Schumer: ‘Illegal Immigration Will Be a Thing of the Past’

Matthew Boyle, Breitbart, June 11, 2013

After the U.S. Senate voted to pass the motion to proceed to floor debate on the “Gang of Eight” immigration bill, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) claimed that this bill would solve illegal immigration and secure the border.

“Illegal immigration will be a thing of the past,” Schumer said on the Senate floor, celebrating the passage of the motion to proceed.

Nonetheless, Schumer admitted the bill “is not perfect.” He pleaded with other senators, “If you have a better idea” on how to secure the border “tell us.” Though Sens. John Cornyn (R-TX) and Rand Paul (R-KY) have offered outlines of amendments that would improve the border security provisions in the bill, Schumer did not say he would support them.

Schumer said the Gang of Eight would not compromise by conditioning the path to citizenship on “factors that may not ever happen” like border security. He complained that border security should not be used as a “bargaining chip.”

I’m glad the other side has its throng of utopian crackpots, too.

  • MekongDelta69

All of us will be glad when Upchuck Schumer is “a thing of the past.”

“Illegal immigration will be a thing of the past,” Schumer said on the Senate floor, celebrating the passage of the motion to proceed.

Chuckie the Vulture said the same thing in 1986…..before he started gutting that bill.

  • The__Bobster

“If you have a better idea” on how to secure the border “tell us.”

Okay, Schemer, let’s start with a double fence like the one that Israel has. I know you’re familiar with that country.

Then put a moat between the double fencing. Then fill the moat with hungry piranhas that like Mexican food.

This can be backed up with armed drones to target the Mestizos that the fish didn’t eat.

    • MekongDelta69

Two modifications if I might Bob.

      1.) Double [high voltage] fence.
2.) Then fill the moat with hungry piranhas [and crocs and gators].

      • Bossman

Keep on dreaming. It is nice to dream impossible dreams.

        • DudeWheresMyCountry?

Subtle humor eludes you, as do many things. Please tell us more about your ethnic makeup; I am willing to bet based on the majority of your comments that those facts would only serve to support the views of what most of us think here.

      • DudeWheresMyCountry?

We don’t need any of that. Bring much of our land-based military back to the US and set them up for recon and recovery along the US-Mexico border and use our air and sea-based military to keep interests abroad safe. 80% of our foreign soil military installments should be abandoned. If we set up sniper teams every few miles, coupled with the recon/recovery teams there would be an instant stop to all non point of entry border incursions. Once a few Mexican coyotes were shot word would get out fast and the invasion would stop.

    • Bossman

No! A better solution is to build bridges to Mexico and promote more North American integration. NAFTA was only the first step in the process.

  • The__Bobster

“Illegal immigration will be a thing of the past,” Schumer said on the Senate floor, celebrating the passage of the motion to proceed.

How is that, Upchuck? Your scheme will encourage more of the ugly brown squat monster invader to come here. We’re already seeing the effect of your bill at the border. Illegal crossing are up 30%.

Ah, I get it. You just won’t call them “illegals” anymore. That would be mean and we can’t have that.

    • Bossman

When “the ugly brown squat monsters” can freely move back and forth across the southern border, they will eventually prefer to remain in Mexico and Central America.

      • DudeWheresMyCountry?

Now that is funny. Of course, in your mindset it is the fault of the US they aren’t leaving a country they are neither welcome in or have any right to be in whatsoever.

  • sbuffalonative

“Illegal immigration will be a thing of the past”

There will be no barriers to immigration so the term ‘illegal immigration’ will cease to have any meaning.

    • Bossman

Yes, one way to stop the illegal entries at the southern border is to make it easier for migrant workers to move back and forth.

  • Stupidmer who is going to pay for EVERYTHING for these” non illegals”

  • jackryanvb

Pray for an Islamic terror attack done by ugly Arab Muslim illegal aliens. Have lots of documentation of various types of non White immigrants wildly dancing in the street, our streets. Like to see Schumer suffer at the hands of invading immigrants he enables.

    • Bossman

Islamic terrorists are the natural allies of right-wingers.

      • DudeWheresMyCountry?

Someone give this tool a prize for the most idiotic, ignorant comment in the history of Amren.

  • How many people in this country are so clueless, that they actually believe this pink shirt, rainbow flag waving sell out?
Too many, I’m afraid. Conservative New Yorkers, Juan and Maria are not the real threat, Schumer is! Get him out of office!!

  • E_Pluribus_Pluribus

Schumer was a major backer of the 1986 amnesty, the same legislation of which Otis L. Graham, professor emeritus of history at UC Santa Barbara and author of Unguarded Gates: A History of America’s Immigration Crisis (2004) wrote:

“Almost nothing promised by the legalization turned out as expected.”

