Already Here

Jeff Harrison, Daily Citizen, July 24, 2014

The challenges presented by an influx of unaccompanied children and youths from Central America streaming across the southern border into the United States have reached Dalton.

Approximately 30 unaccompanied minors were admitted into the Dalton Public Schools district during the last school year, Superintendent Jim Hawkins said on Thursday. It is not known whether more are coming with a new school year approaching.

Nabbed at the border while trying to cross into the country, the youths were sent to Dalton by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services while they wait for a date with a federal immigration judge. In the meantime, the youths are required, by law, to be admitted into a local school system. The immunizations necessary for enrollment, and all pertinent paperwork, were provided to the youths during their time in facilities in Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.

“The children that have come to us have trickled in over the previous year,” said Caroline Woodason, assistant director for Student Support for Dalton Public Schools. “They have family or some semblance of family here, with whom they are housed. That is why they were sent here.”

The newcomers–mostly teenagers–are some of the hundreds of thousands of youths fleeing drug-related strife in their home countries, seeking asylum in America.

“They have very, very limited amounts of education. In some cases, they cannot count to 10,” Woodason said. “They can’t turn on a computer. They’ve never even seen a computer. Also, they, in most cases, cannot speak English or Spanish.”

Mostly, the students speak Mam or another language specific to their region.

“There is no way these children can be in biology, U.S. history or any other high school course at our current schools,” Woodason said.

The lack of a traditional education, according to Jennifer Phinney, director of School Support, is due, simply, to the fact that the youths never needed it.

“Most of these students are from very, very rural places,” she said. “They are farmers and laborers, by tradition.”

To combat these challenges, Dalton officials have decided to form a Newcomer Academy at Morris Innovative High School for the coming school year–last year, most of the students were in English Language Learners (ELL) classes at Dalton High School.

Students who prove, through testing, to be non-proficient in English and are at least three years behind academically will be enrolled in the academy.

The goal of the new program is simple, in theory, if not execution: “We want the students to learn English, understand their new culture and community, and to be able to succeed not only in our school setting, but in our community,” Woodason said. “They want, eventually, to stay here. We want to make sure they can be productive citizens.”

Three English as Second Language (ESL) certified teachers will work with the students in the academy. Newcomer classes will stress English literacy, reading, mathematics, science and the American experience, Woodason said.

And, the Georgia Department of Education has no system in place to distinguish these teen-aged first-time students from any other learners.

So, the new students “become a detriment to schools’ graduation rates,” Woodason said. “Some school systems don’t want to even accept these students because these kids cannot–in most cases–graduate.”

Said Phinney: “Schools are being told they must enroll the students, by one agency. But they still have to meet the same educational standards set by the government. Those two things do not match.”

If these “youthful” invaders are going to wind up staying, I certainly hope that we share the wealth of these productive, future rocket surgeons. Maryland and Massachusetts, both of whose governors have expressed deep admiration for these youths, deserve super-sized helpings.

    • redfeathers

George Will wants all the illegal “children” to stay. A super-sized helping for him and one to Brit Hume too.

      • DonReynolds

I despise both of those bass tards.

    • RisingReich

      Rocket surgeons. Good one

No problem – put them in all black schools. They’ll fit right in.

    • Usually Much Calmer

No, they won’t. But hey, that’s no reason not to do it.

(I have a heart, that’s really the least worst option.)

    • Who Me?

No, not after the first couple of months. After that they’ll start to learn things and there will be an “Illegal-Black educational gap” that will have to be fixed to make the blacks feel equal to the superior Illegals, with their Brown advantages…….

      • GeneticsareDestiny

I hope we put illegal Hispanics in black schools, just so we can see liberals’ reactions when this happens. Even illiterate Guatemalan peasants who don’t speak English or Spanish will probably be able to outscore blacks at least slightly after they get some education.

        I foresee two possible reactions:
        1. “Yay, the vulnerable refugee infants are outscoring the American kids at their schools! That means they must be a huge asset to our nation and we should keep them all and import more!”

        2. “How can this be possible? Those black American kids have been in our education system for their entire lives and they speak English! How can these new immigrant children be outscoring them? This must be evidence of white racism against black kids!”

    • kenfrombayside

The knee-grows enjoy bullying and harassing those not able to fight back.

    • HE2

But, no matter, illiterate in every language known to man or not, they can still VOTE!
      Yay. Win win for everybody.
And that is exactly what the mulatto in chief and his handlers have in mind.

    • WR_the_realist

Publicly announce that all illegal children will be sent to majority black schools, and make sure the news gets out south of the border. The flood will stop immediately.

