Homeland Security Helps Smuggle Illegal Immigrant Children into the U.S.

Stephen Dinan, Washington Times, December 19, 2013

A federal judge in Texas late last week accused the Obama administration of aiding drug cartels, saying that instead of enforcing immigration laws, agents knowingly helped smuggle an illegal immigrant girl into the U.S. to live with her mother, also an illegal immigrant, in Virginia.

In a 10-page order, Judge Andrew S. Hanen said the case was the fourth such case he’s seen over the last month, and in each instance Customs and Border Protection agents have helped to locate and deliver the children to their illegal immigrant parents.

The judge said in each case, the taxpayers footed the bill for flights—including flights to multiple locations in different parts of the U.S. that it took to find one of the children’s parents.

“The DHS is rewarding criminal conduct instead of enforcing the current laws. More troubling, the DHS is encouraging parents to seriously jeopardize the safety of their children,” the judge said, adding that some of the children have been made to swim the Rio Grande River or traverse remote areas as part of the smuggling.

In the case before the judge last week, a 10-year-old girl whose mother, Patricia Elizabeth Salmeron Santos, paid a smuggler to get the daughter from El Salvador across the border and to Virginia.

The agents apprehended the smuggler and the young girl, and prosecuted the smuggler, but delivered the daughter to Ms. Salmeron Santos in Virginia, even though agents were aware she was in the country illegally.

“The DHS, instead of enforcing our border security laws, actually assisted the criminal conspiracy in achieving its illegal goals,” the judge said. “It completed the mission of the conspiracy initiated by Salmeron Santos. In summary, instead of enforcing the laws of the United States, the government took direct steps to help the individuals who violated it. A private citizen would, and should, be prosecuted for this conduct.”

{snip}

“The big economic losers in this scenario are the citizens of the United States who, by virtue of this DHS policy, are helping fund these evil ventures with their tax dollars,” the judge wrote.

Homeland Security officials told the court they won’t prosecute the illegal immigrant parents for their role in the smuggling, and Judge Hanen said it appeared to be a department-wide policy. Officials did say they are considering trying to deport Salmeron Santos, though it was unclear whether that had been done.

The cases highlight a growing problem along the border of what the government terms unaccompanied alien children, or UACs. Apprehensions of UACs jumped 81 percent from 2010 to 2012, suggesting more and more illegal immigrant parents are taking the risk of having their children leave home to join them in the U.S.

C’mon – you didn’t really expect a black, muslim, marxist dictator, his white-hating DOJ sidekick, and the entire lawless Regime to actually follow the law, did you?

Nope – They’re in business to break the law. They want to destroy this country, and they need as many illegal aliens as possible here, so they can rob us and give our money to them.

Speaking of human waste, over at SBPDL Paul Kersey has detailed the ongoing “urine problem” at Atlanta’s MARTA stations. Apparently black people like urinating in the elevators so much, Atlanta is spending $1.1 million tax payer dollars to install urine detectors in the elevators at MARTA stations across Atlanta. That’s right the Japanese and Chinese have 300 mph+ MAGLEV trains and here in the US we have MARTA and urine detectors. Race is just a social construct I believe.

        • Yale2001

I agree. The black/Hispanic race is devouring our resources and slowing our intellectual/scientific advancements. All the while complaining and committing violent crimes

Those who are truly slowly/stopping scientific advancement are either not Eskimos or their rich white cronies. They don’t want us to become a threat to their world order.

Urinating in elevators/staircases is standard practice in black public housing projects. Because white people, of course.

          • And also…because…the white firemen who were often called on runs to black housing projects and had to endure as much as a half inch of standing urine in the elevators and solid human waste lying around in the staircases.

          • Katherine McChesney

Mayor Koch was taken to a housing project by a government group who wanted to ‘improve the property for blacks’. The bleeding heart liberals thought blacks deserved better than to live in urine and feces soaked environment. Koch let everyone speak. When his turn came he asked simply, “And just WHO urinated in the halls, elevators and stairwells?” The group went silent. Koch walked away. Point made.

It’s not just MARTA. The subway stations in LA, especially Pershing Square where blacks from skid row hang out, positively reek. Elevators, escalators, even the train tracks.

          • rioderek

LA subways are generally used by nothing but losers, yourself included. I reside in LA/Manhattan Beach. I know of no one who rides the so-called subway. Your comment is a sure sign of your social status or should I say lack-there-of.