  • Epiminondas

Hey, why even bother having a border? We’re now so multicultural, no borders are necessary.

  • Athling

Nicholas Stix has written one of the better summations of what awaits us. Well worth reading.

“Comprehensive Immigration Reform”=Not Just the Displacement, But The Extinction, Of White America

    • Bossman

So does that mean that the USA should set up an apartheid system to preserve white people in the USA? I don’t think that is workable. The future calls for more trade and more integration in North America.

      • Bon, From the Land of Babble

Explain why Anti-Whites like you believe the world will somehow be a better place when all Whites are replaced by non-Whites in all traditionally White countries?

Do you support race-replacement in Asia or Africa? Or is it just White countries that are the target or your sick race-replacement plan?

Only twisted sociopaths like you support the genocide of an entire race of people.

  • joemcgee

    Schumer’s a real bum…

  • Ella

I thought NAFTA had a section about movement of “humans” as part of capital or “free trade.” I never read through the documents. Anyone familiar with this? Schumer is a Globalist like many other things. I don’t think people are “clueless” but try powerless to stop these sell-outs. Voting does not work and another one just replaces the last crony.

    • I have read that NAFTA is perhaps hindering our ability to do real border security with Mess-ico. I also know from a philosophical standpoint that the concepts of free trade, open borders for immigration and world government are so closely intertwined that if you take up one, there will inevitably be pressure on your society to take the other two.

      • Bossman

That is correct, free trade should also include labor mobility. The USA wants to have it only their way. NAFTA makes it possible to exploit the low wage workers in Mexico but does not allow those low wage workers to move North. NAFTA will only be truly workable when it includes free labor mobility.

        • “Does not allow those low wage workers to move north”

As if we don’t already have enough of them.

But you’re right: Free trade and free labor mobility go together. I oppose both.

    • Bossman

NAFTA calls for the free movement of goods and services but has only a very limited labor mobility clause attached to it. NAFTA needs to be amended to make it easier for migrant workers to move back and forth between the two countries.

  • Bon, From the Land of Babble

“Illegal immigration will be a thing of the past,”

Senor Schumer, the following things will be a “thing of the past”:

    1. Borders
    2. Fair Elections
    3. The United States

I look forward to the day when YOU are a thing of the past you hypocrite!!

    • Puggg

I dare you to be directly in between Chucky Schumer and a TV camera. No football helmet.

      • AutomaticSlim

He was like that when he was a congressman, too.

      • Bon, From the Land of Babble

Only if you’ll agree to put yourself between Michael Moore and a chocolate cake!!

        No pugggs to protect you…

    • Bossman

So do you want things to remain just as they are now? Do you want illegal immigration to continue and with no way to track them?

      • Bon, From the Land of Babble

Why should I answer anything you ask, anti-White? You want to end my RACE, the White RACE.

You think I would cooperate with a monster like you?

You are trying to rationalize and justify the genocide of the White Race.

  • Ladies and gentlemen, I believe we have found our replacement for Ted Kennedy.
When one liberal dies, another one just merely takes its place.

  • mobilebay

Anyone see the Ft. Worth Star-Telegram last Saturday? Headlines in one of the sections:
“DFW now a ‘command and control’ center for Mexican Cartels?” The article stated that the area was also a center for human trafficking. This must delight the gang of 8.

  • RisingReich

There’s nothing moonbat about it. These traitors know exactly what they are doing. Chalking it up to moonrays and sunshine doesn’t depict the situation correctly.

  • Mark Zuckerberg

    I support comprehensive immigration reform.

Comprehensive immigration reform will raise wages and salaries, strengthen national security, prevent terrorism, enhance our domestic crime-fighting ability, ensure that we continue to encourage the best and brightest to partake of the American dream, and make America more prosperous.

Make my immigration reform comprehensive, please!

    • Bossman

If it can really do those things, why is there such opposition to it?

    • mobilebay

If those are the ‘best and brightest’ sneaking across our border, Lord help us all!

      • Bossman

Comprehensive immigration reform is not only about about people crossing the southern border without inspection; it is much more than that.

        • mobilebay

You’re so right, Bossman. Comprehensive immigration is also about doubling the number of legal immigrants from 1 million yearly to 2 million as well as the many more than 11 mlllion illegals, the untold number of refugees here who will now never go home, the many relatives of illegals who will be permitted, the millions of visa wokers, the ag workers who will cease to be seasonal and become year-round residents, the many who are allowed to come in if they have enough money to start businesses, people from foreign countries who are buying land as fast as they can, those whose cultures will never mesh with ours, in short – anyone who can walk, fly, sail or swim in will be welcomed by our elected officials whose aim is to destroy the country our forefathers fought so hard for. The USA is up for grabs, mostly to third world countries. This administration has flown the white flag of surrender for the world to see. Sen. Sessions says it looks like we can expect 50 million more people soon. Is that number okay with you?

