La Raza CEO: ‘USA! USA!’ Chants ‘Made Me Angry’

Tony Lee, Breitbart, July 23, 2014

La Raza President and CEO Janet Murguia said it sickened her to hear Americans against illegal immigration chanting “USA! USA!” at protests around the country.

Singling out the Murrieta demonstrators during her keynote address at La Raza’s annual conference in Los Angeles on Monday, Murguia accused them of having “cloaked their hatred in patriotism” by shouting “‘USA! USA!’ again and again.”

“It made me angry,” she said. “In fact, I was outraged.”

Murguia demanded that the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants who are currently here receive amnesty and said the road to the White House for Republicans goes through the Latino community and La Raza. {snip}

“What we saw in Murrieta is not patriotism,” she asserted. “It is ugly, divisive, and yet another low in a debate I thought could not get much lower.”

Murguia did not say anything about the “Viva La Raza!” chants from pro-amnesty advocates in Murrieta. {snip}

She can always go back to Mexico or whatever country her people are from.

    • Ringo Lennon

      One can only hope.

    • I was thinking the same thing: Merguia should leave if she doesn’t like being around white, English-speaking Americans. Exclusive of Caribbean ministates, but including Cuba, I count 16 major Spanish-speaking countries in central and South America.

      This is not Mexico.

      • Carlos Geary

Argentina, Chile and Brazil, are also receiving on daily basis thousands of unauthorized or irregular immigrants from other Latin American countries. The population of Argentina, used to be a 90% of European origin.
However, now is host to over half of South America’s
migrant population, due to its policy of giving migrants universal access to education and health care, free legal representation, the right to a fair trial prior to expulsion, and the right to family reunification. Brazil
had last legalized all immigrants from other Latin American countries in 1998. Chile’s foreign-born population from other Latin American countries has increased by 75% since 1992.
In addition, Argentina, Chile and Brazil are receiving people from Syria, Lebanon and other Middle Eastern Countries; as well as people from Eastern Europe.
In Spain irregular immigrants register voluntarily, so irregular immigration is a world wide problem.

  • Manaphy

The fact that Janet Murguia is a U.S. citizen should make all of you “angry” at the least.

    • Sick of it

Considering she is an advocate for brown nationalism, you bet it does.

      • Ringo Lennon

Just her being brown in America makes me angry

        • Jack Burton

Blame the Latin Europeans who created her and the rest of the mongrels.

They could have created a White Latin America, instead they bred with the native females and African slave women.

          • France, Portugal and Spain were not as successful at exporting entire families as Britain and Germany were. Plenty of French Calvinist Hugenots left France for the New World, but were prohibited by French law from settling in Quebec or Louisiana, which were reserved exclusively for Catholics, so they settled in British colonies and assimilated.

          • Carlos Geary

Only the first wave of Europeans in South America,
bred with native females or African slave women during the early 1600’s. Later, families immigrated and sometimes
extended families. South America, even received small European villages. At that time in Europe for most rural poor
families owning land was an unattainable dream and in South America, land grants were given to farmers free of charge. The land title was held by the government, for 20 yrs. After that time, the title was then passed to the family. They re-built their villages in the new land. Those colonies were self-governing with little intervention from the authorities. Each village controlled its own school, hospitals, roads and cared for the poor. (Colonies of Transplanted Europeans)

          • Carlos Geary

Do you think that all people in Latin America are mestizos or mulattoes? Latin America is united for a common language. Most provinces in Canada speak English, like in Jamaica, but they have little in common. Quebec speaks French, like Haiti, but have little in common.
There are a great confusion, because, only the first wave of Europeans in South America, bred with native females or African slave women during the early 1600’s. Later, families immigrated and sometimes extended families.
(Colonies of Transplanted Europeans – Germans, Italians, Irish, etc)

Considering that she’s a brown, you bet it does!

    • Santino559

she is american born in kansas city and has a double journalism/spanish major from university of Kansas and law degree. she was executive
vice chancellor for university relations at university of Kansas before
being president of National Council of La Raza. and what have you done?

