White Teen Killed by Black Cop in Alabama Mirrors Ferguson

Valerie Richardson, Washington Times, November 27, 2014

A two-year-old case involving the shooting death of an unarmed 18-year-old white man by a black police officer is gaining attention on social media in the wake of this week’s protests and rioting in Ferguson, Missouri.

Gilbert Collar, a white, unarmed 18-year-old under the influence of drugs was shot and killed Oct. 6, 2012, by Officer Trevis Austin, who is black, in Mobile, Alabama. Despite public pressure for an indictment, a Mobile County grand jury refused to bring charges against Officer Austin, concluding that the officer acted in self-defense.

The discrepancy in the reaction to and coverage of the two grand jury decisions has not been lost on social media, where critics are citing the Collar case to counter those who say Brown was the victim of racism in both law enforcement and judicial system.

{snip}

Former CNN host Piers Morgan blasted the police response in Mobile days after Collar was killed, saying he “didn’t deserve to die,” but otherwise the case has received little attention outside Alabama, prompting critics to accuse the national media of a “whiteout.”

{snip}

Critics also note there has been no rioting or sustained protest in Mobile, even though the slightly built Collar, unlike Brown, never touched the officer and, because he was naked when he was shot, was more obviously unarmed.

Both shooting victims were found with marijuana in their systems.

In what may be a sign of things to come in the Brown case, parents Bonnie and Reed Collar filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against the officer in July.

An earlier lawsuit named the university and Police Chief Zeke Aull, but courts ruled that both had legal immunity, leaving Officer Austin as the sole defendant.

Collar was a freshman at the University of South Alabama when he ingested two hits of the synthetic drug 25-I, a hallucinogen, which caused him “either to become extremely hot or to believe that he was very hot,” according to the original complaint filed in federal court in Mobile County.

“Gilbert Collar lost the ability to fully understand his actions and to reason,” says the complaint. “As a result, Gilbert Collar took off his clothes and began running into and out of traffic on the campus of the University of South Alabama.”

Mobile County District Attorney Ashley Rich described Collar’s erratic behavior at a March 2013 press conference after the grand jury issued its decision.

Trevis Austin

She said the student ran in the direction of the campus police department, rambling incoherently and at one point attempting to climb into a car over the driver.

Collar also tried to bite the driver while the vehicle’s passenger, a former university football player, punched him repeatedly in the face.

Although Collar was just 5-feet-7 and 135 pounds, the blows “didn’t faze him,” Ms. Rich said at the press conference, a video of which was posted on AL.com.

When he arrived at the police station, Collar began banging on the outside windows, then walked in the general direction of Officer Austin, who had his gun drawn.

The officer shot Collar in the chest while he was still several feet away, according to reports based on a surveillance video.

“At no point during the ensuing moments did Gilbert Collar ever touch Officer Austin. On one or more occasions, Gilbert Collar went to the ground and put distance between himself and Officer Austin,” the complaint said.

“Officer Austin had ample opportunity to obtain his baton and pepper spray, to holster his weapon and to use his own physical abilities, if necessary, or to prolong the situation and wait for back up to arrive.”

{snip}

The Collars have said that any damages awarded would be used to fund a scholarship. Officer Austin, whose attorney has declined to comment on pending litigation, was reinstated on the police force after the grand jury refused to indict him on any criminal charges.

Since the perp was naked and made no move toward the black this incident is probably going to amount to a black on white killing to show the honkies “we can shoot them too.”

And the white weenies didn’t indict the shooter, because they wanted to do good and show the world that they are really, really non-racist stalwarts of humanity who are morally superior………………….and stupid…..and disgusting.

We see it every day among these do-gooder types who need to be culled from the herd.

    • Sick of it

We need to cull drug users from our gene pool (as usual, I’d suggest via expulsion). They’re the type who usually support the other side anyway.

      • Did you know that the government outlaws marijuana and the feds claim it has no legitimate medicinal use, while at the same time the feds own the patent for medicinal marijuana and its derivatives? I just favorited three articles like two minutes ago. Check them out if inclined.

        • Sick of it

Derivatives seems like a key word to me. Potheads don’t seem particularly healthy.