  • Schaumberg from “Unintended Consequences”.

  • Steven Bannister

What he REALLY means to say is….AMERICA will be a thing of the past!

    • Bossman

America is a continent that stretches from Alaska to Argentina. The USA is a country in America.

      • Steven Bannister

Gee Bossman, thanks for telling us that! (as if we didn’t know)

Truth be told, my statement is still correct – ALL the nations of the Americas will be a thing of the past because the Globalists (like Schumer) want to merge Canada, the United States and South America into one big melting pot and destroy the sovereignty of ALL nations in this hemisphere.

That’s what NAFTA was about in the 90’s and that’s what Open Borders is about today. It’s a gradual process designed to build a world government one piece at a time.

        • Bossman

World government should be the ultimate aim of mankind. Albert Einstein believed in world government. All smart men and philosophers believed in that as well. Christians believe that their god will come back and institute a world government so you can say that this has been a dream of mankind.

          • DudeWheresMyCountry?

“All smart men and philosophers believed that as well”
You have just proven this statement wrong since you believe that too. The low IQ third-world peoples can’t accept that White people don’t desire them, need them or want them in our societies and lives. Get it?

        • Lop_Eared_Galoot

I’m glad someone gets it. Now if only we would look at 20th Century history and understand that every war we have fought in the last 100 years (at least) has been about unification and amalgamation ‘under law’ by which those who seek OWG can manipulate circumstances as much as wills to break down national identity and superimpose a false sense of social unity.

It took two World Wars to collapse European colonialism as a viable economic system of slave resource control. It took fifty more of utter misery to remove the USSR from the stage. And now the USA is being forced to drag the circumstantially convenient labels of world cop and moral banner waver to deplete our resources and leave us so multiculted that we can essentially form the nation will to do -nothing-.

When looked at this way, the reality of what is being attempted becomes historical and with that historicity comes anachronism. Because we didn’t know, in 1900, that behaviors like Bowling Alone and cultural insularism were a likely outcome of forced integration of multiple cultures.

Today we can further extrapolate that such behavior is likely genetic and results from a macro scale magnification of species behaviors to protect gene lines as unique survival methods.

Make that leap in turn and now you can look back at natural history as an indicator of the way things -should- work in a naturaly ‘diverse’ rather than pluralistically dictated social environment.

Specifically, up to 300,000 years ago, there were anything up to seven divergent species of pre modern homo in play.

Some were giants, some were hobbits. Some were tool users from at least three separate speciation points of sophistication. Others used language -as- their tool to enable the coordination of hunting and help define the world by concepts instead of senses. As the world moved through the ice ages, some populations died off as their habitats shrank and access to food became problematic (remains of Gigantopithecus Blacki, the strongest of all the hominids are noted for frequent scarring of bones indicating malnutritional caloric shortfalls due to a reliance on bamboo which is notorious for going through temperature induced mass die offs). Others were likely outcompeted (though critically, -not- ‘absorbed’) and possibly killed off. And still the world turned until, around 35,000 years ago as the ice began a long retreat, there were only three main groups and an ancestor cousin population on it’s way out of the evolutionary picture.

And yet in each condition, it is worth noting that there -still was- diversity in solitude. Reserved as an evolutionary backup plan, in the face of seemingly unended environmental disasters as the climate changed, often quite radically (man in North America ceased to exist after a cometary detonation over one of the residual ice sheets did to us what the KT boundary asteroid did ot the dinosaurs for instance…).

And that conservation of genetics in terrain isolates is what allows the world to have the richness it does today. Not from pity or endorsement for any given culture’s position as under stress or ‘endangered’ as defined by social determinism (aka ‘progressive thinking’) but simply because, we are the creatures that our Savannah Principle inheritance made us, millennia before.

Did another comet explode with a force of several hundred MT over Canada, it might well be that ‘primitives’ in some corner of Australia or Africa or South America might well be the winners of the evolutionary lottery. Indeed, despite what one religious perspective states about the rise of man from a particular garden paradise some 6,000 years ago, we have been modern for the better part of 150,000 years. Yet just as recently as 1650CE we denote brain feature differences and indeed total volumes that are noteably different from those of today.