    • TruthBeTold

I know if I swear my comments will be removed but I really want to call this person some choice words.

  • “Viva La Raza! Viva Janet Murguria’s Job!”

Murguia demanded that the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants who are currently here receive amnesty and said the road to the White House for Republicans goes through the Latino community and La Raza

That’s about as insightful as the President of the National Association of Buddhist Vegetarians saying that Buddhist vegetarians are the crucial swing demographic in Presidential elections and that the road to the White House for any political party goes through the National Association of Buddhist Vegetarians.

The reality is that in voting terms, Hispanics punch far under their weight. Hispanics were a vast plurality and almost a majority of California’s population in November 2012, yet only 21% of the California electorate on the Presidential election day was Hispanic. Coincidentally, 21% of the Texas electorate on that same election day was Hispanic, and Hispanic voting patterns in CA and TX on that day weren’t much different, yet CA was a foregone blue state and TX was a foregone red state. Ask yourself why that was, research and find the answer, and you’ll find out where “the road to the White House” REALLY goes through.

    • TruthBeTold

I’m having difficulty coming to the conclusion you want me to reach. Can you give me your assessment?

      • White voters.

      • Pro_Whitey

Nate Silver, the guru of the 2012 election results, used exit polling demographic data to estimate how much of the hispanic vote Mittens would have had to have won to have beat BO in 2012. He concluded that it was 73%, all other things being equal. I think Question Diversity later made the point that the exit polling oversampled hispanic participation compared to figures of who showed up to vote, and under those revised figures, Mittens would have had to have captured about 100% of the hispanic vote to have beat BO, again, all other things being equal. So Mittens would have had to have captured as great or greater a percentage of the hispanic vote than BO got from the black vote, impossible enough by itself. But the problem is that if Mittens did what it would have taken to get that high a percentage, he would have embraced policies that would have turned off even more white voters than he already did, and he still would have lost. As it is, as another statistics guru, Sean Trende, pointed out, a substantial portion of the approximately 4 million white voters who were expected to vote (given an expected percentage of those on the rolls showing up), but who just did not show up to vote, were in lower middle class and working class precincts of the Midwest, just where Mittens could have used them. Had he come out for immigration enforcement and control, instead of “comprehensive immigration reform” as he did in the second debate with BO, he might have pulled it off. However, given his statement in the second debate, I doubt his sincerity, and we could have found ourselves fighting an amnesty push even under a Mittens administration.

It’s called “concern trolling” and the Democrats have become good at it.

It’s when you give someone purposefully bad advice but make it look like you are trying to help them.

When Democrats give Republicans advice, that means they should be doing the opposite.

      • Chuck Schumer is good at it, or at least he thinks he is.

        • Kenner

You beat me to it. He’s it’s most loathsome practitioner.

    • Bossman

In California, the Hispanic vote has made a huge difference in presidential outcomes.

      • Not really. The reason California is now a perpetually blue state is that white people who are/were part of what are stereotypically considered “traditional nuclear families” were driven out of the state especially its big population centers long ago, and the state’s expensive housing costs greatly hinder white people who want to start families.

        • Bossman

The state suddenly went blue when a governor angered the Hispanic population by passing what was called proposition 13. The legislation, whatever it was, was considered very anti-Hispanic.

          • California didn’t suddenly go blue.

            1980: Reagan
1982: George Deukmejian (R) wins Governor
            1984: Reagan
1986: George Deukmejian wins re-election for Governor
            1988: Bush 41
1990: Pete Wilson (R) wins Governor
            1992: Bill Clinton
            1994: Pete Wilson wins re-election
            1996: Bill Clinton
1998: Grayout Davis (D) wins Governor
            2000: Al Gore
            2002: Grayout Davis wins re-election
            2004: John Kerry
2006: Arnold Schwarzenegger wins re-election for Governor after the Total Recall of 2003 installing him
            2008: Barack Obama
2010: Jerry Brown (D) wins Governor
            2012: Barack Obama
2014: Jerry Brown wins re-election (yeah I’m jumping the gun but we all know.)