          • Actually in the world of herbalism and medicine, modern or otherwise, the whole plant is usually, but not always, safer than these concentrated extracts which are really isolates of particular chemicals or extracts very high in some chemicals and missing others found in the whole plant. Sometimes a plant has to be prepared, cured in another product, heated maybe, extracted using either alcohol or water but not the other maybe, something like that, in order to extract the correct balance of chemicals from it. The processing may vary depending on what you want to use it for medicinally. I’m talking generally here, not about cannabis. But do keep an open mind, brother.

          • Sick of it

I’m very open minded about drug-heads moving to places like the Netherlands where they can destroy themselves at their leisure without damaging my homeland.

          • Whitetrashgang

Pot has almost destroyed the Netherlands, send them somewhere else please.

          • oldoddjobs

            Lol, clueless puritan

          • Whitetrashgang

So I see you have a Medical degree, have been to the Netherlands, and did a study.I must have missed you, glad to see your okay.

          • oldoddjobs

Oops, sorry – I didn’t see the magical piece of paper which makes your hysterical opinions true

          • DaveMed

            False.

          • Wow, that’s super enlightning, thanks. I’m in awe at the volume of knowledge you share.

I already addressed the need to remove some chemicals, the necessity for some processing in some instance. It varies by herb. Deglycyrrhizinated licorice would be one example. Boiling He Shou Wu in bean curd to cure it would be another. In one sense there are no rules because the rules vary by the plant and sometimes the condition you wish to treat, however whole plants, whole herbs, even in supplement form are generally safer (though possibly less effective) than isolates or extracts standardized for percentages of certain active ingredients.

Great example of the general rule is aspirin and western medicines attempts to extract useful, marketable salicylates from White Willow Bark. The first two or three isolates were abandoned because they caused stomach bleeding and stomach ulcers. Great for headache though. Aspirin was the best they came up with in terms of mitigating the stomach upset but it too is less safe than the whole plant. White willow bark extract off the shelf from some health food store or grocery aisle is going to be safer than aspirin on your stomach. And it’s also going to help your headache.

Why pay corporations money to support their idea of ignoring cures and treatments in nature unless they can patent a proprietary product that can’t be approximated by plucking herbs in the wild?

          • DaveMed

There are certainly herbal/plant products that can act as analgesics.

But you mentioned antivirals, antibacterials, and anti-cancer “chemicals” – please elaborate on this.

          • Do your own research, unbeliever.

        • ghettovalley

There are many obvious and scientifically proven medical uses. Personally I don’t like drugs and don’t use them myself. However, marijuana is pretty much harmless compared to most other drugs, even legal ones. Does anyone here really think that the harm done to society by marijuana itself outweighs the harm to society that it’s prohibition has caused? Should we really turn an entire generation of kids into criminals for doing something that is arguably not as bad and much less harmful than having to few drinks? How many of us here have tried marijuana, and we still turned out okay. Do you really believe that every teenager who smokes a couple of joints is going to be permanently useless to society for the rest of their lives? When anti-drug laws like the prohibition of marijuana cause more harm to society in general than the drugs themselves, it’s probably time to reevaluate our approach. Just my opinion, of course. I am a simple hillbilly and this is just the situation as I see it.

          • Whitetrashgang

No what happens is what happen in Holland 10 percent of the population goes on welfare and does Break and enters for money. We can not afford to make white people more like Negros, dumb and lazy. That is why the tribe pushes it.

          • ghettovalley

When I was younger I enjoyed it quite a bit, and often. I never did crimes to pay for it since I had a job. I worked sixty hours a week on average then, so it definitely didn’t make me lazy. And it didn’t turn me into a kooky liberal either. Some people are just born dumb, and would end up on welfare or in prison whether they ever tried drugs or not. Marijuana isn’t the problem our fat, lazy, stupid society is.

          • none of your business

Pot, like bread and ice cream is fattening. Depression is also fattening as it makes you run for the ice cream and potato chips.

      • Does that include cigarettes and alcohol?

        • Sick of it

          Obviously not.

          • Why obviously not?

          • Sick of it

Because our people were not quite so pathetic and/or insane when they simply imbibed alcohol and smoked regular cigarettes.

          • I don’t see how millions of alcoholics and binge drinkers are less pathetic.

          • BillMillerTime

According to the CDC, excessive alcohol use led to approximately 88,000 deaths in the US annually. Cigarette smoking is responsible for more than 480,000 deaths per year in the United States.

If on the other hand you ever learn of a case where someone overdosed on hemp, let me know. Not saying it’s good you (it isn’t, especially if you are under the age of 25).

