Migrant Shouts Obscenities on Video While Smashing Swedish Catholic Church Windows With Rocks

A migrant in Sweden filmed himself smashing windows of a Catholic church in Sweden while shouting obscene remarks, including threats to “rape Jesus.”
Swedish news portal Samnytt posted a video of the perpetrator from a location in a migrant-populated suburb of the capital Stockholm.

The incident took place at the Catholic parish of Sainte-Famille in Haninge. However, it is not known exactly when the event took place, as the video has only now been uploaded.
The video was posted online to TikTok by user Fares.Aziz2. The man seen in the video clip says he is going to rape Jesus and then throws stones at the windows. The man’s profile remains up, but the video clip of him attacking the church has since been deleted from TikTok.
“Sweden, I’m going to rape Jesus in there now,” he shouted in the video. He then screams: “Allahu Akbar!”
According to the latest available data from 2017, Haninge had a population of around 31,000, of which over 35 percent were of foreign origin, which indicates individuals born outside Sweden or both of whose parents were born outside Sweden.
Churches have long been targets of attack in Sweden, especially in migrant-heavy areas. For example, in 2021, the historic 12th-century Spånga Evangelical Lutheran Church, located in the suburbs of Stockholm near Rinkeby, was hit with several firebombs; the pastor of the church, Jerker Alsterlund, said it was “a deliberate provocative act.”
“The alarm was triggered when a window was smashed and flammable liquid was thrown at the front gate and one of the windows. However, the fire was quickly put out by the police, who used a powder extinguisher,” he said.
In 2019, Europe faced a record-high number of attacks on Christians and Christian sites of worship. In a massive arson attack on France’s Nantes Cathedral, a migrant from Rwanda confessed to having set the church ablaze.