Since 1998, the only “Republican” to win statewide in California of major consequence was Arnold Schwarzenegger, and laughing out loud as far as “Republican” goes in his case.

So what we have is red red red red red red blue red blue blue and then blue or might as well be blue since then.

Some time between 1990 and 1996, the outflow of the white bread nuclear white families from the state reached critical downward mass in political terms.

        • The pouring into any state of Democratic-voting non-Whites, and hence more and more people voting Democratic, as well as White flight are all part of the same thing.

      • Even back in the day, the GOP only carried California in Presidential elections if they had a Californian on the ticket: Reagan, Nixon, etc.

    • Those figures will continue to change as California becomes ever more blue and Texas becomes blue.

      • dd121

If Texas goes blue, that seals the deal. The dems will never lose another national presidential election. It’s similar to what happened to the South in 1860.

        • Well said. There is a type of race denial that goes on with a lot of ‘conservatives’ who want to believe as long as they have guns, the changing demographics won’t destroy them. Yes, guns are important, but even if someone is willing to go out in a blaze of glory when surrounded by armed force, and sacrifice their wife and kids, as in Africa, the government only has to continue dispossessing Whites’ jobs and taxing them to death and turning its head away on things like home invasion murders (such killers only have to catch someone off-guard once in many tries), as well as the non-governmental and governmental burning down of White properties. Even if the owner is still alive and in possession of his guns, he is now protecting his property that has become a pile of smoldering ruins.

          • Zaporizhian Sich

Exactly, like the residents of the Gaza strip have weapons but their property is now smoldering rubble.

“It made me angry,” La Raza President and CEO Janet Murguia said. “In fact, I was outraged.”

I think you have sadly mistaken us for people who actually give a damn how you ‘feel.’

    This is not your home.

    This is OUR home.

    • Santino559

and i am sure the native americans felt the same way when their home was stolen.

    • I would of said more than just USA USA! more like the South will rise again!

    • LHathaway

Not to be confused with Farnham’s Freehold, there was a science fiction story about a colony of Whites at war with a colony of Blacks. It was titled, ‘With the Bentfin Boomer Boys on Little Old New Alabama’. It was an amusing read and an interesting story. It was told from a ‘race realist’ perspective. I think most hard core AmRener’s would get something out of it. The general public would probably benefit the most from reading it.

    • Pro_Whitey

If you want to call yourself an American, it means loyalty to the U.S.A., not to your raza. I am outraged that she thinks she can be disloyal to her country and expect us to be fine with it. She should be on our side against alien invaders.

      • UncleSham

What’s the point of being loyal to your country if it doesn’t benefit your race?

    • Alexandra1973

One thing I’d love to do just for kicks and giggles…get her phone number, call her, and start chanting USA! USA! until she hangs up on me. Or find her e-mail address and just copy and paste USA all over again….

  • JackKrak

Well, Janet, it makes me “angry” that the US shares such a long border with a country that hasn’t accomplished much besides filling every telephone book from California to Connecticut with surnames that belong in some dusty patch of scrub in the hills of Oaxaca.

    Are we even then?

  • TruthBeTold

This Hispanic supremacist group has been funded by our government and private source for years and few people call them on their platform.

  • Truthseeker

Words just can’t express the sorrow I feel for this woman. She must be so hurt. I can’t believe anyone in our country would have the audacity to be patriotic or nationalistic. How inconsiderate. We Whites have a duty to give everything our ancestors built for us over to “the race” and quit complaining. I’m so ashamed right now. I just…I can’t…I need to be alone.

(Since I know someone out there’s going to think this comment is serious, I’ll be sure to label it properly: THIS IS SARCASM.)

    • TruthBeTold

Well, soon Patriotism will be classified as a Hate Crime. They’re already banning the American flag in California public schools.

It doesn’t take much to extrapolate from that precedent.

  • D.B. Cooper

    Aqui es nuestros enemiga.
Remember, she doesn’t exist if we get rid of our white liberals in high places first.

    • TruthBeTold

Yes but get rid of them by replacing them with…?

