, April 13, 2015

According to a Defense Department-approved “sexism course,” the Bible, the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence all contribute to modern sexism.

Those three cherished texts all count as “historical influences that allow sexism to continue,” according to a presentation prepared by the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, whose mission is to give a “world-class human relations education.”

According to the course, the Bible has “quotes” which can be interpreted as sexist by readers.

The Declaration of Independence is also an historical cause of sexism, as the document refers only to “all men”–not “men and women.”

And the Constitution, the Pentagon argues, is an historical source of sexism because “slaves and women were not included until later in history.”

Of course, members of the Armed Forces take an oath to defend the Constitution–which is, according to the DEOMI course, an “historical influence that allows sexism to continue.”

“The content of the lesson is provided to generate academic discussion concerning how these historical documents have been included in discussions about the topic of sexism,” Lt. Cmdr. Nate Christensen, a Defense Department spokesman, told The Daily Caller.

But following TheDC’s request for comment, the sexism course–as well as two other courses listed on DEOMI’s website, entitled “Prejudice & Discrimination” and “Racism”–were taken offline.

“This course is currently offline and under revision,” a notice says under all three courses.

Asked about the sudden update, Christensen replied, “DEOMI online materials are periodically pulled to review to ensure accuracy and relevance. The racism, sexism and Prejudice & Discrimination are currently undergoing that review process.”

“…the Bible, the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence all contribute to modern sexism…” and therefore should be trashed!

Oh yeah, they are already doing that.

    • Oil Can Harry

Even more scandalous is that the Bible and Constitution don’t celebrate veganism, cosplay or Transgender marriages!

      • WhiteVeinKratom

Yeah, it’s not to big on those “alternative” lifestyles.

      • how about this

There is not a single mention in the entire Constitution or anywhere in the writings of the framers of masturbating while watching hentai. This can only mean that the founding fathers were anti-masturbation, anti-Japanese, anti-sex, and could never have predicted the glorious heights our modern sexually liberated culture has risen to. So of course, we can dismiss anything they had to say.

      • Alexandra1973

In fact the Bible says that forbidding meat is “a doctrine of devils.”

    • Alexandra1973

If our forefathers knew what this nation would become, they likely would have said “Meh, we’re doing just peachy under George III here.”

      • Susannah

Maybe, though Britain and much of Europe are facing the same sort of unbelievable nonsense that we are.

        • Ronald

Perhaps, but should that be any concern to Christendom? Ever since the 60s 70s revolution, the Eurofolk have ignored the problem rather than to take decisive action to confront it head-on. Those of Christendom have used the rationale’ that they want to “suffer for the Lord”. They may soon get their chance.

        • rightrightright

Indeed we are. Further, when our loathly rulers wish to close down events that are purely and traditionally English, they invoke “Health and Safety” regulations to strip them out of our lives, ie the annual cheese rolling bash down a hill.

Strangely, the loathly ones did not use their Health & Safety scam to prevent the rape and tormenting of an estimated 100,000 11-to-14 year old English girls. Must be their priorities. Those cheeses were really, really dangerous.

        • Alexandra1973

It would seem, then, that they just delayed the inevitable.

  • Oh yeah, ISIS (eight miles from the border) is going to cut through us like a hot knife through warm butter.

    • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

This may sound insane, but I hope they come in and institute Sharia Law. Can you imagine how the liberals, trannies, feminists and all the other assorted freaks will react? I’ll gladly don a burqa for that!

      what’s wrong with sexism???

If America did not have majority people following The Bible, Constitution, and Declaration of Independence, the USA would have not developed into a developed country.

  • MooTieFighter

This is what it has been all about. How can you overtake a society with a strong constitution as ours? You can’t so it must be destroyed. How can you overtake a morally strong, family oriented, hard working country based on strong Christian values. You destroy it. This has been part of the plan all along. Blacks are already criticizing our constitution as “racist” and formed by a white majority. Blacks have been pawns in their own destruction. The left uses the freely to obtain their goals: destroy the strength, financial stability, intellect and morality of our country.

    • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

Hmm, I wonder who was behind all this? Henry Ford knew!

I would like for someone to please explain how this “sexism course” contributes to the national defense.

The lunatics, being in charge of the asylum, are also in charge of the curriculum as well.

    • listenupbub

It teaches us to hate traditional white cultures, and accept other cultures, such as Islamic culture, which will…oh wait, hold on….

