This was nauseating.

The audience today at the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing chanted“Si Se Puede!”after the “Gang of Ocho’ Illegal Immigrant bill was passed.

  • OTOH, for the first time, we have a correct vote from Ted Cruz on an immigration issue. Oh no, it doesn’t mean I’ll ever vote for him or any other non-white to be President. It’s just that it doesn’t look like he’ll soon or ever pull a Rubio and start siding with his tribe.

Incidentally, Rubio’s approval ratings are tanking, and they’re even tanking among Hispanics. Ironic, because they keep telling us we have to pass amnesty to appeal to Hispanics. Yet, the Hispanic Republican amnesty-pusher is losing popularity fast among Hispanics.

    • White Mom in WDC

Rubio is a glorified slave trader. There are a number of Latinos and other immigrants who have come in the ‘right way’. I am sure they are angry

    • xstormbringerx

The spics that supported Rubio are selfish locust but even they smell a refried rat in Rubio, they know he will sell them out in a second when it suits his needs.

And Rubio’s needs are getting desperate, he is in the hole hundreds of thousands of dollars presently.

Let’s start the stopwatch and see how long it takes him to become a multimillionaire. I suspect the checks are already waiting for him to cash over in Switzeland or the Caymans.

    • Tucker

I agree with you on Cruz. I recently joined his email alert list, so I could keep an eye on what he’s up to – and, he is fairly good on several key issues, such as the Second Amendment and on this amnesty for illegal aliens issue. But, he is a big proponent of drastically INCREASING the number of H1-B Visas and importing hundreds of thousands of foreigners who will take jobs away from native born White Americans who’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars on IT related educations and degrees and who will also serve to dramatically DECREASE the salaries and benefits packages that American born IT workers were once able to obtain from their employers.

Thus, Cruz is unfit to be anything more than he is – a Senator, and unless he can someday be convinced to drop his support for increasing H1-B Visa, in the end, he needs to be replaced with someone who WILL put Americans first.

Really, all we need out of him is to vote no and keep voting no on the Gang Bangers of Eight bill. Even though we now have proof that he really wants this kind of bill, his big interest in stopping it now seems to be that the GBof8 bill is too blue team-friendly. Like I’ve been saying here often, if GBof8 fails this years, no major immigration legislation will come up again the rest of this year or next, or in 2015 or 2016 if the Republicans hold the House.

      • Cts

If ANYONE puts America first it’s Ted Cruz. Legal immigration has always fed innovation in this country. Either you are blind to the numbers or just blindly, self-centeredly obsessing that “Americans” would work 12 hours a day in medical labs, research, etc. America has HUGE spectrum of job needs & not all Americans want to do the work necessary to fill the gaps. Anyway – who cares what his race is? That’s RACIST.

    • Jerrybear

Being Canadian and white Cuban, I would classify him as white.

  • Remember what I told all of you. If any of the culprits live in your state, vote them out, even if they have an “R” by their name, and it means a democrat wins. You have to get rid of the sell outs first, but beware. The Democratic Party will “endorse” a GOP candidate who is secretly one of them.

    • sbuffalonative

I wish I could but New York votes solidly for Schumer. He’s untouchable and he can do whatever he wants without fear of losing his job.

The same thing appears to be true of McCain.

      • Donna

Schumer is the anti-Christ and I’m not even religious! He wants to create an American genocide. A one race, one culture, one almighty government. It’s depressing, sick, and nauseating. He wins every time in New York because he’s Jewish, and N.Y. is full of them. I hope he and Feinstein rot in hell for their sick twisted politics.

        • Read “Unintended Consequences” by John Ross, and you’ll enjoy the section about what happens to an anti-gun libtard elected official called “Carl Schaumberg” in the story.

          “Both ends? What a player!”

      • Anon

Seems to be is the important point. McCain enraged his base but was still, mysteriously re-elected. Why is that? Stupid voters? Please.

        Rigged elections.

Nothing is going to change until white people admit this is going on.