          • Sick of it

Overdosing isn’t the problem. Look at who they vote for. Look at the Antifa types.

          • AndrewInterrupted

Yes, it’s delusional effects precipitate white guilt.

          • And drunk drivers, and drunken spouse abusers, all that consequent liver disease and diabetes from the alcohol that turns straight into sugar. If you’re looking at which is least harmful it isn’t alcohol. Legal or not alcohol and cigarettes are the two most costly and most harmful drugs for society and they’re both embraced by the government. What does that tell you?

          • Whiteplight Sees the Emperor N

That you are trying to justify abusing other substances.

          • Whitetrashgang

Okay take a army of Pot smokers vs drunks who wins 99 percent of the time? This Country was built by drunks, for a Country built by pot heads see Jamaica Mon.

          • Whiteplight Sees the Emperor N

True, absusers are abusers, regardless of the substance. However, the only reason to smoke pot is to get high, while a drink of wine or a beer, or even a shot of hard liquor is for the first two, use of a food substance that happens to contain alcohol and for hard liquor was often used as a medicinal, with some good reason. Beer was especially important for centuries in Europe where it was the only safe way to hydrate. That beer was low in alcohol, but it is the reason why for example, pubs used to be located in every neighborhood.

Counting up the world wide population of abuses of marijuana provides some staggering numbers. Also, take a close look at the cultures and economies of nations where a large part has been using marijuana or derivatives of it for centuries. As Western nations succumb to third world practices, we become those third world countries. The ongoing transition is unmistakable. The difference between a culture where alcohol use and abuse occurs and where marijuana (and other drugs) have been dominant is hugely evident.

          • ghettovalley

Up until relatively recently in the grand scheme of things, you could order heroin, cocaine, even marijuana extracts and tinctures through mail order catalogues in this country. Hemp was grown by our founding fathers, and was a large part of our economy for a very long time. You don’t think they knew about smoking it? It’s effects? They did. So to say all cultures that used marijuana stagnated, and to act like drugs haven’t been a part of this country for a very very long time on a very large scale, that’s being a little dishonest. We didn’t go this far downhill because of drugs. We all know the real reasons.

      • IstvanIN

Kids do stupid things, they don’t deserve to die because of it.

        • Sick of it

Wrong, liberals who support these hateful black racists need to be culled. I’ll take a drug user over them any day.

        • Sick of it

Do you not pay attention to who liberals are in so many cases? I’ve had relatives head in that direction AFTER USING DRUGS. Homosexuals support their agenda. Gilbert Collar, a dope smoking moron like yourself gets no sympathy from me. I suspect that any white person who was thinking of protesting will quickly lose interest when they start to find out what you were.

    • propagandaoftruth

Yeah, what the hell was that kid on? Whacked outta his head! Regardless of sympathy, I hope his death serves to counter White genocide propaganda if nothing else.

    • Matt Otter

Ah, come on man, I was young once, STUPID, I admit that, but I was young, I gave in to to pressure and took something, still don’t know what it was, I totally freaked out, I couldn’t even begin to describe to you how crazy it was, right and wrong just weren’t there anymore.

Luckily I had friends who kept me from doing anything stupid, and if I had threatened someone in that state I guess I couldn’t blame them for shooting me, however I’m hardly a junkie, I screwed up once when I was young and dumb, I’m very grateful I did not get killed and I learned a huge lesson. I think you are being a bit harsh.

      • See The Future

Most incidents of stupidity are likely well handled by authorities, but nobody is perfect.

    • UncleSham

This is why our race has no solidarity.

      • Sick of it

Our race has no solidarity because a significant number of whites want to act like ghetto blacks but be treated better.

        • UncleSham

As long as they are not race traitors they should be treated better. We ought to aim for high standards of behavior, but we shouldn’t abandon people just because they have made mistakes. People ought to be able to feel like they belong and are loved by their own race without having to worry to much about if they are good enough. Feeling like an outsider among your own kind is why so many Whites turn against their own people.

          • There is a definite void when it comes to White people having a support network and other Whites who accept them, even with their faults. We have far too many righteous, pompous pricks trying to pass themselves off as racialists. White people — especially ones claiming to be racialists of any stripe — should be diligent and unwavering in their support when it comes to a White person being killed by a black person. It already happens far too much in society, and it’s only getting worse.

If we aren’t supporting them and bringing it to the forefront, then who will?

