Shocking Images from Cameras on Texas-Mexico Border

Wills Robinson, Daily Mail, April 17, 2015

Cameras placed along Texas’ 1,200-mile border with Mexico have captured the stream of illegal immigrants sneaking into the country on a daily basis.

The network of more than 1,000 motion detectors, similar to those used to film wildlife, have been placed strategically in areas that have not been secured–where Mexican citizens can cross and evade capture with ease.

They helped border guards apprehend nearly 30,000 suspects and led to 88,400 pounds of drugs being seized in 2014 as part of Operation Drawbridge.

The system has also had a significant impact on Mexican cartels and their ability to smuggle narcotics, people and stolen vehicles between the two countries.

The startling images have been revealed as President Obama continues to fight to push through an executive order to shield illegal immigrants from deportation.

Earlier this month a federal judge in Texas refused to lift a temporary block on a White House immigration plan.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the ‘sophisticated’ cameras are stationed on ranches and farms on the border.

The turn on when movement is detected and are monitored in real-time, around-the-clock by a number of agencies.

If they think suspicious activity is taking place, they alert law enforcement in a bid to get them to cut them off.

Steven McCraw, the director of the agency, said: ‘Every day, sheriff’s deputies, police officers, Border Patrol agents and state law enforcement officers in the Texas border region risk their lives to protect Texas and the entire nation from Mexican cartels and transnational crime.

‘This innovative use of technology has proven to be a force multiplier in detecting the smuggling attempts along the border, which is critical to interdicting criminal activity occurring between the ports of entry.

‘Any time law enforcement interdicts a smuggling attempt, we consider it a significant gain in the fight against the cartels and their operatives.

‘The collaborative law enforcement efforts of Operation Drawbridge have bolstered our ability to combat the exploitation of our border by these ruthless criminals.’

In March it was revealed more immigrants are choosing more remote and dangerous crossing points to make it to the United States.

The Border Patrol has responded by expanding its search-and-rescue teams to monitor the area, as a growing number of bodies of suspected illegal immigrants are being found.

Many of the bodies are being discovered just southwest of Mission, Texas, where the fire department’s dive-and-rescue team has had a busy winter. In January and February alone, it recovered at least six bodies in the murky canals.

In February, governor Greg Abbot claimed that had 20,000 illegal immigrants had already entered the country since the start of the year.

Uh, yeah, “shocking”. Mexicans sneaking across our border and bringing guns and drugs with them. Yup, really “shocking” [yawn]…

    • propagandaoftruth

Oh, you want something shocking coming across the border?

That episode disturbed me because of the suffering of the poor tortoise. My daughter has several of them on her farm, and they are wonderful creatures.

        • propagandaoftruth

Reminds me of that scene from one of my favorite Steve Martin movie where Joan Cusack accidentally runs her son’s pet baby turtle through the garbage disposal, lol…

Martin was a great wise guy. “My Blue Heaven” (1990).

Ah, yes. I haven’t seen that movie in years. I’d like to watch it again.

          • “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels” was my favorite Steve Martin movie.

          • carriewhite64

Steve Martin and Michael Caine were great as co-stars. When Ruprecht wet his pants I laughed so hard that I MIGHT have done so too.

    • Cid Campeador

I’d wager that they aren’t all Mexicans. I bet the farm that there are Arab Muslims mixed in with them.

As the Democrat Party, the establishment of the Republican Party, the Chamber Pot of Commerce and the El Cheapo Labor Lobby all pop champagne corks.

  • how about this

“They helped border guards apprehend nearly 30,000 suspects and led to 88,400 pounds of drugs being seized in 2014 as part of Operation Drawbridge.”

Why do they never even bother to tell us what kind of drugs they were? Have some respect for the diversity of drugs. They vary widely in their color, market value, and how hazardous they are to your health, just like people.

    • InAFreeCountry

88,400 pounds of weed vs. 88,400 of smack or coke is quite a large difference indeed.

      • The cartels grow a lot of their marijuana in US state and national parks and forests, where they leave plenty of trash, as well as placing booby traps, such as fish hooks attached at eye-level to springy tree branches.

  • John Smith

    Danger, Wills Robinson!