      • Alden

My thought is that all this garbage is to give jobs to those who can’t preform in any useful capacity

        • connorhus

That’s pretty much 90% of all government jobs.

          • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

The whites in government spend all their time doing all the work of the Affirmative Action minority hires. ANYTHING that gets done in government is because of the very few remaining white males. Trust me on that.

          • connorhus

I am sure you are 100% correct however 99% of what those White Males are doing in the government is destroying the rest of the White race.

          • DonReynolds

            I agree.
The 99% are FOLLOWING ORDERS FROM HIGHER UPS……even when they know the orders to be contrary to Federal Law.
And just like at the Nuremburg trials, it will not be a good excuse later to say they were just following orders.

    • David Ashton

It doesn’t. That’s why it exists.

    • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

The last name. Every. Single. Time.

  • Rustler

This is that army that some people think will enforce the NWO on everyone. Can you imagine what the morale of white soldiers under this kind of culture Marxist inquisition would be during a high intensity war against Russia and/or China?

The US military going full PC is the best thing that could happen. It will lose its effectiveness and then our enemies won’t have a real army at their disposal.

    • connorhus

I find myself wondering exactly what you bring up. What will happen when the US military faces a well supplied and funded military? As it is now it seems more the tactic at hand is victory through superior WMDs and massive amounts of FIAT cash. That works well against the fuzzies but won’t do much against a real military.

  • MekongDelta69

And this is exactly why re-ups are dramatically DOWN.
[Which is exactly what this black muslim Marxist garbage of a dictator wants, so he can populate the Military (and ALL law enforcement, Intel agencies, etc., etc.) with absolutely useless, low IQ traitors.]

I am SO GLAD I got out when the Military was still full of straight, White males, doing our jobs to the Max.

  • Johann Wald

I see a pattern here. There are good “isms” and bad “isms”. Bad “isms” are “sexism” and “right wing extremism” and of course the 2 ultimate evils, “racism” and “antisemitism”. Good “isms” are “lesbianism”, “transgenderism”, “Marxism”, and so on. Right.

  • Things were pretty bad when I left the Army in 1992. I can’t imagine what those who serve in today’s PC military have to go through.

    • Susannah

Although not so long ago, 1992 feels like a lifetime away. It seems as though nearly every facet of our society has declined since then, and continues to plummet to God-knows-where.

      • TomIron361

There used to be a song I think, entitled, “There’s always one step further down you can go.” Or something along those lines anyway.

      • No doubt.
Things were on the way into the toilet back them. Now I hardly recognize the world as it existed in 1992.. mostly in a negative way.
        God, I feel old…

        • DonReynolds

          It gets worse, bubba.
          Wait and see.

    • DonReynolds

I thought the same thing of the Gulf War PC military in 1992.
I got my discharge in 1971.
I could not believe the nonsense I heard when I visited the new troops of the 173rd.
From what I have heard, it is even worse today.
My oldest boy is with the Army at Okinawa.

          Too late, Mangosteen.
He married a Japanese girl from Osaka in December 2013.
I have not ever met her and the last time I saw his face was 2008.
We had lunch on his birthday.
Before that, the last time I saw him was 2004.

          • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

I am so sorry. My kids are still little but I can’t imagine how hard it would be to know your grandkids won’t look, or be, anything like you. My best wishes and prayers to you.

  • IstvanIN

Do these nit-wits realize that, in English, man and men can refer to either males, or humans as a group, depending on context?

    • Bon, From the Land of Babble

Hell, they couldn’t even get the date of the Constitution right:

It was written in 1787, ratified in 1788, in operation in 1789.

      — and on life support in the 30s, died in the 1960s….

      • how about this

It looks like they actually express more respect for the Bible than they do for the Constitution. At least with the Bible they claim that the “sexism” comes from quotes which are “misinterpreted” when “brought out of context and not fully understood.” For the other items they have no such qualification. For the declaration they don’t even have commentary; they just quote it as if it’s self-evident that it’s sexist.

    • John Smith

      Tell that to the “womyn.”

      • Alexandra1973

To them having a child is a form of enslavement.

….thy neighbor’s ass is clearly homphobic.

Thanks, I needed a good chuckle tonight.

    • John Smith

No need- just declare the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights as supreme.

    • kikz2

i say we drop back and punt w/the Articles of Confederation.

    • how about this

I think the original constitution needs a trigger warning for extremism. It has the word “men” in it a lot, and Hitler was a man.