          • Sick of it

Why aren’t we more diligent about getting rid of the drug dealers and keeping young whites away from drugs?

          • You’re focusing on drug dealers and some college kids experimenting with drugs, all while the non-White hordes prey on anything and everything White. Does staying away from drugs keep you from being robbed, raped, assaulted and/or killed by blacks? No, not really.

I don’t think most people would claim that hard drug use is something that will benefit society. But proselytizing and perching yourself up with some righteous claim to moral superiority while White people are being assaulted, raped and killed by the thousands is something I wouldn’t classify as being racially aware or racialist. You sound far too self-absorbed and self-centered to be a racialist.

          • Sick of it

“I don’t think most people would claim that hard drug use is something that will benefit society.”

Several of you on Amren seem to be saying just that.

“But proselytizing and perching yourself up with some righteous claim to moral superiority while White people are being assaulted, raped and killed by the thousands is something I wouldn’t classify as being racially aware or racialist. ”

I know exactly who and what I am. I understand human nature and potential very well. You seem to lack that understanding of yourself and those around you. About the basics of society and human civilization. I do not claim moral superiority, as that only belongs to God.

          • Ask your God if he’ll save you or the millions of other White people who have been, and continue to be, victimized by the anti-White hordes. Let me know what his answer is.

          • Sick of it

White people are victimized by white people who use drugs, who sell drugs. White girls who want their drugs sleep with black men to get them.

          • So you’re really concerned about White people, right? So much so that you’ve gone out of your way to turn this into a rant about drugs and completely ignored the premise that shows just how hypocritical the media and all of those social justice warriors really are.

And did you ask your God if he was coming to your rescue? Have you prayed today? Was it enough to save you from tomorrow?

          • Donna Johnson

Are you referring to the gigantic amount of “legal” drugs or since you’re such an expert, do you have any statistics that back up any of your claims? Good name…I’m sick of it, too, but I’ll let you figure out if that pertains to your inane comments.

          • Donna Johnson

Siince I just happened to find this site of “intelligent thinkers”, why don’t all of you learn the simpler things of life. If you believe in Jesus, you do know he was not a pretty white guy and the other religions generally came from the same area. So worrying about the “anti-White hordes” might be counter-productive. Skin colors only came from the location of the earth where you were located and your relationship to the sun. Why in God’s name whites feel they are the chosen people is beyond ignorance,

          • I’m not religious. And I also have a little more evolved concept of differences in race that don’t just rely on skin and the Sun.

          • Nicholas I

That criticism of you was straight from Basic Hasbara Propaganda: “proselytizing and perching yourself up with some righteous claim to moral superiority” (The K doesn’t like Christians proselytizing, unless they’re promoting Koash “christian” zionism)

Our eternal foes gained a great deal of wealth and power due to the international drug trade. They started it centuries ago (such as the Sassoon family). Their machinations led to the current situation with blacks AND our drug problem. It should also be noted that his dealer was likely non-white.

          • I think we need to be diligent about insisting that the real facts are presented, and that logic and common sense be used in all cases. We’re living in bizarro world it seems, where wrong is right, political correctness rules everything, and truth and reality no longer exist.

          • John R

I want to support the person who is in the right. In our society right now, that’s usually going to be the white person, but not always. If I always support my own, even when they are very wrong, then I’m just like the Negro. Why do I want to be no better than a Negro?

          • I agree; this has nothing to do with supporting anyone. It has to do with reality and the facts of this case. That’s all. This article presents the facts, and they clearly indicate that the negro cop killed Collar totally unnecessarily and won’t be punished for it.

Mace is often ineffective on those under the influence of drugs. A police baton would have stopped Gilbert Collar. Trevis Austin did not need to shoot him.

    • blanjm5

Like the repeated punches to the face from a formal football player did? Except they didn’t even faze him.

      • So what. The kid didn’t pose any threat to Austin. Shooting him is not justified in this case. Even if Collar was biting Austin, killing him was not justified.

  • trent

I don’t really have a problem if a cop shoots an idiot. Whether he’s black or white but how come cops never shoot people in the legs or feet? Seriously a shot in the leg is going to drop any offender quickly.

    • Do you realize how many people should be dead right now if it was okey dokey for cops to shoot every “idiot” they ran across?

    • Usually Much Calmer

Center mass is larger and moves more predictably.

