Anti-White Asian Senators

Robert Hampton, American Renaissance, April 2, 2021

Two Asian senators vowed last week to oppose every one of President Joe Biden’s “non-diverse” nominees. Illinois Sen. Tammy Duckworth and Hawaii Sen. Mazie Hirono made the pledge due to the Biden administration’s alleged lack of “Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders” (AAPI). “I’ve been talking to them for months and they’re still not aggressive, so I’m not going to be voting for any nominee from the White House other than diversity nominees,” the half-Thai Sen. Duckworth said.

Sen. Hirono, who is Japanese, joined in the pledge. The Hawaii senator said she didn’t want only more Asians: “This is not about pitting one diversity group against them. So I’m happy to vote for a Hispanic or Black person and LGBTQ person and AAPI person. I just like to see more diversity representation.”

Both senators backed down after President Biden agreed to appoint a “senior AAPI liaison officer.” The senators’ initial vow to never vote for straight white male nominees fits with what they’ve said and done in the past. Both Democrats support white America’s dispossession.

Sen. Duckworth is a veteran who claims ancestry dating back to the Revolution. But that hasn’t led her to respect America’s heritage. Last July, she said she was open to the removal of George Washington statues, and she said Mount Rushmore was on “ground that was stolen from Native Americans.” She also called Confederate heroes “dead traitors.”

While she shows little respect for white heritage, she demands absolute sensitivity for her own people. In March, Sen. Duckworth complained to CBS that Americans ask her “Where are you from?” “Asian-Americans are still viewed as an Other,” she said. Without evidence, the senator said the Atlanta spa shootings “look[ed] racially motivated” against Asians. The gunman says he killed due to his sex addiction, not because he hated Asians.

She’s one of the strongest advocates for ridding the military of alleged “white nationalists” and other “domestic extremists.” “It’s clear that we are at a crisis point,” she said. During Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s confirmation hearing, she urged him to prioritize the purge.

She also supports liberal immigration policies. When she campaigned for her seat in 2016, she described immigration restrictionists as “bigots and racists and fear-mongerers who don’t understand that they are in fact weakening this great nation when they turn their backs on immigration reform.” Sen. Duckworth also denounced President Trump’s basic immigration enforcement as “cruel.”

Sen. Hirono, America’s only immigrant senator, shares this stance. In 2019, she called immigration detention facilities “internment camps” and said those who aren’t horrified by them have dead souls. At a Senate hearing that year, she said immigration authorities should treat illegal aliens as “humans seeking a better life.”

Sen. Hirono recently proposed an expansive hate-crime bill that would “provide resources for communities to come together and fight intolerance and hate.” “We’ve seen the horrifying consequences of racist language as AAPI communities across our country experience hate crimes and violence related to the pandemic,” she said.

The Hawaii Democrat backs tech censorship. In 2020, she joined Senators Mark R. Warner (D-VA) and Bob Menendez (D-NJ) to press “Facebook regarding its failure to prevent the propagation of white supremacist groups online and its role in providing such groups with the organizational infrastructure and reach needed to expand.” Their joint letter urged Facebook to purge white nationalists and affirm its commitment to eradicating “systemic racism.” “The United States is going through a long-overdue examination of the systemic racism prevalent in our society,” the letter stated. “While Facebook has attempted to publicly align itself with this movement, its failure to address the hate spreading on its platform reveals significant gaps between Facebook’s professed commitment to racial justice and the company’s actions and business interests.”

Sen. Hirono co-sponsored a bill to establish a commission to investigate reparations. “The enslavement of Africans in America has had significant and long-lasting economic and social impacts on their descendants, who continue to face racial discrimination,” she said. “It is time for a commission to study and suggest reparations proposals as part of a larger effort to ameliorate the systemic racism in American society.” Sen. Duckworth co-sponsored the reparations bill.

Like Sen. Duckworth, Sen. Hirono also holds white Trump voters in contempt. “We should be dealing with the racism that is in our country to which the president speaks to because he has a base of supporters who are very anti-immigrant and white supremacists,” she told reporters last July. “That’s . . . a lot of his base.”

The two Asian senators wield their immense power against the historic American people. They represent the leadership of a “diverse” America — one that’s no friend of the white man.