There’s a Goodwill fairly close to me. I went into their Outlet store one day. Mainly blacks and low income Whites. All black employees. The stench of urine from their restrooms almost made me vomit. Besides, the behavior of those people digging into mounds of trash looked like animals fighting over a bone. Will never darken the door again.

        It’s an access problem Pugg.
Illegal Immigrants do two things residents will not:

        1. Menial Work.
        2. Indulge In Junk Consumerism.

If we concentrated for a single decade on inventing labor robots capable of stoop pick-and-bag work in the fields rather than shoot-and-stab war systems we would have no need for menial laborers.

If we gave 5 of those robots to a man and let him bid online for jobs _he didn’t have to do_ (and farm work is back breaking) except as a function of driving the bots in the van to work, you could pay that average American enough money for the work product of five man-machines plus his own to perhaps spend a little more and pump the economy.
Rather than making America ‘accessible’ to Immigrants, it’s time for us to make the disgusting jobs ‘accessible’ (enticing, well paying) for whites to start pushing back using our big brains to do the maintenance, programming and modification **PLANNING** which makes the machines profitable.
It’s a given that Mexico, land of the 60% disenfranchised Indians, 30% middle class wannabe Mesitizos and 10% megarich Whites, looks just like that alley does because nobody invests in bringing up the quality of life there either. You don’t develop bad sanitation habits from scratch.
Robots are also the solution there because if nobody wants to spend money creating make-work jobs for the poor, then giving the Mexican government sufficient robots to create and sustain their infrastructure /without/ human intervention (I.e. without pay) would leave a few pesos left over to start building working sewage systems, power and road distribution networks and all the other goodies of a modern society which Mexicans seek here.
In the comments section, of the article, one of the posters suggested posting cameras to ‘catch them in the act’ and then ‘pushing their noses in it’, like training a dog not to go in the house.
But all’s that does is cause them to go elsewhere. And I don’t mean leave.
Which is why the job of cleaning that mess up should /also/ be a robotic one. Which is contracted out by the city.
Everyplace you see social decay as divorce of white actions from biologic necessities and consequences of life, you see the reality of a people wanting to move beyond simple, ditch-digger level, menialism.
And we must not fight that impulse because what we are in fact leaving behind is a Savannah Principle’d inheritance of savagery. Of hunting and slaughter and to the best jock goes the biggest prize elitism which denies the rest of us anything at all.
But at the same time, we must also not invite in those who bring savagery (as disease and bad social habits) back into the mix, just to have dumb labor.
And we cannot house them all because that would cost more than we gain from their menialist wage slavery.
THE KEY is anthropomorphic robotics. Which cost nothing beyond electricity and spare parts. And which make the average white man or woman the owner of 5X, 10X, 20X their own work product as contractors who sustain a household and children and the future of our people because they /own/ the labor, they don’t -do it-.
Just like the rich of today own the processes (patents, copyrights, trademarks) which make things.
Dirty jobs become accessible to you when it pays you a high 5 or low 6 figure income to manage robots to do them.
And whites have enough brains to manage that effort as Mexicans never could.

        • Greg Thomas

          Robots do not vote.

