Among the “whites” are Gaspar Loya, Javier Morin, Ernesto Alonso Garcia, Robert Barrera, Alfonso Gomez Quiroz, and Ricardo Zunigo. Mr. Zunigo is affiliated with the gang “Barrio Azteca,” an unusual accomplishment for a “white.” It is not as though there was no “Hispanic” category.
