Unruly Passenger Duct Taped to His First-Class Seat Identified: Report

The passenger who was restrained to his first-class seat with duct tape and zip ties has reportedly been identified.
KVOA, out of Arizona, has identified the man as 67-year-old Arthur Layne Lundeen of Tucson. The news outlet also reported that Lundeen was a real estate agent and has since lost his job at Long Realty.
On Thursday, Sept. 3, American Airlines flight 618 from Dallas to Newark was forced to make an emergency landing in Baltimore due to the male passenger’s disruptive behavior, according to People.

Olenick reportedly said Lundeen “called one of the flight attendants the N word.”