      • DudeWheresMyCountry?

The people of Arizona mostly can’t stand McAmnesty for a number of reasons. What a fool he is, a war hero who was beloved by Americans is basically despised by them now for his late-in-life politics of treason and corruption.

        • Jerrybear

McCain is the filthiest politician in the Congress. He’s worse than most left wing treasonous Democrats. I could not believe that Arizona fell for his obvious fake swing to the right when he was up for re-election. The guy is a political weather vane with no principles. His only consistent political view is support for constant pointless American intervention around the world. It’s really a shame that JD Hayworth is not a senator.

          • Dusty Airs

As a lifelong Arizonan, I find that it’s mainly out of state transplants and Northern retirees that vote for McCain. They’re the type that drive shiny Harleys in uncreased leather, or, wear spotless Levis and fresh-off-the-rack Stetsons in their low mile diesel F-350s. Fake and pampered posers voting for the similarly fake Fox News media creation John McCain.

        • Why, then, do the people of Arizona keeping returning him to the Senate? They can’t all be Hispanics, who generally trend Democrat. Regrettably, there must be a lot white people stupid enough to vote for McCain.

    • dogbone

you can not vote someone out of office. You can only vote someone else in. In the last 30 years, I never never seen a spot on the ballot that said “chose one to take out of office.”

      • Wrong, wrong, wrong. Lee Harvey Oswald successfully voted POTUS John Fitzgerald Kennedy out of office on November 22, 1963.

        • JohnEngelman

          Are you advocating political assassination?

      • Anon

They are called re-call elections. Although not available in every state, you can, in fact, call a special election to toss someone out of office.

        • Sick of it

Yep and don’t be afraid to try the same on corrupt local politicians. You might be surprised how many people will support the effort.

TIME TO CLEAN HOUSE–starting with the ‘gang of eight’ mestizophiles. We should all just stop paying taxes and supporting our own demise….then, McCain can have these invaders camp out in one of his eight mansions when the taxation money well runs dry. It’s time for a second tax revolt, like the Boston Tea Party on December 16, 1773. If I could, I’d tar and feather the ‘gang of eight’, and every other traitor, and send them on a fast trip to prison for high treason….

      • Set a day and I will join- the dont pay any taxes movement, let them all starve im sick of it.

      • NYB

There are ways to ‘pull a John Galt’ and withdraw from the system, without exposing oneself to legal penalties.

Whites just have to begin strategically using their time and resources like a resistance movement in an occupied country. Every decision should be selected to make race replacement fail.

      • Anon

Unfortunately, that is no longer an option. Tax money is removed BEFORE it is released into the economy these days. Formal taxes are mostly for show, and to keep those who don’t have the resources for tax avoidance, in poverty (rich people and corporations pay no taxes whatsoever).

Back during the Great Depression (you know, the one that wasn’t as bad as the current one), this was an effective way to stop government jackassery. It nearly collapsed the government. They learned from this.

Now, the only way to stop taxes is to abandon the use of the dollar. Which, by the way is exactly what is happening as the grey market is the only part of the economy growing by leaps and bounds.

Recently driven far underground by the feds trying to shutdown Bitcoin.

It’s interesting to see what will happen during the next decade or so. Technology has made it possible to destroy all taxes and the large, bloated governments maintained by them. What it will take is a bad enough situation to get large numbers of people to abandon traditional currencies. Which our governments are giving us….for example Cypress. I bet there are lots of skilled, unemployed people who could sold on the idea of working for Bitcoins or a local version of that. Before long, people will refuse euros. What good is money a government can and will steal all of at a moments notice on little more than a whim?

That’s when the real trouble is going to start. None of the major currencies is worth more or more stable than the euros in the banks in cypress. People sort of know but pretend otherwise because of lack of alternatives. Once such alternatives become available, you are going to see a world wide run on the banks. Governments like the US will respond by ramping up the printing presses. And, in the wake, will find people ONLY accepting these safe alternatives like Bitcoin and refusing dollars.