      Are there any viable alternatives?

      • LHathaway

In some cases the middle shifts. Democrats could easily ‘react to public opinion’ and go for more immigration controls than even the most wild establishment conservatives do now. In such a case conservatives, for the most part, constituting the other side, would very like be even More anti-immigration than they are now. The middle would shift. Kind of like in the opposite direction it has been for the last 60 years.

The reality is sealing the boarder now will only lock us in with them. Kind of like the opposite of closing the barn door after all the horses get out.

The true future for whites is within their own nation, likely in the Pacific Northwest. It’s only a matter of how much territory we get, and whether or not virtually all whites will move there or if most of them stay where they with only an open-door for whites to this new nation or reservation. The sooner it happens, and perhaps I’m biased but I suspect it’s an inevitability, the more territory our ancestors will likely get.

        • Sheik Yerbouti

The PNW is being bathed with radiation. It may have been a potential white-topia before, but it’s not likely to be now. Better make it a little more east, toward the Rockies.

  • Einsatzgrenadier

These people make me sick. It’s not OK for mainstream Americans to stand up for what remains of the historic American nation, but it’s OK for Mexican mestizos to wave the flag of Aztlan and chant “Gringo, go home!” and “Go back to Europe, white man!” Multiculturalism is all about double standards: one standard for whites and a totally different standard for nonwhites. Nonwhites are obviously more equal than whites.

    • guest

That’s how it is with multiculturalism – it always excludes whites. It’s no coincidence that when businesses, schools, etc. claim to want more multicultural diversity, it really means no white people.

    • Ringo Lennon

      Not to me they’re not.

    • bilderbuster

      Only in Multicultural World.

      • LHathaway

How did you go from hating your dad to hating people of color (or perhaps liberals)?

For me, I hate liberals. Normally, I especially hate the ones who go the Jim Goad route (not that I specifically have anything too much against Jim Goad). I just know who is oppressing me, and it’s not some rich guy. It’s not even middle management. It’s lower management (always down with people of color and people of color only) especially if they are colored themselves. If people of color themselves, they are often affirmative action bosses, who in many cases, cannot complete a proper sentence – let alone complete a paragraph in English. You can go on about the rich but you can only fool my eyes for so long. Real experience eventually wins out over propaganda, even if it is that presented on AmRen. Propaganda still can make one afraid of who disseminates it even if one no longer believes it. It almost seems as if they simply try to make us afraid. Almost as if the more they ignore all reality and concentrate on making us afraid, this display of raw power itself is supposed to further make us toe the line, pretend to believe it, and remain silent. It’s no longer about propaganda, but the display of raw power. It’s sounding like Nazi Germany the way I’m describing it. lol, perhaps, it’s all about psychologically conditioning people Anyway, who know they are being lied to and misled. . . It’s starting to sound like my childhood. . . .

I was reading something online saying that some emotional disturbed people identify with some authority figure or even the parent that abuses them; while others who are abused become too ‘paranoid’ to even do that or make any kind of connection like this. Perhaps race-realists will discover as whites we are too ‘altruistic’ to identify with abusive people or naked authority figures. . . I suspect the main stream media will eventually give us an ‘authority figure’ white men can identify with.

I’m hope I’m not intending to suggest you’re mentally ill. I’m probably just eager to show my ‘vast knowledge’. Still, I’d like to know more. Then I could show even more knowledge. And doesn’t knowledge enlighten us all?

        • Why would a rational individual feel anything but hatred for a loud-mouth greaserita who wants to tell us what to do in our own country? I’m not about to go to Mexico and start making demands of the locals there.

          • LHathaway

John E might say something like, ‘if you’re angry, it shows your personal insecurity regarding the facts’.

It’s hard to say if hatred is appropriate. . . Aggression doesn’t always work itself out, usually it leads to more aggression. Perhaps anger is different and it’s good to let that out in a constructive way.

As far as your hatred of the lady in particular (and I would say I perhaps most hate ‘Bill Clinton’ myself) to play a lawyer myself. . . poorly. . to play devil’s advocate for a moment. . . that’s what democracy is about. . arguing both side or many side of an issue to see which one is right. That’s why people are paid to pontificate on ‘both’ sides of these issues.

