China Arms Sales Scientist Guilty

More news stories on Asian Immigrants

BBC News, November 17, 2008

An US scientist has pleaded guilty to selling rocket technology to China in breach of US arms control laws.

Quan-Sheng Shu, 68, admitted helping China develop a fuelling system for space launch vehicles.

The president of a Virginia-based high-tech company also pleaded guilty to bribing Chinese officials to win a contract for another company.

He is free on bail pending sentencing in April. He could face up to 25 years in prison and a heavy fine.

A naturalised US citizen born in Shanghai, the scientist was charged with two counts under the federal Arms Control Act and one count of bribery.

Prosecutors in Virginia said Mr Shu—president of Amac International—had ordered his employees to falsify documents about the transactions, which took place between 2003 and 2007.

‘No espionage’

Defence lawyer James Broccoletti said the case did not involve espionage or treason.

“It doesn’t involve national security,” Mr Broccoletti was quoted as saying by the Associated Press news agency.

According to its website, Amac has contracts with the Department of Energy and Nasa, the US space agency, worth $2m.

But the firm also focuses on helping manufacturers export their products to Asia, says the BBC’s Richard Lister in Washington, and Mr Shu admitted giving Chinese officials almost $190,000 in order to win a contract for an unnamed French firm.

In return he was given a $400,000 commission.

The self-appointed elites think of themselves as God’s gift to the people, yet they make decisions the village idiot would think are stupid.

Here’s a perfect example. They think because this guy moved from China to the US that some kind of supernatural change took place, making him want to give his heart and soul to his new environment as if he didn’t move here, like all the rest, only interested in making more money as an economic refuge, so they give him a job where he has access to state secrets. Brilliant.

It’s no wonder we’re on the way out. No multicultural country in history has contained immigrants who didn’t give first loyalty to their country of origin, generally, but this one is worst than any other, probably because it has had the worst leaders and the greatest amount of greedy business types, and the leftist radicals are slowly taking more and more control.

Many are saying depression and economic collapse, gradually over the next three years, with LOTS of problems building greater each year. We all know what that means.

Right there, is the most damning sentence in the whole article. This wretched criminal is helping a country that is widely seen as our most likely chief adversary in the future, develop space technologies at our expense. This is an area of technology, where the USA has been almost exclusively dominant since the 1980s; even the USSR had, by that point in time, fallen behind us in terms of exploration and manned space flights.

For this fact alone, he should not be facing 25 years in prison, he should be facing a noose!

His duplicitous defense lawyer, this swine James Broccoletti, might be right in that this man is not a “traitor,” but he has certainly engaged in espionage. I will not call this alien spy Quan-Sheng Shu a “traitor,” simply because he is not betraying China but serving it, against the interests of the USA; if any treason was committed in this respect, it was by the INS for granting “citizenship” to this foul interloper.

However, he did apparently enter the country under false pretenses, obtain citizenship in it, and then conduct profitable clandestine operations that benefited his Red masters in Beijing and in Chinese industry.

He might be a spy that has engaged in espionage, but he is not a “traitor.”

In the end, what difference does it make?

He still needs to be hung, end of story!

Again and again and again we fall all over ourselves to welcome the enemy into our camp…and then we are somehow shocked when it all goes wrong! While we fight pointless wars all over the middle east, thirdworld and wherever else, for God knows whose interests; we at home sit back and allow the enemy within to bleed us dry - and then confidently insist that “Diversity” is our STRENGTH!!! Perhaps, everyone is still emotional over what had happened on November 4, 2008. It is understandable.

Here is a link to a Department of Justice press release regarding Dr. Shu Quan-Sheng:
http://norfolk.fbi.gov/dojpressrel/pressrel08/physicist092408.htm

Here is another link to Dr. Shu’s company which happens to be located in your home state of Virginia:
http://www.amacintl.com/index.html

An excerpt from the press release:
“Shu is accused of illegally exporting technical data related to the design and manufacture of a “Standard 100 M3 Liquid Hydrogen (LH) 2 Tank,” and illegally providing assistance to foreign persons in the design, development, assembly, testing or modification of the “Standard 100 M3 LH2 Tank” and related components of fueling systems for a foreign launch facility. At no time during this period did Shu have the required licenses or written approvals with respect to brokering, export of defense articles, or proposals to provide defense services to the PRC.

The complaint also alleges that Shu offered bribes to government officials with the PRC’s 101 Institute to induce the award of the hydrogen liquefier project to the French company Shu represented. According to the complaint, on Dec. 1, 2003, Shu and his company AMAC entered into an agreement with the French company establishing AMAC and Shu as the French company’s representative in China. The agreement provided that AMAC was entitled to a success fee of ten to fifteen percent.”

“Treason” is the wrong word here.
“Licensing” or lack of licensing are the correct words here.

