Mexican Military Holds Border Patrol at Gunpoint Inside U.S.

Judicial Watch, April 2, 2014

In the latest Mexican military incursion into the United States, two heavily armed camouflaged soldiers from Mexico actually crossed 50 yards inside Arizona and held American Border Patrol agents at gunpoint in a tense confrontation.

Armed with assault-style weapons, the Mexican soldiers retreated back south after a 35-minute standoff as if nothing ever happened and the Obama administration just let it slide. The unbelievable foray was made public by a mainstream newspaper that obtained government documents with alarming details of the January 26 incident. Specifically, the paper cites the Border Patrol Foreign Military Incursion report and a separate letter from U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner R. Gil Kerlikowske, an Obama appointee who was recently sworn in.

The Mexican soldiers were spotted by a Border Patrol agent entering the U.S. about 2.5 miles west of Sasabe Arizona shortly before 9 a.m. A second federal agent positively identified the two individuals in tan, digital camouflage uniforms, on foot traveling westbound, on the United States side of the International Boundary Fence Line, according to the report obtained by the newspaper. The Mexicans misidentified themselves to U.S. Border agents and claimed to be pursuing drug smugglers, the government documents say.

Kerlikowske admits that the intruders were “confirmed members of the Mexican military” but he asserts that U.S. border officials determined that no further action was necessary involving the matter. Like a loyal Obama lapdog Kerlikowske claims military incursions from Mexico are infrequent though he was apparently forced to admit that there were 23 incidents in the Tucson and Yuma sectors of Arizona since 2010, including three this fiscal year alone.

The latest incursion was one of the most serious in recent years, according to U.S. officials that apparently didn’t want their name printed in the newspaper. The same officials, clearly insiders privy to information that’s not made public, seem to indicate that Mexican soldiers aren’t chasing drug smugglers but rather protecting cartels as they transport their cargo into the United States through the treacherous desert.

Not surprisingly, Mexico’s government long denied that its soldiers were involved in the January incursion and initially suggested the men were drug smugglers somehow clad in military uniforms. When reporters confronted Mexican officials with the evidence the embassy changed its story to this: “Those individuals were part of a counter-narcotics operation, which had taken place a few minutes prior on the Mexican side of the border,” said Ariel Moutsatsos, minister for press and public affairs at the Mexican Embassy. “The two members of the Mexican army did not see any sign notifying them that they were crossing the border.”

This kind of story is what the phrase “shocked, but not surprised” was made for.

Ho Hum. I already know you are going to vote for the GOP next election, as if the Republican Party is going to do something about it. I guarantee you if the Border Patrol agents shot these Mexican invaders dead, our very own government would arrest them for Murder 1. Most of you white guys really are Suckers. I should know. I was one of those white GOP suckers for years. In you, I see what I once was, a sucker.

    • Zaporizhian Sich

Sooner or later, there will be a successor to the Border Patrol who will not only shoot first then ask questions later, they will also execute any wounded they find too. In other words, guerillas are going to take over and they will neither have time, motive or desire to show them any mercy. And yes, I am not voting GOP, they lost me for good.

      • evilsandmich

That’s usually what happens along lawless borders: they become havens for criminals, revolutionaries, and other near-do-wells; the only sad thing is that this happening not because of a lack of resources, but a lack of will.

  • Einsatzgrenadier

I consider this a dress rehearsal for the eventual seizure of the southwestern US, either to be incorporated into a Greater Mexico or an independent republic of Aztlan. The traitorous US government will continue sweeping any future armed Mexican incursions under the rug, only to roll out the red carpet to the invaders when the population of mestizos in the American southwest reaches critical mass. Where is General John Pershing when you need him? We might as well get a regime change while we’re at it.

Well before we go re-drawing the map of the Former United States, I would like to remind you that the Mexican military cannot even control their own country. Vast swaths of Mexico are firmly in control of the cartels, with no end to their rule in sight. The Mexican military is possibly the most incompetent fighting force on the planet. They are not going to seize anything.

      • saxonsun

Why should Mexico even bother to seize anything? We are gladly giving it away.

      • Greg Thomas

They do not need to seize anything, as we are handing it over to them on a silver platter.

      • The Mexican military not not only control their own country, but many (most?) are working for the cartels and not their own government.

Keep the pressure on your reps in congress. Giving 11 – 30 million (nobody knows for sure) criminal lawbreakers legalization pure insanity. Plus, they could sponsor their relatives; that would bring the total up to about 50 million aliens in our midst. Of course, these new citizens will vote for the vile democrats and their socialist giveaways. Most of them will be unskilled, uneducated, low IQ etc. Stop this outrageous bill now. Don’t sit on the sidelines. You are not wasting your time. The American people don’t want this bill. You have to do all you can do to stem the third world assault:
      – Contact your 2 US Senators and rep in congress.
      – after biz hours, leave a message on your DC rep’s voicemail. All US Senators have multiple offices so it would be a good idea to hit all of the. Remember, be civil and don’t threaten
      – go to NUMBERSUSA then go to the take action button. You will be able to send faxes to your 2 US Senators and congressional for free. (I also gave a $50 donation).
      – use Business Reply envelopes to state your opposition to America’s insane immigration policies and the proposed amnesty. Don’t give the parties any money.
      – join an immigration group like FAIR. Strength thru numbers!
      – go to the RNC & DNC sites to email them.
      – Use the media: call a talk radio program; write a letter to your local paper. If the media outlet is liberal, then talk about economic impact of massive third world immigration.
      – text everybody in your cell phone queue now.
IF YOU DO OR SAY NOTHING, YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM….