Good thing those Georgia education professionals are already so good at fudging results.

Given some of their predominately black school test results, they should be in the top percentile in a few weeks.

No. They’re the avant-garde for population replacement.

  • I don’t like the welcoming attitude of Dalton one bit. The feds dumped the problem on Dalton, so let the feds solve it. One of my WN commenters on my site accidently ended up in a Mexican owned restaurant. She went out of her way to tell the Mexican cashier that she left California to escape the Mexicans. Jaw drop by cashier! Welcome to America, mi amigo!
I hope the thurd worlder youths get a good taste of the old fashioned southern hate stare. I get it often enough from Mexicans. Let’s see if the monsters can take as good as they give.

    • antiquesunlight

Well you can rest assured that this Georgian ain’t very welcoming.

    • DonReynolds

The Care Bear Stare is not going to work this time.

They need to find out it is much more frightful in the South, than in Central Amerigo. Lots of pine forests, everyone owns a shovel, nobody notices, and no one asks any dumb questions.

  • Caucasoid88

I’m glad they’re coming here to be farmers and laborers in this country. Very enriching to our economy. It’s also very enriching for our wallets. Send these dirty, retarded, burdens back to their bean farms.

  • 2eRep

They must have been born in Detroit.

  • Zimriel

I thought I knew my Mesoamerican cultures but I had to look up this “Mam” thing. Apparently it’s related (distantly) to Quichean. So, southern Maya….

They are not only illiterate in their native language; their native language lacks a system of writing. These people almost certainly have IQ’s that are way below the white average. They are incapable of learning the skills of civilization.

        Yes, sir, Mr. Fawlty!

  • HE2

What I find disturbing beyond mere words,
our food industries hire these people to handle what we eat and drink.
Last year, inspectors busted a food producing company in one of the fly over states for hiring illegals. Upon testing, an inordinate number were positive for hepatitis, an endemic disease along with many other infectious pathologies found rampant in primitive countries. These peasants have neither the sense nor inclination to maintain even basic proper hygienic practices. Hand washing, for instance.

    • GeneticsareDestiny

A lot of the illegal kids are sick too, and they’re going to be entering our public schools in a month. How many American kids have to catch third world diseases from illegal invaders before someone stops this madness?

      • Dale McNamee

Apparently there will never be enough sick American kids to stop the madness… I don’t think that they even CARE about their OWN KIDS !

      • HE2

The govt is telling us that the illegal aliens have been immunized as part of their intake health exam. I do not believe it. As we speak, there is an outbreak of pertussis [whooping cough] in San Diego County.
Though I had pertussis as a child, lifelong immunity is not conferred. I intend to update that and all other immunizations, including poliomyelitis.

  • Paleoconn

The same situation as in Lynn, MA. The illegals, some of whom are 20-year-olds sharing classrooms with ninth-grade girls, are a drain on the school and health systems.

    Obama-Impeachment 2014

    Sessions-Kobach 2016

    • DonReynolds

Yeah…..they say they are 18 or 20…..but they have no proper identification….but they have been coached what to claim. I do not doubt some of the 20 year olds are actually 25 or closer to 30.

      • Paleoconn

Even hispanic pro baseball players lied about their age. See Steve Sailer’s recent piece about Albert Pujols and another player whose name eludes me. One of them was 14 but played in the little league world series. Cheats. The kind of people our elites want.

        • DonReynolds

Yes, hispanics do not have much use for rules or laws… only matters to them if some gringo arrests them or calls the cops. In the meantime, they think it is terrific to operate with no regard for the rules.

          • Paleoconn

Which is strange behavior given that the media and congressreptiles keep telling us they are all valedictorians.

          • DonReynolds

We saw the same thing when schools were integrated (decades ago)…..suddenly there was a lot of “social promotion”….black homecoming queens and class prez and “most popular” and “most likely to succeed”. Suddenly, the best couple is a black ball player and a white blonde cheerleader. We all knew the liberal school teachers and admin had queered the votes to make themselves look good at dealing with the integrated student body.

We see the same thing today already. Maybe they will clear the turf off the football field to provide a suitable venue for rodeo and bull fighting.

          • Paleoconn

Agreed. Well in this case, these so-called valedictorians are ‘high achievers’ from largely hispanic and black schools. A top student from Cesar Chavez high or MLK collegiate is not the same as one from St. Pius X Prep. Which is why the top 10% law by Bushlet which essentially grants access to UT to the top 10% high school grads, is utter BS. Another of the Bushlet achievements, this one when he was Gov. I wonder if those who voted for him ever bothered to consult his record in Texas.