  • The ranchers in the area have to sleep during the day and stay up and armed to the teeth at night lest they be murdered in their beds by these pieces of excrement. Thanks to Obama, who like the border jumpers, is also excrement.

  • Shocking? Like you think that Obama and the federal government don’t already know this? Like you think that Obama and the powers that be really care? Cheap labor and non-White votes. That is all it is about. We could stop this invasion tomorrow if we wanted to. This is all planned.

    • libertarian1234

      You’re right.
It is no less than Obama’s desire to ethnically cleanse this country of white people.

      • Mark Hillyard

Just a portion of Putin’s Army. “Like a cloud to cover the land….”

  • Rob

I am just sick to my stomach at the invasion and nobody is doing anything about it. What makes me more sick is that many Americans includng politicians (Obumba), chruches, Americans in name only of non white races and of the white race are supporting this invasion. No wonder this country is soon to be DEAD.

    • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

It sickens me that I can’t find ONE church that doesn’t somehow support this vermin, whether here in the US or in their own countries. If I could find ONE that didn’t have a bunch of deluded Israel worshippers and starry eyed overseas missionaries, I might attend. You never see any churches doing mission work in Appalachia, now I would gladly put money in the collection plate for that kind of outreach…but it will never happen. Just another thing that whites can’t have. I’ve even heard that preachers preach equality and race mixing in church, when the Bible EXPLICITLY condemns it!

      • Who Me?

I mostly agree with you, but since I don’t even pretend to be a Christian, it doesn’t really bother me. The only thing I would disagree with is MAYBE the overseas missionaries–as long as they are somewhere else, they are not bringing them here.

        • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

But they are! All of the church “charities” are bringing them here, because the government gives them the $$ for doing it! The missionary work ensures that they will breed far beyond their capacity, which means the excess will be invading white nations.

I think certain sects of Christianity make a lot of sense. I wasn’t raised with any real religion but CI definitely resonates with me. But I also think Jesus could be an alien. So who knows, really. I mostly just want my kids to be around other children and people with some semblance of our old values, so they grow up with a moral compass. Not saying that non-Christian whites don’t have this, but so much of our history and heritage is based in Christianity that I feel it’s a duty to at least expose my kids to it.

          • No verifiable evidence of aliens: sorry. Project bluebook was started after WW-2 and lasted 20 or more years & didn’t find anything so they closed it down.

          • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

You can’t tell me that you think we’re alone in the universe! I don’t have proof, but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. I’m open minded on the subject.

      • Rob

Sadly churches think it is cool to help non whites because they are children of a lesser God. Whites they believe can fend for themselves. in a way it is a credit for the whites because whites can fend for themselves better than other races.

    • carriewhite64

Yes, I would have to say that the churches are the most egregious official offenders.

    • Irish

I’ve been sick about it since I was old enough to think. I was a teenager when Ronald Reagan passed the 1986 Simpson-Mizolli act, better, and more rightfully known as amnesty. I was infutiated then, could not for the life of me understand why everyone else wasn’t just as angry ..That number was 3-4 million, and Reagan was lied to. Called it one of his biggest mistakes..Since then our country has been transformed, from big cities to little towns. Now longer just the American S.W., but everywhere , from Metropolis’ to little towns in North Carolina, Nebraska, Ohio. There’s a spanish language radio station in Anchorage Alaska..I still can’t understand why people aren’t marching in the streets angry. And now I fear we’ve lost the numbers needed to reverse course.

      • Rob

I agree. Our politicians are our biggest enemies.

  • LHathaway

Let me guess . . . cameras were put up because ‘too many migrants were being killed’ somewhere along the crossing?

  • Greg Thomas

And they still try to hoodwink the American people into believing their are only ” 11 million” illegal invaders squatting on US soil.

    • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

It’s obvious BS, even to someone like me who can barely do math. If you have about a million Hispanics in every major metro area in the country, and there’s let’s say…30 major metro areas, that’s 30 million Hispanics. Even if ONLY 1/3 of them are illegal, there’s 10 million right there, and we all know that most of them are illegal. This isn’t even counting California, Texas, Illinois, Maryland and Florida, which all have huge Hispanic populations. There’s probably at least 10 million illegals just in California! This isn’t even counting the ones that are in places there weren’t any as recently as 10 years ago. Places in rural VA, WV, NC, that have no jobs for the locals, let alone foreign invaders! Why are they there, how did they get there? WHO PUT THEM THERE, because they damn sure didn’t find those places on their own.

