Government Now Mandating Anti-White Training

Discovery Institute researcher Christopher Rufo has found that a number of government agencies put their staff through anti-white indoctrination. The lessons read like parodies of left-wing university courses.
In June, Seattle invited “white City employees” to a training session called “Interrupting Internalized Racial Superiority and Whiteness.” Trainers said that all whites have “implicit bias,” and claimed “whiteness” prevents whites from accessing their humanity. The segregated session taught that whites must surrender their “comfort,” “physical safety,” “expectations or presumptions of emotional safety,” “control over other people and over the land,” and “relationships with some other white people.”
This was the forerunner of a course now required for all 10,000 city employees. It’s called “Internalized Racial Superiority for White People” and is run by Seattle’s Office of Civil Rights. It makes whites confess their “internalized racial superiority” (IRS) and give examples of how they and their families benefit from it. Whites must also promise to “redistribute resources, change who’s in power, [and] alter institutions.” The course also says “objectivity,” “individualism,” “intellectualization,” and “paternalism” uphold white supremacy.
The Office of Civil Rights then claims that “white people internalize the system of white supremacy” through the racist values of “individualism,” “intellectualization,” “objectivity,” and “comfort.”

Seattle is Democrat-controlled and has a far-left reputation. It let radicals set up the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, so we might expect this sort of indoctrination. Unfortunately, the federal government is doing the same thing.
In June, in response to George Floyd’s death, a private consulting firm developed and put on a seminar called “Difficult Conversations About Race in Troubling Times” for white staffers at several federal agencies. The Treasury Department, the Federal Reserve, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the National Credit Union Administration, and the Office of the Comptroller all got stiff doses.
The lessons are explicitly anti-white, teaching that “virtually all white people contribute to racism” and do not challenge “racist institutions.” The course implies that those government agencies are racist. White officials should “struggle to own their racism” and “invest in race-based growth.” White managers must create “safe spaces” where black employees can lecture white employees about “their pain” and “what it means to be black,” while white employees remain silent.
The trainers insist that whites hold “fairly consistent narratives about race” that “don’t support the dismantling of racist institutions.”
They claim the expressions “we should be more color-blind” and “we’ve made so much progress from the 60s” are in fact racist statements. pic.twitter.com/Ka3jQIxoEv

The trainers tell white employees they must “provide unconditional solidarity” for people of color.
Whites “don’t get to decide when someone is being too emotional, too rash, [or] too mean” and cannot protest if a POC “responds to their oppression in a way [they] don’t like.” pic.twitter.com/PnAuqiKOxC

A white man, Howard Ross, developed the course, and the federal government has paid him more than $5 million since 2006 to browbeat bureaucrats.
The Department of Homeland Security also does anti-white training. DHS tells whites that they are “socialized into oppressor roles,” and warns against “microaggressions,” “microassaults,” and “microinequities.” The training claims that the “myth of meritocracy” and the belief that America “is a land of opportunity” are both “microinequities.” “Colorblindness” is racist. If you deny the existence of a “microinequity,” that’s racist, too.
The trainers claim that the “myth of meritocracy” is a foundational “microinequity.” It’s racist to say “the most qualified person should get the job,” “America is a land of opportunity,” or “everybody can succeed in this society if they work hard enough.” pic.twitter.com/qUBHKtM1em

Anti-white indoctrination isn’t only in universities or woke corporations. The Trump Administration is presiding over what is, in effect, ideology taught by the state. Republicans should demand answers. All whites should tell our rulers to stop preaching contempt for us, especially when we’re footing the bill.
