“Reimagining Equity and Diversity”

University of Minnesota’s new, 18-page commitment to non-whites uses the word “diversity” at least 230 times. Typical sentence: “In proposing a transformational framework, we are defining diversity as not only a driving force but also a necessary condition for excellence.”