          • DonReynolds

Bush was a crummy governor and habitual pandering Carpetbagger. I opposed him when he was governor of Texas.

          • Paleoconn

Seriously though, the endless Bushes have to be some of the most disastrous politicians this country has ever had. As much as I hate Obama, at least he is working for his kind’s interests. The Bushes are despicable traitors and they should be reviled by all White Americans.

          • DonReynolds

The Bush clan is thought of as being Texas, but they are nothing but New England Carpetbaggers. I have no use for any of them…..most especially Jeb, who seems to be shooting for the Ted Kennedy look and feel these days. All he needs is a blonde in a pond to complete the picture.

          • Paleoconn

Jeb: Immigration is an act of love. Yeah, an act of love for the immigrant’s family back home in Mexico, an act of love for the immigrant’s wallet, ie. anything but an act of love for the adoptive country or its people.

Of course, I forgot these reptiles are New Englanders. Bushlet likes to affect the good ol boy Texas drawl so much to appear like the common, it is easy to forget where this repulsive clan came from.

          • DonReynolds

Yes…..”Immigration is an act of love”, says Jeb Bush.
Yes…..Illegal entry to the USA is “Love of Money”, not quite the same thing, which we know to be the “root of all evil”.

      • GeneticsareDestiny

Yes, this is definitely happening. There’s many reasons they’d want to lie about their age to attend American high school.

        1. If they can manage to graduate (which shouldn’t be too hard since standards were lowered to practically nothing for the black “youths”) they’ll have an easier time in the job market.
        2. The men will have access to American high school girls.
        3. It gives them ammunition at their immigration hearing. “See, your honor, I went to school here and everything! That’s why you can’t deport me!”

And the libs want them in our schools too because if we (the taxpayers) “invest” (unwillingly) in these illegal invaders, it’s easy for them to say “Well, we’ve already spent thousands of dollars educating them! We can’t just send them back now! We’d be losing our investment!”

      • Dale McNamee

Put them ALL in Adult GED classes… Let’s see what happens when with adults & not children…

      • Paleoconn

These are people with cultures diametrically opposite to our own. Yet the elites will have us believe they will be good citizens, no different from the immigrants we got from Europe a century ago. malarkey

  • DonReynolds

    Just say NO…..
NO we do not have proper facilities.
NO we do not have faculty that can teach savages in their own language.
NO we will not comply with your demands.
NO we do not want more of your money….or strings.
NO we will only find an excuse to incarcerate the monkeys until they are deported.
NO we refuse to cooperate or accomodate in any way.

    • Dale McNamee

      I agree !

Civil disobedience on a large scale and confronting the morons who are doing this…

Make them as unwelcome as the illegals… For they ARE ILLEGAL in doing this…

  • When you employ Google Images to call up such picturesque leafy little towns as Dalton, Georgia that are being overrun by alien cultures, it is profoundly chilling to realize what is being cruelly snuffed out by our open-borders overlords. May these enemies of our people someday pay a proportionate price.

On their local newspaper online site, one woman commenter asks, “Why does Obama hate American citizens?” Good question.

    • Maximo Partagas

President Obama hates The United States and every thing it stood for. The US was founded by White Europeans with a high level of intelligence and independence, both qualities President Obama detests among whites.

  • Uncle Bob

Welcome to the new Land of Babel. Going against God/nature always has horrific consequences. Most of these kids will likely become criminals for lack of any opportunity considering they can’t fill out a job app or read simple instructions. What is the primary motive for this ongoing drama? Hopefully they are not future hit squads trained for terror.

  • Have no fear: President Oogabooga says that these Mixtupistani-speakers are “America’s Future”.

  • Joe Carpenter

It is so sad to see these primitives invited into the U.S. where they will be burdens to the decent people of this country while the White children of South Africa are denied refugee status by all the formerly White nations. If anyone deserves the right to be considered a refugee, it is the White people of South Africa who are being tortured and murdered every day.
Some will say it is “off topic” to talk about South Africa here, but why? I ask what is more appropriate for exposing the infinite hypocrisy of liberals than to remind them of what real victims of racial violence look like. When the multicult idiots admonish us to “have a heart” and be nice to the invaders, let us hold up some graphic pictures of Whites who have been burned alive by hate-filled blacks in that secret genocide that no one dares to report openly, and tell them, “Here is where my heart is, with the real victims, the good, decent White people who provoke so much hatred just for being White.”

  • sulbernick

They are enriching you, don’t forget.

  • De Doc

Will they be allowing Huitzlpochtl devotional services for these kids too? Human blood sacrifices and all?