          • M&S

Whites vote with their feet, everytime they run away from jobs as urban centers to hide the countryside where they trade poverty for assured separation from non-whites whom they _Do Not_ enjoy associating with.
Whites also ‘vote’ everytime they pass by a voting booth and decide there is no candidate they like for the job and either by ignorance or informed decision, don’t participate in democracy.
Votes are not important for our future. Self contained and apportioned labor control is.
To meet this latter need, is simple. We live in a world where available technology could easily support a small scale robotics manufacturing capability, completely outside the scope of government oversight because it was engaged in by a collective of farmers tired of paying Hispanics to gather their crops and using the systems exclusively on their private property.
There _are_ college students at Stanford, MIT and elsewhere who have the brilliance to write code and buy or fabricate COTS hardware which they integrate into functional, anthropomorphic robots. And the automan to make more.
They need maybe four million to put it together, even if the first bots are hand crafted built.
The nature of robotics is such that you don’t have to tell a robot what the entire world is about, you just have to construct it within certain stability margins and then tell it to maintain those margins no matter what the load state.
Using volumetric scan (RF or acoustic active transmission systems) a robot doesn’t have to recognize the china or the shop to navigate an obstacle field via the ‘holes’ between the plates
And that leaves only highly specific object recognition (this is a snake, this is a tomato, pick the tomato, avoid the snake) to do simple tasks like stoop labor in a field where they are _driven by a man_ to the tomato-dense video field to exercise their object recognition (not a potato just a tomato).
The baselines are _there_. If we could stage a fate de accompli, with 500 robots before anyone noticed, the technology barrier in the mind of society would be SHATTERED by visible proof of why we don’t need to hire ethnic wage slaves to do the jobs ‘Americans Won’t Do’.
And thus face population overrun by default.
Because an American that could get paid the money of 5 robots work product would be the American that wouldn’t mind doing scut labor through their hands and feet and bent backs.
And then it would be a runaway cascade effect which would completely destroy the labor and work product profiteers because things like setting up an online bid process for “This many robots, this many days, this much money or your best bid.” would be something that could take advantage of an already established Internet system.
And people would be writing code like mad to make new apps for robots to do /more/ labor and make them RICH on a paid service basis of downloadable software templates.
If votes are not important, only bypassing the rules which control the commercialization of robotics, then the ready availability of technology has already made it impossible to stop the revolution in place.
And making something popular as a way to make HUGE amounts of money doing simple service economics would take all the wind out of the sails of idiot liberals.
Just on the basis of one condition: We only sell service droids to whites.

  • BonusGift

The key here is to reward “criminal conduct instead of enforcing” the laws. We are in such an Orwellian state now that up is really down and black is really white. Laws are only meant to punish the law abiding and reward the criminals. Your own genocide is to be embraced, and parasites are more valuable than the hosts. … I could go on, but you get the idea.

Not only does our government give benefits to illegal aliens, paid for by you the taxpayer, they bankroll legal immigrants into this country who would never survive here without taxpayer provided largesse. In other words, not only are a very large percentage of immigrants who’ve entered legally into the US not simply contributing nothing to the economy, they’re taking from it.

Why worry about enemies from without when our own “leaders” undermine the country from within? And some still wonder why Americans by and large so utterly loathe the people in Washington. What a country.

  • Greg Thomas

Just as I always suspected. Who do you think that anchor baby working for DHS or Border Patrol is going to side with? White America or his illegal invading La Raza. DHS is nothing more than a federal welfare program for diversity, under the guise of “homeland security.”
    What a joke!

    • LeGrandDerangement

Homeland “Security” needs to be disbanded. Bring ALL the troops home and put ’em on the borders.

      • Greg Thomas

The impression they are sending is that DHS was created solely to aid and abet illegal invading mexicans. They could not care less about “homeland security.” Create a federal agency, staff it with anchor babies and other hostile diversity, and appoint an open borders traitor to head the agency. For good measure, call it “homeland security.”

        That will fool them!

        • LeGrandDerangement

And make sure the head of DHS, Janet Napolitano, warns her agents to look for right wing extremists among the veterans returning from fighting these useless wars.

      • Bossman

That can only happen after you’ve declared war with that neighboring country. No such scenario can exist with a friendly trading partner whose trade relationship is valued to be at one billion Dollars per day.

        • Greg Thomas

Being invaded by mexico’s peasant class has nothing to do with “free trade.” Free trade is the exchange of goods, not millions of illegal invaders.

  • Strike_Team

It’s amusing that I see this AFTER I had written in another post that the feds make sure, they help sneak in all those decrepit, elderly mestizos from South of the border into the US. Those people couldn’t survive a harsh trip. This isn’t news.

Most of the border patrol agents I’ve met were hispanic. And to be honest, I only felt two of them were trustworthy. The rest of the hispanic agents seemed to be gamers, in it to get something. I doubt the Border Patrol would have hired me, mi hablo Espanol (I speak Spanish) but I’m a guero (fair hair and skinned) white boy, and I have military experience to boot. So I am totally despised by Obama and his string pullers.

Truth be told, most illegals get into the US with little trouble. The percentage who endure hardships and nightmare trips are a distinct minority. But they are treated in the press as typical of the adventurous, vibrant immigrant who seeks only a better life for themselves and their family, bringing untold gifts to the US, possibly even the chance of being another Edison, an intellect to rival Shockley or some other equally outrageous claims.

    • Charles W.