    • ghettovalley

A shot in the leg can easily nick an artery, causing you to quickly bleed out within a few minutes. They shoot them in the chest because it’s easier to hit someone, especially if they are moving towards you, center mass. Also they might be on drugs or something, they might have a weapon, ect.

    • Spoken like someone who has never fired a gun, let alone under stressful conditions. Hitting center mass with your body pumped full of adrenaline is hard enough as it is.

Hollywood is not a good source of accurate information about actual combat.

    • They shoot to kill, that’s why. Cops do not shoot to maim. They do not shoot to kneecap a guy. When they discharge their firearm they are using deadly force. It would actually be against their training, specifically against their training, for them to attempt to do a least-harm shot by taking out a guy’s ankle, the human equivalent of shooting out the tires, maybe. They don’t do that.

Once a cop decides to shoot you, he’s going to try to kill you because he doesn’t want there to be two sides of the story told later on about why you got shot, primarily.

Another question somewhat similar to what you raised is why when there’s a group of them and one fires they all fire, and usually empty out, sometimes even reload. When you get a dead perp, but dead with over a hundred bullets in him or through him it is prima facie evidence that something is wrong, or several somethings, with police training in this country. There’s no defense of execution squads and training that yields swiss cheese perps is exactly that.

  • Whitesneedtobebrave

The black cop looks like a thug.

  • Don’t ever try to look for Molly.

  • Anyone calling themselves a racialist should be able to separate themselves from any emotional, knee-jerk reaction to exactly why the White kid was in a position for the black cop to shoot him and instead ground themselves with basic compartmentalization skills. A succinct example of Compartmentalization 101:

A black police officer still has a badge and gun after killing a naked, unarmed White college kid[Collar] who never laid a hand on him and never got within 5 feet or so of the officer. In fact, his hands were up a few times before he was shot. This isn’t eyewitness account, it’s on video. No media, no real public outcry, no rallies or riots, no private meetings or speeches from the Negro in Chief or any of his minions, no massive amount of pressure put on the grand jury to indict the officer.

A White police officer no longer has a badge and gun — and he will probably never will — after killing a black kid[Brown] who had just shoplifted, assaulted the store owner and then assaulted the officer(supposedly trying to take the officer’s gun). All the protesters had to go on was eyewitness accounts that said the black kid had his hands up before he was shot. Even in spite of massive pressure put on them by media and various political elements, and the threat of riots and violence, the grand jury concluded that the evidence overwhelmingly disproved just about everything the Brown supporters said. The black mob didn’t care about facts or “justice;” they only cared about sacrificing the White guy for shooting the black guy.

Let this soak in and marinate for a little while.

    • blanjm5

      Robbery =/= shoplifting

    • ghettovalley

They think that black lives are more valuable than white lives.

  • Paleoconn

The cop was trigger happy. The high teenager didn’t even touch him. The cop resorted to his gun too soon. Officer Wilson almost got the crap kicked out of him and then the 300-lb porker charged at him. Austin should be indicted.

  • UncleSham

This kid was literally half the size of Michael Brown and did not pose any real threat to a sober grown-man of decent size. I’m much smaller than this cop and I could have subdued him with my bare hands. The hallucinogen he was on does not make you stronger, it would only make him even less capable as a fighter. Michael Brown was being willfully violent and confrontational with a police officer and he reached for Wilson’s gun which shows that he had the intent to kill. Gilbert Collar was just confused because of the substance he ingested and did not put the police officer’s life in danger. The only thing that you are being hypocritical about is claiming that you have racial loyalty.

  • See The Future

Does Obama, Sharpton, Jackson, Holder, CNN know about this?

    • phillyguy

the tribe does, that’s why they are controlling all of the hate for the white man.

  • Augustus3709

A story like this needs to be spread around as much as possible. There are decent White folks who simply don’t know any better because they take the leftist media as the only source of information in the world.

Just a simple comparison of these two stories, with one becoming a gigantic scandal and the other being completely ignored would make any skeptic stop and scratch their head.

The Bottom Line: There is a radical racial agenda to agitate against White people so that the very concept of White people having any power or authority at all appears anathema to society.

  • LHathaway

You read these in the news over the last several years, perhaps longer, and the cops seem to kill the perp every time. I’m thinking more rampage cases or barricaded inside their own home type cases, but if it’s in the news, the story ends with cops killing the perp. Perhaps it’s like the show on TV ‘Cops’, if the perp gets away, the footage never makes it onto the video. .