Admittedly, it will happen last in the US. But it will happen. It;s already happening.

Montana Militia money isn’t so funny anymore.

        • A few simple ways to avoid taxes:

          1. Don’t buy stuff you don’t need. In addition to not paying sales and excise taxes, you can scale back your income needs. This means you are paying less in income and FICA taxes and can spend more time with your family.

          2. Contribute as much as you can afford to your 401(k). This is not taxed.

          3. Buy an economical car and even then cut back on driving. Much of the price of gasoline is federal excise taxes.

          4. Homebrew beer, wine or cider. Much of the cost of alcohol is federal excise taxes.

          5. Handload your own ammunition. By doing this, you are beating the feds out of more excise taxes.

          6. Tie your own fishing flies and/or make your own lures. Excise taxes again.

          7. Quit smoking. This feeds into #1 above, but also cuts into the feds’ take in excise taxes.

“Sí se puede is usually translated in English as “It can be done”, or “Yes you can”.[4] The more literal translation that the United Farm Workers uses is “Yes, it can be done!””–Wikipedia

Obama’s “yes we can” was stolen from the Mexican radicals!!! That makes Obama a thief as well as a liar, traitor, and general all around sociopath.

The arrogant Mexicans chanting away are sending us a message, just as Obama did. With Amnesty, “Yes we can”: vote OUR race into power, change your white man’s law to meet OUR needs, destroy YOUR culture, rape YOUR women, take YOUR jobs, swarm through YOUR universities, set OUR standards and demand degrees, make Spanish the language of choice. ignore YOUR outdated white Constitution, and breed YOU out of existence.

Make as many pols who support our death and destruction pay at the ballot box and pay by shaming and shunning.

      • Don

You can say that again. I am in Cali, and I cry from what has happened to my home. If they had to live around it, they wouldn’t be smiling. It’s sickening that I have to sell my house, and start looking to relocate in a state that feels like America still, and I am young too. This is how we honor all the deaths of the soldiers in the Mexican American war. We just hand it right back to them. I hope the descendants of today’s politicians get what is coming to them someday!

        • bigone4u

Once you move you won’t be paying Cali taxes. That will ease your pain if you make it to a low tax state.

          • Don

Thank you for the comforting thought bigone4u. I had not considered that, and it does help offset the pain and disappointment of losing my home to foreigners who doesn’t speak English. We also have a resistant strain of TB in Cali now, and leprosy from all the immigrants….but multiculturalism “enriches” us! Truthfully, the scariest are the ones dressed like ninjas that are showing up all over central Cali….. even the expensive areas, and all the orientals coming in herds here everyday at LAX. None of these groups have any intention of assimilating, or becoming part of the American culture. They are just using us for a better place to set up their own homeland.

        • White Mom in WDC

Poor stupid people make great slaves

          • Bossman

A perfect society need some slaves. That is what the Greek philosopher Plato said. We need agricultural workers and janitors. Are they the new slaves?

          • Freya

During the Middle Ages, the plague formed one of the major pivots that caused the beginning of the end of feudalism. It had two major influences in this vein: 1) the plague killed everyone and therefore it equalized the classes. No one was immune. It also predmoninantly killed the old and the young and that undermined the existing social order and contributed to the chaos which further enabled revolution 2) fewer people meant labor had a far greater lobbying power. there weren’t 50 people vying for 1 job, or tiny piece of land amidst the larger schema of working the aristocracy’s.

I think it all goes together these days, in that they want masses of people who scramble for any tiny crumb and are thus kept poor, and stupid, and too numerous and thus competitive with one another.

I’m in the midwest and I have a clue. The reason the mid-west SEEMS to have no clue is that in the midwest we are far less populous outside the big cities. And the big cities are ruled by liberals and have large name brand colleges in their cities full of retarded, indoctrinated students who vote in fall elections. Believe me, the hinterlands of the midwest HATE what is going on in this country. Perhaps you remember that we had one somewhat conservative Governor replace one of the most corrupt and liberal Governors, and the liberals went absolutely nuts bussing in indoctrinated zombies and union activists who camped for MONTHS trying to get him recalled. They lost. Barely.

