Middle Schoolers Protest Racial, Social Injustice They Say Is Going On Inside Portland School

Students at Lyman Moore Middle School in Portland walked to protest what they are calling racial and social injustice inside the school.

Students from all backgrounds said they have been bullied for things like the color of their skin, gender identity or sexual orientation.

Those at the protest also said school administrators have done nothing despite numerous complaints.

The students said they want to be able to go to school without feeling like they don’t belong.
