Craig Bodeker to Speak at Texas A&M

American Renaissance, March 15, 2013

On March 20, political activist Preston Wiginton will be hosting Craig Bodeker at Texas A&M. The event will be at Rudder Tower room 701 on from 7 pm to 10 pm.

On February 7, Texas A&M’s SGA Diversity Committee hosted an event called “Do We Live in a Post-Racial America” where Dr. Joe Feagin said white people invented racism and only white people can be racist. Preston Wiginton thinks students need a different perspective. Dr. Feagin later stated that if other groups are racist they got the idea or ability to be so from white people.

For the event on March 20th, Craig Bodeker’s film, “A Conversation About Race” will be shown. Craig will give a brief speech, followed by a true forum discussion about race relations.

Directions to A&M’s campus and to the event room can be found here. Contact Preston Wigington for more information at [email protected]