I agree that Dr. Shu was very sloppy in not having his paperwork in order. I think he was just too eager to get that sizeable commission for acting as an intermediary for the unnamed French company.

What is also interesting is the existence of this unnamed French company. Are they not equally culpable?

Just something to remember.

Thank you for listening.

There is a profound difference between having someone in a sovereign country that is part of your sphere of influence and being inside your country. Our troops are not working in China in a position of trust, then betraying that trust. Our troops in Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Central Asia are more like the Chinese presence on both ends of the Panama Canal.

Russia has been moving back in to the Caribbean. We may not like it, but there is little we can do about it. Just like there is little they can do about our presence in Eastern Europe and former Soviet Union Republics.

Taiwan is a renegade Chinese province. America has not only planned military operations in the Taiwan strait but also supplies the island with weapons. From the standpoint of the ChiComs how else would you interpret this? It is literally ‘enemy at the gates’ for them and direct interference in their internal affairs on our part.

Indeed; I nominate Jupitor to head up a new American “Yellow Peril” Committee to get at the root of this sinister virus now infiltrating us. Let us cast suspicians on all the Asians and “their “American” born gene-line” now in industry; we can drive out Garmin, Nvidia, Vizio, et al. and all those Asians that are employing “Native Born White Americans” in the American corporations they founded.

Okay with you, Jupitor?

I must say that today’s selection of articles in AR is more than superb.

Just reading the titles (and apt subtitles) can tell an intelligent reader what’s wrong with white West.

The following five expose the idiocies and (dangers) of multiculturalism and engineered diversity, and de facto open border policy that is their logical consequence.

The first two ([1] and [2]) indicate naïveté of the open border zealots who are quick to dismiss national security risks for unspecified “cultural benefits”.

The third one [3] shows that these idiocies go against human nature, and the fourth one [4] points out irrationality of cultural relativism (only those who weren’t exposed enough on other cultures may considering them worthwhile) that was pushed down our throats in order to implant multiculturalism here.

The fifth one [5] is a clear indication that our elite scientists are not going to help us with the pursuit of truth because they are scared of its “undesirable” consequences. As a matter of fact, they signal us that they are ready to commit a series of naturalist’s fallacies (deriving “is” from “ought”) in order to not discourage us from building the multicultural utopia (as we weren’t discouraged, already).

How can we trust them? (I don’t.)

And all this, I believe, puts us firmly on path to a national suicide.

Anyway, if an uninitiated reader would like to get quick insight of the sorry direction that the U.S. and other Western countries are going, the selection of these five articles says it all.

Thank you, AmRen editors. You did a splendid job.

As a nationalist, I agree that we shouldn’t be in Korea or Taiwan. If South Korea wants protection from North Korea, let THEM use their military. They are a modern advanced country. We shouldn’t be subsidizing defence in foreign countries. Americans in Japan really has nothing to do with China however. However, this is a different issue. This Chinese man was inside the USA, having gotten citizenship and spying for China. That is a different issue than American military actions.

Immigration enthusiast such as yourself are making an economic case for the race replacement of Native Born White Americans. People such as yourself know full well that the economic argument for post-1965 non-white immigration will result in Native Born White Americans being reduced to a dwindling racial minority within the borders of America. How could this possibility be in the interest of the majority Native Born White American population? Obviously it wouldn’t be.

Race-replacement and economic dispossession do go hand-in hand. If the asian “Americans” do get their way, the remaining Native Born White Americans in the Engineering and computer occupations will be completely driven out. This is the end game for Native Born Whites in these occupations.

Asian “Americans” would have Native Born White Ameicans believe that if the asian “americans weren’t in American, Native Born White Americans would face severe economic destitution. This is a bold faced lie. How did Native Born White Amerians survive all these years with out the Yellow Peril firmly implanted on Native Born White American soil? Quite well thank you. Native Born White America managed to put quite a few Native Born White Americans on the moon. Asian immigrants and their “American” born gene-line were completely unecessary to achieve this. Southern White males are highly represented among the Space Shuttles maintenance engineering staff. Werner Von Braun’s rocket science team down in Huntsville Alabama drew heavily among the Southern White male engineering workforce. My late father,a mechanical engineering,Irish Catholic father of seven, B-17 radio man in WW11 at the age of 17 like thousands of other Native Born White American Men who were in the Engineering profession during the seventies were victims of the Yellow Peril. Thousands of them were thrown out of work and replaced with chinese, hindu, sikh and muslim LEGAL immigrant engineers.MY family along woth thousand of other Native Born White American families know the complete unadulturated truth about asian LEGAL immigration. WE know what the big lies are. And we do not accept them!!!

BRING BACK THE CHINESE EXCLUSION ACT!!!