    • DudeWheresMyCountry?

    • Bossman

If the bill doesn’t pass, the problem will still be here and won’t go away. And Hispanics will continue to view the Republican party as a party of paranoia and xenophobia.

      • KevinPhillipsBong

Hispanics will continue to view Repubs as xenophobes no matter how they vote.

According to Public Policy Polling, before the April 17th unveiling of the Amnesty plan, Marco Rubio had a 39% approval rating from Hispanics. One month later, after the unveiling, he had a 34% approval rating. Where are all the Hispanics rushing to embrace him? Where are the Latino voters changing sides to support Marco? Why did his poll numbers go down instead of up? Face it, a majority of Hispanics will never, never support Republicans, ever!

Did the 1986 Amnesty improve Hispanic opinions of Republicans? Of course not and neither will this one. If it passes, the media will tell one and all (and that includes Univision, etc) that the bill passed because the “brilliant” and “sage” Obama persuaded the “knuckle-dragging” “redneck” Republicans to vote for it.

C’mon, you know this, right? Right?

I half expected the grinning douche to throw his hands up and run over and join in the celebratory group-chant with the invaders. Chairman Patrick “Leaky” Leahy, looking all of his 73 years, appears surprised but gestures ineffectually for the chanters to come up to the podium.

These white liberals are in for a huge shock when the immigrants they fawn on take control of their party.

Patrick Cleburne recently urged us to reread Mark In Mexico’s essay on Mexican political culture The Last Word On Mexico. I was particularly struck by this passage:

A Mexican believes that his rights extend as far as he can push or bully his way. That the extension of his rights might be deleterious to society as a whole is a thought which never crosses his mind. A basic lack of civility abounds.

Voters broadly support an immigration reform proposal that includes a pathway to citizenship, increased border security, employer verification requirements and allowing more high-skilled and guest workers into the country, according to a new poll published Monday.

The FWD.us survey found that 71 percent of all voters, including 74 percent of conservative Republicans and 78 percent of liberal Democrats, supported a plan similar to the Gang of Eight proposal that will begin markup this week in the Senate. Some 68 percent of “swing voters” also say they back the proposal, which has been endorsed by President Obama.
    http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/297863-poll-71-percent-back-immigration-bill-similar-to-gang-of-eight-proposal

I personally favor fewer immigrants, period. Nevertheless, most of the voters disagree with me.

    • I call bullsh!t on the FWD.us stats. It is a pro-immigration website/org.
Wouldn’t surprise me if they only called people with hispanic surnames.

    • Donna

Oh no! NO! NO! That survey is skewed if it comes from FWD.us! That was started by liberal Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, and if you go to the official FWD.us Facebook page, there are a scant 31,958 “likes”, and almost all the comments are from people fighting against this group over uncontrolled immigration and this immigration bill. The Facebook page “Stop Amnesty” has a whopping 703,000 “likes”. Don’t be fooled by skewed surveys, and polls!! That is exactly how they play dirty politics!AMERICA DOES NOT WANT ANYMORE IMMIGRATION. THEY DID THE SAME WITH GAY MARRIAGE. They make you believe you are in the minority, when in fact you are in the vast majority. Just took a live vote on gay marriage. 82% of America doesn’t want it, 18% do. They don’t want you to know the truth, or they don’t get their agendas through quietly. Go to the Facebook page “Stop Amnesty”, and give your support too! Also this is a message I posted there: WARNING U.S. CITIZENS: FRAUDULENT APPEAL FOR IMMIGRATION REFORM: Americans for a Conservative Direction (ACD) was established in April 2013 by the founders of the pro-Democrat organization FWD.us—most notably Facebook chairman Mark Zuckerberg—to try to persuade skeptical conservative and Republican voters to support “comprehensive immigration reform.” Why Zuckerberg seemingly experienced a change of heart regarding energy policy, ABC News’ deputy political director Michael Falcone said: “The ads are meant to provide political cover for [conservative and moderate] senators to cast politically risky votes in favor of immigration reform.” In a similar vein, the leftwing group ThinkProgress said that the ACD ads “appear to be trying to give political cover to vulnerable centrists, in hopes of ensuring their support for major immigration reform.