  • LeonNJ

I will protest this outrage by pulling my pants up and not looting.

I will not leave maudlin piles of teddy bears, candles, misspelled signs, and other junk in the road. I’m gonna keep on not doing that until the system is changed.

An unarmed white kid in Salt Lake City, who was far less confrontational, was killed by a black cop the same week as Ferguson.

  • latmijbinnen

Began writing a comment about the hypocrisy and so on, but frankly I’m kinda sick of merely TALKING about it. Conscious Whites have talked for decades and we can talk until we’re blue in the face changing absolutely nothing.

It’s clear that we as a People must finally organize and have some kind of a practical plan to counter our enemies (and in anticipation the usual trolls and morons: no, I’m not inciting “violence” or “criminal activity”)

    • Sick of it

Criminal activity is the norm. The police once provided the necessary violence to stop it, but they work for the Banker Americans now. Take from that what you will.

      • latmijbinnen

I agree. Criminal is that which threatens the elites who make the laws. I’m absolutely NOT opposed to criminality or violence if survival of our People is concerned, but I wasn’t specifically targeting it with my previous comment.

    • phillyguy

When,, I’m with you, , we need leaders,, when will the leaders step up before it’s too late.

  • Massif1

Look into Dillon Taylor’s case. White guy killed by a black cop. Nothing happened.

  • Dave4088

Both in this case and the case of Dillon Taylor in Utah, the affirmative action, afro-merican officers were far less justified in pulling the trigger than Darren Wilson was in shooting downtown Michael Brown, so:

    End Black Supremacy!

    White Lives Matter!

  • UncleSham

First of all, the cases were not identical, so it has nothing to do with double standards. Second, I want a society that gives full rights of citizenship to Whites and Whites only. Maybe you prefer a color-blind society, but “double standards” is exactly what I want.

    • Donna Johnson

The solution to that might be for you to start your own society, where I don’t know. Hopefully, it wouldn’t have to be a very large place or island, because the sooner you find it, the sooner you will be gone.

  • Sick of it

You continue to relate DNC talking points (not that I’m pushing the Republican Party). I’ve seen white society collapse as our people suck down drugs like there’s no tomorrow. As usual, it’s part of the program. We are not mythical beings immune to brain damage or distortion.

  • Maybe not insensitive, but definitely oblivious to threats being waged against White America. It’s okay to kill Whites if you are black. It really is. The media and a huge chunk of society will try and ignore it and cover it up, or they will make excuses for it and dance around it when you do shine a light on it. Whenever a White person kills a black person(even in self-defense), it’s always an act of racism and hate at the core of it all. This is what people are taught; this is the angle the media runs with; this is what is slowly being passed off as the “authority” and “law and order” that you seem to think is the glue of our society. If black people in society are more prone to violence and rallying around ignorance, stupidity and hasty decision making, then it makes perfect sense that more black people in positions of “authority” will raise the level of violence, ignorance and stupidity in law enforcement and other parts of government.

What this White kid did or did not do has very little significance when he obviously did less to get shot than did the black thug who is all of a sudden some kind of saint in the media and to the anti-White hordes. Anyone claiming to be a Racialists will have taken from this article this exact message and brushed aside the more trivial matters.

    • Donna Johnson

Oh, just get real! You’re very wordy and semi-intelligent, so get off the anti-White hordes. That is idiotic…if there were all these hordes, the white race would probably be gone by now, which wouldn’t be a bad thing considering the comments here.

      • You sound like a dues-paying member of one of the anti-White hordes. Tell me, if it’s so idiotic, then name a single entity in the entire world that can display and promote a pro-White angle without being labeled a hate group or racist.

  • The fundamental point of this story is media hypocrisy in hyping Michael Brown but not Glibert Collar.

There is no logical contradiction in thinking that the cop was in the right in this matter and denouncing the relative media whiteout at the same time.

The media hyped Ferguson from one end of the galaxy to the other for two related reasons: One, to try to goose black turnout in the elections, and two, in regards to a case that had no chance of spoiling one of the libs’ urban gentrification nests.

    • phillyguy

      leftist tribe Media whiteout

  • There’s no parallel between this incident and the Ferguson farce. This kid posed no threat to the police officer. Brown was attempting to kill Wilson. I believe the negro officer purposefully killed Collar because he’s white

    • See The Future

It was a racist killing by an angry black affirmative action hire.