Which proves that it is not up to us to ‘engineer greatness’ in other species whose biologic outcomes we cannot know. Yet neither is it ours to ignore or repudiate a genetic responsibility to preserve what all those dozens of centuries has done to create an optimized survival mode -as advantage- in our own kin group.

Because we may be the ones.

Whose children take the next step.

          Your Children, A New Species

Compared to this, human pursuit of ultimate governmental oversight of our world is simply not important.

      • DudeWheresMyCountry?

OK Bossman we get it, you have an IQ of 83 and you’ve taken it as far as you can.

  • Bossman

That is the way it should be between two friendly trading nations who are also neighbors. The Canadians bride themselves as having the longest undefended border in the world. They see the USA as their friend and are not afraid of them. Friendly trading nations who are also neighbors should not need heavily fortified borders between them.

    • DudeWheresMyCountry?

Yes it’s too bad Mexico isn’t a first-world country like The US and Canada were. Having that third-world population has kept Mexico from being anything remotely first-world and that same population has prevented The US from continuing to be a first-world country.

    • Bon, From the Land of Babble

Mexicans, mestizos, latinos, chicanos, whatever they want to call themselves on any given day – they all belong in Mexico, not in the USA.

People who are of ‘Hispanic’ descent own, occupy and control every inch of the territory that begins on the southern edge our US-Mexican border and which extends all the way down to the remote tip of South America.

That land mass is far more geographic territory than which constitutes the United States, and that land is more than a sufficient amount of land for Hispanics to live in and to have complete dominion over.

White European people – whose ancestors settled this nation and who fought and defeated their ethnic competition on a field of battle, won this land by conquest – which is precisely how all nationalities have operated since the dawn of time. Thus, if White European people have to once again, resort to physical confrontation with other competing ethnic groups to settle the question of who rightfully owns the USA, then that is very likely how this question will once again be resolved.

News Flash for Bossman: White Europeans are perfectly justified to wish to remain dominant and in full control of our native homelands, in the exact same way as are Mexicans who have some of the strictest immigration laws of any nation outside of Israel.

  • Bossman

Mexico is already in America. It is in North America to be precise. North American integration would not be such a bad thing. The region would only become more powerful and more prosperous.

    • DudeWheresMyCountry?

You might want to take your High School geography elsewhere; unlike other sites you may visit regularly people here know the difference between the geographical generalization of the upper and lower halves of the continents of the Western Hemisphere and the former first-world, former sovereign nation in North America known as The United States of America and often referred to (to your repeated confusion) as America.

    • Bon, From the Land of Babble

You are justifying the genocide of the White Race.

You speak like so-called “anti-racist activist” Tim Wise who promotes the disappearance of the White Race.

He has been quoted as saying: “In forty years or so, maybe fewer, there won’t be any more white people around. You’re on the endangered list. And unlike, say, the bald eagle or some exotic species of muskrat, you are not worth saving.”

He gets paid six figures a year to spew his hate speech.

Was it Tim Wise the anti-White who brainwashed you?

    • SirKevin1231

You are correct in saying that bringing in Mexicans to do labor would benefit the USA, but it would not make the country more prosperous. The Mexican labor would drive out the negroes who like to get a paycheck for performing the least amount of work. Once the bosses see that a Mexican will do 10 times the work of any negro, and not break a sweat, or utter a single complaint, the negroes will replaced. Thus leading to more negro parasites.
It’s not enough that 60% of all negroes in the USA are on aid payed by taxpayers.

      • Bossman

Well the Mexicans can always screw the “Negro parasites” and turn them into “Hispanics.”

    • DudeWheresMyCountry?

Let me fix this for you:

Mexico is already in the Americas, as in the Western Hemisphere. It is in North America to be very vague. Mexican integration will be a continuing bad thing. The region will only become less powerful and less prosperous.

      You never go full retard.

  • Bossman

A border should be a small thing between two friendly trading nations who are committed to the peace and prosperity of North America.

    • SirKevin1231

Wow, you think your comment was so important that you posted it twice. The only things we get from Mexico are parasites and illegal narcotics.
Oh by the way, a kindergartener utters more profound statements when describing play-doh then you do describing the world you plague.

    • Talltrees

Depends on the quality of the people who live in those countries making up the border. But, only if those people are 100% homogeneous, share the same race, ethnicity, culture, values, governments, religion, and similar history. Even then, degenerate criminal tourists could sneak across.

You live in a dream world.

  • Bossman

Border security should not be big deal between two friendly trading nations who’ve committed themselves to the peace and prosperity of North America.

    • DudeWheresMyCountry?

Your best work yet. Please keep them coming, It’s nice to have examples of statements made by people with limited ability for critical thought.