    • Bobby

Personally John, I doubt the veracity of most of those polls.I’ve never yet read a convincing study on what American citizens really think about immigration policy whether legal or illegal. Who did they poll? How informed are those people? Jay Leno has proved hundreds of times, how BUTT DUMB, so many average Americans are.

      • JohnEngelman

Public opinions surveys prove their validity by accurately predicting the results of political elections.

    • Sick of it

A few years back nearly 70% of Americans wanted our borders to be SEALED to prevent further immigration. Pretty sure these statistics are false.

      • Bossman

What do you mean by borders “SEALED”? Trade between the US and Mexico is valued at one billion Dollars per day and growing, the southern ports of entry are the busiest in the world. The future calls for more North American integration. The only way to solve the problem of unlawful entry at the southern border is to co-operate with Mexico and to make it easier for migrant workers to go back and forth.

        • Jerrybear

No one is proposing to stop trade. What you are proposing is the surrender of United States sovereignty with ‘North American integration’. We should have 30,000 troops stationed across the Mexican border. Then our troops would be actually fighting for something rather than dying in Muslim hellholes for no reason.

        • ms_anthro

The way to solve the problem of illegal invasion is with troops on the ground, a large wall, constant camera surveillance, razor wire, land mines, and any other deterrents necessary to keep trespassers out. We don’t want or need your “migrant workers.”

        • Greg Thomas

You are obviously confused between the difference of trucks entering to trade and illegal invaders violating our sovereignty.

    • Engelman, you’re really starting to piss me off. Where you come up with the BS you spout on here is beyond me. Given your religious affiliations, that’s not surprising. Voters don’t support this garbage, regardless of what the “polls” say. Poll results can be easily manipulated by carefully framing the questions and pre-selecting the participants. I have yet to talk to a single white American that want “immigration reform”. Many blacks I’ve talked to are in agreement with this as well. What we all want is immigration control. Send all these freeloading jerks back to wherever they came from. Eisenhower had “Operation Wetback” in the ’50s; we can do the same today. Just bring all our troops home from overseas, let Israel sink or swim, I could care less what happens to them and most “true” Americans feel the same. Put a large percentage of said troops on the US border with orders to shoot to kill. The remainder could do the sweeps to get them moving south. Don’t feed, educate, medicate or help these invaders in anything other than their exit plans. We’ve been invaded by a hostile swarm of foreigners that have no plans of assimilating whatsoever. They do nothing for this country. Nothing. Get rid of all of them, whatever it takes.

      • JohnEngelman

If one feels something strongly it is easy to overestimate the number of people who feel the same way, and it is easy to underestimate the difficulty of converting others to one’s persuasions.

Here are the results of other polls.

        ———

Pew Research Center. May 1-5, 2013

“Which comes closer to your view about how to handle immigrants who are now living in the U.S. illegally? They should not be allowed to stay in the country legally. There should be a way for those who meet certain requirements to stay in the country legally.”

73 percent said they should be allowed to stay.

“In your own view, do you feel that giving people who came to the U.S. illegally a way to gain legal status is like rewarding them for doing something wrong, or don’t you think of it this way?”

56 percent do not feel that way.

        ———

Quinnipiac University. April 25-29, 2013. N=1,471 registered voters nationwide. Margin of error ± 2.6. “Which comes closest to your view about illegal immigrants who are currently living in the United States? (A) They should be allowed to stay in the United States and to eventually apply for U.S. citizenship. (B) They should be allowed to remain in the United States, but not be allowed to apply for U.S. citizenship. (C) They should be required to leave the U.S.”

52 percent said they should stay and apply for citizenship.