    • ghettovalley

I think that he did it as an act of justice for what he perceived to be the murder of Mike Brown. I suppose even black police officers have a hard time understanding both the rule of law and the white man’s justice system.

  • A small, naked, white man who was obviously not carrying a weapon of any kind could easily be handled by police officers without killing him. This black police officer is either dumb as dirt or killed Collar just because he’s white. Both probably. He deserves to be indicted. I’d bet a million $$ that he’s an affirmative action hire.

    • IstvanIN

A knee to his naked groin would have stopped him.

    • Heiny Hidmeid

Austin murdered a student he was paid to protect. He got a half year paid vacation. The studentkiller still has a job roaming the campus with a gun. You talk about AA employing. They could at least replace him with another negro.. There are millions of negroes who would like to “take a shot” at that job.

      • It’s painful to think about it…that useless puke gets away with murdering someone he’s paid to protect. The jury must have been mostly black.

  • Tarczan

if you happen to encounter a black police officer, be very careful. They have a score to settle, and they know nobody will hold them accountable.

  • LIBERTYSINCURSION

Has anyone seen Gilbert Collar’s White Privilege around anywhere? He apparently misplaced it the day he was shot and killed by a black police officer. Otherwise it simply wouldn’t have happened. And as if that’s not bad enough, to compound one tragedy on top of another. Gilbert’s parents were in such a rush on the day they were to learn that indeed, there will be an indictment. ( I mean after all, we’re talking about a black cop shooting a White teen here, duh, of course there will be an indictment. ) Sadly though, in their rush to get down to the courthouse. Gilbert’s parents forgot to bring along their knapsack of White Privilege! And wouldn’t you know it, there would be no indictment for the death of their son.

  • Shadrach

No one mentions when a White Teen is shot by a Black Officer. It is one of things buried deep on the internet.

    • Those kinds of stories get very little traction outside of the cop blotters of the localities in which they happen. Zac Champommier would have gotten zero outside publicity unless Steve Sailer hadn’t read it then investigated on his own, meeting the parents in the process, the final result being a successful lawsuit against the DEA.

Even these kinds of stories where the victim is black may not get that much traction. For every 100 black people that know the name Michael Brown, there may be only one who knows the name Eric Garner.

  • IBWHITE

“Alcohol is demonstrably worse as far as health effects go.”
That depends on the amount. Like most things, if consumed in moderation it can be healthy.

    • I consider alcohol the ideal solvent for oral administration of herbal extracts or mushroom extracts. The irritation it provides increases absorption and the ability to have active chemicals in not just water but also alcohol and maybe some glycerin, maybe some honey too, gives you a better chance at absorbing it all and having it lots of different places in your body by my guess.

I used to drink. Body became unable to tolerate it, made me pass out. Adult onset Type II Diabetes. Treated/cured with the right herbs and extracts and generally don’t have problems now. But I don’t push my luck by taxing my body with a sugar rush like booze.

      • Whiteplight Sees the Emperor N

You clearly are an addictive personality and one who imagines that he can medicate himself successfully. Self diagnosed conditions are often cured with “miracles.” If you really have adult onset diabetes, no herbs are going to cure it for you, son. But I know people who take nothing and just drink lots of water. It just puts off the inevitable.

        • You don’t even know what I know yet, in your arrogance, you are certain that I do not know what I am talking about.

    • Nicholas I

Just like Negroes and so on. In moderate amounts they are tolerable. The K, however…

  • Whitesneedtobebrave

The cop looks like he just came from the hood. I bet he got into the police force due to affirmative action. Shame on Gilbert for ruining his life with drugs and also making a cop shoot him.

  • Lisa Kimble

Dog bites man is NOT a news story!

  • There’s no double standard in Uncle Sham’s comment. It sounds like you’re saying that it’s all right to kill a white kid to justify the killing of a criminal black kid. There’s a big difference in the two cases, primarily this: Collar posed NO threat to the black police officer. Brown posed a REAL threat to Wilson. The cases are not similar.

  • These two cases are not the same. It’s not hypocritical to speak truth. We must be consistent, yes, but consistent in applying the rule of law, not killing an innocent, non-threatening white kid to compensate for the justified killing of a dangerous black one.

  • Whitetrashgang

    No, your thinking of yourself.