      • John Smith

Supposedly even a backwater like Birmingham, AL had nearly 100,000 of them in a metro of a bit more than 1 million. Denver probably has at least half a million and a quarter million or more in Kansas City. Southern Ohio doesn’t have too many, but the ones we do have seem to be from across the river in Newport, KY or Nuevopuerto as I call it now. If they hadn’t run the Mafia out, it would probably still be white.

        • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

I simply could not believe it when I went to Winchester, VA and it was full of them. I guess they pick apples, probably explains their presence in the Shenandoah Valley, but there is NOTHING for them in WV. When I heard there were Hispanics in Lewisburg WV I was astonished. They aren’t in the mines, there’s not much farming there…there’s some in the Western FL Panhandle, they do building and probably farm work up in the northern parts closer to AL/GA, so I can kind of understand it there, but Appalachia?? Needless to say, they are NOT welcome. What a mess.

Don’t even get me started on Northern VA/MD suburbs of DC. Whole CITIES are Hispanic now. Almost all of Arlington, Woodbridge, Falls Church, who knows about MD because there is ZERO attempts at any sort of immigration enforcement there…I’d estimate there has to be around 1 million there, the whole DC area is almost 6 million and the Hispanics are EVERYWHERE. And it’s all since 2000!

          • InAFreeCountry

There are loads of them in the Shenandoah Valley. They take lots of jobs in agriculture, especially poultry farming and processing jobs.

          • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

And the Valley is far worse for it, I’m sure.

          • Susannah

That’s certainly alarming and disappointing to hear about the Shenandoah Valley and the DC region. Some of the most important historical areas of our nation are under attack by the relentless invasion enabled/encouraged by our worthless leaders.

Lewisburg, WV, was named after my 6th great grandfather, General Andrew Lewis. He was famous for fighting Indians in the area, and then later fought in the Revolution. It’s appalling to know that Lewisburg is becoming yet another destination for illegals. Is ANYPLACE safe anymore?

          • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

Wow, that’s really cool that you’re related to Gen. Lewis! I don’t think there’s too many illegals, or Hispanics in general, in WV. My family lives between Lewisburg and Beckley and I have never seen one in any store or restaurant when I’ve been in either place. I’ve never even seen a Mexican restaurant! I was astonished to find out that Beckley is 20% black because I don’t think I’ve ever seen a black person there either. There damn sure aren’t any in my family’s tiny town. If ANYONE not from there goes into any store, you are (politely) asked who you are and why you’re there, and you’d better have a good answer. I doubt any Hispanics would be welcome in the smaller towns and I’d be surprised if they stay in Lewisburg. They are most emphatically not wanted, and not welcome.

So, I think that West Virginia may be the safest place we’ve got. Not completely safe, but probably better than most. But…they have a HUGE drug (meth and heroin/pills) problem. It’s one of the reasons I haven’t moved home, because so many people are on drugs and I’m scared for my kids. Basically, if it’s not one problem, it’s another. The sucky weather doesn’t help much either, neither does the lack of jobs. It’s really not for outsiders of any type, and that’s the beauty of it.

        • Malgus

          You speak truth.

I grew up near there. In the old days, yeah Newport had the red mile and was sort of seedy and threadbare… but at least you knew you wouldn’t get shanked by some non-english-speaking invader. The Mob at least kept things reasonable… violence and such is bad for business, so they discouraged it.

I still live in the Commonwealth, but I’ve abandoned Nuevopuerto and surrounding areas, unless I absolutely HAVE to go there… yes, the area is somewhat built up and shiny, but my childhood home has been destroyed and occupied by an invading army…

I make my home in the Piedmont now. Middle of nowhere. Hardly any of the cockroaches around… ‘cept for planting season. Most times, I don’t see any while I’m out and about. Today was a banner day – saw two while grocery shopping. That was two too many.

      • Greg Thomas

We have 10 million illegal invading mexicans squatting in California alone. The number must be closer to 30 million nation wide. That does not include the number of faux “American citizens,” aka anchor babies they pump out.