“Would you favor or oppose providing a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants in the U.S. if they met certain requirements, like paying fines and back taxes, passing criminal background checks and learning English?”

        83 percent favored it.

        ———

Fox News Poll conducted by Anderson Robbins Research (D) and Shaw & Company Research (R). April 20-22, 2013. N=1,009 registered voters nationwide. Margin of error ± 3.

“Do you think the United States should increase or decrease the number of LEGAL immigrants allowed to move to this country?”

55 percent said decrease. (I think so too.)

“In general, do you think immigrants who come to the United States today join society and give to the country or stay separate from society and take from the country?”

        50 percent say “join, give.”

“Do you favor or oppose allowing illegal immigrants to remain in the country and eventually qualify for U.S. citizenship, as long as they meet certain requirements like paying back taxes, learning English, and passing a background check?”

        78 percent favored it.

Very interesting. If genuinely reflective of opinion, why go along with it? Why pretend that history is made only by our enemies, and cannot be made by us – if “us” is the right word in your case?

          • JohnEngelman

History is made by those who recognize historical currents and who channel them to their purposes. At times it is made by those who are not fully aware of historical currents, but who inadvertently work with them anyway.

To be successful a political movement requires effective leadership. Without Franklin Roosevelt the New Deal would have been less successful. Without Martin Luther King, Jr. the civil rights movement would have been less successful.

In the United States popular opinion, and hence government policy, has moved to the left on social issues and to the right on economic issues. This has not happened because of “Cultural Marxists,” or because of the machinations of an economic “ruling class,” but because of changes in popular attitudes. These changes have had complex and sometimes difficult to discern causes, but they have not happened because of conspiracies.

As far as belonging to any “us” is concerned, I am neither a racist, nor a white supremacist, nor a white nationalist. I suppose you could call me a “race realist,” but I was unaware of the term until I discovered this website.

          • HKwills

No conspircacies need apply: only a confluence of racial interests of a tribe whose mode of mendacity and manipulation expresses itself in cultural marxism. Who owns and operates the media, entertainment industry, academia and is over represented in the judiciary ?

          • JohnEngelman

I suppose you mean “the Jews.” The only reason Jews have prominence out of proportion to their numbers is because they have an average IQ of 110.

Successful Jews had to overcome prejudice and discrimination. They overcame it because of superior merit.

The same can be said of successful Orientals.

          • Bossman

They spend more time studying. Most of them learn Hebrew. They are motivated to prove themselves. They do not preoccupy themselves with nonsense. They generally stay away from drugs and alcohol. East Asians also have some of those traits

          • David Ashton

IQ is not the only factor in Jewish experience and success, as many Jewish writers themselves confirm. What matters with IQ is what you do with it. Jews have shown great merit in certain areas of science and medicine, but not even other Jews are too pleased with the role of many “compatriots” in commercial porn (not Hefner, to save you repeating yourself), finance, modern movies, “anti-racist
anthropology”, the psychoanalysis racket and – Cultural Marxism.

          • JohnEngelman

I will repeat myself. Hugh Hefner, Larry Flynt, and Bob Guccione are or were each Gentiles. They each made fortunes marketing high quality pornography.

Helen Gurley Brown was a Gentile. She and Hugh Hefner did more to popularize the sexual revolution than any Jews I know of.

Since 1970 the United States, and I suppose the UK as well, has moved to the left on social issues. I disapprove of most of this movement. I do not blame “the Jews” for it.

Jews are not a monolithic force. If you put three of them in a room together you are likely to get three arguments going.

Although it is fairly clear that Stephen J. Gould lied in reporting his research on the relationship between the races and brain sizes, it is also true that Richard Herrnstein helped Charles Murray write “The Bell Curve.”

Michael Medved, who is Jewish, has written a number of books exposing the licentious bias of many Hollywood producers. He has documented that while G and PG rated movies tend to be more profitable than R rated movies, over half of Hollywood movies are R rated.

