How Many MS-13 Gangsters Is Biden Settling in the US?

Zachary Faria, Washington Examiner, March 2, 2023

In March 2022, an MS-13 gang member was taken into custody by Border Patrol after being apprehended in Rio Grande City, Texas. He was then turned over to the Health and Human Services Department. He claimed that a woman in Maryland was his aunt. He moved there and lived in a rented room in a three-bedroom mobile home where Kayla Hamilton lived with her boyfriend. He ended up raping Hamilton and strangling her to death.

Police in Aberdeen, Maryland, only learned earlier this year that the suspect was a member of MS-13. U.S. Customs and Border Protection claims to use several methods of screening for illegal immigrants, including biometric information, background checks, and agent interviews, yet it completely slipped by that this man was part of the ruthless gang whose motto is “Kill, Rape, Control.”

Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Tom McClintock (R-CA) are now demanding answers from HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. {snip}

How many other violent gang members are being shepherded into and settled in the United States by the Biden administration? We know that Border Patrol arrested 312 MS-13 members in fiscal 2022. But we do not know how many slipped through the cracks — like the one that managed to make it to Maryland. There were 2.3 million illegal immigrants apprehended in that same time period. {snip}