OK, you’ve now been returned from fantasy land. Trip is over.

  • mobilebay

I’m sure Senora Murguia went home and chanted, “Viva la Raza,” Viva la Raza” until she got the awful sound of “USA” out of her head. When did Hispanics become the chosen people? And what have them done for us lately?

It’s really not news that blacks and browns hate us. Liberals have told them for decades that we oppress them and are the cause of all their failures. The message to white Americans from liberals has been one of hatred for years. On leftist sites the minorities don’t talk of equality, they talk of revenge.

    • Sick of it

They hated us pre-liberalism. Bones tell more truth than people.

      • Greg Thomas

Yes, liberalism simply allowed their hate to go mainstream.

        • dd121

They cloak their hatred of whites in pious platitudes about how our “oppression” of them needs to end. They actually believe it.

          • If we are so vile and oppressive, why do these greaseritos to demand to live in our country and continue to arrive in their dirty, illiterate hordes?

          • dd121

Good point but I’m sure the irony is lost on them.

  • 4321realist

“Janet Murgia says protesters have “cloaked their hatred in patriotism.”

She needs to go back home so she won’t be filled with so much angst herself.

And if she tries to voice opposition to the government there she’ll get a fist in the face and a one-way ride to the nearest cliff.

    • Alexandra1973

She also needs to change her name from Janet to Juana or Juanita in my opinion. Janet’s too, well, Anglo-sounding.

  • Zaporizhian Sich

Wow, she actually without realizing it, made a stunning admission of the truth. Patriotism in fact DEMANDS our hatred of these brown invaders, and even greater hatred towards the likes of enablers and apologists like her. She says she’s outraged? She won’t have long to wait to find out how white Americans are going to express theirs, and they will do more than hurl angry words at her kind if that protest where whites showed up armed with guns in Virginia is any clue.

  • Easyrhino1

A guy on the local radio had an interesting point in that if these illegals are given amnesty then they should forfeit the right to vote permanently.

  • Greg Thomas

I’m “outraged” that a La Raza bigot like Murguia would be anywhere near a position of leadership in this country, since she clearly is aiding and abetting this invasion of her fellow browns.

  • To laugh or to cry at this? Janet Murguia, a woman who is “outraged” by American citizens chanting “USA! USA!” in the face of a foreign invasion, while she proudly heads an organization supporting that invasion that calls itself The Race.

    • dd121

Don’t lie awake at night fretting over this. They don’t see any irony in that.

      • Good point. Not to worry, I don’t give Janet much thought.

    • Pro_Whitey

Irony is above her pay grade.

      • Wholly Unconvinced

Pretty sure it’s literally beyond her comprehension too. It might even be fun to watch someone trying to explain irony to her, and watch the befuddled look her face gets frozen into.

  • Don’t worry, if there’s a snark-off in the yard of the concentration camp between myself and Barney Frank, I know I’ll win.

  • dd121

    These memes are anonymous, right?

  • Jack Burton

Janet Murguía is a triracial mongrel and enemy of White racial and cultural preservation. She is an enemy inside the gates, working against the host country.

“La raza” means the race. That is the name of their organization. It’s absurd, since they aren’t a race, but typically a mix Spanish/Portuguese, native Amerindian and a smaller amount of African ancestry. In her case the African portion is much higher, approximately 1/4.

  • LHathaway

“it sickened her to hear Americans against illegal immigration chanting “USA! USA!”

Let me be the 100th to say, it sicked me too. And not just as a display of ethnocentrism but for what the USA represents. If you’re a white male, cheering for the USA would be like being Jewish and cheering for the Reich in Nazi Germany. At least Jews didn’t have to pretend to be enthusiastic supporters of the Reich. It’s sickening as a display of ethnocentrism on it’s own. Chanting ‘USA’. . . alone. . . went out in 1982 after it wore out as a novelty.

    • It is still our country, even though the government has become openly criminal.