A Hispanic guy I grew up with (not Mexican) wound up working at a federal penitentiary in San Antonio, Texas where various Mexican illegals and criminals were kept (supposedly) awaiting deportation. He said that it was everyday practice for the prisoners to bribe the prison guards (also all Mexican) to get contraband in and to allow them to run their criminal enterprises from their cells.

    • Bossman

I believe the correct translation of “I speak Spanish” is : Yo hablo Espanñol.

      • Strike_Team

Thanks for stepping in Mars Attacks, but it was a typo on my part, a brain fart lol. I had originally typed several lines of copy in Spanish, then decided to shorten it, and didn’t bother to check, rushing to much. Bossman is right. I had originally written “…mi varrio es…” on and on to “…si, yo hablo español,”. Little too quick with the select and cut. I realized the bulk of the statement would only have made sense to people who have grown up around the “vibrant” peoples the government is replacing us with.

Bossman, are you in area with a lot of Spanish signs and advertising? I ask for a couple of reasons, the first being that if you aren’t in So Cal or NYC, Chicago or Miami, I wonder if this type of advertising has infected other areas as badly as these cities. The second reason is because I don’t think most people are aware that a lot of the signage, the written advertising, isn’t really for the latinos per se, especially in Southern California. Most of the hispanics here can’t read Spanish, never mind English. I believe the ad space may be sold to the advertisers as reaching out to “the community”, but the people who actually own the real estate for the billboards and run the ad agencies know the level of illiteracy among the hispanic population is astounding. A lot of it is to rub our noses in Spanish.

The LA Times actually lost millions when it bought up the”La Opinión” newspaper (Spanish language paper). Turned out that most of that newspaper’s purchasers picked up the thing to look at pictures of latino celebrities, sports stars and so on, but couldn’t read worth a damn. Less than half could actually read the paper. These days it probably sells more copies than the LA Times. Good.

        • Greg Thomas

I live in Orange County and the rag of mexico flies all over the place. Fortunately, I live in a costal community, so the invasion is not as acute as it might be. However, as you can probably imagine, we also have our areas of occupation. On the other hand, Santa Ana may as well be a mexican outpost.

BTW…Bossman is aware of what you speak and could not be more thrilled at this mexican invasion. He believes mexican invaders are our saviors and that they will make this country great. Do not take my word for it, go back and read some of his posts.

          • Bossman

You’re putting words into my mouth. I’ve never said such things. What I did say is that Mexico is in North America and we’ve free trade with them so sooner or later this migration problem has to be fixed.

          • mobilebay

Bossman – you’re right about the trade with Mexico. We give them money and they send us their people to take care of. If we had anyone in DC with a backbone, they would have stopped the invasion long ago…and millions of foreigners illegally in our country is definitely an invasion.

          • Greg Thomas

You seem to have this his perverse belief that “free trade” is somehow connected to the invasion of our country. The trade of goods has nothing to do with our sovereignty being violated by millions of mexicans, with the encouragement of their government.

Unfortunately, mexico does share the same continent, but so what? Does that negate our right to protect and defend our sovereignty?

This is not a “migration” problem, this in an invasion problem. Your choice of words to describe this invasion is quite telling. I do agree with you that this invasion must be “fixed.” Invaders need to be deported and our laws must be enforced, including stiff jail sentences for those traitors
            who hire invaders.

          • Bossman

They should obey our laws but the problem is not a simple one. I should remind you that all other countries that have free trade with their immediate neighbors have also relatively easy migration rules with their trading partners. Brazilians have no problems moving to Argentina. New Zealanders have no problem moving to Australia. Irishmen have no problem moving to the UK. Germans have no problem moving to Spain. The USA is just about the only country that wants to have free trade with its neighbors but no migration concessions.

          • Greg Thomas

The problem is a simple one, except our spineless leaders wish to complicate it. We have plenty of “migration concessions” in this country. In fact, we allow over a million legal immigrants into this country each year under a variety of programs. There is a reason why it’s difficult for mexicans to come here legally and this is because they offer nothing of substance to this country. Our immigration polices should be based on what’s best for this country and not what’s best for the country of mexico.

The fact of the matter is, we do not need any more third world mexicans in this country. I know this breaks your heart, but it’s the truth. If anything, we need to make it harder for the third world to come here.

How many Americans does mexico allow to legally migrate to their country each year? The answer is not very many, because mexico believes mexico should remain for mexicans. Read the mexican constitution and then get back to me how unfair this country is to your beloved mexicans.