  • Bon, From the Land of Babble

Politicians like Schumer and commenters on this thread like Bossman ought to have their nefarious, anti-White, pro-White genocide agenda hammered away at mercilessly.

We Whites are in a vicious battle for our survival and the preservation of White homelands and anti-Whites like Schumer and Bossman continue to deny us the land we developed for ourselves and the society and culture we created for our people. They don’t do this to Asians or Africans in their homelands, only Whites in White countries.

ALL White homelands are being flooded with non-Whites. This means an end to the White race and its heritage and culture. We will cease to exist as a people if we do not have control over our own borders and destinies; this amnesty will be the end of White American.

In 50 years there will be no White countries left.

We have every right to preserve our unique DNA, heritage, and culture and not have our homelands flooded with low IQd, unskilled, uneducated non-Whites.

When this type of forced, non-native/immigrant flooding happens to other races, such as in Tibet, it is called genocide by the UN. When forced, non-White immigration happens to Whites in White countries, the media, UN and all governments sanction this process.

How is this not genocide of the White Race?

What’s amazing is that there are people actually shilling for the end of the White race, Schumer, Tim Wise, obama, and Bossman.

  • anon ymous

Schumer is Jewish . Why are American Jews doing this to the nation that offered their grandparents a safe place to live when there were very few places for them in the whole world?

  • Bossman

Are you implying that no immigrant is a wealth creator when in fact very many of the nice things that we now enjoy were created and invented by immigrants to the USA.

    • DudeWheresMyCountry?

White immigrants with a decent IQ who came from other Western nations. Today we just have dumb, uneducated third-worlders that came from cultural sewers… and who think someone owes them something. Nice try though, I know that low 80s IQ can be an obstacle to understanding reality.

      • Bossman

Why are you assuming that every immigrant is a dumb, uneducated Third-Worlder who crossed the southern border without inspection? If you believe that then you’re the one with the low IQ. The best and brightest from around the world are still coming to the USA.

        • DudeWheresMyCountry?

Listen, the majority of them are not sufficient to survive in a first-world country… it may be too much for you to accept but the truth is that most Latin American invaders and legal immigrants have low levels of education and low levels of intelligence. The best and brightest you speak of, they may seem smart to the likes of you but the rest of us are not impressed. We don’t want anymore idiots from abroad, we have enough. We don’t care of they are smart or stupid… they are not welcome in the US.

  • John Smith

A thing of the past? They just uncovered corruption at DHS over immigration in which DHS simply ceased running background checks to meet the Obama Administration’s amnesty requirements:

“The Obama administration seems to be throwing public safety and national security out the door in implementing its illicit and unilateral amnesty program for illegal aliens. The costs and security lapses of this program show that this administration can’t be trusted to implement any of the new security measures in the amnesty bill in the Senate,” stated Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton. “These documents show a crisis in law enforcement and national security caused by President Obama’s unilateral decision to grant amnesty to hundreds of thousands illegal aliens.”

  • Mr Plankton

You wasting your time. If you would’ve typed your entire response in Gaelic, it would have had the same effect on Bossman. None.

  • Bossman

Your reply is reasonable. Relations between the two countries is a work in progress and from what I heard in the news, Mexicans now have more of a favorable opinion of the USA than they did just a few years ago.

  • Bossman

They believe that because it is the only to put an end to endless warfare among nation states.

    • Cannot Tell

The creation of a world government wouldn’t end warfare. There would just be civil wars among ethnic groups and races as opposed to wars between countries.

      • It’s like Jim Goad says, the global village is really a worldwide concentration camp from which there is no escape.

    • Sloppo

Really, Bossman? I’m a bit surprised that “all smart men and philosophers” are unconcerned about the hundreds of millions of people who were murdered by their own governments during the last century. Under a one world government scenario, there will be no theoretical place of escape for enemies of the state who don’t possess space ships.

  • Texan1st

Is there anywhere left where whites can be a majority and control their destiny? We could congregate in a few states and vacate others but doing so would give minorities a majority in Congress and the White House, resulting in their ruling over us with THEIR Supreme Court and federal laws. Our only option is mass immigration to a country that accepts us, then changing the laws there to benefit white people and gives whites a perpetual majority.

  • Bossman

So do you want to return to a situation where Europeans were killing each other in senseless wars? The European Union was created in an attempt to prevent such things from happening again.

  • Do you know – or even suspect – how impossible that is?

  • Transpower

    Schumer is a male dingbat….

  • Paleoconn

These scummy politicians think they can make something legal just by calling it so. As the author of the immigration fable Cry Wolf put it, it is like calling the rain ‘dry’ and expecting it not to wet us.