  • ghettovalley

Like I said, not a drug user. It’s hypocritical to say it’s perfectly cool to get so drunk that you can’t see straight, but smoking a little pot is going to cause society to collapse? Personally I believe that all drugs should be decriminalized. I could really care less if someone wants to remove themselves from the gene pool.

  • ghettovalley

What effects does chronic use of alcohol have on the human body? Do you believe that they are not as bad as the ones caused by marijuana? If this was really about harm reduction and caring about people, alcohol would be illegal too. But that is not and never was what marijuana prohibition is about. My community is facing a prescription drug epidemic, I’ve seen a handful of people literally drink themselves to death, and to me, compared to that, marijuana isn’t a big deal. Some would even call it a non-issue. A waste of time for the police, who could be investigating real criminals committing real crimes. Not teenagers smoking a joint on a back road. Not to mention the financial cost to society of incarcerating millions of what basically amounts to harmless peaceful hippies, locking them up with dangerous and violent black criminals, REAL criminals like murderers, armed robbers, and rapists. It’s just a backwards and ignorant law that needs to be changed. We’re all entitled to our opinions on the matter. Have a good day, nothing personal.

I remember some forest ranger show on history or natgeo. They gave a ticket to a 60 year old guy peacefully fishing on the bank of a river.

  • John R

This is disgusting. But it is a case we need to save and use at the appropriate time next time people talk about how “racist” white cops supposedly are. Shot at the POLICE STATION! Did I read that correctly?

    • Amazing, isn’t it. A negro cop couldn’t subdue a small teenager inside the police station without killing him. How does the obviously dumb negro get away with it unless it’s just because he’s black! An affirmative action hire, no doubt about it!

    • Heiny Hidmeid

That is right. They believe the student got beat-up by a football player, who knows how big. Then went to the campus police station looking for a fight.

  • Conrad

That explains what is wrong with leftists. Don’t forget that the AMA said some time ago that cigarettes were good for asthmatics.

  • EpiphanyStrachan

This post about the death of a white boy turned into a drug and alcohol debate. The bottom line is drunks defend alcohol, smokers defend cigarettes and pot-heads defend marijuana and cookies. I personally defend vodka. In the end drunks and smokers will live long lives eventually filled with chronic medical issues and painful deaths. Marijuana users live even longer lives filled with votes for Obama and/ or gunshot wounds to the chest and face.

    • It’s bizarre that it turned into a drug debate. Although Collar was on drugs and that was obviously a big mistake, that’s not the bottom line here at all. No one is defending his drug use. However, this is a wrongful death case!! Collar is dead because he was shot by a dumb, affirmative action, black cop who killed him because he’s white! I’ll never believe that 5’7″, 135 lb. Collar posed any threat to that psycho cop. The world is upside-down when this useless puke cop gets away with killing an innocent kid. The only reason he got away with it is because he’s black!

      • EpiphanyStrachan

I agree with you completely- I’m so tired of begging white people to defend their children that I’ve almost given up. It’s just easier to contribute to the trivial banter that sometimes occurs….

        • Heiny Hidmeid

The university uses a student killer for campus policing and parents still send their children.

  • Heiny Hidmeid

The news media cover the story different. The same people that support Trevis Austin are attacking Darren Wilson. They believe the drunk and drugged college students when they say Gil took the drug voluntarily, rather being charged with his death. The football player said he acted in self-defence rather than be charged with felonious assault. The unnamed football player is not described as a “white football player”, so my guest is he is not. The person that caused Gil to take a running dive on the pavement said he acted in self-defence, rather than being charged with hit & run. When Gil got to the police station and found the door locked, he pounded on the door rather than crawling off and dieing. Everybody said Gil took LSD, the popular mind expanding, psycodelic, make love not war, peace movement drug, used and recommended on colleges for decades. Instead he was given some experimental killer drug only found in laboratories. Gil Collar was killed so we will never hear his side of the story.

  • E7 sharp 9

Geeze Louise. What a waste. Here are people interested in race realism, heatedly debating the merits (or not) of marijuana. The enemy is not whether or not you approve of pot. The enemy is the one who got you at each other’s throats over a non-issue.

  • BillMillerTime

Why do some people have such a strong need to control others? Why are they so addicted to power?

  • Heiny Hidmeid

The Civil trial against Trevis Austin was supposed to be 3Feb2015. It looks like there is a total news blackout. There is not a word about it on the Net.