      • belajadevotchka2

We moved from Pittsburgh to Indianapolis. The round n browns somehow never got the notion to culturally enrich Pittsburgh so when I first came to this dump of a town, Indianapolis, I was absolutely gobsmacked. Living in Southwestern PA my whole life, I think I was about 18yrs old before I ever saw my first real live mexican! Ssshhh I better keep my mouth shut.
Anyway, I simply cannot wrap my head around the amount of them in indianapolis. They have to be at least 25% of the population here. I have to go into Wal-Martinez about once every 2 months to buy cat litter as they are the only place that carries MiMi Litter. It’s like I’m in Tijuana. It’s weird. I had no idea that the United States was really like this outside of L.A.! I did live in NYC years ago but they were all PRs up there, but it would never have occured to me that Indiana would be like this. There is 2 mariachi fiesta no eengleesh senior FM radio stations here! This is a pretty small town! It is truly shocking. We won’t be here much longer, thankfully.

        • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

Not many in Appalachia, thank God. Somehow I don’t think they’d receive a warm welcome. That is pretty shocking about Indiana, but they must be there for farm work, meat processing plants, etc., right? Hope you get out soon, and safely!

    • mobilebay

You’re right, Mr. Thomas. That figure has been bandied about since early in the Bush administration. Yet, we’re expected to believe and accept it. Just one of the many, many lies since then.

  • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

What would be shocking is if the Mexicans just walked up to the border and when they realized they were at the border, they said “Oops, wouldn’t want to break the law and illegally cross an international border!”, then turned around and went back to their cactus and pulled down their sombrero and took a siesta. NO ME DIGAS!

    • InAFreeCountry

      In a perfect world…

  • Roninf9

If we did not have an occupied goverment it would be a simple matter to keep these invaders out. We don’t even need to shoot them on the border (although we should). Just remove every incentive to come here and if they do come here make their stay as unpleasant as possible.

    • Lt. Greyman, NVA

If there were no jobs, they would go home. We have sold ourselves down the river. Not all the way down, we can still turn this thing around, bt it would take a strong National Leader to do so.

I don’t see anyone like that and given that, I believe Civil War and Revolution come.

      White Homeland! Northwest Front!

      • mobilebay

Ronin19…the only man in Washington that would rid the country of illegals is Sen. Jeff Sessions and he isn’t even thinking of running. Strangely enough, and hundreds of other things aside, Donald Trump is the most agressive on illegal invasions, but one drawback is his Mitt-like reference of “attaching green cards to the diplomas of every foreign student.who graduates here.” Sort of defeats the purpose, doesn’t it? Maybe our man in the white hat will show up, but it had better be soon.

        • IstvanIN

I wouldn’t trust the bloviating Trump as far as I could toss his toupee.

        • USofAntiWhite

If our man in the white hat did show up, could this person get elected? That is the question.

  • Lexonaut

“Cameras catch illegals smuggling guns and drugs in unpatrolled areas.”

That’s so unfair. They should give the cops a fighting chance.

  • Light from the East

American Border Patrol has been observing this over years.

  • Vito Powers

Wouldn’t Jebby Bush call this “an act of love”?

  • Eagle1212

Why is that shocking? You see illegals bringing their diseases along with drugs, guns and their families daily into the border while violence an murders continue to erupt back in their cesspool.

    • InAFreeCountry

They also bring their Third World here with them.

  • Hilis Hatki

La Raza, they get to appear on CSPAN. Do they get federal funding… grants?
So if whites started “The Race” we would be treated the same? What are you saying… it makes no sense …They tell me we are all the same … my head hurts.

    • bv

We’d force it through and back it up with arms.

  • IstvanIN

I wonder, at what point during this invasion do we admit that we no longer have a functioning government?

  • I know, why don’t we build more 3.4 billion dollar “America class” assault ships? Maybe we can use the illegals to work /crew them if we offer enough $ for them? I guess since it’s now unpatriotic to fly the US flag maybe we can rename them “Mexico class” assault ships. That way both the Repubs & Dems will be happy.

  • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

    GOOD! Charity begins at home!

Because no Republocrat/Demopublican or conservative wants to be called a racist.
