Kevin Raphael, 39, spewed obscenities and racial slurs toward the trio targeted in broad daylight “simply because of the color of their skin,” said Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez.

The African-American suspect slugged two of the unsuspecting victims in the face as they rode on buses through Brooklyn, and threatened a third man as he walked with his pregnant wife in Crown Heights. Raphael was busted on similar charges in 2016 and 2017, including a threat to murder a man perceived as gay.

Felicia Iglesias, 30, of Brooklyn, told the Daily News that Raphael made an unsolicited comment to her and husband Daniel as they waited for a car to drive past — and then started stalking the couple.

According to prosecutors, Raphael’s delivered a racist rant accompanied by a gesture to his waistband, as if he was carrying a gun.

“I kill white people like you,” Raphael announced. “I will kill every white (expletive) around here.”

In the July 30 attack, Raphael allegedly marched up to fellow rider Maximilian Ferlsch on the B25 bus and uncorked a punch to the law student’s face. Raphael jumped off the bus at the next stop, leaving the stunned Ferlsch, 29, with redness and bruising to the face and eye.

Wlodzimierz Wielocha, 59, was smacked repeatedly in the head while riding the B41 bus along Flatbush Ave. on July 31, court papers alleged. The victim suffered a concussion in the attack, along with facial bruising and redness.

The suspect was first imprisoned for a hate crime after a Feb. 5, 2016, incident in which Raphael sucker-punched a white man in the back of the head on a Brooklyn subway platform.

“Get your cracker ass off the floor,” he allegedly told the victim. “This is a black neighborhood.”