The drug cartels pay better than the Mexican Army does, so many soldiers go AWOL and bring their military weapons with them. I have heard stories of our Border patrol being confronted and staring down the barrels of .50 cal. machine guns mounted on Humvees.

    • So CAL Snowman

That’s how the Los Zetas cartel started. Elite commandos from the mexican military deserted the army and joined up with the Gulf Cartel. Shortly thereafter, they broke with the Gulf Cartel and founded their own supremely violent cartel.

  • IstvanIN

They did it for love, ask Jeb!

  • MBlanc46

Drug smugglers. Mexican military. What’s the diff?

    • Dale McNamee

      Excellent point !

  • DudeWheresMyCountry?

Plain and simple; Mexico is our enemy in every way. Their government, their mercenaries and their pheasants are all at war with the US. They are cowards because they try to act as if they have no malice. They won’t face us like men. Mexicans hate America. The inferiority complex of the Mexican mind can only be challenged by the African melon and we get so many of the stupid, backwards morons. They are as anti-White as the misplaced jungle people.

    • The Final Solution

“The inferiority complex of the Mexican mind can only be challenged by the African melon”
      Bwahahaha! Good one!

  • DudeWheresMyCountry?

Mexico gets to defacate on us only because they are weak and stupid and totally pathetic. If Mexicans were not so ridiculous and incompetent we would never allow them to invade us, commit massive fraud and identity theft, incur our borders with military units… Mexico is like a retarded kid that isn’t intelligent enough to treat normally but smart enough to take advantage at every turn. I say this often: Mexico destroyed us because they are weak, not because they were anything close to strong.

    • IstvanIN

They’re retarded? But they are winning, and that is all that counts.

      • Einsatzgrenadier

Mexicans are invading the US and turning the country into a feces-encrusted 3rd world toilet bowl. I’d say they’re actually losing, not winning.

        • saxonsun

The overflowing toilet is Mexico and the turds are the illegals. I’ve always liked the analogy.

      • DudeWheresMyCountry?

Yes, they are like retarded children with a chip on their shoulder. Can you imagine being a dirty third-worlder with a sixth grade education, a sub 85 IQ and coming illegally to a first-world country with a chip on your shoulder?

  • The Final Solution

Madness. Wars have started for less. This is all part of Obama the Coward-in-Chief’s weak administration. Imagine if we sent in 3 million troops in response armed with that new rail gun of ours and our new navy that can now turn seawater into fuel. Those technological gains will be fewer and fewer as this country fades to black.

  • Guest

There is but one solution and we all know what that is here on Amren.

    • blight14

Hmmmmm, does it involve putting 50,000 US military personnel on the border with orders to ‘do the right thing’? If so, count me in……..Hypothetically, you could offer a bonus of sorts.

  • model1911

Time to put back the cannons in the Alamo, this time we prevail.

  • And the invasion continues…

  • mobilebay

What is it going to take – A full assault (a la Pearl Harbor) to make this country realize that Mexico declared war on us a long time ago? It’s been done by stealth so far. When a country has millions of people here without permission, that’s not immigration. It’s an invasion. Now, they are stepping up their demands to become a part of this nation by acts such as described above, harsher demands doe amnesty, and our own government who surrendered long ago. This once-mighty nation has bowed to a third world country. We are forever “fundamentally changed.” That’s one promise that’s come true.

    • Earl Turner

What’s it going to take? Leaving the bodies of invaders laying right where they’re shot down by Americans defending our land, leaving them as a warning to other illegals that this is what will happen from now on. Men, women, even children. No exceptions.

  • Did Mexican Army just attack a sovereign nation and Obama will not do anything about it?

  • Dale McNamee

Send our best, most disciplined, and armed soldiers to the border with orders to shoot to kill… These are invaders, wheter they are actual Mexican Army or drug criminals, and should be treated as such… No mercy or quarter…

  • Dale McNamee

    Or pot, etc.

  • Paleoconn

This type of thing needs to be on the 6 o’clock news. This is an invasion. we no longer have a border respected by anyone. Our leaders are spineless. They would blow in the wind like a flag.

  • M&S

U.S. troops in Mexico would never leave.
Their presence would be used as an excuse to make the NAU happen.
The poverty of Mexico would become another ‘must solve other people’s problems!’ liberal battle cry.
And the Globalist Enterprises which push for transnationalism without regard for genetic quality would be another step closer to ‘owning it all’ as pure power mad ego tripping.
You know the Chinese saying- ‘Kill a man and he’s dead forever, save a man and you’re responsible for the enabling _the rest of his life_.’
I do not care to provide Mexico with a future when our’s is so imperiled at home.
That said, if the U.S. wants to solve it’s drug problem, it needs to begin with it’s border problem. That is simple enough to do with an ACE construction team and fifty bulldozers along with a passle of command detonation mines and UGS. Forget shiny happy fence lines, dig a trench and make it dangerous. It’s a bleepin’ desert, it’s not gonna flood out.
We should not blame our drug abuse issues on Mexican DTOs. If we made any drug use a felony and any third time felony a death penalty offense as recidivism past-proven, we could get rid of our ‘drug problem’ in about 6 years of 2 years per sentence.
The one exception should be selling of drugs through or to kids, which should have an instantaneous death penalty attached to it.
Let Americans be responsible to ourselves and we WILL handle our own affairs.
The whole world knows what Americans can do. Every time they look at the moon. Everytime they start their cars. Everytime someone says “We can take them.” And their friend reminds them that that is what the Indians, the British, the Germans, the Japanese and the Muslims once thought too.
Americans’ biggest problem lies with letting other Americans prevent them from trying to chart our own future and leave the world to its own existence.