The fact that the Chinese and other E. Asian nations are so heavily into espionage against the US when it comes to technology says a lot. Intelligence is measured in several ways. Being “intelligent” does not mean one can invent, be creative, derive inferences from certain facts or create mental links between seemingly unrelated ideas or facts. The “Asian owned” companies listed above would not even be doing business in the US without US Govt favoritism toward non-whites, tax breaks when VC is shuttled to non-white start ups and the like. These people are smart enough to be able to work the system much better than blacks and browns who generally have to be hand held all the way when it comes to ripping off whitey in business.

Yes, that certainly explains the Rosenberg attomic spies and the Eastern European/ USSR spy apparatus being directed at the USA during the 1940s through the 1980s…

“The “Asian owned” companies listed above would not even be doing business in the US without US Govt favoritism toward non-whites, tax breaks when VC is shuttled to non-white start ups and the like.”

Unless you actually have proof of this, anyone would take this as ignorant rhetoric worthy of the clueless individuals that appear on Jay Leno’s “Jaywalking” episodes…

All one has to do is look at tax guidelines from the US govt when it comes to minority owned businesses. Or look at the SBA and it’s anti-white guidelines and policies. That anyone would attempt to try and have us believe otherwise defies common sense.

Bringing up the USSR and spying only helps to point out what seems to be the unique creative abilities found in peoples in Northern and Western Europe in certain areas. While certain groups crow about their abilities and exaggerate their accomplishments and percentages of inventions, awards, etc in terms of population, in point of fact the people who actually have most of the true “breakthroughs” in areas of science etc are from these regions. However, tying that in with the Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, etc. isn’t a good argument. All that does is bring up another group of people spying on those darn whites from Germany, Scotland, England, Sweden… There are other issues involved of course, but they don’t concern Asians, a group that feels that downloading a paper written by someone else and putting their name on it isn’t stealing. It’s research. And because they understand it, it’s as good as putting the work in themselves, right? Koreans are particularly guilty of this routine. Just look it up. Which an Asian supremacist won’t do, as they likely are already aware of the truth, and the time taken might keep them from watching Jay Leno.

For the size of their populations, for the 50 years now of huge numbers of Asian students studying, memorizing, studying, grinding along, their achievements are behind those of this small group of whites, who do not spend every minute of their spare time memorizing textbooks. They have too much imagination. The difference in achievement in the real world vs school isn’t even arguable, although the typical Asian supremacist will disingenuously do so. Constantly.

It isn’t up to us to look up what’s reported here and all over the web - although it’s avoided by the mainstream media. All one has to do is look at the constant stream of Chinese and other E. Asians arrested for this type of thing. Don’t worry, with Obama in, these types of criminals will probably get off very easy, like Wen Ho Lee who should have been given the harsh treatment spies used to get when the govt wasn’t anti-white and having a fire-sale of the former US. But with the Clintons and their masters in the White House, Lee was let off. Just as will happen with non-white spies with Obama in the Oval Office surrounded by what seems to be the Clinton cabinet all over again.

23 — Anonymous wrote at 11:12 PM on November 21:

Sorry, you still haven’t shown me how Garmin, Nvidia and Vizio would fail to be doing business here in the US “without US Govt favoritism toward non-whites, tax breaks when VC is shuttled to non-white start ups and the like.” The challenge stands.

“Koreans are particularly guilty of this routine.”

Yeah, right. Aren’t the Koreans amonst the world leaders (Samsung) when it comes to LCD televisions? Did they steal that technology to from the white man based on theft and spying? And please, let us not hear again how a white RCA dude invented the LCD TV and hence whites should get the credit for being able to watch color TV at home.

Why?

Because I take the position of fellow American Tom Edison:

“In his memoir, Scott scorned his American rival Edison and made brazen appeals to French nationalism. “What are the rights of the discoverer versus the improver?” he wrote less than a year before his death in 1879. “Come, Parisians, don’t let them take our prize.”

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/03/27/arts/27soun.html?pagewanted=2&_r=1&ref=todayspaper

“For the size of their populations, for the 50 years now of huge numbers of Asian students studying, memorizing, studying, grinding along, their achievements are behind those of this small group of whites, who do not spend every minute of their spare time memorizing textbooks.”

Typically, you are being rather disingenuous. The only Asian country that put big money into R&D until recently was Japan, with HALF the population of the USA. China wasn’t even in the game until about two decades back. And exactly what achievements are you talking about anyway? Engineering wise, Japan is pretty much on par with the US. Huge numbers of white people have their cholesterol lowered everyday by the Japanese discovery of statins. Russians use the Japanese Yagi-Udi antenna for 2-meter stealth fighter detecting radar. And huge numbers of Americans watch Jay Leno on their Japanese invented single-electron gun color television sets.