          • Mine was tested by the feds at 152, and the only consideration that ever got me was as “very dangerous”.

I’m married to one, John, but you’re a one-song record on that score.

          • unadorned

Not all, only Ashkenazi Jews. Sephardic Jews have an average IQ of 95.

As for Orientals they have a narrower bell curve than White people.

More of them have IQs of aroung 106, however, fewer of them have genius IQs.
            Read The Bell Curve.

      • DudeWheresMyCountry?

Don’t forget, even if they “assimilated” we still don’t want their failure in our country.

      • Bossman

And that will never happen so dream on.

        • unadorned

          We’ll see.

FWD.us? Why not get stats from La Raza? What a joke post. Credibility isn’t your strong suit. Ogling over Chinese girls must be.

    • Bossman

That is correct. And the proposed bill seems to be a very sensible option to the situation that we have now.

    • KevinPhillipsBong

The problem is that the questions asked suppose consequences for noncompliance…if they learn English…if they pay a fee…and if they don’t? Does anyone with half a brain think that we’re gonna round up the thousands or millions who won’t comply and deport them? Of course not — they’ll go on living in the “shadows” of noncompliance, just as they do now. The question is crap…they’ll be amnesty, but no widespread consequences for failure to comply. If the question were worded according to the reality of the situation, respondents might answer differently.

And as for “increased border security” – ha! John Q. Voter will soon find out he was screwed over (if he cares to pay attention) just as he was under the ’86 Amnesty.

    • AugustusAlexander

I know most white people over the age of 30 do not…..the ones who carry this country like a cross paying the majority of the taxes.

      • JohnEngelman

No you don’t. You just think you do. You probably spend your time talking to people who agree with you. That is why it is a good idea to consult public opinion surveys.

        • unadorned

A new Fox Poll surveying 1,000 registered voters over the last several days has found that 73% of Americans favor securing the border before making changes to immigration policy. This percentage is up from polls in April and February showing 68% and 69%, respectively, support for enforcement before amnesty.
          ——–
The Washington Post is confounded by its own poll. Only 18 percent of Americans support the Gang of Eight’s legalization-first approach to illegal immigration, according to a Washington Post / ABC News poll. Yet the Post began its story on the poll with, “Comprehensive immigration reform moves to the Senate floor next week with solid overall support from the public.”

    • Jerrybear

You can make a poll say whatever you want. You just have to design the questions to get the desired response. Then all you have to do is find a few hundred to a thousand uninformed morons.

      • JohnEngelman

A credible polling organization avoids doing that.

        ———

The New York Times November 4, 2010

On Tuesday, polls conducted by the firm Rasmussen Reports — which released more than 100 surveys in the final three weeks of the campaign, including some commissioned under a subsidiary on behalf of Fox News — badly missed the margin in many states, and also exhibited a considerable bias toward Republican candidates.

Other polling firms, like SurveyUSA and Quinnipiac University, produced more reliable results in Senate and gubernatorial races. A firm that conducts surveys by Internet, YouGov, also performed relatively well.
        http://fivethirtyeight.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/11/04/rasmussen-polls-were-biased-and-inaccurate-quinnipiac-surveyusa-performed-strongly/

        • Jerrybear

There’s a difference between a pointless opinion poll and election polls. Pollsters have to try to be honest with elections otherwise they lose their credibility. The polls that say Americans overwhelmingly support amnesty are complete nonsense. Even hardcore liberals that I know don’t support this cheap labor bill.

          • JohnEngelman

Most of the polls indicate broad general agreement with the Gang of 8 Immigration Bill. Do you believe that the polling agencies have conspired to lie about this?

          • unadorned

            Yes.

  • Paleoconn

Did you see the SCUM SENATOR LEAHY, encouraging them, even routing them on!! I can’t remember a time, that a member of the senate was as excited after doing something for American citizens as Leahy was excited at helping foreign nationals illegally in the country. Keep paying your taxes and shut your mouths, is Leahy and the Senates’ unspoken message to American citizens.