      • LHathaway

        No. It’s deeper than that.

hehe, in the 60’s, leftists were saying the government was evil. I generally point that out! when lefties are suggesting that corporations are the source of all evil. I’m not trying to bust your chops over it, but I am pointing it out.

Come-on Michael, that ‘government is evil’ the far right is always pushing is some kind of sloganeering. Everyone repeating the same words. It’s a cliche. Likely a con of some kind. You can set your clock by it so often it’s almost become a joke, at least to me. It’s always too theoretical also. According them them, any government is the source of evil.

        • In the 1960s and 1970s, the federal government also did things that were plainly criminal. How many otherwise decent people on the left were framed or entrapped in the COINTELPRO operation, simply because they opposed the war in Vietnam?

          • LHathaway

Framed for what? The leaders of the most violent, anti-government groups on the left have gone on to leadership positions at our universities and elsewhere. The more radical you were (on the left) the more you were paraded around and promoted.

What was it one activists claimed, “Kill your parents. That’s where it’s at”. While obviously this guy wasn’t truly serious regarding his revolutionary thinking, he never suffered because of his statement.

          • I’d have gone to Vietnam. Those idiots were worried about being 11b, which means infantry riflemen, but that was what I did in Croatia. I wouldn’t want someone who smoked dope on watch at night or on point during a patrol. Combat branches are the only way to go. At least that way, one only receives a little artillery. Most of the arty is saved for the REMFs.

  • Zaporizhian Sich

Wow, a stunning admission on her part that patriotism on our part does indeed require hatred of her squat monster brethren. She’s outraged? Just wait, she’ll find out just how deep ours runs given that at one protest against these invaders whites shows up armed with guns. If that doesn’t make the point to her, nothing ever will short of a bloody war against the brown vermin in our midst.

If “amnesty” is offered, it should be based on the “naturalization” laws of Honduras,Mexico, El Salvador, & Guatemala, where “naturalized” citizens are forbidden to vote, own private property without an “alliance” with a national, can’t work for the government, no welfare or similar benefits, must have a job or source of income that meets a certain, defined formula, and “must benefit the society”…

That last phrase about “benefiting the society” sound very much like La Raza’s motto : ” For the Race, everything… For all others…Nothing”…

Janet Murguia and the rest of them,LULAC,MECha,”Reconquistas, etc. should leave…

They are all lousy ungrateful cretins !

Only Whites are not allowed to express ethnic or national pride.

What, it’s not hateful that we had to close numerous hospitals in Arizona, Texas etc., that we’ve been force to spend hundreds of billions on people who are not her legally when we could have spent that money on pressing issues at home, that our school system that once ranked as one of the best in the world is now in shambles. If that’s not hate I don’t know what is.

    • Zaporizhian Sich

What is hateful is that white citizens unfortunate enough to be living in those states cannot get medical care locally, thanks to hospitals closing down because of illegal aliens.

  • Conrad

Invaders are always sickened by patriotism & a people’s will to survive.

  • Zaporizhian Sich

Wow, a stunning admission from a hostile, and genocidal invader and fifth columnist to be making. She admitted that patriotism on the part of whites requires hatred of invaders and usurpers like her. I have only this to say to her. If she’s angry, the fact that whites showed up at an anti-immigrant invasion protest armed with guns should tell her something. Namely how deep our anger towards her ilk runs, and that things are coming to a head soon. Be careful what you wish for Mrs. Murguia, you just might get it!

  • In my opinion this woman is a Mexican national creating dissension and anger within the Mexican American community and suggesting that Mexican’s continue to break the U.S.laws.. I say to La Raza President and CEO Janet Murguia renounce your citizenship and pack it in to your prefered homeland . . . .Mexico.

“Long live The Race” says a lot to anyone watching the destruction of America. the chanting by Americans of ” USA, USA” offended the mamacita of The Race? We will never apologize for wanting America to not be destroyed.

Whites will return the favor and slaughter them out of an even meaner, righteously vengeful mentality. The browns are going to find out what whites are like when cornered, in their own house. It will result in piles of corpses for them.