  • Bon, From the Land of Babble

OK, here’s the DEOMI vision statement:

To be the global choice for effective human relations empowering total force readiness.

This gobble-de-gook makes no sense so I ran it through the English to Ghetto translator and got this:

Ta B Da globaL ChoicE fO” EffecTivv HUMan relAshUNss EmpoWeriN TotaLL fOrcee REAdiness

    = Kill Whitey!!

    Now it makes perfect sense.

  • listenupbub

That is fine. I neither believe in religion nor democracy, and I can still argue winsomely against any tenet in liberalism. Take our bible, take our constitution, and take our Declaration of Independence.

And then bring on the debate. I can’t wait to crush you with nothing but evolutionary psychology and reason.

    • George Moriarty

OK Mr Listen up Bub, let me start an argument!
I am going to say that all successful modern Western nations, including both your country and mine are based on Protestant Christianity as per the reformation some 400 years ago.
Catholic Latin America is still very much 3rd world. Asia has successfully copied us. As for the Middle East & Africa, very sad.
As such I feel the Bible and our existing constitutions are very much worth preserving and if they upset gays, feminists and minorities just let them see how they would fare under Islam for example, they would be laughed at or possibly shot..

      • how about this

There are majority Catholic nations that are quite wealthy. Look at Austria and Ireland, for example. The same goes for Belgium and Luxembourg. Switzerland has more Catholics than Protestants as well although it isn’t majority Catholic. The Czech Republic was historically Catholic although currently it is one of the least religious countries in the world.

        • George Moriarty

Ireland has only became mildly wealthy in recent times mainly as a low cost EU nation. Ireland’s biggest export has been it’s people, many of whom have done exceptionally well, but the Catholic Irish working class were often associated with poverty even in wealthy countries like USA or Australia.
The wealth of the Benelux nations or even Switzerland & Austria can not even start to be compared with Great Britain or the USA.
I could also throw a spanner in the works and factor in the Jewish influence. (Like there is only one modern prosperous country in the Middle East or the influence of Jewish financiers in creating wealth worldwide.)

          • how about this

“The wealth of the Benelux nations or even Switzerland & Austria can not even start to be compared with Great Britain or the USA.”

Well that’s not what Wikipedia tells me when I look at per capita GDP or HDI. Ireland is at about the same level. Do you have evidence to the contrary?

          • George Moriarty

The main thrust of my debate is that Protestant Christianity was probably the greatest liberating factor and at about the same time as the renascence both of which led to the modern civilized world as we know it. It created the USA and Great Britain.
I know I made a very sweeping statement and we could probably write 20 pages factoring in differences and exceptions etc.
And to any Catholic readers out there I am not being critical of the great Catholic Church, nor do I want to get into a catholic verses protestant debate on this forum, that would be way outside the scope of what this site is all about.

  • LHathaway

“the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence all contribute to modern sexism”, “Of course, members of the Armed Forces take an oath to defend the Constitution”

    • Their oath says they swear to defend the United States Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, but the critters seem to have outed themselves as domestic enemies of the Constitution.

  • Rhialto

I am puzzled as to the motive for the DOD getting into promoting these Liberal social views. I could understand the DOD attacking Racism+Sexism, as being detrimental to effective teamwork, but explicitly attacking Christianity and American tradition seems counter productive.

Perhaps the Liberals and Feminists inserted by Prez. Obama into the DOD are unable to control their hatred of White men and Western civilization.

    • David Ashton

      Sexism=love, marriage, family values
      Racism=patriotism, ethnic respect, genetics

      • George Moriarty

In other words all the sorts of things our soldiers used to fight and risk their lives for to defend.

        • David Ashton

Defense of the nation is turned into defense of “democracy” which means…well, you all know what it means.

          • George Moriarty

Yes, let me think back to school days, that’s right it is a Greek word for government by the people for the people, we were also taught something about one vote for one person. OK, Now where and when exactly did it go wrong? Was it when the various Presidents Bush tried to impose Democracy on medieval desert tent dwellers who traditionally believed in, and fought for their theocracy? Did it go wrong when we tried to support a corrupt unpopular government in South Vietnam?
But back to the present; the modern soldier will be fighting the enemy (as declared by the executive) while having one hand tied behind his back and holding the PC manual in the other hand. If he does engage this “enemy” and kills someone that soldier may face a murder trial when he gets home. The tribunal at the court martial will no doubt comprise of all the politically appointed gay lesbian and minority defence hierarchy who have never ever seen a shot fired.