  • Bobby

The election of a New People, is in full swing. Someone said it’s time to clean house. I think that’s an understatement. It’s time to declare a nation wide vote of NO CONFIDENCE IN THE TWO SIDES TO THE SAME COIN POLTICIAL PARTIES.

    • George White

Let me remind you, THIS BILL HAS NOT PASSED. The media is pretending that it passed. It hasn’t come up for the Senate vote yet. It might not pass. And if it does pass the Senate, the House will be a much bigger hurdle. All is not lost. But at the same time, DO SOMETHING! Write, fax, and email those pricks and tell them what you think.

      • Bobby

George, I have been involved in the anti-illegal immigration movement in California for over 15 years. I understand what your saying. What bothers me is not that it’s all over. The thing that so irks me, as I’ve noticed on dozens of blogs does other Americans, is the total disregard, total lack of respect, the utterly vile attitude these politcians in the U.S. have towards the citizens. I remember a few years back, when some citizens asked Nancy Pelosi to hear their concerns and meet with them in their Town Hall. Her answer to them was that she won’t, and that they were NAZI’S. It boggles the mind , how these people stay in office. Americans can’t be called tolerant any longer—STUPID IS A MORE ACCURATE CHARACTERIZATION.

      • Bossman

If it does not pass, then it means that the problem is still with us and will not go away and will only get bigger. Is that what you want?

I want our laws enforced and illegal invaders deported, not rewarded. What do you want?

What I can’t understand is the overwhelming white and black losers cheering this stupid bill. Don’t these numb-skulls understand that opening the gates for illegal Mexicans would only jeopardize their lifestyle, economics and environment? Whenever I go to California next time, I will wear my “I’m with stupid!” T-shirt!

    • Bossman

The proposed bill will tighten the process; not open the gates for outsiders.

  • Angry White Woman

So, clean house. Remove every politician and all their secretaries, aides, etc, from the HNIC in the white house, right down to the janitors. Bring in a busload of monkeys from the D.C. zoo, and let them run the place for a few weeks. The only noticeable change will be a refreshing reduction in the amount of BS from our “elected representatives”.

  • DudeWheresMyCountry?

It’s not your whiteness you should be defending. God doesn’t honor your white skin.
The western world gained it’s greatness because of it’s covenant with Jesus Christ to spread the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. Martin Luther came out of the Roman institution, and set into motion church doctrine events that ultimately led to the founding of the original thirteen colonies.

God has blessed every nation that has embraced the bible and used it’s precepts to govern their legal and cultural behavior. God blessed the British because they produced the King James version of the Bible, and used it as the source of governance wherever they colonized. God gave leadership of the world to white men, because they fought for the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the establishment of the Kingdom of God. He especially favored the Anglo/Saxon Protestant for the founding of what was to become the United States of America.

For more than a century, various non-Protestants have jealously organized in the US to undermine, seize political power and social authority from the main-line Christians. It has taken a long time, but this collective has been successful at deposing the naive, idealistic Protestant/non-denominational Christian from the helm of this nation via manipulation and intimidation. So much so, and to the extent that now there is not one Protestant or non-denominational Christian is serving on our Supreme Court.

. The illegal alien invasion is the byproduct of the demise of strong Christian leadership. Every kind of Christian and non-Christian counterfeit is masquerading before the American people. We need to raise up true Christian warriors in the spirit of William Wallace. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is not a whites only venture. Black Christians, who are a reflection of white Protestant Christian America, are also becoming disillusioned, and are realizing that they have been mislead. http://www.blackchristiannews.com/news/

This is the perfect time for true patriotic Christians to reach out to, partner with and educate African American denomination heads and pastors. Black Christians have more in common with the white Anglo/Saxon and non-denominational Christian than they do with hispanics, Asians , Indians nor any other identifiable ethnic group. Black Americans have their names, their blood and their DNA. They worship the same God in like manner. Black men have fought and died in every war ever launched to establish this nation and to ensure our freedoms. Black and white Christians together is still a majority in America.