The biggest threat to America is our own government. Liberals have infiltrated positions of authority at every level, and are hell bent on destroying us.

It is no coincidence that they are flooding us with illegal aliens, while at the same time importing African “refugees” to America. Every time American citizens are the victims of terrorism, the government comes down on us instead of the Muslims/ terrorists. I’ve even heard that there are Russian and Chinese soldiers in America conducting military operations.

DHS had even went so far as to publish a memo to its agents warning them to be on the lookout for “right wing extremists”. The targets? Veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. It was released by the unhinged liberal vermin Janet Napolitano.

Last time I was at the hospital, looking around at the horde of third world debris and their screaming children in the waiting room, it blew my mind to think that a Chinese slave labor factory worker in rural China is subsidizing the first world healthcare of some Mexican illegal in America.

Think about it: the only reason that the U.S. government is currently able to pay for cutting edge, top shelf healthcare for millions of third world immigrants who add no economic value to society, is because America is able to print wealth through its world reserve currency (USD).

The minute the USD is no longer wanted or needed overseas, and every dollar that’s printed actually creates inflation in the U.S. instead of winding up in some Asian nation’s foreign reserve, this illusion of Mexican or African families with three disabled kids receiving unlimited MRIs, pharmaceuticals, etc., will come to a screeching halt.

An individual who was reputed to be a member of the global conspiracy, Walter Rathenau, was quoted as saying that before destroying the economy of the West they will make it so that “one half of the world produces dung and the other consumes it.” Think about that statement very closely in light of the world as it exists today.

    • Bossman

You’ve got all of this ass-backwards. The Chinese have no choice but to accept the U.S. Dollar. There is no other country or group of countries that can replace the USA at this time in history. ER care is also inferior care.

      • IstvanIN

But ER care for aliens is bankrupting the hospitals and states, inferior or not. And it wouldn’t be inferior if it were only used for what it was designed for: treating Americans who have a sudden medical emergency. It was never intended to be the GP for Mexicans.

      • Charles W.

The Chinese have a much better choice than to accept the U.S. dollar. They can simply consume their own goods, increasing their own quality of life, instead of sending them to us in exchange for worthless paper IOUs (dollars and treasuries) that will never be redeemed.

    • mobilebay

Unlimited MRIs? Guess someone’s getting a break.Recently, my daughter spent a couple of hours in the ER. She had a CAT scan and blood taken. The bill was $10,300.00. She was evidently paying the freight for several south of the border “visitors.”

  • Katherine McChesney

guest. When are you and the rest of the posters on Amren going to get it through your head that obama WAS NOT ELECTED PRESIDENT?

He was ‘voter frauded’ into the White House.

  • M&S

Then it’s time to stage a revolution or a secession.
Because whites will only be a dominant majority while our elderly still help control the vote and in 20 years, that’s not going to be possible.
Either way, robots are still the key because if we are an isolated group in a world gone socialist mad then we will have to both do menial labor that we are too few to do and _should not_ enslave other ethnies to accomplish. And to defend ourselves under conditions where they will be coming for our nukes if not a central U.S. agro source.
The problem as the opportunity is that the socialists want a ‘one race planet’ where they can control what they are smarter than. But if they lose the complicity of the white majority population they will find out the hard way that other population groups are functional Genetic Algorithms which will _force_ the direction of society towards the condition that they are best able to live with and that is one where breeding until you saturate the environment and have no resources as options left is the key to social dominance.
    As entropy.
If we take our white idiot liberal control freaks down NOW, the white majority populations will have a chance to regroup in a terrain isolate and continue the separation of Homo Sapiens into Homo Evolutis. By which we are no longer genetically or socially compatible with breeding with the leave behind groups.
And then we will discover that the world is just fine even without everyone ‘being equal’ as mass consumerists. Indeed, if you go back through hominid paleo anthropology, you will discover that there have been at least 5 and as many as 7 different species of bipedal apes going back to Pleistocene.
‘Diversity’ doesn’t mean what people think it does. But it doesn’t have to be hostile. It just means space as habitat niches secured for each dominant group in it’s own continental space.

  • rioderek

As a dying breed whites (currently 6% of the worlds population) have very little to worry or concern themselves about. The fact whites will soon become extinct and or interbred with people of color, will end all their fears, ignorance and assorted racism.