          • DonReynolds

One man, one vote is pretty recent vintage……see Baker v Carr (1962)……and has not been the legal tradition in this country. Even today, that rule is not used to elect presidents.

          • David Ashton

The first part of your comment would require quite a long disquisition on political theory and modern politics. Government for the people and government by the people are not necessarily complementary. A structure is needed whereby expertise and wisdom are utilized in the long-term interest of the nation, and with the consent and approval of the people. The danger has come from the combination of financial corruption on the “right” with ideological revolution on the “left”, so that instead of an academy of a patriotic elite guiding the people, the mechanisms have been
subverted by an enemy elite, which can also command influence over the communication and education networks.

          • DonReynolds

I would not lift a finger in defense of “democracy”…..nor am I in favor of any such nonsense. This country is a Republic.

        • WR_the_realist

Today our military fights for nothing worth fighting for, so perhaps it’s best that it be done by lesbians, homosexuals, and the diversity. Is making Syria safe for ISIS by attacking Assad worth fighting for? Is helping the Kiev government kill Eastern Ukrainians worth fighting for? If the U.S. military actually wanted to defend the Constitution it would have to stage a coup in Washington, D.C.

          • George Moriarty

Perhaps that is what Capitol Hill is really concerned about, could this be why they are working towards a de-militarised military?

          • libertarian1234

            It is indeed.

Clinton and now Obama have seen to that. All the patriots have been culled and blacks have been put in charge of the Justice Department, NASA, the BATF and other departments where black control is mandatory if they decide to attempt to take over the country, but most of all they’re reducing the possibility of a coup.

          • libertarian1234

” If the U.S. military actually wanted to defend the Constitution it would have to stage a coup in Washington, D.C.”

No truer words were ever written.

And that’s EXACTLY why Clinton and especially Obama have culled the ranks of any brass who are not politically correct, which we see every day when the social engineering nonsense comes up with another degradation like paying for surgery for transvestites or those like Gen. Casey who come out and say, “The greatest tragedy of the Ft. Hood massacre would be if diversity was harmed.”

I think it was in today’s headline stories on Drudge that said military personnel no longer trust their leadership.

    • John Smith

God takes precedence over the State, same as why it was attacked by Marxists elsewhere.

      • George Moriarty

Yes, take away the absolute of God and you will have absolute chaos with every imaginable “..ism” trying to impose it’s will on the nation. (As they are trying to do now)

  • JustSayin

To protect and defend the Constitution against ALL enemies, DoD. All of them. And that would include slanders and lies.

How could any self respecting straight white male, especially if he is also Christian, even consider joining the military these days?

    • David Ashton

Lenin said that the infiltration and subversion of the armed forces was a priority. Keeping out masculine patriots is just another way to rot a nation. But if you can steer a drone to destroy an Afghan village wedding, you can send one to destroy white survivalists in Montana.

      • Alden

Any group of 10 White survivalists, militia etc consists of 2 ATF agents 2 FBI agents 2 DHS agents 2ADL agents and 2 SPLC provocateurs

        • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

Yeah, it sucks. You can’t trust anyone.

      • libertarian1234

You’re exactly right if that’s all it amounted to.

But these modern day patriot groups consist of more than a few people who are knowledgeable about drone strikes and the best way to prevent them or defend against them. They allege to have a cadre of technical personnel some of whom are reported to be presently in the military and many in police forces around the country who are high tech experts on defense technologies. It is claimed that they will not declare themselves under any circumstances.

Any future conflict that might involve crossing swords with the feds is going to involve large scale upheaval throughout the US….probably as a result of an economic crash, but it could be precipitated by an ISIS attack which in itself could precipitate an economic collapse…. which would require containment by the military and police of an area 3000 miles wide and 1500 miles deep, making the threat of martial law an empty one, especially since the government would have many spies within its midst, as well as large scale defections that would hamper them seriously, to say nothing of what the resulting economic collapse would do to their ability to retain existing forces.

It is no accident that the feds are practicing urban warfare in various cities right now, nor is it an accident that they’re buying up ammunition by the billions in order to have less available for sale to the public. Nor are they renovating and improving their command bunker for cosmetic reasons.

Experts are saying the feds are fully aware that things are on the verge of collapse and these many precautions they are taking is a last ditch effort to keep them in power.
